    Hi! Ive called CGR home for almost 5 years now, moved in during the pandemic and loved the proximity to my favorite trails. But over the years Ive personally experienced a ridiculous amount of care and help from the staff. Opening the line of communication with them made all the difference from other places Ive lived before. Even though Im not overly neighborly, I still feel part of the community thanks to them. Ive told them a bunch that I dont want to move anytime soon (still dont after all this time)! If Ive ever had a major concern, it was because of disruptive neighbors or an emergency maintenance issue--and in those cases, they helped resolved noisy neighbors (typically new tenants that dont know any better yet) and helped with both temporary and immediate solutions to maintenance issues. Its definitely an active but quiet spot and the ranchers are generally friendly--lots of dogs and great spot for patio birding!

    I recently moved to Austin from Costa Rica and took a chance on Camden Gaines. I work in multifamily housing, so I was very picky and thorough when looking online for a new home. I knew I wanted to be South, with amazing amenities (gym + pool), trail access, and a big green yard/space for my cat. Camden Gaines checked off all of the boxes. Reviews online with car break-ins had me concerned, but I know this is a common issue all across Austin, and so far I havenā€™t seen a single break-in. The leasing agents were SO helpful and timely, compared to other apartments I contacted. Mackenzie went above and beyond to answer all questions and emails I had from Costa Rica and made the moving process so seamless. My apartment is so nice and newly renovated, quiet, and spacious with amazing natural light, surrounded by trees, exceeding expectations. The patio is massive and I have a view of the forest, itā€™s very private and my kitty loves it. The maintenance team, Carlos and Marcus, have gone above and beyond to fix my very few requests within a few hours. What a luxury. I am so so happy with my decision. Love my new community, itā€™s absolutely deserving of a 5-star review.

    Elijah Walpole (Assistant Maintenance Supervisor) has single handedly restored my faith in humanity this year. There are still good people in this world and he has demonstrated that through the numerous service requests he has personally worked on in my apartment. Out of the 9 years/4 complexes in Austin Iā€™ve lived, he has proven to be the most professional, knowledgeable, conversational, respectful, friendliest, kind, dedicated, thorough, efficient, and superb employees I have ever encountered. I could not think of anyone more worthy and deserving of a promotion, raise, and holiday bonus. This man cares for the reputation of his team, is confident being the face of Camden, and puts the needs of his residents first.Thank you Elijah for maintaining the high quality standards of a work ethic I thought to be long extinct.-MC

    Lived here for over a year now, lots of historical experience with other complexes in South Austin. The management team and office staff here is the best I have come across, period. Cant say enough positive about the secluded site, yet with immediate proximity to major thoroughfares and shopping districts. Maintenance staff are responsive and helpful, and provided are all the standard amenities one would expect from an apartment complex. They even have a community bulletin board where we can communicate with neighbors (although some people just like to complain lol, about totally normal things one would encounter at any apartment complex). Highly recommend based on location, amenities, and strength of the management team.

    Ive been at this location for five years in three units. I was here during the pandemic and the ice storms that followed. The staff, specifically Angelica, from the beginning have had a genuine, positive energy with a focus on making sure problems get solved. They let me use the washer and dryer in an un-leased unit when I was having issues with mine, they take pests and noise issues seriously, and they time and time again were Very accommodating with last-minute arrangements. They have been responsive to issues in the community and transparent about progress being made with all residents. There has been an ongoing issue with car theft which the staff have been fighting an uphill battle against, and while it would be nice to see cameras on every corner and better lighting around the complex, those things are easier said than done. And after the time Ive spent here, I do honestly feel a sense of trust that if theres an issue, theyre making a real effort on it.The maintenance team has strongly improved since I first signed a lease here, theyre responsive and reasonably thorough.This is a very unique location. Is it worth the price? I dont think so, but it is what it is. Youll get a good experience while youre here, and I will always have very positive outlook on Camden as a company because of my experience with the staff here.

    Its been 10 years living in this community and I just love it. Its located in a peaceful environment and I love the green belt access, the raccoons, squirrels and birds are my everyday pets . I pay high rent even that I am not in one of the recently renovated units but on a large and unique floor plan in a very convenient location. Cant complain..

    I just moved in a few months ago and I already canā€™t imagine living anywhere else in Austin. The access to the Greenbelt trails is unbeatable. The apartment itself is also great. Itā€™s a very short drive to get anywhere, including downtown. If you are looking for a calm, serene, nature-oriented place to live, this is the place for you.

    I am being relocated to Austin for work and toured Camden Gaines Ranch recently and loved everything I saw. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on answering all of my questions. The community was very well kept and the apartments looked great. The prices are very reasonable for how close to downtown they are.

    I am so happy with the apartment and especially our spacious balcony that overlooks the wooded area! The apartment is structurally sound and a great layout. It truly is lovely. The emails to and from the office have been great. I came from out of state and have to say I was pleasantly pleased.

    I LOVE living here. Itā€™s quite literally the best and I am so grateful for my space. Itā€™s close to the city but tucked away in the greenbelt. The front office is staffed with some amazing people who are great at their jobs. The maintenance crew has always been quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Even the people that live here are great! I couldnā€™t ask for a better place to be. The price of living in Austin keeps rising and itā€™s hard for me to say itā€™s worth it most places but Camden Gaines Ranch is definitely worth it.

    The maintenance staff here at Camden has been extremely friendly and easy to work with! Marcus especially has been amazing! He has always completed our service request in a timely and friendly fashion. He deserves to be noticed for the great work he does around the community.

    There are things that are really good about Camden Gaines Ranch. Chief among them is its proximity and access to Barton Creek. If you enjoy the outdoors and connection to nature, theres a lot of that to be found here, with seemingly endless miles of trails to hike and explore from the trailhead that begins here.But one lesser appreciated point is the responsiveness of the community managers here. They get lots of criticism from unhappy residents, much of which can be seen in these Google reviews, and it can be worrisome when considering Camden Gaines Ranch. But its also worth noting that they often dont get the credit they deserve for all the good things that they achieve.In my experience (and contrary to my expectations), LaTonia has worked hard to address the issues Ive brought to her attention. And she took genuinely Herculean steps to resolve the community issues that were adversely affecting my residency here. I appreciate how process oriented and customer focused she is, even to the extent of following up with me on the day that she said she would. IMO, shes a great role model for everyone else who works here.The only thing keeping me from awarding 5 stars though is the overall quality of the units here, at least in the newly remodeled ones, which is what I moved into. Leaky shower, broken patio/balcony doors, non-functional appliances, old low-efficiency windows. Having said that, while Camden Gaines Ranch is not a perfect place to live, its still a great place to live with a unique outdoor experience.UPDATED: 2/21/24

    Until recently, I lived at lived at Camden Gaines for more than 2 years. I still go there to visit a relative still living there. I noticed a number of bad reviews and decided to provide some input on my experience. First, I had a nice apartment on the second floor overlooking the green belt. I thought the apartment buildings and grounds were well kept. Itā€™s a relatively small complex so not too many people, cars or giant parking lots was a real plus. The office has a great party room with and a very nice pool. Being right by the Barton Creek green belt with direct access to trails was super nice. I just walked out my door and went on scenic hikes, some times seeing wildlife like deer. I liked that the complex was not super lit up so I enjoyed looking at the stars, a few planets and the moon at night. There were some car break ins but that is literally an epidemic all over Austin. Mine was never touched. I just made sure to never leave anything in view inside my car at night. I know some residents blamed management but the fact is, I thought management did everything they could. Theyā€™re not the Austin police and Camden isnā€™t a high end super expensive complex that comes with a guard at the gate and full time patrols. Reading some complaints that generally blamed management for other things, I wondered if some of these reviewers had ever lived in an apartment before. I have, and there are things you have to get accustomed to, or figure out how to deal with yourself, or move and try to find something better. Personally, I found management, staff and maintenance to be kind and responsive. Other good pointsā€¦ I liked feeling a bit isolated from the city. It was like living in a quiet community in the woods, but only 5-10 minutes to everything I enjoy about Austinā€¦hiking, Barton Springs, Lake Austin, County Line BBQ on the overlook, cool downtown shops and clubs, Ladybird Wildflower Center, etc. I also appreciated being on the southwest side closer to Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Johnson City, Bee Cave, Lake Travis, etc. All in all, I really enjoyed my time there and considering all the positives, it beats out a lot of other choices.

    Camden Gaines ranch is such a beautiful property that is well kept up and has amazing inside finishes. What really stood out to me while touring was how amazing the client services were.Mackenzie in the leasing office was amazing and answered all our questions and walked us through the process of apply step by step. Itā€™s important to me that the leasing office has good crew because I have Delt with horrid apartments and this is not one!! Highly recommend checking it out if you are looking to rent!! Weā€™ve lived here over a year now, & every time weā€™ve had maintenance request addressed by Marcus, heā€™s provided reliable, excellent, prompt service. Heā€™s often brought in as expert when others canā€™t fix a more complex issue.Aside from his main role & professionalism therein, Marcus also adds to the community spirit, always waving & saying hi when we drive byeach other, or warning us about coyote sightings as he knows we take walks around the neighborhood.

    Iā€™ve loved living at the Camden. For nature lovers this place is a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. Itā€™s been wonderful to have direct access to the greenbelt within a minute of walking out my door. The staff has been great! Special shout outs to Marcus Ridley and Mackenzie Ventura. Theyā€™ve both gone above and beyond in terms of customer service and kindness. Most members of their staff care, although there are a couple on my mind that arenā€™t happy with the work they are doing and would serve the whole if they pursued things that made them happy. Other than that, the location and the apartment itself have been great. Iā€™ve been on the third floor looking out at the tree tops for the last two years and itā€™s been wonderful to have the grounding and beauty of the trees when I first wake up in the morning. Iā€™ve called it ā€œthe treehouse.ā€ Iā€™ll give this place 4.5 stars. Reducing by .5 because of certain members of the staff that arenā€™t happy here and donā€™t come off caring and courteous. Although, it didnā€™t impact me negatively, I have seen how it impacts the staff negatively and has caused high turn over in me matinence staff. Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful home these last two years. Iā€™ll miss it here but Iā€™m happy to be onto the next adventure šŸ™‚ Blessings šŸ™šŸ¼ā¤ļøšŸ™‚

    I had a fruit fly issue stemming from my door not shutting flush against the frame. I reported it to management and Marcus was out here within 20 minutes with weather stripping. Guy is Johnny-on-the-spot, definitely deserves a raise.

    Camden has modern, spacious apartments all tucked into the natural scenery of the greenbelt. The community is wonderful and friendly - almost has a small-town feel to it. Mackenzie and Katie in the front office are terrific - beyond helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Weā€™ve had a few maintenance issues arise in our time here and Marcus has always gotten the job done in a prompt, reliable, and professional manner. These little maintenance issues can be annoying but itā€™s reassuring knowing we have Marcus if something comes up. Heā€™s the man!

    I lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for three years and really enjoyed my entire experience. The staff was extremely friendly and was always able to assist me whenever I needed something. Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders and always seemed to go above and beyond. Jenna, the manager, followed through with me to make sure I was happy and enjoying my apartment. The service you receive from Camden is unlike any place Iā€™ve ever lived. The location is ideal and makes for an easy commute to downtown. I loved walking my pups through the trails and seeing the wildlife throughout the community. Gaines Ranch is very clean and maintenance does an amazing job of cleaning the grounds and making sure the property is free of any trash. Rent is very affordable for the area (includes a cable package and trash pickup). They have several amenities including a dog park, fitness room, business center and pool. The neighbors Iā€™ve met out at the pool and dog park have been very nice and Iā€™ve created some long lasting friendships. I never had any issues with security and always felt very safe in my home. If Iā€™m ever a renter again, Gaines Ranch is the first place I will check out. Keep up the good work!

    This is my 3rd apartment here in Austin in less than 1.5 years.. and Iā€™m glad to say Iā€™ve finally found a place that feels like home. The unit itself is beautiful with amazing views, the neighbors are all friendly and respectful, and the front office staff are genuinely caring. The maintenance team is the best Iā€™ve ever had, and they all deserve some extra recognition! LaSean always has a plan and makes sure things get done, Jay can (and will!) fix anything and everything with a smile on her face, and Garret is always quick to respond.I absolutely love it here and can see myself staying for a long time!!

    After living at Camden Gaines Ranch for almost 2 years, I can easily say this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The office staff (especially Christa Hammer) has been so helpful since day one, and they are always so friendly. The grounds are so beautifully kept and the maintenance workers are so nice! I love all the trees, the gym, the pool, and the access to the barton creek greenbelt. There are so many awesome trails surrounding this complex. It was so convenient to be so close to downtown but also nestled on the edge of the greenbelt. I am so sad to leave, and I would definitely stay longer if I could! I would recommend Camden Gaines Ranch to anyone!

    Camden has been a great place to live - the staff are all helpful and efficient, the apartments are gorgeous and the community amenities are a nice perk, particularly being inside the Greenbelt. Its a relatively quiet and comfortable environment, compared to other apartment complexes in the city that seem to gear more towards creating a barely post-college vibe of young professionals.Unfortunately given inflation and the influx of demand, the increase in rent of 300$/month on my unit plus getting a job further up north swayed me away from staying. For folks who can afford it, its a great find.Pros:- Spacious apartments + balconies- Relatively quiet community*- Helpful staff, quick maintenance- Greenbelt access/natural environmentCons:- Being in the Greenbelt, there can be pests- Lots of dogs - *only one sleepless night from barking, but something to keep in mind if youre not a pet person- Small gym- Expensive, but its Austin in 2022 so where isnt

    Mackenzie, Angelica, and LaShawn have been spectacular, efficient, welcoming, and thorough in responding to all my service requests and questions in my first week here. It truly feels like were all in a team to make sure the place were living in and working in is comfortable and clean. The grounds are gorgeous with plenty of natural greenery maintained within and around the property. My apartment has lots of natural light throughout the day and is surprisingly quiet - even the in-unit W/D fades to a faint rumble when you close the doors. My only wish is that the internet be unpaired from the cable subscription, as I barely use TV, but thats just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I am enjoying the welcome to Austin through this apartment and the people supporting it.

    We lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for a little more than a year and absolutely loved our time there. From the moment we first visited and spoke with Christa, we knew weā€™d found somewhere special. It was definitely bittersweet making the choice to move but the driving force was that we wanted & need extra space(we were in a 740sq ft 1 bed at Camden). Had we been able to make it work there, we would have stayed.Office staff: Everyone we ever interacted with was fantastic, although we mostly worked with Christa and Christin while living there. Christa is hands down one of the best leasing professionals. She answered all our initial questions and showed us as much as we wanted to see when first viewing the property. Both her and Christin were wonderful throughout the year.Maintenance: Jerry & his team are top notch! The few things we needed upon move-in and the few little things here & there through the year, they all handled quickly and professionally.Apartment/Complex: Wonderful!! Beautifully tucked towards the back of the complex with a super private and huge patio that faced a wooded area. One of the things weā€™ll miss most! With that did come a few patio critters here & there but manageable. Super quiet & rarely, if ever heard our neighbors. The complex itself was kept up with well and had a great private but close to the city feel.Definitely a place worth checking out if youā€™re on the hunt!

    The maintenance staff here, specifically Jay Romani is quick to arrive and solve any issues I have. Jay always arrives the same day (sometimes the same hour) I put in the request, is very personable, makes sure my puppy isnt scared and gets straight to work with a smile. Since they started working here, the pool has been kept in the best condition which will be great during these hot, Texas summers.I feel good knowing that Jay will make sure me and the pet babies are taken care of.

    Ive dealt with AWFUL property management in my past. When I was looking for my current place, I KNEW that Camden was renowned for their customer experience and Im pleased to share that has been my experience with Mackenzie has only confirmed this belief. She went above and beyond in helping me. Shes been attentive, communicative, and kind. Im so thankful for her help and thankful for Camden in having this as a part of their culture.     I have lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for over 10 years. Overall my experience has been very positive. Service requests are completed in a timely manner, the office staff is friendly (unfriendly ones dont work here anymore), the apartments are updated and roomy with great balconies and patios, outdoor areas are well maintained, and the pool area is beautiful. I love the easy access to main roads while living in the woods of the greenbelt. My only concern is the same of other Austin apartment renters: the price and some corporate policies. However, there are no other complexes that are more reasonable so I have no intention of moving.

    Camden Gaines Ranch leasing office and maintenance personnel were very responsive to my request to repaint my patios concrete surface on the same day of my request in advance of looming overnight rain. Mackenzie rushed the work order through the property management systems and a maintenance team member meticulously applied the coating. Thank you all for a fine job!

    I have lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for 2 years and it has been an amazing experience overall. I really love the location - surrounded by the greenbelt but right off mopac with a short commute to downtown. The apartment was spacious and the patio was larger than average. I have lived in two different apartments (bottom and top floors) and never had any issues with noise. Christa Hammer and everyone else at the office is always so helpful and will go out of their way to fix any issues. Maintenance is very friendly and response quickly to requests. The only downside was having to purchase the technology package - thats the only thing I would change. I would definitely renew my lease here if I could, but I will continue to let others know what an awesome complex this is!

    I love living here, i love the peace of the gb.. the birds. Nature itself. the only complaint is about a resident named Jason this guy complains about everything, about the paint, cameras etcā€¦ ironically he is probably the one resident thatā€™s been here for 4+ years.     Simply put, Jay Romani deserves a raise and a huge pat on the back. I called the office for a maintenance request and within 10 minutes, Jay was here to fix my sink. Even beyond this, Jay took the time to fix things beyond the original request, just out of care. Jay arrived with a smile, and maintained the kindest and most caring attitude I have ever witnessed at any apartment complex I have ever lived at. Jay stressed that they wanted me to feel safe and comfortable within my home. Jay is such a priceless individual in the Camden Gaines Ranch staff, and I wanted to take the time to acknowledge this!     Just moved out after a year here- Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff- especially Christa!!!...has always been friendly, accommodating, and genuine. I truly appreciate the help from day one moving in to the last day moving out. I absolutely loved my apartment as well- great floor plan, well up kept interior and especially the vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor. I had minimal maintenance issues and they were resolved very quickly. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a place to live.

    Having lived at Camden Gaines for 5yrs I can honestly say it is probably one of the best places to live in the country. The staff is outstanding, especially, Christa, she is always kind, courtesies and goes above and beyond for all residents. We barely have required maintenance throughout the years and when we have they have been very thorough and turned any work order around very quickly. Everyone is very polite and friendly. We love Christa, she is exceptional in every way and her smile always seemed to brighten our day. My son adores her and would ask to come say hello at the office. Heā€™d race in and straight to her every single time. The patience and kindness that she shows is wonderful. We donā€™t have any family in the city so having a community become a family was so wonderful. These are more than apartments, this will become your home!!! When I accidentally lost my keys and got locked out of our car and home, Christa went out of her way, to go find a spare key in my apartment and bring it across to me, she even left work early to help me out. It was just me and my son and we had no other means to get home or back into our home... this is the kind of exceptional service she provides and for which I am eternally grateful and so is my son. Thank you Christa and thank you Camden for making a home here in a Austin!!!

    I love this complex! My dog and I love to hike the Greenbelt, and this complex is literally tucked right up to it. Special shout out to Mackenzie in the leasing office! She helped my find my perfect apartment, and she always helps me with a smile on her face. I love it here.

    I have called Camden home for 3 years and have never thought for one minute that I should be anywhere else but here. It is a beautiful place with tile and stucco building units that are completely surrounded by the Austin Greenbelt. The interior grounds are always well manicured leaving the perimeter in its natural state with the sound of birds and wildlife and trails that lead to the creekā€¦very peaceful. Camden is a friendly and diverse community much like a neighborhood, and this atmosphere is fostered by a wonderful staff who facilitates activities. I appreciate the staff and maintenance team who are quick to respond and work hard to keep this community so nice. They are just plain nice people and to me, nice is real important! It is also dog friendly (which I like) but they also foster responsible dog ownership by having a dog park and dog liter stations. Its just GREAT living here!

    I lived at Camden Gaines Ranch for three years and absolutely loved it. Id still be there now if I didnt have to move for family reasons. The staff was always very responsive and respectful. I enjoyed getting to know the office and maintenance staff, and they would go out of their way to help ensure I had a great living experience at their property. Two of my friends now live there as a result of my positive experience, and they are also very pleased. If I move back to Austin, I will move back to Camden Gaines Ranch.

    I have lived at Camden at Gaines Ranch for almost 10 years now and all I have to say about it is, it is AWESOME!Update 8/9/22 - I still love this place, the management and staff are great. Big community wide paint job recently underway and it is looking fantastic!Run of the mill Texas wildlife lives here too, not for everyone.Cheers!My A/C broke down late last night, so I called in a maintenance request. The operator was very cheerful and helpful, she stated that a maintenance worker has been dispatched and will arrive in 45-60 minutes. Cande showed up in 20 minutes, he was very customer service orientated even at that hour. He was quick to find that a part had burned out but he had to wait until the next day to get a new one. He offered to install a portable A/C unit until the replacement part was acquired. I told him not to worry about it since it was cool outside that night. He showed up the next day and fixed my A/C within 5 minutes. Knowledgeable, promptness, visibly willing to help and polite staff earns this community 6 stars (if I could). Living in the Camden at Gaines Ranch community is like living with one big happy family! :)BIG THANK YOU to Cande, Jerry and Juan from the maintenance staff at Camden at Gaines Ranch! The work they did to my patio in order to house my wild lion (Bob the overgrown tabby cat) while Betty (my cute little calico cat) is not feeling well and needs her space for a while. While I was explaining to Christa Hammer in the office of my dilemma while filling out some paper work, these guys stepped up and volunteered to help me out and the end result is OUTSTANDING!     Been here for about a week. I digg the apt and the grounds. Staff has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Few issues with the apt were submitted on an intake form(things like missing missing/broken vertical blinds and such).They provide a list of areas and things to check. Ill update if actions are taken on those.Service request to remove a couple of wasps nest starting on the balcony was submitted mid-day on a Monday. Jay Romani from the maintenance team took care of it the next day, Tuesday morning. I really appreciate the quick turnaround time for that issue.

    The Camden Gaines Ranch crew is a great team and I am so glad my family and I rented FOR SEVEN YEARS at this complex. Yes the location is good and the rates are competitive in an expensive city, but the people at Camden is what really makes it great. This is the second Camden property Ive lived in. After my first great Camden experience at Camden Vanderbilt in Houston, there were a lot of reasons I didnt even look at other property owners/managers when relocating to Austin. Ive lived a total of 10 years at Camden properties and will probably do it again in the future if I rent again. They invest capital into their properties to proactively minimize problems that affect tenant experience. When issues do come up, the office and maintenance teams respond quickly to resolve the issues and have a great attitude. I have raised my kids in this apartment and Im so happy this will be the home they will remember when they are older.At one time I was the property manager at Camden headquarters in Houston, at Greenway Plaza, and Camden was my tenant; the tables were turned you could say. I got a unique view of how the company operates and cares for their employees. While no company is perfect, Camden genuinely cares about their people and their properties from the very top all the way through the organization. That care showed up in my experience as a long-time Camden resident. No other multi-family owner does it as well as Camden. But, in the end it comes down to good people - like Leshawn and Angelica - being tuned in to the residents, and providing genuine customer service.If you are a renter - rent here. If you are looking for a job -see if Camden has openings; there is a good chance it will help your career and youll meet some great people. If you are an investor - take a look a at their REIT, Camden Property Trust; see if its a good fit for your strategy.Ive sent Camden a ton of my hard earned money in rent over the past 10 years, but I have no regrets.     Staff is always friendly and helpful. Correspondence is acknowledged timely. Maintenance issues (few) addressed immediately. Excellent location and the complex sets back from busy traffic so very little traffic noise if any. Adjacent to the Barton Creek Greenbelt Reserve so very convenient for nature walks. Lots of dogs but you really never hear them at all (Units built to condo specs I understand). Additionally, the grounds are regularly canvassed for careless pet owners who dont pick up after their dogs, so really not a problem in that regard (Pet litter stations throughout the grounds with plastic bags). Generally young professional atmosphere overall but some of us Boomers have snuck in :-). No rowdiness experience at all and I have been living there about 14 months. Signed up for another 15 months as well.

    You cannot find a better value in Austin where rent can be high and units can be small. Maintenance was always responsive and office staff worked well. Great location next to the highway but far enough not to hear it and direct access to the greenbelt. Units are spacious and come with stainless appliances and new granite countertops. My only complaints are office staff did not consistently answer the phone and the units have ugly taupe painted doors and trim. Overall a great experience and great value.

    Simply the best apartments in Austin. The staff is helpful and very friendly! The pool is excellent and being on the greenbelt is a dream come true.     Moved into my new apartment yesterday and we noticed later in the day that the air conditioner wasnā€™t cooling down. I called the office and they dispatched immediately LT and Sharif. They said that unit was old and that they would replace it. This was about 4 oā€™clock during the day. They worked until past 8 PM replacing the unit and making sure that it cooled down. This is amazing service. They didnā€™t want me to be uncomfortable during the weekend. Because this happened on a Friday. I looked at four other properties before deciding on this one because of location and now because of the excellent service.

    Beautiful property with spacious floorplans, gas stoves, new whirlpool appliances and a sleepy cabin villa atmosphere. Very attractive clubhouse lounge, upscale, decent workout room and really nice pool. Lush from proximity to the green belt, literally connected from the property by walking trails, which unfortunately can attract heavy duty pests like scorpions during the summer after their winter hibernation period. Can be prevented by leaving out fresh lavender on patio and near windows. Sort of the trade off being isolated in nature. Wonderful property, recommended at least a visit to consider.

    In my search for a new home, my typical habits of timeliness and organization have decidedly sort of fallen apart. However, the team at Camden Gaines was super accommodating; even accepting my earlier than scheduled visit for a tour. Emily Stitz had only moments before returned from a meeting all the way accross Austin but made time out of her day to show me the whole property including a unit layout in which I was most interested. When I walked in I was greated by more than one member of the team, and throughout the visit they interracted with lots of positivity; running errands and delivering paperwork to one another without being asked. It really shows how positive the environment must be there and that is the sort of message you want to send to residents or potential future residents.

    I must say, Ive been here just over a year and I love this place. One of the best features about this place has been the staff, particularly Gracie, whom is unfortunately leaving soon. The apartments have nice finishes, beautiful landscape, good sound barriers, great locations, large 8ft deep pool, and generally is very quiet and full of friendly pet owners. I used to be an apartment locator, leased apartments myself, and have lived all over Austin. Its really hard to get what you get here, let alone with proximity and price. The location is fantastic, close to any store you need in Sunset Valley, yet 10mins drive into downtown right down MoPac. The one complaints I have about this place are just natural cons that come with the pros, such as:- my apartment has difficulty staying cool in the summer days (below 71), but this is because I have a corner unit with no shade protection on the top floor perfectly aligned with the suns path and all windows. They gave me a new AC, so they definitely do everything they can to keep you happy.- the wasps and horse flies can make enjoying outside on your patio challenging. Simply, its not the apts fault what Texas and living in the Greenbelt brings. Get some raid, buy eco friendly bug spray, and know the times its bad.- people let their dogs bark excessively at the dog park: then again, dont get a unit near there if you need guaranteed sleep times and know theres a period of amazing silence mid-day week time.What Im implying is that theres nothing negative about this complex thats to blame on the mgmt. Be wise about the unit you chose based off your lifestyle and goals. Parking is fine, its safe and isolated, its quite, great proximity, and fairly priced for Austin. The average person that lives here is mid-20s-mid-40s. No partying. Mostly professionals with pets or couples. If you have a dog, this a great place to make dog friends.
