5 stars for Sarah at the leasing office!! We decided not to lease here due to price but everything else was great. Sarah was professional and welcoming during our tour. I loved the property and the unit layouts. We chose another complex due to a better rent rate but if that wasn’t the case, we probably would’ve leased here. It was a clean, cozy property too. Sarah was helpful and she had all my inquiring info ready to go for their scheduled tour- she knew we were coming and was prepared.

Antwaun was really nice and easy to talk with as he showed us around the complex. The courtyards are a nice touch with seating and trees. The pool area is beautiful, and I love the ping pong table. Everything was really beautiful and professional.

I just moved in here about a week ago. So far everything has been great! The color scheme in my apartment was a bit dark for my liking but it is growing on me. I originally wanted hardwood floors but only carpeted apartments were available. Even the carpeting is starting to grow on me. Nice and homey feeling. Staff has been really responsive to everything! I called the other day to ask a question and nobody answered. I didnt leave a message but they actually called me back anyway! You can also text the office and they are really quick to respond! I put in 2 maintenance requests since moving in and I get quick responses with updates and everything is fixed on the first try. Great amenities like a nicely equipped gym, office lounge area, and the tech package they offer is a great deal! Glad I made the move!

I’m hesitant to write this because I really love living in Camden and appreciate the life in these beautiful apartments, but I feel its important to bring attention to the pool area. Quite often, people who dont live at Camden come to the pool. Ive seen them come in from the mail area and leave later in the evening. While I understand that its very hot and people want to relax, something unpleasant happened today. Two young people came to the pool and settled in the area where children usually swim. They brought out a glass bottle with an alcoholic drink, as well as cigarettes and e-cigarettes. I dont want my child to see this, and we had to leave shortly after we arrived. Is there any way to secure the Camden area? Thank you!

Camden La Frontera is the most premier apartment complex in Round Rock by far! Ive lived here for almost 5 months now and Ive seen nothing but excellence in care for the property. The front office staff are very professional and fun! I would recommend living here if you want to feel like youre on vacation every time you walk out your door.

My family and I moved here Feb 2022 and we absolutely love it! The amenities are amazing, the staff is amazing, the people are nice, and the community is quiet for the most part. If your unit it facing the pool , the view is nice. But the pool closes at 10pm and groups tend to party out there until 1am on the weekends. It’s tough since I have a baby who goes to bed at 7pm. Other than that I absolutely love this place and we may end up staying a while ☺️👍🏼

I’ve been at Camden going on 3 years and knowing nothing will be perfect the entire team at Camden has made my personal experience in the community a joy and have countlessly gone above to make my apt feel like a home. Couldnt ask for a better place to live in. You literally have everything u need in a 5 mile radius, great school and yet still quiet at nights. Huge thanks to Joaquin for his hard work and friendly persona much respect my guy.

Overall an amazing place to live! So close to near by shopping and downtown round rock. The apartments themselves are great, I am used to the noisy apartment life and was surprised when I first moved here that you dont really hear your neighbors though the walls, which is such as plus! Staff are awesome and maintenance is stellar. I one time had my AC out in the middle of summer and It was fixed within hours and not days. Camden really goes out of their way to provide the best experience and it does show in their communities!

I have worked in Property Management for over 4 years and lived at a variety of different complexs and I can honestly say that I have never loved living somewhere more than I do at Camden. The leasing process was so simple and smooth, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Brianna in the office is fantastic. The property itself is beautiful even after the tour you get in the beginning. Ive lived here for 4 months now and the property is pristine and always taken care of. Amenities and great, grounds are clean, payment process is smooth, apartment is so homey, and the maintenance staff is top notch. I put a request in late one night expecting a wait time of at least a week from past experiences at properties and just because of the sheer size of La Fronteras Camden. I woke up the next morning to a text from the team letting me know it would be taken care of that day! Zach, Kyle & Clinton, you are much appreciated. Great job Camden team.

I wanted to take a minute to share my experience so far at Camden La Frontera - specifically when it comes to working with Nicole. From the day I first visited the complex, she has been the epitome of attentive and professional. She addressed all of my questions quickly and every interaction with her and the staff has reinforced my decision to move to Camden La Frontera.I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where every staff member was friendly and engaging in every interaction. It seems like a basic expectation that the staff would be friendly, but if you’ve lived in other complexes in the Austin area, it is in fact, very rare to find. Even months after moving in, Nicole always remembers my name and more impressively, remembers my dog’s name and stops to say hi to us both when she sees us. We love living here and would definitely recommend it to our friends!

I moved in a couple of months ago and I am looking to renew my lease already. The complex is wonderful. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and barbecue are great to use and the gym is perfect. It has everything you need to stay fit. What really makes Camden La Frontera special is people like Yvanna Navarro. She is very sweet and helpful. She answers any question, concerns and takes care of issues as you may have. She is truly the best!!!

I was initially upset to find out that I had carpet in my apartment when we were told we would have wood flooring and she took care of it right away. I felt a huge sense of relief and was very grateful for her quick action to ensure we got the floors changed out and to have the best possible experience.

Living here was a great experience! We felt a sense of community with our neighbors, dogs, and staff who were very friendly. We really enjoyed the facilities such as the pool, gym, social room, and especially the dog park! The only thing that I would change is the valet waste; Id prefer saving money and taking it out myself. People also need to pick up after their dogs. Other than that, best apartment Ive experienced. We felt so welcome to be here by Rachel in the front office. Both Rachel and Jeffrey have been outstanding in assisting us through the process of moving in and we have really appreciated Rachels attention to details.We have lived here 6 months now and want to add how outstanding the maintenance staff is here too. Had a couple of small things come up and their response was immediate. One required a new part, they let us know and finished the work still within a short period of time. She is going to find you a deal that will exceed your expectations.All the staff in the front office is very professional. Location, location, location. You have the best of both worlds here at Camden LaFrontera. Urban feel, but surrounded on 2 sides by farm pastures. Covenient to I-35, Toll roads 45 & 130 and a mere minutes to a shoppers delight and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and we love the open layout. We havent had any problems with noise from surrounding apartments and the community is very dog friendly. Our unit has an attached garage and that is a big plus. Maintenance is always on top of any requests. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. The Courtyard areas with outdoor seating is a nice feature and the Clubhouse and pool are a great place to relax. Would definetly recommend Camden LaFrontera to friends.

My wife had recently tried to fill in a application for an apartment but we couldn’t get through the process. My wife works as a key worker (nurse) at st david’s medical center. She is new to the states and has recently moved with a green card from UK for obvious reasons doesn’t have a credit history in the states . We found your property and community very safe and well managed. We are very upset at the fact that we were not able to complete the application as she didn’t have the physical green card . She does have her social security number though . Kindly assist because we are new to the place .Rachel from the contact team reached out to me on my uk number and was really helpful and kind . Even called my wife and helped us with the situation even though it was little late as we had already finalised on other apartment.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in! all brand new even appliances. amazing office staff everybody from the property manager down to the leasing agents knows me by first name and even my dog. Ive never had any complaints or issues. I will be here for the forseeable future. if you looking for hassle free updated and friendly this is where you want to live!!!

I visited this complex and I really loved the amenities. Im an outdoor man myself so I really appreciate the grilling area and pool. The fitness center is very nice too. Its big and has all the machines I like to use; it will be great to not have to pay for gym membership. I am excited to bring my girlfriend over to check it out, I think she will be proud of me for finding this place!

I absolutely love living here! The apts I lived at previously do not compare to this apt complex whatsoever. The appliances here are nice, neighbors are nice and pretty quiet and the layouts of the apts are nice. I would totally recommend anyone to move here if they are looking for a nice apt!. Also the traffic is not bad in the morning time for me and not that bad in the afternoon for me personally.

I have been living at this property for 6 months now and I honestly do not have a single complaint (knocks on wood). Coming from a HORRIBLE experience at my previous apartment complex I walked in expecting anything to happen, but I was proven wrong. The property is quiet for the most part, neighbors are very friendly, from the few times I have interacted with the staff they were very nice and prompt. Its a very animal friendly property, but not messy. resident are usually good at cleaning after their pets. The apartment gives you 3 days to pay rent, so any fee after those days are expected (its in your lease when you sign it people). I worked with Erin and Juliana (spell check, sorry) when I moved in and they made my move easy. I explained to Erin what problems I encountered at my last apartment and she reassured me I wouldnt have to deal with the same issues. So far she was right. Thanks Camden!

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. But what really stands out is the attention and exceptional service of the staff. They are always willing to help and resolve any concerns. The apartments are designed with exquisite taste, with spacious and bright spaces, and the maintenance is impeccable. The common area is an oasis of tranquility, with a sparkling pool and a well-equipped gym. But what I value most is the feeling of community and security that is felt in every corner. Without a doubt, this complex is a place where one can truly feel at home and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant life. Totally recommended!
