    I would like to give a shout-out to Luci for making my transfer to a new apartment a smooth and easy process. She was very attentive, professional and communicated with me all the way through. Ive lived here for about 3 years now, and I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on point whenever you need them. As far as crime,well, things happen everywhere and its just hard to avoid that. But overall, it has been a good experience for me. Thank you again Luci.

    Camden Holly Springs is a great community to live at. Beautiful landscaping and lake views. Great apartment layouts and finishes. Everyone from the managers to leasing have been extraordinary! Special shoutout to Jennifer for being attentive and helping me through the moving process.

    I have lived here for 2 years going on my third year . I have no complaints. I have a one bedroom with a detached garage. I am able to park my car outside and inside with no problems. I personally haven’t experienced any crime or any type of police problem . It’s been 10/10 service for me .The front office is very personal and very professional. My 3rd year lease I wanted to transfer to a townhome which are absolutely beautiful. The transfer was smooth and easy. They worked with me on a great deal and made the process so worth it. I even got an extra parking spot for guest being the garage is so huge ! Thank you again to Luci, Stephanie and Kat for your professionalism and patience with me ! You are appreciatedThe Maintance is on point with any and everything I need .My experience here has been wonderful. I love the homey feel it brings to Houston . Not to far from night life but not so close to the crazy traffic .

    My experience from the moment I walked in was outstanding 👌Rosalyn greeted me and her smile was contagious 😍 She was such a joy and a blessing to work with. Her work ethic is top-notch, she truly cares about people and her aura is beautiful! I came on a Saturday- she gave me a tour and guided me through the process and I followed up on Monday with Kat. Kat another angel who works there, helped me finalize the process and had me in the apartment within 4 hours. She did a reclean (the unit was already clean) which was so sweet and left a home goodie bag with a personalized card! Its the little things for me that go a long way. Everything was smooth and all the ladies are kind. Excited for my next year here!❤️💃🙏

    Enjoyed living here. Never really had any issues. Felt safe living in a townhome. Highly recommend DG townhome for 1 bedroom. You get a garage for 2 cars plus can park an additional car in front of the garage. Some crime, but can literally happen anywhere. Keep your cars safe in a garage if possible. Pool is beautiful. Area is very calm. Never had problems with neighbors. Townhome is spacious. During hurricane Beryl Camden brought food trucks to feed us when we had no power. Thought that was very generous. Thank you Camden for the great memories and for our babys first home.

    My experience with Camden has been great so far. Due to an issue at my previous apartment, I was trying to find a new place to move into within a couple of weeks. I was able to sign a lease quickly which made a very stressful time much better. The move-in process was super easy and I’ve really enjoyed this complex so far. Jennifer in the leasing office has been very helpful and is always able to answer whatever questions I have. I always get a timely and friendly response back from her! Working with this leasing office is easy and made moving in much less stressful that I was expecting.

    I absolutely love this apartment complex. I moved away for a couple years and then I moved back here. The entire property is beautifully maintained and within walking distance to Terry Hershey Park. I really appreciate that I never need to wait more than 24 hours for maintenance, even on weekends. I really like that it’s the same office staff and maintenance people that have worked here for several years. I’m always looking at the new apartment complexes in the area. I don’t think I’ll ever move. I’ve lived at this apartment for more than seven years and I have no complaints.

    Camden Holly Springs is the best apartment complex me and my girlfriend have lived at to this date.The neighborhood is beautiful and nice. Our dogs love the area as well!Jennifer (our leasing agent) is friendly, responsive and attentive to the community. I highly recommend taking a tour to see it for yourselves.

    I lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have no complaints. Every member of the staff has always been kind and courteous. I especially want to credit Jennifer for always being so welcoming and kind as well as the maintenance crew who always seem to come through quickly with repairs. The grounds are always maintained and upkeep of the property is continuous. We are in Houston and crime is rampant so I suggest no matter where you live to take precautions to protect your vehicle and any valuables in it. If I need apartment living again in the future I would consider Camden Holly Springs.

    New resident and thus far have had nothing but positive experiences. Tonia Millender was my guide through the process which she was very helpful since it has been quite some time since I leased an apartment. After settling in the apartment I noted a couple of items that needed repair and the maintenance team was there the very next day taking care of my issue efficiently and promptly.I appreciate the quite neighborhood and communication from the staff via the Camden app. It helps to see them staying engaged and connected with the community so we dont feel like just another number but a valued tenant.

    Ms. Jennifer in the leasing office has always been so kind and attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance team is prompt with any requests as well.     Everything about the leasing process was amazing for me all because of the leasing agent named Josseline!     This place is the most amenable, well-taken care of, beautiful, respectful, private, and responsible property I’ve ever come across. The photos do it no justice. The tenants are all super kind and helpful, but the management blows them out of the water with their kindness, helpfulness, compassion, honesty, dedication, determination, hard work, perfectionism, and genuine respect and care for their tenants. I will NEVER move into another apartment. Camden is paradise, period. Shout out to Jennifer for being the most amazing human being I’ve ever met! Thank you, team Camden!

    I must say that all the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and respectful. I especially appreciate Lydia who was the person who helped me through my process from when I moved to Holly Springs from another state until now when I moved to another property in Camden. A very friendly and helpful person, always willing to help quickly and effectively with any inconvenience you may have. Excellent professional. In the same way, I particularly thank Walter, Napoleon and Leo from Maintenance for their support in the best way when it was required. Excellent human team. Regarding the property, I think that there are things that could be improved and updated, such as the streets that are not in their best condition. Quiet apartments, excellent location and good neighbors.

    This review is long overdue. I renewed my lease with Jennifer, she is so kind and bubbly. I appreciate and admire her energy. I WILL be renewing again with Jennifer next year. I absolutely love living here, it is so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Maintenance are very thorough, prompt, and never disappoint when it comes to completing service requests.     I moved here about 3 months ago and I absolutely love it here ! The office staff are very friendly , and they literally make anything happen you ask for ! The complex is kept up very well and the lawn maintenance is spectacular ! Tonya was my leasing agent and she’s great ! She made my move smooth as possible . She heard my concerns and made sure she found the perfect unit for me ! Look no further , if you’re looking for a new home . This is definitely the place to go to !

    The office staff are great and friendly so far as well as the maintenance staff. Leo and Mario have been by to fix a few things in our townhouse and are very friendly. They manage to keep all the appliances in great shape and are eager to help get everything working right. Being new to this neighborhood I can’t say too much about our full experience yet, but our welcome was smooth and friendly. Eddie was a great help and awesome leasing consultant! Super friendly and kind. He patiently explains anything you need help with to understand the property and how it flows. The environment has been pretty good. The landscape is beautiful and they keep up with everything. Valet trash is amazing. Only thing bad that has happened so far is the car vandalization. Cars that are parked in the parking lots have been tire jacked and windows broken into. I met one of the security guards when I got locked out and he was very kind. They might just have to look into hiring more security guards for the night, just because it’s a big complex and its the holiday season, crime rates are about to skyrocket. Overall it’s a great environment the townhomes are built strong and very spacious. The people in the neighborhood are nice and office and maintenance staff are very friendly. I would recommend moving here, tucked right off the beltway. Secluded, yet in the middle of everything you need. It’s a great place for our next chapter!

    Our cars were never broken into. It is a peaceful complex. Pools and exteriors are well maintained. Maintenance always came out right away. I love Camden! The staff is amazing but Jennifer is our favorite. Pet friendly as well!!

    I am a recent new resident at Camden Holly Springs and I have had such a positive experience with the staff and overall experience. Over the weekend, I experienced an issue with my apartment very late Saturday night/ very early Sunday morning that was incredibly stressful. Jennifer, Lydia and Koti promptly responded to me early Sunday morning to remedy the issue despite it being a weekend and their day off. They genuinely cared about helping me and didnt make me feel like an inconvenience. Additionally, they went above and beyond to ensure I continue to have a positive experience living here. Prior to me moving in, they didn’t try to convince/ push/ persuade me to chose Camden. Lydia talked extensively with me about my options and genuinely cared about me moving to a place I love, whether that was Camden or not. When I chose Camden and talked to Lydia about my move in task list over the phone, I could tell she was jumping for joy with me and for me. I could see myself popping into the leasing office just to talk to the staff. Thank you to Jennifer, Lydia and Koti for all the work y’all do and for making sure I feel at home, cared for and for creating a personalized experience!! I never leave reviews but need to sing these women’s praises.

    This is my second Camden to live in and while yea there are car break ins and tires that are stolen, that’s going to happen anywhere you go. Jennifer in the front office is so sweet and attentive to all my needs. She helped me get all my paperwork in and answers all my questions as they arise. I’d say she’s the best lady in the office. The others tend to have an attitude when you “bother” them. Recently went on a trip and had no one who could watch my cats, and Jennifer was so sweet to help me out. I would rate five stars but with the construction next door it’s just so noisy here. It’s a great place thus far, none of my packages are ever stolen. I will add my car has been dinged a lot since being here, but again that’s just about anywhere you go. People just don’t care. Thanks Jennifer for being there for us tenants. You make this place great.

    My sister and I lived at The Camden Holly Springs Apartments for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Living here was like staying at a 5 star hotel! The office staff is very friendly and helpful - all of our maintenance requests were handled the day of. The pools are beautiful and landscaped with tropical plants and waterfalls. Rent is reasonably priced and the area offers an abundance of retail, restaurants, and entertainment. I definitely miss the convenience of the monthly food truck visits which were always a great way to meet others in the community. I highly recommend this apartment community and can say I am lucky to have experienced living here.

    I have been living here for the last five years and just renewed for a sixth term- or seventh? The staff is amazing. Beautiful property. Maintenance is quick to get to service requests. Jennifer is always so helpful and been my go-to person since day one. She’s always making sure everything is well and giving our little Jolie treats and rubs. Apartments are clean, lots of natural light, and that pool looks so good in this Texas heat! Congrats Camden, you’ve done it again. Exceeding expectations as always.

    I’m satisfied w/ my experience at Camden Holly Springs. Jennifer and Lydia in the front office have been a tremendous help strategizing my apartment plan. Service requests are completed promptly and the grounds are clean and maintained.

    I lived at this property for almost 4 yrs only reason we left was due to the price increase of over $200 a month to renew our lease. Here are my pros and cons of living at Hollysprings.Pros: The property was well maintained until this last year don’t know what happened, but trash was being dumped allover from beer/water bottles to fast food hopefully it doesn’t stay that way. The maintenance team is awesome super friendly too, if you place a work order early enough, they show up and fix it the same day otherwise next day. The Office communicates very well with the tenants on anything going in or around the property. The Keyless entry doors were a plus less keys to carry. The units are well maintained but they are old floor plans. The location is great easy access to 1-10, US 59, & a 5 min drive to city center.Cons: The neighboring apartments are always breaking into our amenities especially the pool you will see kids jumping the fence with their towels in hand & sometimes accompanied by the parent. During the summer there will be loud pool parties. Security is nowhere to be seen and if you do run into them, they are usually sleeping in the vehicle. Parking is horrible after 9pm you may find parking far from your unit or in the visitors section. Cars have been left on bricks lately But in reading reviews at other properties its happening everywhere. As of 2022 they added a yearly $50 dollar community upkeep fee to your contract on top of the insane raise in rent.

    I had the BEST experience while viewing these apartments. I received a tour with the Leading Consultant named Lydia Q. Initially upon arrival, Lydia brought us into her office and asked us what it was that were were looking for. She explained about available move in dates, etc. After some time of talking she showed us the premises on a gold cart, which was so much fun. The property is stunning and the buildings are in great condition. I appreciated that she showed up the crime rate map in this area because it further convinced me that it is a great complex to live in. I felt very safe and overall loved the time and touch that the employees and building give to the residents. This is a must-see apartment complex if youre in Houston and moving or if youre likely to become a new resident of Houston.

    My fiance and I just moved to Houston and had an amazing year in Camden Holly Springs! Its probably the best apartment experience weve ever had. The facility is great and the location cant be beat as CityCentre is central to everything here in Houston. Theres a half court indoor basketball court that I played at almost weekly, got a chance to meet other residents that way too. The pool is clutch too, you prob wont use it as much as you might think but its still a nice to have.The staff are all incredibly friendly, especially the maintenance guys! Wanted to give a special shout to Arcenio, Mario, Jose Luis, Napoleon, and Leo - all of whom did an awesome job at fixing little things quickly and with positivity. We never had to worry.Also the front desk staff - Koti, Lydia, Dalia and one other lady with glasses who often worked in the same area and helped close out the basketball courts on evenings (never got her name).. thank you all so much for a wonderful welcome into Houston!One thing that was a concern to us when we moved in was safety/theft. Honestly, the apt is as good as it gets. Its gated with a lot of residents on site. After living in the city for a year, my observation is that crime cannot be 100% avoided even in the safest of areas, but its really not that common if you just follow simple steps like not leaving your garage door open unnecessarily, keeping purses out of visible areas, etc. You can prob get an extra alarm system for the apt if you want, which we initially considered, but then decided we didnt really need it after acclimating.Last but not least - definitely be sure to register your car(s) with the front desk. We were totally good all year long with our one car.. but then we got a second one a few weeks before our move-out and forgot to register it because we always left it in our garage. It was literally towed the one night we left it out (on our move-out date, which was sorta a mini disaster).. Anyway, as upset as I was at the bill ($260 ish), I wasnt mad at Camden about the tow. It was my fault for not registering the car as I was asked, and in a way it goes to show that Camden takes safety seriously. So, thats our honest experience - hope you have a great experience there too! :)

    My husband and I love it here! We are so comfortable in our home and we love all of the utilities. The pool is like its own paradise. I love when I get home from work to see families walking their dogs or kiddos riding around the lake on their bikes. Very peaceful community! The community is also close to a lot of good food and shopping. Love the upgraded lighting in the parking areas! Security is great and I always feel safe. Will definitely renew my lease.

    My husband and I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for almost a year now, and have just renewed our lease without hesitation. Our apartment and community are home. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained and we couldnt be happier. These apartments are truly pet friendly from the grounds to the staff. Apartments are quiet and we have never had an issue with safety.Management - everyone from Koti (the manager), Jennifer (leasing), to the whole maintenance crew, is always extremely helpful, competent, and very pleasant to work with. Their greatest asset is their ability to work together as an effective team and it shows in all their interactions with residents, potential residents, and each other.We look forward to residing here and working with office staff for many years to come.

    I’ve been a resident at Camden Holly Springs for over a year now and am happy to call the place my home. I moved here in the midst of the pandemic last year and they ensured the safety of the move in and ensured a sanitized clean apartment. They also provided me with a welcoming gift, which was very generous. I’ve never had that type of experience at previous apartment communities. As a dog owner, this is a very dog friendly community and even has a fenced in dog park available for my dog to run around a bit off the leash. I believe one of my most favorite aspects of the community are the grounds. Between maintenance and the landscapers the community stays clean and nicely kept. Speaking of maintenance, I they are absolutely great and efficient when it comes to maintenance issues and are usually prompt despite their busy schedules. Lastly, the property manager, Koti, and the office staff are just great! At previous communities the staff were not always great or friendly for that matter, but the staff at Camden are always friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. Koti is a great manager and has always been a huge help if I’ve ever needed anything or had questions.I say all of that to say this, I have lived at 3 other apartment communities in the Houston area and was never completely happy with how the community was running. So, I’m giving Camden the review they deserve because this is a great community to be apart of.

    I’ve been living at Camden Holly Springs for 14 months. I wish this was the first complex I had found on my journey of apartment hunting! They have been extremely helpful in the front office from the very first time I came to visit. I love that some of the office staff lives on property, it helps me trust. Jennifer is one of my first neighbors to speak and welcome me to the complex! It is a blessing to have her as a neighbor, but not only is she my neighbor, she is a friendly face in the front office that is always kind, respectful, and eager to help when I come in. I love living at Camden Holly Springs!!!!

    I UPDATED MY REVIEW SINCE THEY FIXED THE ISSUE ON MY STATEMENT:The property is very nice. Always felt safe! Never had any issues with anyone there. We lived right by the pool and summer was amazing. The only issue I had was my son never really got to use the basketball gym, it seemed like there were always a bunch of guys there playing that did not live there. I did have a little issue at the end with a charge I saw but they immediately fixed it. Everyone in the office was really nice especially Ariel, Mayra and Koti.

    Ive lived at a couple of Camdens. Theyre all nice. Camden Holly Springs is one of my favorites. The staff is really nice and responsive. The community is pretty large but the staff knows my name and they are always very helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and they go above and beyond. The community is kept very clean. I love the pool and the location!

    Ive been at living at Camden Holly Springs since 2017 and Ive loved living here. The community is well kept and clean. Koti and her team has always done a wonderful job. Our maintenance team has always responded quickly to our service request. The only issues weve had have been with Valet Living, which is very seldom. This community is a great place to live.

    I moved to Camden Holly Springs about a month ago. The location is great, right off the beltway, it is very secluded and minutes from Memorial City, the Energy Corridor and Galleria. The community is very clean, safe and quiet. The floor plans are spacious and the apartment homes are beautiful. It feels more like a home than an apartment community. I love the valet trash, they pick up the trash right at your doorstep! It really keeps the community clean. The apartments have full size washer/dryers which are really convenient and such a nice amenity. The pool area and community center look like a resort, and there is a really pretty fountain and nice adequate area to walk your dog. There is a lot of parking and designated visitor parking. Ive never had any issues with the gates and the maintenance team is very nice and fast at handling inquiries. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home, you wont be disappointed!

    I moved here at the end of 2014 and I have to say this has been the smoothest experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The move in was easy, the apartment was immaculate, and the staff was absolutely amazing through ALL of my hundreds of questions.We live in the two-car town home, and I am so happy we chose this type of unit. I love the flooring and whenever people come over that is the first thing they say they love about the place. The appliances we had in our apartment were brand new with stickers still on them, the counter tops look great with the muted color scheme. They truly seem like they took their time to decide what items/colors to put in the apartment. They are basically sound proof and we have had none of the typical apartment issues.As for the staff, I have never once walked into the office without receiving a smile from either Heather or Joseph. They are always friendly and quick to help you even when they are busy. The maintenance is done promptly and the right way not just a quick fix like other apartments.Overall, I love living here. It is a great community with great amenities. For the price you really cannot find anything better in the area.

    In the past 13 years, I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for 11 years. During those 11 years, I came to appreciate what a great job the Leasing Consultants do, specifically Jennifer Beauseigle. I first met Jennifer back in 2010, when I was shopping around for an apartment. She was so personable and knowledgeable that I knew I was making a good choice in selecting Camden Holly Springs as my home. Over the years here, I have dealt with Jennifer many times, from needing advice about transferring to a larger Apt, to helping me with reaching Maintenance. Whenever I came to the office, she greeted me with a smile and by my name. She truly is an asset to the Holly Springs team, and deserves special mention.

    I have recently moved into Camden Holly Springs and have had a fantastic experience thus far. I came from out of town so all of the logistics of my move had me highly stressed but the staff here was incredibly helpful.I only had one day in town to look at apartments and these guys were the last ones I got to. Even though it was the end of the day, the leasing staff stayed to answer all of my questions and give me full walk through of everything I wanted to see. I was able to make my final decision and process everything online and they even worked with me to have a friend pick up my keys because I was going to get into town after business hours.My apartment was clean and newly refinished (brand new floors, kitchen appliances, fresh paint in the whole house). There were a few problems with my windows when I arrived because they would not stay up when I opened them. The maintenance guys were there before my movers even finished unloading the truck and now they are perfect. I brought my own fancy showerhead and they even installed it for me which I was not expecting.I think the only thing I wish was different about my apartment was the wire shelves in the closet and I’m not a big fan of the dryer in my unit. I did some work to my closet so that it has proper (in my opinion) hanging bars and tops on the shelves so now I just have to figure out the dryer setting and life will be perfect.I’ve been here about a month now and the leasing staff is still touching base about once a week to make sure everything is good and I don’t have any questions. They have been great to work with and I look forward to living here for quite some time.

    I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for many years and been very happy to be a resident here. I have found that Holly Springs and Camden have always had good management teams and found the property to be a very nice property to live on.The maintenance group is a very good team also. They have always been receptive and timely and done a great job.Recently, I was extremely happy with some paint work done in my apartment. I was especially impressed by the work of Arcenio and team during that project. They were excellent in assessing exactly what needed to be done in my place and he made it happen! They were also very patient with me, as I was very particular in what I needed. Thanks to all of them!I’ve recommended Holly Springs it to many people looking for an apartment in the area. I’d do it again!

    I moved to Camden Holly Springs because it close to my work & was marketed as a “pet friendly community” but after moving here & seeing it for myself, it is more like “pet kind of friendly community” or “pet friendly to your face then reports you to the leasing office because your pet does pet things that are normal & cannot be helped community” or “passive aggressively pet friendly community”.We are fairly new here but after our lease is up, we are considering not renewing.I am also not recommending this place to my pet friends either because why put “pet friendly community” when your other residents clearly are anything but.To other pet parents, I know some Camden Apartments in Houston have dog parks & are maybe actually a pet friendly community like City Centre, Midtown, McGowen Station, Travis Street, Heights, Plaza, Post Oak, Royal Oaks, & Yorktown. I might find myself moving to one of those later on.Also I didn’t know having my husband harassed & threatened by our neighbor in my doorway on my day off was part of my contract.I guess on top of being a pet parent, being a minority is clearly unwanted here as well.Other than the negative, the staff & leasing office are very nice & understanding.The pools are gorgeous & gym clean.I wish there was a dog park here as well but with the type of residents, I don’t think we will be seeing a dog park anytime soon.We also have food trucks every Wednesday which is a amazing perk.*UPDATE*We spoke to the staff and they helped us clear the air with our neighbors in a respectful and polite manner.Again, dont get me wrong! The staff here are amazing at their jobs, it is just that some of the residents here arent the best but overall I do still like living here.

    This apartment complex has been more than what we expected! We moved from another state and had no idea what we were driving into other than what we saw on the pictures. It has definitely exceeded our expectations!! Jennifer at the front desk greeted us from day one and continues to check in and make sure were all settled and enjoying ourselves. I love taking my dog for a walk and getting to meet all the great neighbors. We have never had a problem. Not only is the property beautiful with the amenities excellent but everyone is friendly and makes sure you feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant place to live! So glad we didnt choose another place. This is the best!!

    The Camden Holly Springs, the name alone should tell you how excellent of a place this is! I recently relocated to Houston and was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff here at Holly Springs. One of the leasing agents, Jamal, spoke so highly of the surrounding neighborhoods- Uptown Houston, Midtown Houston, and Downtown Houston,- that I was convinced this was the place for me. The residency is well taken care of by maintenance and also offers such great amenities including a half quart gym, waterfall pool, and workout gym. Upon move-in Koti and Mayra made sure I was fully taken care of and felt comfortable in my own home; even a week after getting settled. I must say I’ve been quite impressed by all their hospitality! I am so happy in my new home 😃. Thank you Camden HS!

    I moved here from a different state 4 months ago and from the moment I called till today the leasing office staff has been super responsive and helpful.Jennifer, Dahlia, Lydia and Kodi (for the ones who’s names I don’t remember- I’m sorry) moving into a new community can be nerve wrecking sometimes, and these girls really make you feel Comfortable.The community is really nice and dog friendly- my pup really likes the treats he gets when going in the office.I do not like paying additional for a garage given I am renting a 3 bd which should include a garage (I feel) but other than that. Office staff and maintenance are awesome!

    Camden Holly Springs has been a great place to live so far! Ive been here for almost a year now and its definitely become my favorite place Ive lived in Houston to date! The entire staff is friendly and helpful and they are really good about keeping the residents updated on anything going on. There are so many restaurants close by and everything is relatively close being that Camden Holly Springs is located just off the beltway.     Camden Holly Springs is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It is very well-maintained, nice and clean. Incidents, things... happened in the past, but what I really appreciate is the team work diligently to resolve all the issues quickly. Beyond that, they continuously improve the community (relocated the mail box to prevent mail stealing, added extra lightnings and cameras to prevent break-ins, kicked out people who smoked in the property, added dog park, power washed the hallways frequently to keep things clean, maintained nice landscape, being on top of all the service requests). I fell safe and welcomed in this community. The staff is very nice, friendly and professional. They do not just say We are happy to help or We will help but they actually did/do help and take the residents concerns seriously. Another good thing is that they did not tell lie or hide stuffs from us. If something happened within the community, we were informed and so that we would be more careful and had better prevention ideas. They even check on me even when I moved out to see if I am doing ok in the other sister apartment. I would like to say thank you to Koti, Lydia (sorry if I spell your name incorrectly), Jennifer, Mario... and more that I cannot remember your names (sorry). Thank you for giving me such a good experience of living over there.

    Update after over 2 years here: It seems that car break-ins and theft greatly decreased. Also, parking is no longer an issue. Maintenance is still amazing! However, the rent increase is too much.Edit: Been here 1.5 years. Wouldnt have renewed without Jennifers help in making the rent increase more reasonable. After renewal, car break-ins and tire/rim theft increased and the community isnt as safe. Also, the last 2 times we had visitors, they couldnt find parking and had to inconveniently park at the visitor parking near the lease office. Sadly, we likely wont renew again.Former review: Weve been living here for 4 months now, and we only have great things to say about our new apartment place. Koti, Arcenio, and their teams always address our concerns promptly and professionally. We would absolutely recommend Holly Springs!     I am an employee of Camden but I am also a resident and Ive lived here going on 2 years now and just renewed. The community just feels like home and I cant imagine being anywhere else at this point in my life. This is one of those communities where neighbors dp actually talk to each other and become friends and where families can grow together. I could live at any of our properties but this is the place I feel the most at home. The ladies in the office are so quick to take care of my needs but the men on our maintenance team are fast thorough and excellent at their jobs.

    Moving to a new State is already difficult but Camden made the process so much more simple. Before I moved in, the 24/7 hotline team was so helpful throughout the entire process. They were friendly, offered suggestions, and offered support throughout the entire application and move-in process. They even let me move in a day early since I had arrived earlier than expected. Since moving here in May, it only got better. The maintenance team responds quickly and is so friendly and considerate. The pool and property are maintained daily - which I love. Lydia, in the office, has been my go-to person for support and assistance and she is ALWAYS friendly and so helpful. Even when a problem is not the propertys fault, Lydia and team try to find a solution. If I had to share any cons, the delivery drivers at this property struggle something crucial to get it right. Even then, Camden tries to do what they can to assist. Things to consider when moving in are 1) There are no elevators so if you move to an upper floor, be ready to climb those stairs daily, 2) Theres no jacuzzi if youre looking for that sort of thing but the other amenities make up for it, and 3) Theres no assigned parking unless you purchase a garage but I dont have much trouble with parking besides spots are small and some people will hit your car so beware of other parkers /. If someone does hit your car theres no cameras so youre SOL. Other than that, I love it here. Its in a really convenient location - close to everything. For me its been quiet for the most part. As a woman living alone, its also been safe regardless what time of day I come in. I havent had any issues with electricity or flooding so far in the 5 months Ive been here. Camden makes paying rent and utilities simple and its all digital - plus you can connect with neighbors and see whats going on in the community through their portal. I dont have a pet but its super pet friendly. One cool thing is they have a different food truck out front every Wednesday in case you dont feel like cooking dinner that night. As someone who moved to Tx from CA, I love it here. If I were to consider moving it would be to Midtown but Id still consider Camden since all the other properties of theirs that I have been to are just as nice if not better. I would definitely recommend Camden as well as this property specifically.

Koti (Manager) & Michelle (Asst. Manager) truly take pride in their community and care for their residents. You can actively see them on the property doing inspections and ensuring the property is well maintained. They will always great you with a smile and genuinely make you feel happy to be home. They continue to improve our community through capital improvements and resident activities. I am proud to call Camden Holly Springs my home and highly recommend it!!!!

    My wife and I were residents of Camden Holly Springs for 2 years. We first moved into a town home and then downsized to just a one bedroom place. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance team is fantastic, and new amenities are added constantly. As we moved out they were finishing a dog park. My only complaints are some small things. Since the pandemic started the power would just periodically go out for no reason. I understand Camden could do nothing about it and said they reached out to the power company, but it still continued. The valet trash service is kind of a joke (Waste of money). Its a toss up if they actually come and get your trash and residents leave trash outside there homes over the weekend and it stinks. Landscapers would regularly start before 9am so dont plan on sleeping in before then. Finally parking is not great. People that own town homes dont use their garages for their cars and take spots from the folks in apartments. If you are coming home and time after 8pm. Be prepared to walk across the property to get to your home. Overall a nice place to live, a bit pricey but they market that you live in Memorial City. ( Not really, its close but its not Memorial City)

    Before leasing at this property, I visited all of the other Camden properties and this was my favorite. I followed my gut so I cant tell you exactly why but I am so glad I chose it. I lived there for a year and it was the best experience Ive had with apartments. Everything is online and work orders were handled asap. Professional and attentive staff that genuinely cares about the tenants. For the most part, it is quiet and the pool is amazing. It is worth the price, I highly recommend it.

    I have lived at Camden Holly Springs for a few months and am very happy with my apartment choice. The staff has always been courteous and helpful and the community is clean and quiet. I have had a few maintenance work orders and the online submission process was simple and effective. Every time after I submitted a maintenance order I came home from the work the following day with the order completed and problem fixed. The only negative experience I had was technically my fault because I had my rent Autopay incorrectly setup. I got charged a $50 late fee for my rent not being paid on the 1st of the month because I moved in the middle of August and incorrectly setup the Autopay to pay 1 month from my first payment instead of the 1st of the next month. The staff looked into it for me but the Camden corporate policy does not allow for any refunds on late rent payments. So Im not upset about it because it was my error. But, just wanted to give advice for future residents to make sure you set up the payment correctly! Overall it is a great living community and affordable while still nice, and a great location

    Update to review: Ive been living at Camden for over 2 years, and overall its been a pretty good and quiet experience.Pros: The leasing office staff are pretty responsive to complaints and even work to solve issues that are out of their control, I feel safe when walking my dog early in the morning or during the evening, there is a message board for residents and besides some petty complaints and bickering it is used to provide helpful information and updates, I havent seen many rodents, a lot of the neighbors are honest people from what I can see who turn in packages, credit cards and other belongings.Cons: The front office staff can be hard to get a hold of sometimes via phone, Ive had a few incidents where neighbors place trash on my car or into my valet trash container, gate is broke alot, the residents here can be a little add and obsessive on the community board, the internet goes out here more often than other places.

    I absolutely have nothing but GREAT things to say about this complex. From the very first day I walked on the property with Koti, to the last phone call I had with Myra. The Camden Holly Springs Employees are nothing but AMAZING! They have gone above and beyond to keep everyone informed with constant communication emails, to doing social event (when social events were acceptable PRE-Covid), to the early mornings where they handed out food and drinks to start the day off perfect. I never had an issue with my apartment, only called one for maintenance and they came out within the hour, WHICH IS BEYOND AMAZING. I have lived at this community from 7/2019 - 7/2020 and I cant say anything bad, truly. If you are considering on living at this place, I say do it you will not regret it. Its a quite community yet still in the city. I loved it! Thank you Camden Holly Springs for making my stay amazing!!!

    Ive only been living at Camden Holly Springs for a few months at this point, but it has been a total pleasure. The green areas, pool, and staff have all been great. One person who has stood out during my stay here has been a woman named Alex Kaldis. She has been helping my roommate and I from day one, and has made herself available almost 24/7 since our move-in day. Whenever we have had a problem shes been incredibly prompt, and has even come down to check on us with the maintenance men when our dryer was malfunctioning (they fixed it up real quick). Great place to live.

    We have just recently moved here. Jennifer at the front office is great!! She has such a friendly face, keep up the good work! Shannon has a great personality and always there if needed! But that DAM* Regina Bobbit is AWESOME!!! We loved her since the day we met her. She makes you feel at home, put your concerns or any issues you may have at hand at ease. She makes you a priority. Any fixings needed maintenance was here the same day or the next business day. This seems like a nice peaceful community for me and my husband, we hope it stays this way.

The only issue I have is the 1 way in 1 way out deal. It’s not a bad thing, but can be an inconvenience at times. Regardless, they still get the 5 from me.

    Camden Holly Springs is an awesome community! I have lived in the town homes for a year and a half. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance is exceptional and the front office staff are helpful and happy. There are a few things I wish I would have known before moving in, the rent is increased roughly 10% every lease renewal (15 months) from my personal experience and confirmed from other renters who have lived here several years. For an across the board 10% rental increase per unit at Camden Holly Springs there are no perks or extras added to the property that I can tell. Everything is still exactly what it was when I moved in 15 months ago (which is VERY nice dont get me wrong), I just pay 10% more for the exact same thing each year and a half. Residents have been asking for a squat bench but havent gotten it and when I moved in 15 months ago they mentioned a dog park within the year but nothing has been started that I can see. I should mention there is an indoor basketball court that is amazing, the gym lacks basic necessary equipment (like a squat bench) but is nice and clean, and the business center seems to always be out of paper. When other residents and I have gone to the front office to ask for more they usually wont give you anymore because they already filled it up once that morning. The security fence attracted me but dont be mislead, it serves no real purpose because everyone tailgates through one after the other after the other, anyone can get through, any time day or night. With that being said, other than the security fence breach and costly markups to stay in your super comfy beautiful home I do love this place and the grounds and the people. Just would have loved to be forewarned about some of this stuff. I feel safe because I have a garage attached to my town home, but I would not choose to live here with the lack of a security fence if I had to park further out and walk to my apartment every night. I strongly recommend the town homes if you are interested here, otherwise security may be an issue. Hope this helps!!

    The apartments are very nice and spacious. The complex is very well kept with friendly people and pets. We have lived here for about a month and so far really like it. The valet trash service is a plus. The leasing staff when I was doing all move in items were very friendly and helpful.The only reason for four stars is there were a few maintenance items with the apartment that needed to be addressed. We put in work orders and the staff did respond within a day. However, two of the issues kept being reported as fixed, but were not. We finally had to go down and talk to someone in person. All that being said someone was up there to address the issues within 30 minutes. So, the issues were fixed faster than any apartment complex I have previously lived.

    I will start by saying this - Crime can and will happen anywhere and everywhere. There is no place on the planet that can guarantee no crime.My husband and I chose Camden Holly Springs as our first home together. We are so happy and proud of our home. I am in my early twenties, and grew up in a small town with hardly any crime. I take mine and my familys safety very seriously and I still feel safe in my home day and night.I recommend Camden Holly Springs for many reasons. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and wont let your request go untouched for even more than a few hours.The staff is INCREDIBLY kind. They added security measures without increasing our rent cost. We wrote them a thank you note, and they responded with fresh cookies delivered to our door thanking us for being great residents.Camden makes me feel at home and I am so happy with my home!

    I had the most greatest experience with Mayra she helped answer all my questions and walked me through the process very smoothly over the phone and especially moving in from out of town .Mayra is a truly professional.Now that I live here I can say the public spaces are beautiful and the maintenance, management are always very friendly and efficient. The amenities are wonderful , the pool, gym, etc. are always well maintained. Hallways are quiet and the units themselves are fantastic and plenty of friendly neighbors so farBest decision ever. There have been little issues here and there but nothing that you wouldnt have to deal with at any other apartment complex. Plus there are things that are out of managements control.     I really miss this place. It wasnt perfect but I loved it. The staff is really nice, especially Jennifer. I lived near the back of the property in a 1b/1.5b townhome, ine of the larger units with a 2 car garage, which was ultimately 3 parking spaces. The maintenance staff is amazing. Most requests were resolved same or next day. My neighbors were awesome and quiet for the most part. I lived here 2.5 years, before the rates went sky high

    Ive only been in the Camden Holly Springs apartments for a few weeks now, but Im extremely impressed. Aside from the how nice the apartment is, and the gym, the indoor basketball court, and both pools, the management team in the leasing office is fantastic. They are super helpful and very friendly. To add to this, the apartment complex has a great location; its right next to the Terry Hershey Trail, across the street from City Center, and right next to the I10 & Sam Houston Pkwy intersection (Energy Corridor side). Ive lived in the Gables apartments for the past two years prior to moving here, and I can say with confidence that I wont go back.

The deciding factor for me to sign a lease at Holly Springs was when my twin 8 year-olds told me they felt safe while walking around looking at apartment units.The real secret that makes Holly Springs absolutely amazing is the management & leasing team. The first time, and every time since, I walk into the front office, the ladies/gentlemen smile and greet you immediately. I feel as if the room literally lights up as you are greeted…you can feel the happiness from the team! The management and facilities teams love working for Holly Springs and it shows in everything you see from the front office to service requests (which are taken care of in lightning fast speed).All apartment complexes will have unique amenities to draw new tenants; the Holly Springs staff is what you won’t find anywhere else. When you walk in the front management office, regardless of purpose, you will experience the same warm, friendly greeting from the staff as you feel the happiness in room!

    I have had a great experience at Camden Holly Springs. This is my first ever apartment, and I have a one bedroom apartment. It is a little small, but perfect for my needs. Only problems have been minor (water leak that required our water shut off for a day and now having packages put at our door rather than at the front desk).     I LOVE my home and the staff is the BEST!!! They make me feel like family!!!Ive been living at Camden Holly Springs since 2008. I went from a 1 bedroom, to a townhome and just last week moved into an upgraded townhome. It is beautiful! I am VERY Happy!The complex itself is clean and the landscape well manicured.Safety is my #1 concern and I feel very safe here, I call Camden Holly Springs my “Fort Knox”. When I come home in the evenings there is usually a courtesy patrol up front, and there cameras/monitors pretty much everywhere.Yes, there have been water problems, but they are working to correct that, no biggie. No apartment complex is perfect.They have pretty much everything I need, gym, basketball court and community activities.I think it is simply the best place to live!!!

    Weve renewed our 15 month lease for another year recently. Like with any place there are always issues, but there are also bright spots. We had terrible neighbors which thankful the team took action and our building is wonderful once more. There were issues with power stability due to a car wreck destroying multiple lines and a box outside our complex (and the city doing a terrible repair job), but once the key issue was identified, power has been stable. The office crew is receptive. The real all-stars here are the maintenance crew. They are always on point.

    My husband and myself found ourselves moving into an apartment after many years of being in our home. I can honestly say, Camden and the staff made it very easy! We have been here over 2 years, as we are about to exit, we feel sad. The apartment has been wonderful to live in, very quiet, great neighbors, and always a camden person scooting by on a cart, keeping things well taken care of. We did have a slight increase in undesirable activity, immediatly Camden hired staff to be on patrol at night. They reacted to our needs fast! Maintenance is non-issue, they always get you taken care of and office staff are great. A new gate access system recently added that works wonderfully! Fun too, often having a food truck out front, well organized, menu in advance, grab dinner when you grab your mail. Bottomline a move that started as a dread, is now just the opposite, we will miss Camden tremendously! Koti the manager is great! Koti thank you for everything.

    Just we just moved in, however the whole team did a great job as everything was done by mail and phone. the apartment seems newly remodeled, very quiet and well located community (in front of Beltway 8 , at 4 - 5 min of I-10 and about 8 minutes West Parkway ) .When we met the team (Heather , Lisette , Joseph and the Manager Cherie ) they all are very friendly and attentive to any questions , comments or queries and always try to help .Keep up the great work and making the people feel part of a family away from family.

    Best complex Ive lived in BY FAR. The community is really nice; the grounds are very maintained; the buildings are well kept... its really great overall!!     Ive lived here a little over 3 years and I just have to say this community has been great. Im finally posting a review because the one of the maintenance staff really stood out today. We had a problem with our bathtub not draining even after trying liquid plumber so we called maintenance. The main office said they werent on site but Walter would get there as soon as possible. Walter got there within an hour and fixed our pipe. This isnt the first time maintenance has went above and beyond but its probably the one that mattered to me the most. Thanks Walter and thanks to the whole Camden Holly Springs staff for all you do!

    Pros: Well kept property thats nice to look at, the units are designed great with new appliances, never had problems with washer and dryer, best gym I have seen at an apartment complex.Cons: $500 pet fee that doesnt go towards charges when moving out and you dont get a dime back. Every other apartment I have rented would give you $200 back at move-out prior to any cleaning charges.A great place to live at, but I didnt like the money hungry stuff at the end; maybe thats the mentality in Houston for apartments 🤷🏻‍♂️

    I’ve lived in several apartments and worked as a leasing agent before, and this has been by far the best experience!!! The customer service has been outstanding since the first tour. Everyone in the office is genuine and loving and friendly :). I moved across Texas and they have checked in on my boyfriend and I even after we moved in. There were so many personal touches left in the apartment to welcome us. Anything we’ve needed has been given without any hesitation. I love the culture here and i would suggest anyone live here.     We have recently moved to an upgraded apartment and the new features are nice. Maintenance staff are friendly and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Office staff has a quick turnaround of employees. The complex has a gym with functioning equipment, an indoor basketball court, and outside pool area. We have had an ongoing issue with the front gates being left opened, not repaired quickly, cars tailgating and entering through the gates whenever they are opened on the opposite side, rather than using their swipe card. Back gate is most times locked, and only works as an exit when it is functioning properly. Security measures do not meet the standards for the price paid by the residents. They offer an alarm system and have posted signs to hide your valuables in your locked vehicles. We enjoy living here with our dog for the time being and the property is pretty.

    Hi, this complex is awesome. I would have 5 Starred it but theres always construction in the morning times.... I mean year round!!!! Loud loud loud!! Camden apartments are notorious for have none or very little visitor parking spots and then towing cars. This complex has just enough. Thank you management for being considerate.     I have 0 complaints! I absolutely looove my apartment. The community grounds are beautifully kept and quiet. Regina made leasing here such a breeze! Shes very polite and professional and didnt make me feel rushed to sign a lease right away. Im glad I chose this complex! All of the ladies in the leasing office are very nice and warm whenever I come in :) I love the updates on the community wall and any time I have had a maintenance issue it has been fixed within a few hours.

    Beautiful and well-kept grounds with pool, gym, etc. The apartment is clean and quiet with a great upgraded kitchen (which I hear is in every unit) and attention to detail throughout (lovely paint job, wood-like laminate flooring, crown moldings, etc). Joseph helped me pick out my apartment. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns and needs. Ive only needed maintenance once for something really minor, but they showed up right away and fixed the problem immediately. You can tell this place is managed by people who care.

The staff is attentive and caring, the events (especially the Craw Fish boil, pre-covid) are such a great time and I have made so many friends! They are always making updates and improvements like the recently added dog park and I love that almost as much as my pug. I can confidently say this property meets Camden company wide standards. I am sad to leave but I would definitely lease here again!     We have been living in this community for over 2 years and our experience has been mostly positive. Its the only place we have lived since we moved to the U.S. and even though we have had chances to move, we feel so comfortable here that for now we do not have plans to.The staff (both office and maintenance) is very friendly and helpful. The concerns and requests are handled efficiently and promptly. Theres a community website where you can give and recive feedback from the staff and other neighbors, and also pay rent and make requests, which is pretty useful when you are a busy person. Not to say everything is perfect (some neighbors do not look after their dogs), parking policy could be improved, but all in all we love the community, and look forward to stay here for more years to come.

    I am writing in about the responsiveness and dedication to quality of the maintenance staff. All of the maintenance techs are really good, especially Leo and Fernando! They do not just come in and put a band aid on the issue, but truly try to fix it. In a world of people not taking pride in their work, Leo and Fernando are not those people. Quality matters! They go above and beyond to fix all issues, not just the one you call in for. It is refreshing to see that customer satisfaction matters to them. Gustavo and the others are very good as well :)

    I choose Camden due to their reputation and after staying in the community for more than 2 years now I am convinced I made the right decision.     We have been here over a year now and honestly we love it! The staff is friendly and responsive, though sometimes getting in touch with them over the phone is hard the Camden service line always works! They complex is safe and clean. They always communicate over email and are understanding. A great place to live, you won’t be disappointed.

    I lived here for 15 months from the beginning of 2020 until April 2021. It is a great and safe community in my experience, I found many of the complaints I heard on the web did not align with my real experience. I am very glad I chose Camden Holly Springs and would recommend them to any one who is looking for a place to rent.

    I have been living in this community for 7 years and truly love it. To me its home away from home with and for my family. Nice environment, great facility with indoor basketball court, nice gym, a quiet place with an outstanding maintenance service especially. The management team has well experienced people who can totally provide wonderful customer service and treat you with kindness, care, respect, professionalism. This will be definitely the assistant manager Liseth Martinez, ALex and the newest Manager Ms. Cherie of this facility and they deserve recognition for their efforts to make of this community a pleasant and livable place for my family and others. I will not forget to thank Gustavo and all the other maintenance men for being so responsive to all our needs all the years. The prices increased but its seem to be everywhere and they seek for excellence in this community therefore communication works great with management to make their residents happy and have a great experience. There has never been a structure with no wicknesszes and I believe they listen to the residents concerns because I did address few of my concerns and they listened. They may not be able to accommodate it all but they will compromise which is not bad at all. I just love it and keep hoping that I will not be deceived after all because Camden has not proved me to be wrong at all!!!!!! Keep up with the great work.

    I moved in here about 3 weeks ago after living in a much worse apt complex. I must say, the Camden living experience is much better than my previous arrangement and the staff is far nicer and responsive to problems. While there are still some new things Im learning about the community here and changes that they make, Im still confident that my stay here will be pleasant. So far I would recommend this community to anyone who asked me about it. As I already have.

    I moved out a month ago and was sent the bill to repaint the unit. I asked where and how I could pay it. They told me that the balance is not final and told me that they would be reaching out to let me know.A month later they reported it to debt collector without even reaching out to me which ruined my credit.Updated: Camden Holly Springs management team reached out and helped me fixed the issue.

    We lived in this community in one of the town homes. We were very well taken care of. From the maintenance requests being resolved in a timely manner to specific discussion with management. Thank you Alex Kaldis for your dedication and for helping us out in everything we needed. I moved out because I transitioned to a house, but would have definitely stayed here longer.

    These apartments are lovely. No bug problem, beautiful amenities. Gated community. I had to leave a positive review because I was being super selective about which apartment I was going to move into, but this one hasnt disappointed at all :)

    Camden Holly Springs has been wonderful with making sure all my needs are taken care of especially things that need to be maintenance! Big shout out to Leo for being kind and always ready to help with what is needed making sure that my air filter was clean and even took the extra step to clean off the vent for me!

    Great complex to live at. Staff is very kind and always fast to respond whenever an issue arises. Love the valet trash and all the other amenities. Joseph, Lizeth and Heather, along with everyone else in the office, are all very easy to deal with and very friendly. I think that the location is one of the best parts. 1 minute to the beltway, a few more to i10. Would definitely live here again.

    The office staff is awesome and so accommodating! I feel so safe living here and its really close to Terry Hershey Park so I can take my dog there all the time. The community is always clean and everyone is so friendly! Definitely a great place to live!

    I just came from Europe and live in America for the first time. I have seen a lot of countries and have lived on a wide variety of sites, Camden Holly Springs is a wonderfully communicated and well maintained site. thank you Camden! I will continue to live with you. especially Isabel Gamez! You are a wonderful person. You are smart and quick and focusing all the things and solve problems immediately. The experience here at Camden Apartment is amazing. The staff is really polite and truly cares about her residents! Wonderful product and service! What more can you ask for!     Custom Corporates loves to work with Camden Holly Springs. The staff are professional and know what they are doing! Also, we appreciate their ability to think outside the box, so if there is a challenge, together we can work it out.     Just moved out after a 2 1/2 year stay at Camden Holly Springs. In that entire time I never had one negative experience here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. It was our first time living in Houston, and I truly don’t believe we would’ve had a similar experience anywhere else. Can’t recommend this place enough.

    Im very pleased with Camden Holly Spring Apartments maintenance team. I submitted a maintenance request for change of light bulb and electric issues on Tuesday by the next day it was resolved. Walter and Napolean even went above and beyond my expectations. The team came out and addressed my immediate needs. I mentioned that I was having tech issues with my Xfinity internet and within 10 minutes Walter was able to get it working. I had been calling Xfinity customer service for the past three days and no success. Theyre very professional, got the job done quickly and provided great customer service. Thank you Walter and Napoleon. Keep up the good work!

    Ive lived here for over a year now and have never had any issues. The management staff has been nothing but amazing, understanding and helpful. The maintenance crew is equally great. Any service requests have been addressed and fixed immediately. All of which is why i renewed my lease early. Of course no place is perfect but my experience has been nothing but stellar!

    I just got approved for a D floor plan, and since I do not currently live in Houston I needed somebody to go on my behalf to tour the complex and look at the unit for me. Jamal Fontenot was extremely helpful through the entire process and even worked with me extensively to get the exact move-in date, price, and lease length I was looking for. Even though I still have yet to live in the complex, Im excited about the upcoming year I will have with them after seeing how helpful and kind they have already been with me.Edit:I’ve been living here for almost a month now and still love the place. I just put in my first work order request today for something minor (kitchen draw missing track screws to be able to slide in and out) and they showed up same day. Leo fixed it in about five minutes and then also fixed a door handle in my closet I mentioned while he was here that I didn’t even put a request in for. He also went out of his way to show me how to set up a code for my alarm so that I could start using it. Thanks again!
