    I really really enjoy living here! The staff, especially Sebastian, is extremely helpful. Ive worked with him since I previously lived in a sister property, and since moving to this location, hes been nothing but spectacular and professional. I enjoy the amenities here. Maintenance is often same day. Ive never had an issue while living here. I love that I cant really hear my neighbors. I have a wonderful view the skyline and my place of work. No complaints or issues at all.

    Everyone has been so helpful and friendly since I’ve moved in. Ashley gave me the tour and helped me find the right apartment. I frequently just sit downstairs and talk to the concierge for a bit. Amenities are always nice. Only bad thing would be the mixed crowd of younger and older folks. A bit of conflict at times but nothing too serious

    Im not a resident but was lucky enough to receive approval to shoot at this location with my entire bridal party the morning of my wedding Feb. 22, 2020. Cherie Benoit (Community manager) was extremely accommodating as I last minute decided to change locations in fear of poor weather. Adrian Kolarik was very friendly and helpful during our tour of the property as well. The property is spacious, modern, and aesthetic! My bridal party consisted of 12 people and we were able to fit and shoot everyone in multiple areas. My words wont do much justice so I will let the sneak peek photos speak for themselves. Lets just say the groom and I are so so happy we were able to secure this location. Beautiful development with outstanding employees!

    Lived here 3 years. I love the apartments and the location. I like how the work with entrepreneurs in order to get them accepted and moved in also. Only negatives I would say is the dog parks are constantly dirty and the people living here are young so it’s very busy and mixy.

    Moved to this location from another Camden property. It’s been a crazy year with my employer and needed to move a lot closer to where I was working. I’m so appreciative of the staff in helping me through this insane time. I love this location and my new place. The management made everything so seamless. Big shout out to the ladies in the office.     Been living here for a month. Leasing office is phenomenal - after I had all but finalized a lease on a unit, a cheaper unit of the same floor plan became available, I asked Austin if it was possible to switch and he made it happen. During the move-in, Ashley saw me struggling with a new OLED tv and literally helped me move it from my rental truck to my apartment front door.My experience with maintenance has been excellent. I put in 5 requests one evening (minor stuff), went to work the next day and came back and everything was done and working perfectly and I had received updates during the day as they were being done.Other tenants are super nice, no bad experiences so far, community amenities are kept in good condition. Very happy so far!

    Ive been a resident at Camden McGowen Station for almost a year now and it has been an incredible place to live.I travel all over the state for work and have lived in many different apartments/corporate living set ups, this apartment is hands down the best Ive ever gotten to call home.The building is extremely well maintained, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the gym is huge and has great equipment, the pool is relaxing, and just the overall feel is different (in a good way) from any other apartment Ive stayed in.The leasing and maintenance staff have been outstanding as well - both were very responsive and accommodating. I worked with Eric in the leasing office - he was able to find me the perfect set up very quickly. And unlike other leasing offices he followed up several times during my stay to ensure things were going well.I wish I could take this awesome apartment complex with me to every city I go.

    Camden McGowen Station has been home for the past 3 years! The staff especially Erick has always been pleasant and helpful! Maintenance team gets things completed in a timely manner. I never had any issues! Now some of the residents different story 😅! They will put trash anywhere but in proper place. Pet accidents were getting outta control! Maintenance shouldnt have to be on poop patrol! So I applaud the maintenance team for getting mess cleaned up quickly! I moved out for a change of scenery. Definitely wouldve stayed longer!Thank you Camden!

    Camden McGowen Station is definitely the perfect place for your city life experience. So many great restaurants, bars, local businesses. The staff is truly genuinely amazing, as a resident my needs were always taken care of. I grew my family here, and it will always have a special place in my heart. If your looking for a city life experience and have a residential and maintenance staff who make sure your experience is amazing I recommend leasing here!

    Weve been renting at Camden properties since 2019 and have had nothing but a great experience. So far at McGowen, the amenities are great, location is great, and neighbors are friendly. Elizabeth assisted my partner and I through the leasing process and she was knowledgeable, affable, responsive, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with. Based on our leasing experience with Elizabeth and how great the rest of the staff has been thus far, looking forward to the rest of our time leasing here

    This is by far one of the best apartments! Alejandro was the one who helped me, and he was super attentive, never left me hanging, always checked up, and was VERY kind and friendly. Camden has a very unique environment as far as the culture especially in the leasing office. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly, and always make you feel right at home. Alejandro was very patient and handled everything perfectly. He is a great problem solver, and can tackle down any issues within a matter of time. He is very dependable and reliable, and i love that at camden you can build relationships with the people that work there! the apartment is beautiful and clean and well kept. I highly recommend Moving here (: shout out to alejandro, he’s my favorite for sure!!

    I just signed my lease and will be moving there in a month. Im from out of state and spent 2 full days looking everywhere Houston, Camden McGowen Station had the nicest employees. Christina was so sweet and went over the top to help me find something. I cant wait to live here. Its so clean, really secure, has a beautiful view of downtown from the Sky Lounge. Great amenities. This place exceeded my expectations. Camden, you are lucky to have Christina.

    Recently stopped by this location for a tour, I actually got lost looking for the location and spoke with a very patient and knowledgeable leasing agent Ashley. She really calmed my nerves as I was anxious in the city bustle and don’t always venture out this direction. I really appreciate how personable and kind she was upon arriving, and she really made my experience so wonderful and she really had me sold on the community. I look forward to applying come Summertime!

    I have a teenager whose dream is to attend Rice University in Houston, Texas. It has been only her and me since she was three years old. I have kept her safe. I do not want her to move away from me but her dreams are coming true. I visited the Camden Apartments in Houston and met Susan Humble. She is a Southern Belle with a beautiful heart to match her personality, answering all of my questions. She was professional and kind, going out of her way to explain everything I had reservations about. I felt better after learning more about where my daughter would be living in two years. I do not know if she will be staying on campus or at the Camden apartments, but either way, it is nice to know there are other young women like my daughter, who are kind and helpful. Thank you Susan! Hopefully I will see you in two years when my daughter moves to Houston.

    Ive lived here since this property opened two years ago, and will be truly sad to leave for the new property Downtown as this is a fantastic complex.Between Adrian, Erik, the incredible maintenance/custodial team, and the friendly leasing/concierge team...its the people here which make this such an incredible place to live (the pristine amenities certainly come in close second). I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone in Houston, and look forward to remaining a part of the Camden family for as long as I continue to rent.

    This place is amazing. The leasing office is extremely helpful, even after you sign the lease. The whole staff is over the top nice and somehow know everyone by name. The amenities here are great as well, pool, gym, sky lounge, free coffee, and laundry pickup. If you are moving to midtown I strongly suggest looking into Camden McGowan Station.

    Camden McGowen station is such an amazing place to live. The property itself is immaculate and well taken care of and the units are GORGEOUS! So modem with large kitchens and closets! The amenities are state of the art with a resort style pool. Highly recommend to live here. Staff is great and go above and beyond for any questions! Shout out to Adrian, Erik, Kayleigh, Christina just everyone is amazing!!!!!

    One of the best places I resided! A ton of amenities and views of the city. Their outdoor patio was probably my favorite because of the chill setting they created. Rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is also incredible. The front desk is really helpful with guest visiting and collecting food orders. The leasing office made the process really easy and fast. Look for Christina Noel and she will take care of you. She gives that VIP status!

    When I visited Camden McGowen Station, Stephanie gave me a tour of the property and helped me find the perfect apartment. Stephanie was great: she showed me multiple units until I found the one that worked best for me, and she met with me again for a second day of touring even though the leasing office was crazy busy. On top of the great experience I had with Stephanie, the massive gym, beautiful pool/outdoor areas, and convenient location in Midtown helped me to decide that Camden McGowen Station would be the best place for me to call home!

    I toured the community a while back and honestly fell in love. The apartments were pretty and the amenities were more spacious than any I had ever seen. I worked with Erik and he made the experience awesome. I ended up moving to a different part of Texas but if anyone is looking to move to Midtown, I would recommend this property.

    So apartment searching is so difficult especially when you are extremely selective and have high expectations of lifestyle and cozy and comfortable living in one space. Camden McGowen-Station gave me both. City living at its finest with the space and the view that is ideal, but also a safe and comfortable experience to let me call this place home. The service is extremely hospitable and the management is genuine and professional. I’m glad I chose them and would recommend this choice to others like myself seeking to enjoy class, architecture, and coziness at its finest!

    I lived at this apartment complex for over 2 years (October 2018- December 2020) and had a great experience! Worked with Adrian and Erik throughout my time and they were very accomodating. The amenities were top notch and the maintenance service was always extremely quick and efficient. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to live in Midtown!

    Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She not only moved us in super efficiently, but did it with the best possible attitude I could have asked for. She showed us around the beautiful property which we were extremely impressed by. The extravagant pool area and gym are my two favorites by far.I would definitely reccomend Camden McGowen Station!     I have been living at Camden McGowen station for 3 weeks. The staff and amenities are exceptional. Christina and Erik have gone multiple times beyond and above to accommodate my needs. I had one of the staff members present for a furniture assembly that was unable to be present for. The community is located in a great neighborhood. Don’t think twice about living here.

    Camden McGowen is the best luxury condo I have moved into in the last 10 years. The personal is friendly, and they love pets. On moving day, use Ever Moving Truck services because they offer a 10% discount if you move to any Camden. Another thing that I love is the gym if you love exercising, this place is for you.

The only negative comment I have is due to the residents who would allow their pets to use the bathroom in the hallways & elevators and would not cleanup after them. Fortunately however, the Camden staff were always quick to clean up the messes.

    It’s always a delight to come into the office, such a great staff. Susan, is so genuine and caring. She is always taking the extra step to stop and listen. Susan has a great character, and cares deeply about her residents and duties. The maintenance team works quickly and fixes every issue. Susan is also drop dead gorgeous. Sometimes I find myself going down to the lobby just to get a coffee so I can see her 😜

    This is by far the best place to live in Houston. The level of customer service that weve received is not only top notch, but also unmatched across the city. There isnt anything else like it.Trust me... Ive looked at soooo many places. I absolutely adore the courtyard overlooking downtown and the pool is just like a resort. The view at night is especially breathtaking. Going out with a glass of wine and enjoying the view is the best. So in love with this place and the people.Also, we love the free coffee lounge.     Now that I am completely moved, I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to the amazing team at Camdens McGowen Station apartments for helping make this process so smooth, enabling me to move in quickly and prepare for medical school. The team went, and continues to go above and beyond to make my stay here the best it can be. A few but not all of the examples of their amazing hard work and dedication are below:First, I would like to thank Christina, for all she did to make me comfortable in selecting my apartment. When i first arrived to Houston in March, the apartments were not yet ready for tours, but Christina did not let that stop her from providing unbeatable service. On multiple occasions Christina went to ALL of the apartments I was interested in and took pictures, and measurements in all directions so I could plan from another state which unit to rent in order to fit my furniture. When i was still uneasy, Christina went the extra mile, and facetimed with me so I could see and plan. The amount of time and energy she put in to making this experience for a complete stranger was amazing. This hospitality did not stop since move in, in fact she continues to make sure everything is far better than par.I would also like to thank Erik and Adrian who have helped on multiple occasions from getting elevators planned for movers, to extra storage keys and space often at a moments notice. They have outstanding and friendly attitudes and are always ready to help.One of the other great parts about this community is how safe and secure we are at all times thanks to the great concierges Steven and TJ. Always there to make sure the building and entrances are secure after hours and always a friendly smile to let you know you are home.And when it comes to maintenance, this place is top notch. This is thanks to Alexis, John and Simon always setting the standard. Since moving in I had one small, and one medium maintenance issue. Both times after notifying the staff, they promptly came to fix the problems, and even stayed into the evening. Other apartment complexes would have pushed it off till another day, or might not even have fixed it at all as the problems were mainly cosmetic. Not this team. They got it done, and did it fast. This goes along with everything in all other areas of a building. if there is ever a scratch in paint, by the end of the day one of them has seen it and fixed it. The place is immaculate.This community functions seamlessly, and no doubt that is a tribute to the management and care of Lannya and Aline. They are constantly on the ball for any issues brought up and work hand in hand with their staff on a continual basis. There is never a request to great or a problem that they cant find a solution for, and are always happy to help.I am so glad that I ended up staying here.5 Stars.

    Best Decision Ive made. Ive been living at the property going on a year, and just renewed my lease. The staff is very welcoming, and very willing to assistance with any issues that may arise.     This is the best place to live ever!!! I love how quick everyone attends to my needs and the amenities go above and beyond expectations. Simon and John always fix my maintainance issues the SAME day I bring them up. (And most of them are minor). Erik is the best and helped me set up my internet and cable (which wasn’t his job). He answers questions from restaurant recommendations to parking help. He was able to call my cable company for me and get the entire installation charge removed when that wasn’t even set up through the Camden complex. He also gave a great tour and will totally sell you on the property. Stephanie, Lanya, and Christina are amazing as well and tell me all the best places to eat, drink and shop. Adrian is the best ever and goes above and beyond to do small things like delivering packages to your room, opening the door for you, and even chasing down the UPS truck when they start to drive off and forget to unload your package. There’s always free coffees/lattes downstairs and free food at all times. Free events like brunch on sundays and wine tasting events in the lounge are also a plus. The pool is amazing and the outdoor patio furniture and hammocks are so fun. I use the sound proof conference room a lot to work on my computer and make phone calls. (Also free printing and scanning is nice). The gym is awesome too and obviously all new equipment. You get what you pay for. But here I’ve gotten way more. I feel like I’m living in a $15k per month NYC apartment. This wasnt even on my list of places to look at while I was apartment shopping. I had ten places listed that I wanted to visit. I stumbled across Camden McGowan because it was across from another property i was looking at. I walked in and told Erik I had 15 min and wanted to quickly take a tour, as I had many other places I wanted to see. 2 hours later, I had already signed my lease and I never even visited those other places. 10/10

    Great experience signing, moving in, and residing at CMS. Professional and attentive staff who is genuinely helpful. Clean complex (public areas and amenities) with good security and late-night concierge assistance for residences and guests. No issues with any apartment hardware either (nice washer/dryer, dishwasher, sink, etc.). Plenty of resident parking and decent guest parking. Overall, very nice experience and good location.

    Spent three months visiting dozens of places trying to find the right place to live and struggled. Stumbled upon mcgowen by accident, wandered in, took an enjoyable tour from Christina and immediately decided it was just right. Been here three months and still pleased with decision.Plenty of apartment configurations/locations. I chose one light and airy with dual aspect floor to ceiling windows overlooking midtown park. Layout of building is well thought out, communal areas popular with residents and location is close to plenty of action within walking distance. Staff and residents super friendly.dave

    Isaiah Johnson!! I just Have to say that Isaiah was truly ablessing!! Going through the dispute process and alsodealing with the All property management from overseven years ago was so stressful. After speaking withIsaiah he walked me step-by-step on what I needed to do Iwas on top of everything that needed to be done fromdealing with the dispute process also dealing withoperations manager from the old apartment complex.Isaiah assured me that he would do everything he can towork with my husband and I to make it an easy transition.Well I truly feel like not only do the viewers need to readthis but also the upper management team.     Just moved here from florida 3 weeks ago but I couldn’t feel more at home here at Camden Mcgowen! Erik (and the rest of the staff) has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the process. My boyfriend and I looked around a lot of apartments in Houston before making a decision and it really is nice to not have any regrets in our decision. It really embodies the best of all worlds - amentities, accommodation and ambiance.

    This is a great place to live! This was my first home with my husband and we really enjoyed our time living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and we felt very safe living here. I would definitely recommend!

    Office and maintenance staff all provide excellent customer service! If you are ever in need of any assistance contact Erik and/or Adrian! Also, I can not forget to mention the hardworking maintenance men; Abel and Robert! They are always going above and beyond! Definitely recommend living at Camden Mcgowen!

    Great apartment, there are some small issues but they can be worked on. The office staff could do better at responding to emails and calls. The apartment itself is great.

    We are moving from Camden Gaines ranch Austin where we did not have a good experience to Camden Mcgowen, Erick who was the one that help us today was very nice. aparments look great even they are not finish.

    Great amenities and a very friendly staff. Everything is always super clean from the garage to the lobby and hallways. Kayleigh has been extremely helpful making the move in process a breeze.

    I will really like to appreciate Erik! He helped out me and my boyfriend extremely and the area is wonderful to live in.. no complaints yet.. it’s so chilled and great vibe!! Highly recommended.
