    The past two months were awesome with the Camden Legacy Park Apartments. Their staffs Bea, Christine are so welcoming, excellent and knowledgeable in their jobs. Allotment of available slots for viewing their flats were so flexible and made easier for our move-in. They did go above and beyond for helping us choose one of their rental properties as our home and their administration capabilities are applaudable ones as they quickly resolved issues that were mentioned to them. We had a few things to be fixed as we moved-in here, their maintenance staffs Rafael & Stephano were helpful too. I would cherish being at this place, in the years to come! Thanks

    Bea was the best from start to finish even when I renewed my lease. Staff are very professional, helpful and prompt. Maintenance request is smooth and response times are excellent. Price is upfront in the website so I got to pay everything online. Place is newly renovated. The windows are old so weather proofing is bad. Electric bills do go high at times. Neighbors and neighborhood is good. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here. Going on my second year.

    I am going on year two and this place is truly one of the hidden gems in Plano. I have lived in several apartment complexes across Texas, and I can honestly say that living at Camden at Legacy Park has been the best experience I have ever had. The property is incredibly well-managed and very clean. Neighbors are very respectful and quiet at night. Having an attached garage (equipped with My Q) is very convenient and great for storage. There is ample parking available for guests. The maintenance team is a well-oiled machine that quickly responds to maintenance requests. I can reach management anytime via text or email; they always promptly respond to my needs. DNT, George Bush, 121, and 75 are a short drive away. Lastly, living off Preston is amazing. I am close to HEB, Shops at Legacy, Stonebriar, most stores, and more restaurants than I can count. The only thing I would change is to have more updated washing machines and thermostats; however, this place is as close to perfect as you will ever get in an apartment, and you will never get everything you want when you are renting. If you are looking to live in West Plano, I highly recommend Camden at Legacy Park. Bea, Christine, and the rest of the Camden team will make you feel welcome and like a valued tenant. As long as the rent stays at a reasonable rate, I definitely intend to stay here until I am ready to purchase a home in a couple of years.

    Just moved in and the whole experience so far has been flawless. Christine was patient, friendly and communicative. Rafael, the onsite maintenance man has been wonderful and gone above and beyond, even noticing things that needed to be completed and doing them on the spot. The complex is clean and well maintained. I toured over a dozen properties and looked at 3x as many online, so glad I made the decision to move here. (Plus having the HEB down the road rocks!!)

    Bea has been absolutely amazing! When I toured with her, she really got to know what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect apartment. I have now lived here four months and she continues to be so friendly and helpful when I need it. Bea, the rest of the front office, maintenance, and everyone else has truly made living here so great!

    I only stayed there temporarily due to the fact my daughter was ill. However, during the month I was there I can say we had to call after hours maintenance once due to the fact our door would not shut. They came out around 8pm and fixed it the same day. Also, the toilet ran over and maintenance guy was there within an hour. The apartment was clean and no bugs seen at all. Valet trash pickup is nice too.

    I just moved in from out of country and needed to be in this zip code for the school. I looked around a couple of apartments around and ended up choosing Camden for all these reasons. First and foremost Christine was very helpful in providing all the information that we needed. She covered all questions and even more details on the questions we dint know to ask and was very organised in getting us setup as quickly as possible. Thanks a ton Christine. The apartment has been renovated recently and looks pristine and no issues so far.

    I have been staying here for past 6 months, I would recommend this apartment for families based on the experience I have so far.1. Maintenance staffs are excellent.     I moved in here a few weeks ago. The 2BHKs are not the most spacious ones around this area but the designs are good, appliances new, homes remodeled and has an attached garage.The location is great, staff have been helpful so far.

    We stumbled upon this complex while we were just driving around one day, and decided to take a chance on it - a great decision! This is the safest Ive ever felt in a rental, by far. There are tons of families in the complex, and at any time multiple families are out walking, so it never feels like youre alone. Management is very responsive and maintenance has always been quick and efficient for my unit. The complex is beautiful and well maintained, and we loved our kitchen set up. Management also made it a breeze and was incredibly helpful and supportive when we suddenly had to break our lease early to move across country to be with family. Highly recommend this complex for anyone, but especially for families!

    I havent lived at Camden Legacy Park for about a year now, but I never should have left. While I was there, the experience was great. It says something about a place when a person will come back a year later just to write a review once Ive experienced living elsewhere.The property is older, but you can definitely tell the maintenance crew/the property owners really care about the condition of the apartments and the property and keep it very nice. Any issues I had were fixed very quickly. The location is central to a lot of things in the Plano/Frisco area, which was really nice. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment staff, specifically Ingrid, if she still works there. She was quite possibly one of the nicest ladies I have ever met, let alone dealt with as an apartment employee. It was impressive that she would always remember you by name and go out of her way to say hello or give you a wave as you drove past.The only reason I left was to be closer to the bars and restaurants in the Shops at Legacy, but it is 100% worth the $10 cab ride home to live at this place instead of renting in the shops. My lease ends at my apartment in the Shops at Legacy in March, and I am definitely going back to renting at a Camden property. Camden is continuously rated one of the best places to work in the U.S. which really shines through with the quality of living environment they provide to the people they serve.

    My parents have lived at Camden Legacy Par for 5 years and love it. They are coming up in age so we were weighing all options on moving to a different apartment at Camden or senior living and Taylor Bennett was the most attentive, knowledgeable and professional staff member. She went above and beyond to help us, did what she said immediately, and her constant communication was above and beyond what we have ever experienced with any leasing agent! THANKS TAYLOR BENNETT

    Ive lived here for years now and they are the best here! I have called the maintenance staff even during holidays and they get the issue resolved quickly. The office management has been nothing but helpful and pleasant. They go out of their way to make these apartments feel like a home . Great place to live! The pool is nice and the gym is as well. They are constantly upgrading the common areas here!

    From start to finish, our experience with the Camden Legacy Park team was AWESOME. Professional, honest, fun and answered all 106 of my questions. Location is great... safe, centrally located with tons of dining/shopping in the area. Per friendly and the grounds are kept very well. Thank you for taking care of me and my wife during our move Plano!! Side note: Chase and Rebecca are phenomenal.

    We have been staying at Camden for few months now we like the layout the units are new enough and are very happy with the maintenance that is kept by the management. Being close to the shopping and work makes this location more favorable. The pool is good size and we never had any issue with our kids going out there regularly when it is open for use.

    Ive had an awesome time staying here! Whenever I have a maintenance issue with my apartment, its always fixed promptly and professionally. The main lobby staff are kind and courteous, and help me to feel at home. The events they throw also help to make you feel more at home, and Id highly recommend living here to anyone.

    Recently moved to Camden Legacy Park, Plano Texas. Jeffery Mann and staff were excellent in providing me with apartment and community details prior to my move. The apartments are upgraded. Complex has also been doing further upgrades such as new garage doors. The community is quiet. Mostly family or career oriented individuals. Other positives are as follows: deposit was very reasonable, great location, and kind staff.

    This review is primarily on the apartment rental process. The leasing office associate Chase Anderson is very helpful and patient in showing multiple houses at different times and answers all questions patiently. Also responded to emails promptly. The while procedure was a breeze. The apartments property seems to be well maintained.

    I am a former resident of Camden Legacy Park and I highly recommend this community. I relocated simply because the Camden property in Dallas was closer to my new job. I am young and was excited for a city lifestyle, but if I ever relocated back to the Plano/Frisco area, I will definitely return here. After all, this neighborhood is unbeatable - safe, clean, and vibrant with amazing restaurants and shops. Morgan had leased to me and my apartment was in tip top shape. I walked in and the space was clean and fresh. My favorite part of this apartment was my attached garage; if you are from Dallas you know that protecting your vehicle is important. ALL apartments here have an attached garage and TV/Wifi is included. My apartment had a view of the swimming pool and spa. It was always so clean and pristine; I miss the spa very much. The Assistant Manager, Chase, and Community Manager, Rebbeca, are so personable. They are always willing to assist but also to have a genuine conversation with you. They truly care about you and listen with focus on finding a solution. Rebbeca was my go to and she always came through. She is truly a gem! Not many communities can say they have managers that truly care about residents. Kelly Lee is also their leasing agent. Shes so sweet and always smiling! Loved visiting her! Thank you for providing me with such a wonderful living experience. Check out this community today! Highly recommended!

    I visited Camden Legacy Park and Morgan was almost to the door when I walked in to greet me and welcome me to the property! She was very helpful in understanding what I was looking for and showed me several apartments and described the differences. I always am impressed with Camden apartments and will probably pick one of them for my next home!

    Ive lived at Camden legacy park for 2 years now. I recommend them for SMU Guildhall students! It is walking distance from campus and a CVS for coffee. The front staff is very friendly, accommodating, and flexible. Maintenance is fast, professional, friendly, and non invasive. New dog park, trash valet, and pool/spa. Its a little pricier than other apartments in the area, but worth the convenience and transparency.

    Excellent location. 5 min from Dallas Tollway and shops, corporate offices, excellent Plano schools, right next to 10 miles++ of walking/biking trails. You can walk to a lot of places, CVS/Walgreens/Kohls even, convenience stores, schools. A ton of parking spaces. Several 3 bed places with DOUBLE garages. Maintenance is quick, polite (sorry to see Marco leave). The outside looks grim, but since most of the time we live inside the apartment it doesnt matter. All apartments overlook a green quad with trees so the views have been very cleverly designed you dont notice the acres of concrete parking spaces from inside the apartment. Front office polite, nice community events. Reasonable pool and gym. Ingrid is the best office manager ever. Very professional. Rent is very reasonable. I knocked it down from a 5 because weve had never ending problems with the washing machine because we live in the three bedroom with kids and of course the appliance is used heavily. Not sure if the owner has done a cost/benefit of paying marginally more for better machines and reduce maintenance hours. Better machines in the 3 bedroom apartments would probably make sense and cost about $500 more. The time and materials will pay back and increase tenant satisfaction. Then get 5 stars. One more niggle. I hate the 10 million watt security light which comes on outside my bedroom window at night. The solution is to buy black out curtains. But I prefer the blinds, dont like curtains.

    I just moved in and it’s really nice! It’s close to everything in Plano and quiet even though it’s next to Preston. Ashley and Taylor in the leasing office made leasing easy and were super welcoming at move in!

    Im a prospective tenants at Legacy Park and Ive experienced nothing but kindness, compassion and diligent efforts from the leasing staff the several times Ive been to the office to discuss availability for my upcoming move. Chase is the bomb, super friendly and very down to earth. I really appreciated him in our first visit to check out apartments. Rebecca was so friendly and accommodating to my 7 year old when he wanted to talk her ear off while I was discussing floor plans with Chase. But the real MVP, (I havent seen any other review mention him which just SHOCKS me) thats Shammah. He is the ABSOLUTE bomb. When Chase was going to be off work he emailed me and told me to come in and check out a floor plan that was available for me to see, and Shammah would take care of me. My son thought Chase was super cool (hes 7, anyone that pays attention to him is cool) well move over Chase, you have competition. Shammah showed me 2 different apartments, drove us in the rain, then went back out with the golf cart to get another group of prospective tenants so they wouldnt get wet. He answered all of my questions, with professionalism and precision. Im between Legacy Park and Legacy Creek right now and honestly I might just go with Legacy Park just because of how much I enjoy the front office staff. Shammah - Youre the man!

    Maintenance team is awesome, how big the problem is they fix it just like that. In my Unit AC was not working, temperature was showing 85 on thermostat. They replaced the compressor with in hours. Everything is fine now..
