    This complex’s leasing office and maintenance team have been exceptional since I moved here! Jeremie Willis has provided consistent hospitality and demonstrates how much he truly loves what he does. He is always a force of positive energy and so kind-hearted.All the leasing staff such as Ashley Sommerfeld, Jeremie Willis, among others and the maintenance team have been very attentive and have made me feel at home, expressing so much empathy toward me in a crisis that has caused me a lot of distress this past year. From helping me locate my lost delivery for my groceries to bringing me my mail - they were eager to help.Lastly, I can’t forget how much I adore my apartment space. I have a newly renovated apartment and it’s so beautiful! And it makes my love for interior design so easy. The apartment space feels so luxurious and the model looks like a house. Thank you Camden Grand Harbor for making me feel like a valuable resident!

    I have loved living at Camden! I was in a time crunch to find somewhere to live and the process was much faster than I thought it would be. Jeremie was and has been communicative and beyond helpful. He’s always at the front desk with a bright smile and readily available to help. I have had no issues what so ever! Jeremie helped with the move in process and ensured everything was smooth. I’m beyond impressed with the community and the staff! Really peaceful and such a friendly community! If I could give 10 stars I would!! 🤩

    Ive been a tenant at Camden Grand Harbor for over years 8 now. This is the longest Ive ever been with the same community. A big part of my lengthy stay is the quality of the staff. Have to give special thanks to Jeremie and the Camden Grand Harbor team for helping to make this a community to be proud of. Hes been rock-solid over the past 8 years, and is the first person I look for when visiting the office. From freezing weather, tropical storms, maintenance, weekly motivational quotes, and ensuring a safe and secure environment, hes consistently been a friendly face in our community.Thank you Jeremie for your outstanding customer service. and I hope you dont plan on leaving anytime soon!

    I just moved in and I have to say that this apartment is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is quiet, which is wonderful. It feels very family oriented. The office staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. Jeremie and Farides were very helpful with answering any of my questions that I had about the neighborhood and community.

    I have lived here since 2009, I have seen a lot changes, but Jeremy remains the same- very caring. Jeremy helped me the other day, he is very professional, respectful, insightful and very caring. This guy has the heart. I love dealing with him because he does try to find a solution to my issues. I am very greatful to him.

    I’ve been living in this community for several years now. The public areas are well manicured and beautiful. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. Very well taken care of. Currently, they are modernizing the units as people vacate and they are gorgeous!The leasing office is A+, always attentive to the needs of the residents. Always willing and caring.Maintenance Team: simply the best. Prompt, cordial, knowledgeable, kind and super respectful.I love this community. It might not be perfect, but they try very hard. Thank you for all you do for your tenants!

    Easy to apply I get approved in less than 5 minutes after I finish the application. Jeremie was so helpful and patient with my questions and help me thru the process. I can’t wait to move in. Seems like a really good place for families.

    Camden is the best! I have stayed here for almost an year and recently shifted to new city and really miss this place. The management is really good, clean apartments , overall the best in everything and the lake beside the apartments is very beautiful and has good play area for kids

    I’ve only lived here a couple of months but my experience has been good so far! Jeremie and Martin at the front were a huge help getting me ready for move in even though I may have been a tad annoying at times (lots of questions and requests). After being here, I noticed maintenance are nice and so quick to respond which is great! The grounds are very clean as is the pool and gym. I recently had a maintenance emergency and the staff was great and Ashley was attentive to my needs and concerns and helped me out tremendously after the fact. I felt as though she had my back without having to do any convincing to accommodate my children and I. I have had zero issues living here thus far although I’m a pretty laid back resident and go with the flow. I truly hope move-out is as smooth as the move-in process when the time comes but until then, I’m enjoying my stay!

    I have been living here for a little over a year and I have had such a great experience. The grounds are always clean, the maintenance so fast it’s unbelievable! Louie and the staff are so pleasant and always willing to help. The office is also very helpful and thoughtful. Every time I call or enter a work request they send help my way. No regrets of living here. It’s quiet and safe! The surrounding areas are perfect the mall, stores and restaurant plus minutes of away from I10. The gym is 24 hours and the pool is so nice specially in this Texas heat. I will continue to renew my lease as long as can then hopefully purchase a home in Katy. Meanwhile Grand Harbor is home. Camden is such a great company and I’m so happy to choose this place over so many we saw while searching. You can check out many places around the area and you can see for your self.     I have been living here for a year and a half. It has been a great experience. The grounds have been looking very nice and clean lately. I have so far really enjoyed my stay and even plan to renew my lease when its up in a few months. One major perk is the maintenance team, as soon as I enter a request they come within a few hours. I even had a mishap with a transformer in the closet that Luis one of the team came and fixed it close to 1am. The office staff is delightful, they are very personal and fun. They always have a treat for my dog whom they absolutely adore and call by name. They are super fun even to just come hang out with. Parking wasnt to great when I moved in but with the new sticker rules it has gotten better.

    My husband and I lived at Camden Grand Harbor for 15 months and recently moved out when we purchased a home. We truly enjoyed living at Camden where we had great neighbors and a caring and professional staff. The maintenance team was top notch and completed service requests quickly and throughly, and the landscaping and pool area was extremely well cared for and felt garden like.     Jessica was amazing! She is super patient and really took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for in my new apartment. She even remembered that I mentioned that I wanted a third floor unit. One of the many reasons I chose this community was because it was Camden. And this property and all the staff did not fail to make me feel right at home. One of maintenance staff greeted me at the office and even said welcome home! Thats awesome customer service- looking forward to transferring to this property in the next couple of months!

    You cant go wrong with Camden!!! Grand Harbor is a great place to live!! The grounds are beautiful with a big gazebo area we have had several family get together and barbecued on the very nice grills they have here. We also have an amazing pool and work out room with nice equipment and free weights. I am a single mom and never lived in a place I felt safe letting my kids play outside but they have made some great friends in the area we live and I feel safe letting them play and ride their scooters and bikes, plus this is a gated community and we have a very nice courtesy officer. I have lived in 2 different apartments at this community and at both places I had wonderful neighbors, we all look out for each other. Camden has a 24/7 contact center so if I ever have a maintenance emergency or need the courtesy officer day or night I can always talk to a live person even when the office is closed and get immediate help. This is a family friendly community and the staff here really do enforce it. They are always having outstanding events for the residents and really do take good care of us. The maintenance team are quick to take care of any issues I have had and they are all very friendly and genuinely care about getting the job done to our satisfaction!!! Honestly I have nothing negative to say about Camden Grand Harbor

    I have lived at Camden Grand Harbor for almost a year and I have loved every minute of It. I became an employee of Camden shortly after becoming a resident. The grounds are always kept in great condition. The maintenance team is fantastic. Work orders are done within a day. The office team has always been welcoming and helpful with any questions I have. If you are looking for a quiet, safe, and clean community, then Grand Harbor is perfect. The location is easily accessible to I-10 and anywhere in Houston!

    I just signed my 3rd lease for this apartment. I have never had issues with the leasing office or the apartment itself, and Im glad I get to stay a little while longer. Great layouts, friendly staff, and I feel safe in the area. I can sometimes hear neighbors, but thats what happens in apartment buildings! Traveling often, I like that my apartment is a comfortable home to come back to after being away for periods at a time. Id recommend this place to friends and family.

    My husband (Adel) and I havent moved in yet (but we look forward to..) because we are in the process of selling our home. But we finally found one that is perfect for my husband and I here at Camden Grand Harbor :).We were very impressed with the management and the over all view of Camden Grand Harbor. Its clean, spacious quiet and did I mention its BEAUTIFUL. We had the honor in meeting the AWESOME managers Tom and Audra and Cindy D. These amazing people heard our concern and need in assuring the safety of a disabled person who is confined to his wheelchair.It started first when we met Jeremie, another AMAZING staff. We explained to him our extremely unique situation due to my husband is disabled and confined to a wheelchair. We have honestly looked at about 30 something apartments and the 55 plus apts online at their floor plans. Those that was set up that appeared to be a fit for him did not work once we visited them.Thanks Jeremie for working with and being patience with us. Lauren.Thanks again to Tom, Audra, Cindi D., Jeremie, Lauren and the great maintenance we met during our visit there.Adel and I Gwen look forward to when we can say, Were an resident at Camden Grand Harbour.

    I love living at this community! The staff is always super nice, helpful and fast to respond. Anytime I have an issue that needs maintenance’s attention, it gets resolved that same day. The pool is great and the grilling areas throughout the community are actually nice to sit at and relax on a hot summer day with shade and nice landscaping around it. If you have a dog, there’s a dog park area in the community. The gym is well stocked with any exercise equipment you may need and it’s always kept clean! It also has giant windows so you can look out during your workout and not feel so boxed in. There are not many issues with security either and it’s tucked away in a little neighborhood with a large lake, tons of ducks and a park for the kiddos!

    I have lived here for about a year now and i can honestly say this place is worth every penny. The area is very quiet, i always feel safe no matter what time of day it is. The office ladies are fabulous and the Manager Tom has always been kind during our encounters. They do fun events, they always email us with updates and to remind us our rent is due. If you are interested in renting go see Stephanie or Audra in the front office and i promise you will have a positive experience. Its hard to find an apartment complex you can call home but its just that cozy here! P.S- to all German Shepherd lovers they are welcome here!!

    For the past years it has been a great place to live. The customer service is top notch here seriously. I actually gave notice and and looked around. And because of that I decided to cancel my notice and stay. Why look elsewhere? The administration is awesome! The maintenance team so friendly and efficient if you are looking for a place in Katy this is the place for you. Beautiful amenities, specially the pool.

    I just love this place. Leasing office reps are awesome. They remain on the top with their residents needs. Very friendly staff and maintenance turn around time is very short. Within 30 minutes of your maintenance request, the maintenance staff will be at your door to take care of your issues. And the best part is that you dont have to fill out too much of paperwork or provide documentation. You do everything online. I did not submit a single document to lease an apartment. They have their own system which they use which tells them if you are approved or not. In 50 minutes, I had checked out the apartment, filled out their online application and got approved within 5 minutes after my application submission. Very fast ! I was surprised when I checked the time that I was in and out of this office within 50 minutes. Excellent staff, beautiful apartments, secure alarm system in every apartment and friendly neighborhood. Highly Recommended !!!!

    Of the three apartment complexes I have lived in, Camden Grand Harbor is way above the rest. It is lovely, contemporary, clean, well-kept, given regular landscape maintenance, and has superb staff. My maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner by one of the friendly maintenance personnel. My complaints against loud neighbors are always dealt with professionally and quickly (weve had a problematic but nice neighbor above us, by no fault of Camden). I also love the marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances, big bathroom mirror and garden tub, and the fact that I never have problems with parking.Keep in mind that the pool is very popular. It can get a bit raucous with kids, twenty-somethings, and families but Camden has been trying new ways to contain it and make sure it is a feature that all residents can enjoy equally.My only complaint is with the level of attention that the gym receives in comparison to the rest of the property. It is spacious and has good equipment compared to many places, however, Ive had a few problems with the cardio machines malfunctioning and it took a number of tries before the repair attempts were actually successful. Also, I had requested an additional workout bench because I thought it was really needed but that request went unanswered.If youre considering moving here you really cant go wrong!

    Great place to live whether you are single or with your family. Friendly staff, very professional and quick on service if needed. Great management! Our annual Holiday Party was a big success last week! We were glad to meet our neighbors, kids loved taking pictures with Santa! Great food arrangements made by Camden Grand Harbor management!     Had to move out because of job relocation. The apartment complex is great! The neighborhood is very nice and service requests are handled very quickly.Even though there was some miscommunication between the call center and the leasing office, Jeremie was very patient with my transfer request, and I was able to move out of the unit without problems. I really appreciate the help and time.

    A friend lives here. Guest park anywhere, which is really great for me, as a guest. Other Camdens Ive visited have had designated guest parking in the furthest corner of the complex from where Im staying. Our friend took us to the pool. Very clean and well kept. His apartment is also very updated and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Porch area is interesting, but convenient.Location cant be beat for all Katy amenities and access to I-10.

    Apartment was clean and in move in condition. Our Leasing Agent Jessica Ordonez is the best!! She answered all our questions, set up our multiple garages to store our things until our house is ready, and stayed in touch with us to check that all was going well with our apartment. Any calls for service were addressed in a timely manner, and repairs completed satisfactorily. People here are friendly, Good environment for an apartment complex.

    Gorgeous luxury style apartment homes. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quiet. The staff is always amazing and attentive, Jeremie has helped me out on several occasions! Plus, being off of I10 in reach of some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer. Its a great living experience and I would and do recommend Camden Grand Harbor to anyone I know is looking!!!

    I have lived here for almost 4 months and absolutely LOVE IT! It is a very welcoming complex and makes it really nice to come home to. I adore the layout, appliances, and kitchen island in my apartment. I have had a couple of maintenance request that have been fullfilled within the 48 hr response time. I even had an issue arise at 11pm and they were right there. Audra is awesome in the front office. She goes above and beyond to accommodate each and every issue or question that may arise even AFTER you rent. Most places are as nice as they can be until you sign that lease. The customer service I receive here is excellent! The facility always stays well maintained and clean. The frown I have here though is about the pool. On any given weekend (after office hours) the parking spaces in front of the rental office are always full with people that do not live there, but come over for pool use. If that was monitored better this would be the PERFECT APARTMENT COMPLEX I have and will continue to refer people to this location because it is a great place to live and very inviting! Thank you Camden and Audra! :)

    My fiancé has been living here for almost three years. I have been visiting this community since she moved in and have nothing but good things to say. The staff has always been welcoming when coming into the office. If we call or email the staff, they always respond quickly. During Covid, the staff was still available to help with any questions or concerns. We enjoy using the amenities especially the 24/7 fitness center. The maintenance is always quick with service request. The request are usually completed within the same day. The maintenance team is also available 24/7. There was an emergency late at night and someone from the maintenance team came that same night. The community is also pet friendly and her dog enjoys the pet park. Anytime she brings her dog into the office, there are treats for him. One of the nicest things, was the staff sending my fiancé cookies for her birthday. I have lived in a lot of other apartments and they have not done anything like this. Thank you Camden Grand Harbor for making this a great experience for her and I look forward to moving into the community soon!

    I have not had great experiences with apartment complexes. I truly felt that these complexes stopped caring about their residence until I came to Camden. The entire staff really makes you feel like family and that goes for everyone from district managers to maintenance. I cant express how much I appreciate all that they do and their willingness to help. This is definitely an amazing place to call home.

    I would like to say a few good things about Camden Grand Harbor. From the moment I pull in the drive, the landscape is always well maintaned which makes me happy to come home.     I have lived here for 10 years. As a long term resident I feel like its time for a review and let you know how wonderful this property is. Katy has grown so much but if you are looking for a nice community Grand Harbor is the place to be. Marisol has been a wonderful Manager. This team has made Camden Grand Harbor the best in this city. Camden has been superb. Their moto is to improve lives one experience at a time and they sure have improved mines for a decade. Every encounter and every request I have had they have addressed and taken care to their best. They have cared for me and they have shown it all along. I could go on and on about the customer experience. They have the magic touch that we dont see anywhere else. Marisol has always been available to listen and help her tenant I cant give her enough praise I hope she never leaves. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well making Grand Harbor one of the best Camdens to live! And the Maintenance has been especially efficient at every contact. I call and they come to serve with a good attitude, they communicate with me.The 24 hour maintenance is a plus even through COVID they called and help me over the phone.The grounds are clean and the amenities are clean and upkept. The property is very quiet and lit up at night. Its always a pleasure to come home.They do as many events as they can to entertained us and they are always thinking of things that we might enjoy by having activities for us. I TRULY recommend this place if you are looking for a home in the Katy area. It will not disappoint and I hope you have a great living experience like mines.

    I have been in Camden for over 3 years! There is a reason I have not left. The community is great. But the staff is awesome. I have made some great friends there. Including my leasing agent Audra Ferguson. She hands down the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met in any complex. I would recommend Audra to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live.

    Finding an apartment is very hard. I use to live at the Camden Landmark in California and the experience living there was horrible. The staff never cared about anyone and the phone were impossible to get through to anyone. I was just over the place. When my husband told me that we are going to relocate to Texas my first thought was dont live in no other Camden Properties. it was easy for us just transfer our lease to another Camden Property. I gave it a chance and transferred here to Camden Grand Harbor.When I first called them to talk about transferring they picked up the phone and was so welcoming. They went ahead and helped me out with everything. It was hard enough living in California not knowing what the place looked like, but the ladies in the front were so helpful and told me what my apartment would look like and how the neighborhood is over there. I trusted them and went ahead and reserved the apartment.Me and my husband have been here for about a month now and I cant say nothing bad about the place. It is a gated community, very quite, plenty of parking, garages and carports if you need them. Valet trash that picks up Sun - Thursday. Everyone is just so friendly and the staff here are great they help out if you need them even the maintenance guys are awesome. We have signed a 15 month lease and so far everything has met our expectations. Our two puppies even love the place so much when we take them outside to the bathroom they run around in the grass having a blast.They even have resident appreciation days where they people who work here come out hand you donuts, apples, water and orange juice and say, thank you for being a great resident. You dont see that anywhere and they also have different events for you can meet your neighbors and get to them.Honestly, this place is great and I give this Camden Property 5 stars across the board. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the great work ladies :)

    I had the pleasure of staying at this residence for the past two years. I moved in with my, then, boyfriend at the time. Unforeseen circumstances occurred and i was left struggling with two babies to pay the rent monthly. Audra Ferguson, the assistant manager, was beyond helpful during my rough patch. She was so understanding and took helping me way past her job probably allowed. She worked with me every month until i got back on my feet. There were some rough areas while living here, such as the parking, but i stayed for as long as i did because i loved the team in the front office. If i needed something done in the apartment, Tom and Audra didn’t hesitate to make sure it got done, and timely at that. It had gotten to the point where i only would talk to Audra, and if she wasn’t there, i would try back until she was. I highly recommend Camden Grand Harbor to anyone looking for more than just an apartment to reside in.     I have visited Camden Grand Harbor on a few occasions, it’s a lovely property in katy Texas, near l the katy Mills outlet and the water park. From when you drive in the property is so beautiful compare to the ones nearby. The grounds are clean and the flowers are always blooming. The pool is nice and clean! And one of my favorite places in the office.. is the staff!! They are welcoming and friendly, have never had a problem with either of them :)

    My family moved to Houston Texas a little over a year ago with nothing. We looked for places to move and always had complications with getting approved or the staff seemed uncaring. Down to our last dollar we tried Camden Grand Harbor and it worked out! What we love the most of the responsiveness of the staff as it relates to work requests. Also, the online communication hub that tries to help build community and establish direct contact with the tenants. Another HUGE thing is how they helped us during these Covid times with grant opportunities that helped with our rent. No place is perfect but we are 100% happy in its imperfection because they try to give 100% to the tenants.

    When I visit this community, Jeremie and Brittany are always welcoming. When my lease ends, I plan on moving here. They have an amazing staff and the property is gorgeous.     Camden Grand Harbor tops my list when it comes to apartments that I have made home. I work out of town up to eight months out of the year, so I see my apartment very little. However, when I am home its like a vacation spot. The grounds are kept, the community is super quiet and the management is always available when needed. My employer likes to see me move around, I can only hope that a Camden property is available when I do move.

    My family and I have been living here for 10 months, and since our lease is coming up for renewal, we decided to visit all the other apartments in the area. Just to comparison shop, due to all the new complexes. We looked everywhere and nothing compared to the open floor plan we are currently in.On top of the best floor plan (at least in our opinion), the staff here is incredible. Each time I call with even the smallest maintenance issue, they have responded immediately! I have called at 4 pm asking for a new water filter for the refrigerator, and even though I said it was absolutely no rush, it was replaced within the hour!It goes without saying that we are renewing our lease! Top quality finishes, awesome amenities, and service with a smile. I happily give Camden Grand Harbor my highest recommendation!

    Absolutely have loved living here. No trouble. Fairly quiet with the exception of some rowdy neighbors, but thats anywhere. Gym could be bigger but great as is. Parking is a lot of trouble sometimes. We have 2. Even with a car port, one of us may end up down the street. Staff is always friendly and willing to help &repair/maintenance is fast and thorough. Pros outweigh the cons. Highly recommend for Katy area. (:

    The gentleman was very professional and informative. His name was Jeremie. He was knowledgeable of the different floor plans they had available. This is a beautiful property. I feel the price is pretty reasonable considering their location. You would expect to pay more for the size of the appartment, as well as its location. She gave us a complete tour of the building inside and out. She was very professional and provided lots of information since my boyfriend and I have never rented an apartment before.     Nice apartments; good household appliances; very good service; there is a gym and swimming pool. For families with pets - 5 points, but for families with small children there is no playground, and running on the grass is dangerous, because not everyone is cleaning up after their pets. Therefore, young children in the complex have nowhere to play. Its good that there is a playground next to the complex, but there is no sidewalk, and you have to go along the road.

We moved from Pennsylvania to Texas and she was very patient with us and heard and answered all of our questions and is the best person we have come across while in the process of finding a home.     Theres so much to say and my feelings about this place are overwhelming...first and foremost, this property is horrendously packed full of good people, people that open the gate for you when you forget your clicker, people who will greet you out of the blue, people who are basically a family within the Camden property and dont get me started with the staff- Jennifer who is the lease consultant from heaven has basically made moving in and Living here such a hassle free experience, and has gone out of her way to make sure the tenants are taken care of; or at least for me and my girlfriend. Camden, basically the place we all deserve and I am looking forward to continuing living and being a family with these people.

    Not sure why people dog this place so much.My Fiance`e and I have lived here for almost a year now. We love it. They are doing a lot of great things here to up-keep the property such as brand new garages, painting and maintaining the exterior of the buildings and renovating their Gym area. The location is great and the price for their units really arent THAT bad. We live in a quiet area, where the isnt a whole lot of crime. We are accesible to I10, Walmart and a mall.As for the staff, I have befriended them. They have always been very nice and on top of things regarding things that needed to be done within our apartment. The service requests are generally done fairly quickly.I stronlgly consider moving here if youre looking for a great area and a really pretty nice complex.

    Home is truly where the heart is and lives. Most have heard that phrase or variations thereof. However, few REALLY appreciate those words until something happens.Our home of 20 yrs had burned downin late spring, and we suddenly found ourselves displaced, and very much dismayed. All I asked of my husband was to find us a nice, and safe place to live. He immediately got on line and Camden Grand Harbor was the apt community that he found. I looked it over, on line, and gave it 2 thumbs up! My husband asked, Dont you want to go in person and look?. My reply was very simply, No, I love what I see, read many great reviews, and just want to be settled..We quickly moved in and we have absolutely loved it! The apt community is as beautiful as the pictures if not more so in person. The surrounding grounds are wonderfully manicured and beautiful!There are not enough words to truly show the appreciation we have for the office staff and maintenance staff!! They all work in tandem to keep this community worthy of high praise.In regard to the office staff, theyre always there to greet you with a warm smile, a cheerful hello, and a willingly helpful hand. The office is always available to address any issues, big or small, that you may have. Its important to note that you are openly welcome not only to address the leasing agents, but the management as well. Not to mention, when you stop by the office, they know you by name!!Our appreciation most certainly extends to the awesome maintenance team, who are often taken for granted or forgotten because they work behind the scenes so often. Keeping this community looking beautiful and running smoothly is no easy task! They too, somehow manage to know who you are, and by your name. Often stopping to chat or say hello during their busy day. In addition, the maintenance team is very quick to respond to your needs, but also will come after hrs to fix a problem you may have. I have NEVER heard of maint. at any complex coming to fix things after hours.Lastly, for any other needs or reasons you may have, help is just a phone call away. There is an answering service in place when/if the office is busy or even after hrs.In closing, remember that I said at the beginning that home is truly where the heart is and lives? We learned that no truer words have been spoken! Why? Like I mentioned, our home of 20 yrs burned down and we found ourselves in apts. That being said, the management, maintenance, and community taught us that its their heart and ours that makes the home, no matter what the structure is.CAMDEN GRAND HARBOR ROCKS!

    What a spectacular place. I am going to recommend them to my friend who is looking for an apartment. They took great care of me from the beginning, seeing the apartment clean, and then the application process so fast. Also highly recommended are the shops nearby and the Katy Mills a few minutes away. The complex is very clean and the people in the office are very friendly, especially Miss Farides who assisted me throughout the process and the manager Marisol helped me with questions. Everyone very friendly!

    The service is 100% and any complaints are promptly resolved. The other day I called through the air and I was even scared by how quickly these guys arrived, they are the best. The office always helps me, they treat me with kindness and are always willing, you cant find that everywhere these days. Thank you for everything you do, for maintaining the property to the maximum and we will continue to be loyal residents until we buy a house.

    The best experience! This place is phenomenal. The guys in the office always help me! Its quiet and I like being close to the Katy Mills mall. We love the pool and the gym is big. Always very clean, friendly, fast and efficient maintenance guys. Definitely the best.
