My son moved into one of the apartments this past summer. We live in Amarillo but were so excited to come visit him and see this amazing apartment of his. He was not wrong! What a beautiful apartment complex. I love that it is secured by gates and I can feel better about my sons safety. He has a wonderful walk out porch that has a lot of room for his garden boxes which he loves planting vegetables and flowers in. The ceiling inside is vaulted, giving his one room apartment a spacious feeling. Even without the vaulted ceiling, it truly has spacious living areas. His kitchen is bigger than mine and we live in a house. All of the appliances are top quality and he had brand new carpet and paint done right before moving in. The bathroom, too, was huge. It included a nice walk in closet and the fixtures were modern and newer looking. His bedroom is the perfect size for his queen sized bed and his long, corner desk and computer equipment. His front door is coded, which once again made me happy about the safety. He tells me that he has no issues with noisy neighbors and he certainly has been lucky with that. He did say that the apartment is nicely insulated, so most noises of people coming and going are not heard. We looked out on his balcony and saw the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were very impressed! He is very happy living in this complex and says its worth every penny.

I lived at Camden for a 15 month lease and this by far was the best apartment I have ever had. I loved the unit I lived in, the patio space is amazing and the reason that I decided to move here. The maintenance team does an excellent job. Any maintenance request I had was taken care of immediately. The staff were always very kind and welcoming. The property itself was well kept. The pool was clean and a nice area to have friends over. It’s a huge thing to say that I always felt safe when I walked around the community either in the morning or night. It’s a dog friendly community with a little dog park that isn’t busy so it was perfect for my dogs. All of the neighbors I had were really good people. I am sad to leave! But we are on to a house. I am thankful for my time at Camden!

Living at Camden Panther Creek has been a wonderful experience! Actually, this is my 2nd Camden property I have lived & I can’t say enough good things about the community. The most important is my attached garage as well as washer and dryer. These 2 things have made apartment living more like a home!!! The staff here are helpful and responsive. I also love how dog friendly it is here with a nice dog park. I would definitely recommend Camden Panther Creek!!!

We have absolutely loved living here for the past (almost 3 now) years. The only reason we decided to move was because we are purchasing a home. Any time I have had issues the staff has helped me or maintenance staff fixed it ASAP (even when we had a staff shortage they tried to help with my non-emergency issue!). The community decided to go non-smoking after taking residents input and while we wont get to enjoy that change for long due to move out, that is amazing for our enjoyment of the public spaces like the pool!Staff is amazing. The value on the apartment is amazing. Amenities are great (and are only rarely not available for use due to cleaning). I think most apartments come with a garage or covered spot but they are usually garages available for a fee if you need more storage space.And before COVID there were so many community events! I really cant gush more about this place.Also I forgot to mention Tylene who has been super helpful throughout our time here!

Want to give a big shout out to this leasing team. I called in last week in regards to application process and Tonia answered all my questions and went above and beyond! I asked several questions and she went out of her way to provide me with different floor plan quotes. We set up an appointment for that Saturday. When we walked in it seemed to be a busy Saturday morning, unfortunately Tonia wasn’t able to assist us since she was busy with another guest but Danny stepped in to help us. Even though I had been communicating with Tonia he was such a help! He helped me log into the app so I could do my self guided tour and gave me a map of the area. We ended up applying and weren’t able to find out the decision that day until Monday ( 7/29 ). We didnt find out until later in the day and Tonia and I spoke in regards to her being solo in the office that day and it just being a crazy day! Understood, been there. What really made me excited to call Camden home soon, is the follow up I got on Tuesday! Tonia called me to apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred due to her being so busy. The thought never crossed my mind but I’m so glad to know this property strives on communication! Looking forward to calling Camden home!

Let me start by saying I am not a resident however I was visiting a resident and there was an issue that maintenance needed to handle. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained but I wanted to highlight maintenance staff, Jarvis Cheney. He not only solved the issue quickly, he was the most professional and FRIENDLY individual I have ever dealt with as far as apartment staff goes. That is even speaking on the maintenance staff at my personal complex. I cannot say enough kind words about him. He is truly a GEM and the Panther Creek location is lucky to have him.

Review has been edited.Beautiful and well-maintained complex sort of hidden away from the busy Frisco streets. Close to a ton of convenient places. The renovated units look great and have a very modern style.I wanted to give a huge shout out to Danny in the leasing office. I toured 7 apartment complexes today and Danny was by far the most professional, friendly, and helpful person I spoke to. It looked like he was the only one in the office at the time, so he was quite busy, but still found time to answer every single one of my questions. He even golfcarted me to tour one of the units in the pouring rain. If Camden reads these reviews, please give Danny some recognition for his unmatched customer service!EDIT:An unfortunate clerical error was made during my leasing process that caused the cancelation of my newly signed lease. In response, the general manager offered me a different and slightly more expensive, but fully renovated, apartment. My previous apartment wasnt yet renovated. She also offered me a concession for the inconvenience of having to rethink my moving plans and reschedule my utility transfers.I decided to take her offer since I like this complex and my application was already accepted. Despite the error, the general manager handled everything professionally and made the whole process painless. I felt like she had my best interests in mind. In my opinion, this is still 5 star service.

If you are looking for an apartment with great management, this is the place to call home. Is definitely the small details that count for us, starting when we moved in with a housewarming package and personalized welcome letter. Throughout the time we have had the best experience with leasing and living in a complex so far. Thanks to all the staff specifically to Tylene, Rose and Kristina who have work with our requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Great customer experience interaction with Rose Farias at the leasing office. We didnt have an appointment and were greeted with a friendly smile and active listening. She was quick to take our information and take us on the golf cart to see our apartment of choice. The 1BR 1BA we visited had granite countertops in the kitchen, built in laundry units and a decent size walk-in closet for the bedroom. It looked fresh for a complex that has been having residents for the last 10+ years. Rose showed us around the property when we were inquiring of amenities and called out common areas. We would have 100% moved in here but due to a happy coincidence we got to continue staying where we were currently located and couldnt continue further. But, for sure, this will be our choice to move to an apartment complex within Frisco after experiencing great customer delight.

My 5-Star Camden experience began well before I even moved into my apartment and continues to be the same to this day.I had never rented before, so in search of my first apartment I had contacted several different complexes in the DFW area requesting simple information that would best help me make a decision. I was extraordinarily lucky that Beatriz with Camden Panther Creek was the first person I ever spoke with among the list. No matter how many more complexes I spoke with, there was something different about the way Camden treated me from the start.Six months before AND after moving in, Beatriz and the entire staff at Camden has been there to guide me with an attitude that radiates kindness, transparency, and professionalism. Might I add that the maintenance team’s efficiency and workmanship is gold standard. It’s very difficult to compare how top-notch my experience has been with this team to anything else.For me, it’s easier to call this place a “home” rather than an “apartment”.I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time renting experience! I have been working with Camden communities as a vendor for the past 3 years. Camden Panther Creek is an exceptional property to partner with, and I enjoy my visit each time. The staff and maintenance are both very professional and down to earth. They always greet me when arriving on property and the appearance of the community is always well maintained. If I was looking for an apartment home, hands down I would choose Camden Panther Creek! Although I have not seen the entire community, the pool is amazing! It is always kept clean and resembles a pool from a magazine. It seems that everything a person needs in a home can be found here. I agree with the previous review from Brenda! I thought once I signed the lease I would never hear from Beatriz again. I am happy to report that Beatriz is still as awesome as she was when I called in to inquire about my apartment nine months ago! Anytime I have a question, Beatriz is very quick to respond to my emails and returns phone calls! The entire staff is amazing but Beatriz is my favorite! :)If you are considering this complex, I definitely recommend it. It’s very clean, quiet, cozy, safe, and the management here is AMAZING! They will take care of any issues you may have ASAP!I can’t forget the wonderful maintenance team! If I put in a service request, my issue is usually resolved the same day.Thank you for all your hard work! I love living here! Ask for Beatriz!P.S. Did I mention how quiet this complex is? Either the walls are super thick or I’m the only person who lives on my floor. I NEVER hear my neighbors.

I have been here from 2010-2016, then 2017 to present...And I still love it. Its home. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming whenever I stroll into the office. Especially Brad. He took care of many of my requests promptly and would always follow up to make sure I was happy. Great staff!My apt has all the luxuries of a new apt community without the ridiculous price tag and overlooks a small farm. Its a perfect location; close to everything but still feels like its remote. The resort pool is wonderful. I have enjoyed many years here and plan to renew my lease once again.

Brad Jeffery was my Leasing Agent and hes been nothing short of OUTSTANDING since the beginning. Hes quick to resolve any issues that may arise, hes thoughtful, kind and caring. Hes the main reason I chose to move here. The staff and the groundskeepers are also amazing. This is a very clean and well kept environment. I feel safe, no matter the time a come home. We lived at Camden Panther Creek for two years and moved out earlier this year due to a relocation. I miss it. This property is THE gold standard for value, communication, and service. If you care about being cared for, this is the place to be. Self-admittedly, I can be a very critical person. I have *no* complaints about this property. It is pet-friendly, clean, boasts solid amenities, and the office and maintenance teams are top-tier. They maintain a daily blog, email important announcements timely, and they were available throughout the winter freeze last year to address a few burst sprinkler heads and any other resident concerns. 100% of my maintenance requests were handled same-day or next-day, and they even went above and beyond to prioritize fixing my dryer while short-staffed so that I could have clean clothes ahead of a vacation. Move-in and move-out processes both exceeded my expectations, and the move-out inspection was more than fair. If you’re apartment hunting in Frisco, live here!!

Without hesitation Id recommend Camden Panther Creek. The management team is top notch and in particular Brad has done a great job for me. He helped me pick an apartment as I was moving from Ohio. He listened to me and identified one of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. It had a balcony-view of the eastern horizon which allowed me to see the sunrise every morning. Hes timely assisted with all other matters and provides a daily email with community events and other newsworthy notes. Further, Ive never seen a maintenance team smile more while timely completing their tickets. Everything gets resolved quickly on this property. Please enjoy meeting the team and hopefully yall will enjoy your time at Panther Creek like I have.

Usually when you move in a property, the staff is very nice and goes above and beyond to get you into the community. Once you are in it all changes, they begin to have an attitude and act like they are doing you a favor to assist you. Well I thought the ball would drop eventually at Camden like so, but from 5/2020 to present, the office staff is on it. They care about us (the tenants) we are not just a number in an apartment. They way they build the ability to be an community and offer ways to help us grow, personally, and how they handle ways to help us cope during COVID has been great. They office staff to the maintenance team is GREAT!!!!

I love living at Camden Panther Creek. The property is very pretty with lots of trees and my apartment is spacious and clean. It is nice and quiet here which is important to me.The staff here are incredible. Sonia Fuentes was the first staffer I interacted with when I came to visit Camden. She was friendly and so helpful. I was delighted to find that all the staff here are like that. Jessica Morado, Randi Teube and Brad Jeffery are all excellent at making me as a resident feel important and valued.Service requests are performed timely and efficiently and the maintenance staff are wonderful. Marco and Felix are my favorites, but I havent encountered anyone here who isnt helpful.I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I have really enjoyed being a resident at Panther Creek. It is a quiet community, and all the residents are friendly. I have never had an issue with anything that was not quickly addressed. Brad has been my go-to guy in the office. The entire staff is great, but Brad is always on top of things! From day one he made sure any questions I had, or anything I needed was taken care of! They always communicate with the residents about anything happening on the property. They are always hosting events or giving away freebies to the residents. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking in the Frisco area, and be sure to ask for Brad.

Disclaimer: I dont live at Camden Panther Creek Apartments. However, I do live in the subdivision across that street and have viewed the apartments a couple of times with friends and family who were looking to relocate to the Frisco, TX area.The apartments and models that I toured were very nice. The workout facility is rather small but the pool area is quite lovely - sort of a resort feel to it.The complex features gated entry and key fobs for security. Some units had garages if I remember correctly.All in all, its a nice apartment complex.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with this community. Its in a great location, near many stores, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, US 380 (University Drive), and Preston Road (289). The staff is unmatched in the best way possible- they are ALL extremely friendly, helpful, and take great care of their residents. Brad really goes the extra mile in taking care of the residents! Bea and Randi are always very helpful, and quickly address anything you may need. The maintenance here is insane in the best way possible- they answer requests exceptionally fast, and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The property is clean, well-kept, quiet, and safe. There are a ton of amenities that include a newly-renovated fitness center, a resort-like pool and hot tub, and they even have a free on-site notary for the residents to use. Theres also a business center, game area, and you can rent the clubhouse out for private events. I can see why there are many long-term residents here!

They were all really nice apartments and I would be happy with any of them. His enthusiasm and professionalism were outstanding and I enjoyed the visit! Camden Panther Creek Apartments is luxury at its best!! My family and I visited other apartment complexes that just did not compare to everything Camden had to offer. The units are spacious with beautiful cabinetry, upscale appliances, and wonderful amenities. Management goes above and beyond to accommodate you and your family. Especially Brad Jeffery!! I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Brad. He always has a pleasant disposition whenever he’s approached, makes it his business to tend to any issues we have without hesitation, and always follows up with us to make sure our needs are met. Thanks for making Camden a place we can call home Brad. We truly appreciate all you do.

We are about to finish our 1st Lease with this complex and we loved it so much that we decided to get a 2 bedroom with them for another year. Sonia helped me with leasing and she was quick and prompt on responses. When Sonia isnt available, Brad is always willing to step up to the plate and help us with anything we need.The Maintenance team is the best I have worked with, Most requests get completed the very next day we request them. Every person I have dealt with has been super friendly.The complex is super quiet and sometimes I cant even tell I am in an apartment. I will probably live here until we decide to purchase a home. Highly Recommend this Complex

I moved to Texas out of state which took a lot of coordination and Beatriz really helped make that process run smoothly! She was very prepared when we first met knowing I was only in town for a couple of days and needed to make a decision quickly. She has printouts of any apartment available that met all of my criteria and even some that had some perks I hadnt considered would be in my budget (link units with a garage!). I have lived here for about 4 months now and am so happy I decided to move into this community! My maintenance requests are handled promptly, and if there will be a delay, I have gotten a phone call directly from Beatriz letting me know the reason for the delay as well as expected next steps/timeline. The office is always on top of communicating any need-to-know information, which I really appreciate.

I have been here at Camden for a month now and love it!Brad was the one who serviced me with the utmost care and with every detail checked to perfect accuracy! It was a busy day when I first came to the office and he never made me feel he was in a hurry! He showed me two apartments and as we were on the property he was extremely friendly to the residents if the were in sight by smiling to everyone and giving them a friendly wave of his hand. He really makes everyone feel they are cared for! Brad answered all my questions and was concerned that all my questions were answered! Brad is a true asset to Camden!!

I met Beatriz at the office when I was looking for an apartent and she made the rental process easy and understandable. Its so hard to say goodbye. My son will go to Michigan for college this fall. We have been here for one year and we absolutely love living here. I went back to China last Decembet and left my son here alone. As a mother, my heart is filled with restlessness, anxiety, and we have no family or friends in US. The entire staff and maintenance crew are always willing to help. We feel safe and happy in our apartment. My son left our router and modem behind, Randi helped us drop them off to Spectrum office. Im so very much appreciated. My son and I have the greatest memories here.

I havent lived at camden too long but Ive been here long enough to know that I already love it. The staff is VERY responsive, helpful, and friendly. The only issue I encountered was with the renters insurance BUT this was not their fault at all and it was my insurance company taking some time to get camden the forms they needed. They worked with me until it was done properly though and kept in touch by email so I could respond at my convenience and any time Ive needed to come into the office, theres always someone around thats helpful and willing to work with you on whatever it is you might need.The pool is absolutely gorgeous, fitness center is great, and the apartment itself is stunning - easily the best place Ive ever lived. Large, comfortable, and even came with washer and dryer already included in the unit. Appliances were BRAND NEW and look great and I love the open style island kitchen.In summary, wonderful place to live. Bonus: the office even has hours on sunday - I LOVE that because its most definitely not the case with most places. If youre in Frisco, you should definitely consider living here!

Hands down, the best apartment community I have ever lived at. Wonderful staff, awesome maintenance team, and incredible apartments both inside and out. There is plenty of parking on site, and the trash service along with the maintenance team do a great job at keeping the grounds clean. I never want to move!

I have been here just under 1 year. It is a great place to live and has great amenities such as granite counter tops, pendant lighting and washer/dryer in each unit. Its safe and quite. Matt is a great manager. He does what he can to help you and has answered any questions Ive asked. He never makes you feel like youre bothering him as the same for Shannon, Evan and Kristen. Angle and the maintenance team are very prompt and responsive. Kudos to a great place to live!!!

The first person I talked to when I got there was Tylene Hamilton. She was very professional and friendly while she gave me a tour around the apt. complex. I was impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail while she told me about Camden and Panther Creek.Before I arrived for the tour, I had decided thatI was just going to see what was there and make a decision later. After I finished the tour with Tylene, I decided that this was the place where I would like to live. Ive been so thankful for the maintenance guys here at Camden panther creek. Especially Iris, who always seems to go out of his way to help my husband & I. He will see me walking trash down to the dumpster and hell offer to take it down for me. He is always working hard, always on the move doing something. For instance, he was picking up trash from the ground the other day and he saw that I had dropped my phone down underneath the Sewer drain. Iris stopped what he was doing, went out of his way to get my dropped phone out of the trapped ceramic sewer drain. He is always so kind. Every time we see him, he calls us out by name. I always know that I can go to him with any issue and problem and he will help me resolve it. He has such a kind heart and is always out to help others. Its workers like him that remind me of why I enjoy living in this complex. Thank you Iris!!

Ok first off, the staff are great, the rates for rental are very reasonable, and the apartments are awesome.I hate to complain, but they didnt include nearly enough parking. They sell the outdoor spots for $40/month. Be sure to get one right away, because if you delay, youll end up parking at the workout facility.
