While searching for a great place to call home, I stumbled across the Camden Postoak Apartments. my leasing consultant name is FAZIIKAROWALIA , whom has been trained to provide a WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE !!!!FAZII is professional, informative, and knowledgeable about every aspect of leasing an apartment home.I was nervous and tired because I have been all around Houston looking at different apartments but FAZII made me feel welcomed and removed every nervous feeling of anxiety from the apartment search .I couldn’t make up my mind as to which floor plan I really wanted, and she was still patient with me and asked me questions to narrow it down and help me to select the perfect unit for me… I’m so excited to become a resident at Camden Postoak.Camden Postoak is a unique quality type apartment… Where is full of warm people who care about The residents.Camden Postoak even allows you to have a 30 day guarantee if you don’t like living there you can move out without any issues or being attached to any lease …….now that is what you call confidence and knowing that they are ready and willing to provide you with a great experience.I’ll be moving in in a few days, but I wish I could That’s how much I appreciate my new opportunity to be a part of the Camden Postoak family.

My name is BarbaraThe Camden Post Oak is the perfect definition for the word FLAWLESS.The manager has a team of leasing consultants that will WOW you with their professionalism as well as their knowledge on finding you the perfect place to call home.Fazii Karowalia is my leasing consultant. She is knowledgeable about every aspect of the Camden Post Oak. Fazii is patient and extremely helpful in a way that makes you know youve made the right choice. She laid all out on the table 3 floor plans that matched with my life style and my budget.... That is what we all look for and I give her a 💯 on serving the guest and residents at the wonderful POST OAK CAMDEN APARTMENTS...THANKS AGAIN for making me a resident. A lovely high rise condo located in post oak with great view. Crew is very professional and responsive. Franklin is the site manager from the introduction of this property to the daily operation that I talk with.. The concierge group (Mr Hugh, Mr. Gene etc.) are very responsive and friendly too! Thank you for providing us a Welcome experience in Camden Post Oak!

My husband and I moved here nearly a year ago and absolutely love it. The place is just beautiful and we feel very safe here which is important living in Houston these days! The concierges are wonderful, specifically SETH and HUGH. Seth is professional, caring, fun and treats my beloved pup like his own. He even gives him treats after his walks. They have the cutest (and entertaining game they play) each time we return! My pup & he are best buds. Both Hugh and Seth bend over backwards to go above and beyond in their service. They are professional, caring, organized, helpful and it has been nice to form friendships with them both. The valet staff is second to none as is the maintenance crew! I enjoy using the fitness center and it is always clean! The housekeeping team works extremely hard to keep this entire place sparkling. Fazi, in the Office, is also one who will answer any question, make sure things are taken care of IF there are any issues, and she even knows my pups name. She has since the day we moved into Camden. While I have not used the pool, it is very nice! I have used the outdoor grills, which I do enjoy. While the property is beautiful, it is the staff and the residents who make this place special.

After over two years, Im leaving Camden Post Oak for my own reasons, but I just want to say what a great management team runs this building. I have never seen better management anywhere. The maintenance folks (Luis et al) are also outstanding. Most of my maintenance requests were addressed with 24 hours. Extraordinary. And the concierge staff (Hugh and Seth and the rest) became friends. They sincerely want to help. These are all very nice people at Camden. I will miss them.

Problems and complaints get handled in a timely manner and as a resident, I felt like communication was amazing. I lived at Camden Post Oak for about 2 years and had nothing but a fantastic experience. The staff in this building is what sets it apart from other apartment buildings Ive lived in.The front desk staff including; Hugh, Irenio and Seth are all friendly and professional. They are always quick to help out with everything and somehow manage to stay on top of the hundreds of deliveries that come in weekly. I know a disproportionate of these packages were mine and every time I would pick up a package I was always greeted with a smile and warm conversation.Dealing with the leasing and management staff, including Fazi and Deena was always a pleasant experience. They patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely welcome at all times.Any maintenance issues were handled promptly and without issue. I did not have any major issues, just the normal lights that had burned out and getting the filter replaced on my refrigerator. The system Camden uses for maintenance is easy to use and provides feedback throughout the process, all directly to your phone/email.I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my time here. The location is great with plenty to do nearby. Everything you could need is no more than a 10 minute drive away, often even less than that.Thanks to everyone on the Camden team who made my stay as pleasurable as it was!

I stayed at Camden Post Oak for 15 months. The location and views are exceptional. Amazing concierge and leasing staff. Franklin was the best leasing specialist I worked with and I’ve been to many places. From beginning to end, he was always very helpful and made sure the transition was smooth. He was always very nice to talk to throughout my time there. You can tell he genuinely cares. Too bad I had to move.

Camden Post Oak I called home for the last three years. The staff is absolutely amazing and I would without a doubt recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone. The management team, especially Danielle Patino, is very professional, kind, and attentive! The building is very cozy and homey. I felt very safe there with the 24 concierge. The valet team is wonderful as well. My apartment was beautiful: top to bottom windows, wood floors, new appliances, and a very spacious closet! 5 stars for this wonderful team! I will definitely miss them!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Camden Post Oak. The entire experience even from the very beginning with my initial tour and sign up with Deena has been nothing short of exemplary. The professionalism and thoroughness from both Deena and Fazii was refreshing, and even the security guard (Floyd) was extremely receptive and helpful during my move-in as was Hugh. Seth and the rest of the concierges are very helpful and professional. The building is kept in immaculate condition as well as the grounds, security is excellent, and all of the tenants that I have met have been very welcoming. The views of Houston are wonderful (31st floor), and the apartments themselves are modern but warm. I would highly recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone who appreciates a great apartment complex!

The property is beautiful, clean and they are constantly doing updates. The valet and concierge staff are very nice and professional. In the leasing office, I had the pleasure of working with Franklin on both occasions. Franklin is extremely professional and responsive. He made my clients feel very welcomed. He gave 5 star service on both occasions. An added reason why Camden Post Oak gets 5 stars is the office had a large welcome gift basket in my clients apartment to welcome him to his new home. What a nice touch! I look forward to bringing other clients to this property!

All staff are outstanding, friendly, courteous, understanding and selfless. Deena helps run leasing operations with effortless kindness and professionalism. All concierge team members (Hugh, Irenio, Kelley, Seth, Fazii) are helpful and JOHNNY ON THE SPOT for any resident needs. We love them all. All aforementioned folks should be promoted to Camden executive leadership if I had a vote. I hope the company takes care of them.My family will be leaving Camden Post Oak but it is most definitely bittersweet. We loved it here for several years and will miss it!

Fazzi, a leasing agent at the community, is the absolute best! The facility is beautiful. Amenities are amazing and the staff is so friendly. Fazzi showed us around and helped us throughout the whole process. She is very knowledge, funny, and kind. Camden is lucky to have her. The team jumped to action with service requests and will do anything to help the residents. A+ to the property manager or whoever is running this location, you guys do it right!

Deena spent a lot of time with me as I looked at a few apartments.She was always so patient and positive with me that she never made me feel as if I was a bother. This place is amazing! My sister has lived at this property for over 10 years. By far the best management team ever! Franklin whose been working in the leasing office for the past 2 years has ALWAYS been so helpful to my family and I. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him without a smile on his face. He treats us like if we are the residents that live at Camden Post Oak i can only imagine how he treats the residents that live there. A few days ago he asked me if I could leave a review for him and of course I was delighted to do so! It goes without saying that Camden has great people working at their communities. Thank you Franklin for always showing us a great experience when we come visit. I will make sure to let people know to come look for you if they are ever looking for a luxury high rise apartment home.

Everyone was so nice from the concierge’s to the valet, Fazii was amazing, She helped touring us, one thing I notice of all the apartments that we have toured over the past couple of weeks is she was extremely informative and knew exactly what she was talking about she made several notes and helped us understand everything! She got right to the point, had a great personality, Not to mention her energy was just super sweet and awesome. I believe in the The workers at an apartment/high-rise can make or break your experience with living there. Everyone played a huge part in our decision with moving forward with our place we can call home! Also, the views from these apartments 10/10, Definitely recommend! :)

We have lived at the Camden Post Oak for about 4 months now, and we could not be happier. We lived at two other apartments in the area, and there is no comparison to the service and amenities offered here. The manager, leasing staff (Danielle, especially) concierge, and valets go out of their way to make residents happy. The building is quiet, and the people are friendly and welcoming. The pool update is fantastic. The building and the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. We wont be leaving anytime soon!

We’ve been a Camden Post Oak resident for last 6 month. Even though we have to leave out of state now, we decided to stay with Camden owned apartments. It was a very pleasant experience living here. We can’t imagine a more responsive and professional management group. The building is totally remodeled: new floors, appliances, pool, gym, & business center. The staff is very nice and it is a pleasure to see them in the hall or elevator and say hello. The view in the higher apartments is gorgeous. Also the management organizes mini-events like Saturday brunch, Wednesday happy hour, and Monday Breakfast-to-go. Where you can meet & mingle with your neighbors. If we were staying in Houston we would stay here for a very long time.

These apartments are by far the nicest ones Ive lived in. Its always kept in great condition and the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I love that they have a fitness center open 24 hours. Its small, but they have all the essentials. Id have to say the coffee machine is my favorite. They offer a good variety as well as different teas and hot cocoa! Its located in a very nice area and just a few minutes away from the galleria. If youre looking for a high quality apartment, Camden Post Oak is the way to go!

Moved to Camden Post Oak a few weeks ago. Such a beautiful place to live near the Uptown area. Great apartments and the concierge and valet service are a great add on. Our leasing consultant Franco helped us with everything from showing the apartment and amenities he’s soo amazing at his job and a thorough gentleman making an easy move in for us. I highly recommend Camden for those who are looking for luxury.

My Leasing Consultant-Raeni Doro was exceptional! I met her for my self guided tour on Monday, 4/17/2023. I was moved into my new apartment home at Camden Post Oak on Thursday, 4/20/2023. I moved from a property that was not at all what they claimed or it appeared to be. I was highly disappointed to say the least.Camden Post Oak is definitely top notch and far beyond many properties currently leasing in this area. If youre searching for highrise living with class and sophistication.....Camden Post Oak is clearly it without question!

I just moved a week ago to Camden Post Oak apartments.So far I have fallen in love with this place. First of all Ms.Patino went above and beyond to show me the kind of apartment I was looking for. since I am very picky about everything she showed me almost all available apartments with a smile on her face. The environment is really safe and friendly and all the neighbors are really happy leaving here. The thing that excites me the most is their 24 hour concierges that are always available for carrying the groceries and heavy staffs up to my apartment. This is a true plus for me. The apartment has 2 beautiful swimming pool and a gym with a trainer!!! There are plenty of restaurants and stores around the building and very close to the freeway!! All in all I am very happy because I made the best decision ever.Update: 1/10/19After a year and a half, i have decided to write another review because I am still so in love with this building. The positives of this Camden Post Oak are that they have an amazing concierge team and residents services who help me carry my groceries up to my apartment. The maintenance staff are quick and fast and come to my apartment within a few minutes of calling them. I also love their luxuries annual Christmas parties and events. The leasing office goes above and beyond to make their residents happy. I feel that I am treated like royalty at Camden Post Oak. My neighbors are wonderful and highly educated. I have found new friends at Camden Post Oak. The apartments have beautiful views a total plus! I recommend these apartments to everyone, but mostly to people who are new to Houston and would like a strong support system to make their life easier.

I have been living at Camden for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. Franklin was the best in helping me find the right floor plan to call home when I first moved in and made the whole move in process seamless. He was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process then and now as I move into a different floorplan. The whole team at Camden is professional and responsive when you have questions/concerns, or need assistance with deliveries, maintenance, etc. and they each take the time to get to know the residents personally.

Camden Post Oak Apartments gets 5 stars because of Fazii. She’s an example of how an agent can play such a huge role in your decision when choosing where to call home. I came in for a tour with my sister around 5pm and Fazii was still very upbeat, engaging and ready to give us a tour despite it being the end of the day. She showed us all the amenities then brought us into the apartments for the viewing. The one bedrooms are pretty huge with ample space for anyone who may work from home. The bathrooms were decently sized, as well as the closets. The hallways were quiet, which was nice because who wants to live in noise and chaos. She really took her time to explain why Camden would be a good choice for me. While I did go with another apartment (I’m afraid of heights and didn’t want to live in a high rise anymore), Fazii followed up with me via text and email and even after I told her I chose another location, she was still very personable. That exemplified how much she was willing to help me and wasn’t solely focused on just signing a new tenant.Camden Oaks is a good choice for anyone who is ok with living in a high rise and wants a large space with quiet neighbors. Plus, they have valet and 24hr concierge and trust me, you can’t beat that.

I personally worked with Frank, he showed me several different options with everything I wanted. Not only did he help me with the leasing process, but helped make moving go smoothly. Thank you to the entire Camden Post Oak staff, I look forward to continuing my lease.

Undoubtedly one of the best apartments I have ever lived in, superbly managed. Extremely upscale amenities and super friendly staff all the way from concierge to valet folks. Maintenance requests were always taken care of within 24 hours, and usually the same day. Thais is one of the managers there who I mostly dealt with both at the beginning and end of my 2.5 years here - she was nothing but helpful, always available, and definitely helped make it feel like home. I had to move across the country so I could not renew my lease, but I would highly recommend Camden Post Oak to anyone looking for an upscale apartment in Houston.

If you’re looking for luxury, look no further! I did a property tour with Franklin today! Absolutely great experience! Camden has always been praised for its culture and I must say, the atmosphere is definitely warm and welcoming!The amenities are brilliant! It gives a getaway/hotel-like feel with 24/7 access to all amenities including the gym, wine room and both heated and non-heated pools. The apartments are spacious, beautiful views, double ovens, large walk-in closets, and have I mentioned the view? Absolutely stunning!!Definitely recommend!Also, if Deena is at the front desk, stop by and say hi! She’s an absolute sweetheart!

Their representative, Bradley OConner, did an excellent job showing us around to multiple apartments to find the one that met are needs and move-in date. Everybody is friendly from the valet staff to the concierges. We looked at many different apartments, but Camden was by far the best one for our needs.

We have lived at Camden Post Oak in Houston for approximately six months. We like many items about management and the building. First, management takes action when issues are identified. Further, we find management to be friendly and helpful in general. In particular, Fazii Karowalia has been very helpful and welcoming from day 1. She answered all our questions related to the lease agreement and the move-in process. Whenever we see her, she is always friendly and makes a large apartment building feel like home. Second, the location in the Galleria/Uptown is ideal. Anything one wants is within walking distance or a short drive. Finally, the building has first class amenities which we use on a regular basis and good social events for residents. For example, Wine Down Wednesday is a gathering of residents to enjoy wine, food, and socializing with other residents. If you are new to Houston or a long-time resident, we suggest you consider Camden Post Oak as your home.

From my first experience to handing in my keys when I left the leasing staff are awesome!! They are friendly, genuine and very professional. The residents are great too. You will never hear any noise ever, no loud parties here - just very reserved professionals who are very open and friendly and talk to you in the elevator. Location is unbeatable, the traffic in Uptown park gets hectic but once home you would not want to be anywhere else. Views - magnificent!! The concierge and valets all helpful and friendly. It is an awesome place to live. I have lived in many cities in the US from the East coast to California & I can safely say you absolutely get what you pay for at Camden Post Oak in Uptown Park. Every time I get home from a crazy work travel schedule I am so excited to see my “friends” the valet is always quick to help you with anything you need and the maintenance team is so on top of preventive measures I only get to say hello passing by in the building as I never have any issues. This week I had to move units in a very short amount of time and the concierge and leasing department were there for me every step of the way meeting my chaos with grace and professionalism. I moved in 2 days ago. I left a high rise that is practically brand new for this one that is much older. My commute time to work from my old apt was 7 minutes walking. At this new place, I have to go through the Galleria traffic, 25 minutes, give or take. So why make the move?1) People: The people here are exceptional. From the leasing agents to the valet guys to the concierge, everyone is so welcoming and helpful.Danielle helped me throughout the process, and this was my best moving experience. Shout out to Frank too, he helped me take a closer look at what they had to offer. And the neighbors are friendly.2) The property: the building is beautiful, even at its age. My unit is fantastic, with great view. The appliances are top notch. The hard wood floor looks gorgeous. The carpet in the bedroom feel so soft and plush. The closet is deep and high (almost 10 ft, yes I measured it). The kitchen is a good size with enough cabinet spaces.Parking: easy access and enough spaces. The garage looks well secured. I like the fact that there are 2 ways to enter and exit the garage, plus, theres the yellow line separating traffic in opposite directions.3) The fitness center, pool, and common area are well kept.4) The location: you cannot go wrong living in this part of town, even for the most picky individuals.5) Management: whoever is managing this place is among the best in the business. How could I be so sure? Because I lived in a thousand other place. The cheek that will grow up as a rooster is recognized from the moment it is hatched. In other words, you cant fake being good: if you are good, you are good. And I can say for sure that this is a good place to live.

Lets first start by saying Camden Post Oak....WOW!! Apartments are you sure?? Not only is this a phenomenal property but, the entire experience was out of this world! I was literally visiting properties to make a decision at a later date and got swept off my feet. Franklin Franco is in a class all of his own. His dapper looks absolutely complement his proficient customer service, outstanding knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. I was truly having the worst week ever and he lifted my spirits. Franklin got me moved in so quickly, he went above and beyond by making sure EVERYTHING from my cable and internet was structured properly! He even followed up with me to make sure my suite was well manicured and that my daughter had everything she needed. The Welcome Home basket was such a classy touch with all of the items to make your first home cook meal. Just fabulous! I feel so safe and secure on this property with their immaculate security policies! I love the concierge service and valet for my guests. Gene is so sweet and hilarious. Deena and all of the beautiful ladies have such beautiful personalities. Camden has totally thought of it all...even if youre not planning to reside here! You have to swing by for the experience. Camden take a bow....you are hands down on the five star treatment list!!!!

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoy living at Camden Post Oak! As one of the most long-term residents in the building, I can personally vouch for how wonderful it is to call this my home. There are many factors that make it great - the location by Uptown Park, the amazingly well-designed floorplans and layouts of the units, the VIEWS! - but perhaps the single most important feature is the wonderful staff who keep the building clean, well-maintained and running smoothly on an ongoing basis. Concierge, valet, maintainance and housekeeping - all have been here for the long term and each is so friendly, so capable, and so eager to help that they really start to feel like family. Camden has done a WONDERFUL job since purchasing the building a couple of years ago and the management and office staff could not be more helpful, cheerful and professional. I was given five different properties plus had another lead through a work colleague.My first appointment was with Camden Post Oak located at 1200 Post Oak Blvd. Not knowing what to expect, I was open minded. I was greeted in the foyer and promptly escorted to one of their meeting rooms. There I met with Danielle, Business Relations Specialist.After discussing my requirements, Danielle spent the next two hours reviewing various floors plans, showing me no less than 7 different open apartments, answering any and all questions ranging from the amenities to monthly fees.To say that I was impressed, with not only the property, but the superior service provided by Danielle is an understatement. I felt very much as though this was more than just showing another customer what was available. The personal touch was very much present appreciated.Over the next two days, I saw the other properties.Knowing that I had a return flight to catch, I reached out once again to Danielle to see if I could drop by (with virtually no notice) to see the apartment that I had set my sights on. Without an appointment, she was more than accommodating in that she once again walked me through the space as well as showed me the model that offered up ideas as to what the space would look like furnished.Fast forward to today. The Camden Post Oak has surpassed my expectations for apartment living. I have stayed in many ArBnB’s before deciding and I know I made the best choice. The staff is top notch taking every effort to ensure the building is clean and takes the extra steps to ensure customer service is #1. From package delivery to assisting guest and even parking vehicles, everywhere I look the staff is greeting guests and asking if they can be of assistance. It’s the personal touch which makes the Camden soar above the rest. The unique location affords nice weekend strolls and the pool is heated and welcomes guests for exercise or relaxation even in the cooler weather if you can make it from the cabanas to the water. Best decision weve made!We recently relocated (for work) to Houston a year ago. We literally spent days upon days searching for a new place. We looked for the right neighborhood, commute factors, and of course, a great community.Thankfully we found Camden Post Oak. From the beginning of the process, the staff there was fantastic at being able to connect, communicate, understand, and over deliver.We asked thousands of questions, looked at floor plans time after time, and toured the facility multiple times. The staff was flawless with patience, empathy, and positive energy.You would think it would of all stopped and took a hard right once we signed the lease. NOPE! A year later and it still continues.The apartments are modern, clean, well kept, and have beautiful views. The community facilities exhibit the same feel. And for whatever reason, rarely feel crowded. We really enjoy the community hosted brunches and happy hours.Over the past year the staff has been attentive in addressing any concerns we have. From minor fixes, to leasing a garage, to helping find local services around the community. Danielle, Franco, Deena, the Concierge, and the maintenance staff have been especially helpful.Seriously, if youre on the fence about a place, choose this one. You wont regret it. We havent. We even signed a new lease fro another 12 months!

This is a wonderful-safe and smoke-free community! I left for a short-time but returned as it is difficult to find a place that feels like home. Sure, its a large community, but in your nice unit, you feel safe and the noise level is at a very minimum depending on if your neighbor above lays down rugs on the wood floor. The area is awesome - you are in the middle of everything! If a noise problem ever arises, the staff is vigilant in solving the issue or really any issue that you may have.The staff is great and provides events and opportunities for the community and they always make you feel like you are a very important person! Being single, it is very important to me to feel reasonably safe, secure and where your living needs are met. I have all this in my home at Camden Post Oak and hope to be here a long time.

I am not one to usually write reviews but I feel that I have some words of wisdom for those looking for an apartment in this area. (and believe me when I say that I have done my research!) I have been living at Camden Post Oak for one year now and have recently decided to renew my lease. Let me explain why.... After looking around all of the other complexes in the Galleria area, none measure up to the pros associated with this property. Walking distance to Uptown Park, assigned parking spaces, private garages, beautiful surroundings, excellent (large) pool area, close proximity to the 610, excellent security, 24 hr concierge, valet parking, guest parking, friendly, professional residents are just some of my reasons. Any online maintenance request is also quickly taken care of. The friendly, energetic office staff work very hard to find you exactly what you want, listen to all of your requests and are always extremely courteous and professional. The concierge are all very friendly and let you know if any parcels arrive, call you to ask permission to let up your guests etc... Occasional, tasteful gatherings are arranged by the staff so that you can mingle with the other residents if you wish to.. At this point, let me also mention that noise is not a problem in this building (probably due to the thickness of the cement walls and high ceilings) .. This really is a classy place for those wanting everything and everyone who has visited has been extremely impressed.

Having moved in for a month, I would say Camden Post Oak is one of the best apartments we have rented. Camden LaVina in Orlando is a close second (when it was brand new in 2012 - it is very different now). For us, a good apartment complex (besides the resident units and facilities themselves) needs to have: (a) good policies with efficient and effective management team (just like good board of directors in a condo), (b) good maintenance (and concierge, if provided) team, and (c) good tenants. We have had good experiences thus far and we are glad to have made a right decision. It is never easy to pick a place with just one hour viewing. Special thanks to Thais Lorenzen who assisted and answered our (numerous) questions during the apartment viewing and leasing process.

When I moved into the Camden Post Oak, the leasing staff found me the exact type of apartment I asked for. They made the move go smoothly, from finding me the best movers, to reserving the convenient time for the elevator, to welcoming me with a lovely bottle of wine and glasses in my apartment. They are always professional, call me by name and are anxious to always make you feel at home and comfortable. In my apartment, I love my washer and dryer and the appliances are very nice! I also love my shower, the hot water and the water pressure is great! The concierge staff are here 24/7. They made me feel welcome from the day I met each of them and are always ready to help you with anything you need. They provide excellent service with a friendly manner. The building is spotless with a lobby as nice and comfortable as a nice hotel. The maintenance staff keep the building in perfect condition and your own apartment too. Any problem you have is taken care of ASAP. They also follow up to make sure you are satisfied. They are always cheerful and friendly. I Valet park my car and that is a luxury with the most kind and helpful young men. They never fail to open the front door of the building for you or your car doors. If you want help carrying packages they will help you. The nicest par is when you return home and they welcome you back and ask how your day was. The monthly brunch with a lovely catered buffet and the monthly happy hour with a beautiful catered buffet are both fun and nice way to meet your neighbors. Im looking forward to the Christmas dinner, drinks and music, which I heard is fantastic. The security at this building is great. The trash chute on every floor is easy and spotless. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate machine is very nice, as is the fruit basket and complimentary bottled water. The swimming pool is gorgeous with comfortable chairs. They have covered areas, a nice patio, and a great lap pool. If you want to be waited on with a smile, never have to even open a door for yourself, and have excellent service, I highly recommend the Camden Post Oak.

Ive lived here for a little over 2 years and couldnt be more pleased. The building is secure and access controlled, which was one of the main reasons for choosing it in the first place. But, I really like how they are always improving things like upgrading the pool area, or recently adding the Starbucks coffee machine to the coffee bar. I work from home, so having access to a conference room 24 hours a day is also a huge plus. Ive looked at some of the newer properties that have been built around the area, but, I really do feel at home here. I feel like I know each of the staff members personally, and I love how we are all on a first name basis. They are quick to take care of anything from changing light bulbs, to getting packages that have been delivered for my apartment, to whatever request you might need. Love love love living at Camden Post Oak. I dont see myself moving.. At least not anytime soon.

While the building isnt brand new (about 16 years old), management is constantly working on keeping everything updated like the amenities and the appliances in the apartments. Theyre currently working on renovating the hallways and repainting the exterior of the building which is a testament to the managements initiative towards insuring the tenants are getting their moneys worth. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help (24/7 concierge so literally always). I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to my time living here.

DO NOT think that because you are long term residents here (5 years) that Camden post oak would not take care of you anymore. Reagon is the new community manager here and she is wonderful. When I had problems with my apartment unit, we moved in a bigger unit after a year away, she took action immediately. Deena in the management is always attentive to residents and she does an amazing job as well. I was amazed by the welcome from the concierge team who have been here forever especially Hugh and Kelly! EK goes above and beyond while being very professional. If you are visiting during the day, Seth will also be the best and nicest person at the concierge desk. These people really go above and beyond to help us every way possible! Even during covid where events could not be held, they delivered nice meals and candy to residents regularly. The events picked back up and community people work hard to organize them for the great enjoyment of their residents. I have been living at Camden Post Oak for almost nine years. The reason this high rise is an awesome place to live is because of the amazing staff. Id like to recognize some of the people who are responsible for that.Id like to start with Hayley, the building manager and Thais, the assistant manager. They are simply the best. Theyre incredible at taking care of whatever your needs are and addressing any issues in the building. The leasing staff, Danielle, Franco, Deena, and Bradley are so sweet and caring. They really go out of their way to help you. The wonderful concierge team with Gene, Irenio, Hugh, Juan, and Kelly who I see regularly for almost nine years are always respectful and attentive. Theyre some of the kindest people youll ever meet. Luis and his superstar maintenance team with Edgar, Jose B., Victor, Henry, Brayan, and Jose L. whose hard work and dedication to keeping this high rise the number one place to live in the Galleria. Im so grateful for all you do. In addition, I love the housekeeping team with Rosie and Lala. The interior of this high rise is beautiful and immaculate because of their hard work. Also, Sekou and his valet team are so efficient and careful with everyones vehicles and so helpful with your groceries and belongings. If you want to reside in the Galleria, Camden is hands down the best place to live. In addition to the outstanding team at this community, the amenities and the views are magnificent. I highly recommend this high rise and cant say enough about it.

Loved living here. Everyone who works here knows you by name and is so helpful and friendly. Felt like a family. Extremely safe building. Close to everything you could possibly want, most within walking distance. Social events were really nice. Repairs were done promptly. Great appliances. Great outside grilling area by pool with TV and fire. Gym is small but has all equipment I had used with trainers. So sad to be leaving but would definitely come back.

Let me start from the beginning: Its 2020 and Im moving across country during a PANDEMIC!!! AAAHHHHH!!! I had to do everything virtually. However, I was so fortunate to have found Camden Post Oak. I chose this place based off of reviews, so its only fitting that I help others out in their search as well. Deena was my welcoming angel aka leasing agent that went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible over FaceTime and phone calls and emails. We did a virtual tour, and when I tell you the place literally looked EXACTLY as it was shown to me, I mean that. WOW. Beautiful, house-feel type of apartment with beautiful views and great resort style amenities. Deena helped me with all of my paperwork and forms and application process so eagerly and with such a radiant positive attitude, from the moment I spoke to her on the phone inquiring, til the moment I landed in Houston and she handed me my keys to welcome me. Franklin was a key person in my move as well. He helped me find trusted movers (remember I was doing everything virtually out of state) that were a decent price and good at their job. Hes always engaging and friendly whenever I see him and gives off those positive feel good vibes too.Now, since Ive lived here long enough to give an honest review about this place (after move-in), there are pros and cons. Well, the only con I have is that I hear about a lot of things from the neighbor portal about what used to be pre-pandemic, but we are still paying for in the amenity fee. Like I guess there used to be a happy hour weekly with treats and you could mingle and meet with the community (wow that would be fun!). There are food trucks that come often, so maybe that is to make up for it a little bit...I dont know. We recently got the coffee area back and it is AMAZING! Also, when I first moved in I felt a little uncomfortable that I was always stopped and questioned like I didnt live here and it went on for a few months. It made me feel like I didnt belong because although there is diversity in the staff and management...MOST (not all) of my neighbors (that Ive seen) are retired, older, and Caucasian. There is a mixture of course of a few athletes and young/middle-age professionals. Indeed, this is definitely not a college party building nor a daycare (I think Ive seen like kids here and usually they are visiting for the weekend). Anyways, one day I gave the concierge Kelley a card and some cookies just to thank her for always acknowledging me and making me feel welcome when Id come home. Now that its been several months of me living here, I think everyone has gotten used to me and recognizes my face even when I switch up my hair lol. So, the valet always opens the door for me, the concierge Irenio, Marcos, and Seth are always friendly and helpful especially when I need to collect my packages. Hugh is especially great because once I lost my phone and didnt have a car, so I needed a way to get to the mall and the apple store. He was so helpful and called me a yellow cab and made sure I got there safely. That was a scary time being in a new city alone without a phone or car. yikes! So grateful of our awesome concierge team, coming to the rescue! The maintenance team is incredible also. They complete service request in a breeze, with a smile on their face and positive energy when entering your home. Last time was super sweet because I wasnt here when they replaced my water filter and they left me a note saying it was o-fish-ly complete, with a bag of Goldfish crackers lol and a Twix bar! Now, it may be small gesture to most, but for me...after coming back from HOURS waiting at the DMV...I deserved this treat lol. Its the little things the staff does at this community that really make this place truly wonderful to live at. Oh, the dog park is such a cute peaceful playground! The pool is STUNNING (no jacuzzi though...but its Texas), and the gym is clean its been a major part of helping me drop quarantine lbs! haha ~Aysha

I called at least 5/6 buildings before meeting Deena. Nothing felt right and then Camden Post Oak happened! Deena answered my call and every question I had. She followed up EVERY conversation with an email. I probably asked the same questions 10 times and she was happy to answer every time. When she wasnt around Franco was super helpful to. answering eveyr question, He and Deena are AMAZING! Thank you guys! I asked to see pictures and she would send them without hesitation, the communication between this team was amazing, they knew who I was and my situation. I really enjoy all the on-site amenities offered valet parking, 24hr concierge, 24hr workout room and the once a month social events: Wednesday Wine Down and weekend brunch where tenants can meet or network. The valet service is wonderful they have my car every morning waiting for me at the door to go to work and if raining car is at garage entry way door waiting. I feel like a spoiled kid living here.
