I lived at Camden for about 18 months with my roommate and we moved out because we both wanted to live solo. In terms of price, location, and functionality/maintenance of the apartment, it is great. Granted, we never had a problem with break ins, feeling threatened in the parking garage, or problems with pests/bugs, etc. However, there is always the feeling of unsafeness just because of the horror stories, I would never live there alone as a woman. Also, the residents literally do not care about keeping the place looking nice, there is trash everywhere, animal feces in the hallways/elevators, and the pool was closed a lot during the summer because people would throw parties and get glass in it. You also can not get packages sent to your apartment because they will absolutely get stolen, but that is just dallas. We think we were lucky because we were on the third floor in the back of the complex and we had cool/quiet neighbors, so if you are looking here, I would opt for an apartment on the top floor away from the pools.

Pedro thoroughly explained each step of the process, ensuring I understood what was required to complete the work order.I appreciated his professionalism, as he knocked and announced himself before entering. Pedros personable nature made the experience truly pleasant. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the service he provided.

Pro:5 star for the leasing staff. @Ashley was super responsive before, during, and after my application process which ensured I was able to move in.Amazing facility staff do their best to make the experience and cleanliness positive when you come home. Always saying hi when they pass by.The Farmers Market in Dallas is in a great location, very scenic community that is well maintained by the staff. Walking score of 10! Farmers market, restaurants, bars, dog parks, garden, downtown offices, deep ellum... love it.Annoyance:Many lazy residents dont clean up after their pets and adherence to quiet hours. Occasionally someone pulls a fire alarm, steals a package.. but that is expected at a large community. There are always a few turds to ruin a great time.Concern:I do hope @camdenliving! Continues to invest in security at Farmers Market Dallas to give residents a peace of mind for their cars and bicycles being damages or stolen.

Great staff, good community, good place to live. Every time I need anything fixed in the apartment, they come as soon as possible and fix it quickly. Today, Shawn came to fix my lightbulb and a door, and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes.

I am a newer resident, and have had a seamless transition from my previous home to this one. The loft-style unit is beautiful and the view is fantastic. Parking garage is certainly a plus. Recently moved into my unit and have enjoyed my time at Camden. Everything was quick and easy to navigate. The complex itself has nice grounds and units as well as friendly neighbors. Toni, my leasing agent. Was very communicative and answered all of my questions. He made my move as seamless as possible. Checking in with me before my move to go over everything I would need to proceed with my move in schedule and when I arrived he quickly and thoroughly walked me through my welcome packet.

This place!!! Ashley Richardson and Toni, I love you! You made it such a smooth process. You were tolerant of my incessant calls and questions and were never impatient with me. I rented a unit only to back out of the contract at the last minute. Im floored by the grace you extended and your kindness. I went with another Camden property and you communicated with them for me and helped to close out the contract with your property as efficiently as you helped me to open one with you initially. I only backed out because of the location of the property in DTD and that the moving in was going to be challenging logistically. The property is stunning and that unit is remarkable! Ashley, you are the consummate professional and very personable. Im so grateful for you and your help. Toni, thank you for the ear and your professionalism and empathy. Often times people are overlooked for their hard work since it’s part of their job, so I want to publicly thank Michael on the Maintenance Team. I submitted a laundry list of things needed to be addressed in my bathroom and he tended to them all. He made sure to remove his shoes and cleaned up the space before leaving out. Camden can be a bit much at times but Maintenance Staff like Michael gets it everytime which makes it worth the stay! THANK YOU!!!!!

I toured the property with Ashley H. She was a fabulous tour guide and was so sweet and welcoming. I liked the unit I saw, hardwood floors, nice counters, clean space. The internet speed in the internet package is awesome for work from home people. And the pool that I saw looked clean and taken care of, which is something I always look at when touring.

I recently moved into Camden Farmers Market from Camden Buckingham in Richardson. I love Camden properties but Farmers Market has been so great! Both Tyler and Toni have been so helpful! Whenever Tyler wasn’t available I never had to wait because Toni would immediately step in! Even the day I signed my lease, when I went to the apt it wasn’t exactly the apt that I wanted. And even thought I had signed all the paperwork and done everything, Tyler let me tour another unit that matched exactly what I wanted and switched me over with no hesitation. It already feels like family and I know I’m going to love it here!

Ive lived at Camden Farmers Market for a little over two years and just signed a new lease. Unfortunately, others are right - this property comes with a lot of the same headaches that most other properties are experiencing in the neighborhood as far as break-ins and package theft goes. These are not Camden specific instances, and I dont think they are a result of a lack of effort by the team on site.The local team, I believe, does really care about the residents. Like any huge corporation like Camden, I dont feel like significant decisions are allowed to be made at this level, so change does take a while. I get responses when I reach out, if I call and no one is available to pick up, they always call me back.Salvador R with maintenance is such a great asset to Camden on the maintenance team. He is super personable, helpful and reliable to fix things the right way.Kelsie, in the office, is always very responsive and gracious when Ive worked with her.The neighborhood is great, everything is walkable, easy access to the highways and activities that happen around downtown.2024 update - still here - still really happy at Camden - the maintenance team are awesome - I love when I have a request and Pedro shows up I know he’s going to take care of it fast and right and the when team are always very friendly.

Even though there were couple maintenance issues with the apartment, the leasing office put them on high priority and were fixed immediately. Location is great being right next to the farmers with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I’m happy with the complex.

Ive lived her since Oct 1, 2023. My experience has been very good. The application, touring, and move in process was very easy. Washer and dryer, WiFi and trash pick up all set up by the complex. The parking garage has a third level, so no walking up three flights even though I have a third floor unit. Daniel was our leasing agent and he was very easy to work with. Since moving in weve seen him around and hes always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are fixed the same day (in my experience). There was one night where several cars were broken into. Mine was not. But the glass was cleaned up right away and there was a DPD car that night outside the garage and the next few nights. I havent seen any other break in a in our garage since. My neighbors are friendly, the community is dog/pet friendly, I like the area. And the rent, to me, is reasonable.

I had a dream job offer and moved to an apartment downtown without seeing it, and ended up at a ROACH MOTEL. place was infested with bugs and horrible management. Just signed a new lease renewal with the amazing help of leasing agent, Toni R. The apartment community was too great to let go of so we attempted to move buildings, which wasn’t ideal. We met with Toni and told him our needs for the new apartment and he completely understood and worked out a lease renewal for us so we didn’t have to move which was a lifesaver! I can see as an agency, Camden is definitely putting forth the effort to make some well needed changes and turn arounds, obviously they can only do so much being located in the middle of a downtown area. Hopeful for the revamping of Camden Farmers Market! The only downside I would say is the parking garages and our door gates being broken every once in a while, which can lead to theft or damages to property but hopefully with the revamp, this problem becomes a thing of the past!

The living experience at Camden Farmers Market is highly satisfying. There are people constantly tending to the upkeep of the premises which are always kept clean. Maintenance always tends to my requests in a very timely manner and keeps everything in perfect working order.There is a highly dedicated security unit who addresses concerns immediately and effectively, my mom lives with me here at CFM and I don’t have any worries about her safety if I’m ever gone for an extended period of time.CFM is super dog friendly too and has a small dog park and several waste bag stations through the property. If you have dogs it is undoubtedly an excellent place to live!I have renewed my lease without any worries, I confidently feel Camden Farmers Market apartment community is a great place to live and would hands down recommend CFM to anyone looking to live near downtown Dallas.

I lived here for almost 3 years from 2020 to 2023 and overall had a positive experience. The prices are relatively competitive for the amenities and location offered. Being right next to Farmers Market and Deep Ellum, there is plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance (it also saves a lot on downtown parking). Any of the staff I interacted with were always friendly. Despite the private security that patrols occasionally, there is the occasional spate of vehicle burglaries (this is more a failing of the neighborhood/city than the management, but still...). Rent has gone up in the last couple years so its not as good a deal as it used to be, but I would still consider living here if I were looking for an apartment.

This place was honestly a great place to live if you stayed on the side off Marilla and Cesar Chavez. Minimal issues. It was always clean. Management always tried to stay on top of issues and requests. The gate was only broken one time that I could remember. I only gave this complex four stars because there was a continuous issue with car break ins in the garages. But that wasn’t solely the property management’s fault. It was more so a location issue since the complex is literally in walking distance of Deep Ellum and the growing number of homeless people as well as other people just walking around. I do feel the staff could have increased security measures but a lot of residents failed to realize that if that occurred for such a large property, rent would increase. But all in all, I had an amazing experience here. The unit was great, maintenance was friendly and quick, my car was never broken into, and the location was great. Bonus: It’s across the street from the Farmer’s Market which is always great to go to on the weekends.

I just moved in today. So far our experience has been absolutely wonderful! The Camden Farmers Market team is very friendly and helpful. Lisa gave us our tour and did a phenomenal job, she is personable and provided answers to all our questions. She also communicated with us very clearly to make sure our move in process went smoothly. Matthew helped us today by quickly getting us through the move in process of getting our keys and letting us know some basic things about living here. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Our apartment is absolutely gorgeous, but the positive interactions with the office staff have really made us feel welcome.

I have been a resident at Camden Farmers Market for almost nine years and have loved it! I transferred into a different apartment for about a month while they were remodeling my old one. The look of the new apartment is awesome! And I’m so happy with the new look. The maintenance team is great here! Work orders are always done quickly, and the grounds are always kept up. The leasing staff is amazing too! Frank is always helpful when I go in the office with questions. I’m glad to have him back. This is a really good community with a really good location. Tons of eating places in Deep Ellum and the Farmers Market. You can’t get much better than that!

All of the leasing staff are very nice but Leslie is amazing! I moved in and didnt like my initial apartment after only being in it for 3 days. She helped me find a different apartment that better fit my needs and I was able to sign the lease same day. She even helped me move all of my stuff (furniture, clothes, dishes, etc.) out of the original apartment and into my new one as she knew I didnt know anyone here yet and wouldnt have any help. She is a life saver and goes above and beyond!!!

When I first visited the community, I was greeted with extra friendly faces who were super helpful in getting me moved in to my (immaculately clean) apartment. And Ive had a continuation of positive experiences since then. All of the staff at the leasing office are genuinely kind, whether in casual passing around the community or when there is a need to express a concern or provide a suggestion. The maintenance staff is similarly both friendly and professional. Ive had both routine and non-routine maintenance requests, all of which have been handled very promptly. The staff also does a great job of engaging residents with respect to things like community activities and safety-minded information, and there are a number of great resident facilities to take advantage of. This is a really unique apartment/loft complex. There are a number of varying styles of units, all very modern and updated. And the complex itself is big enough to feel like a small, walkable neighborhood, yet right beyond is Farmers Market, Deep Ellum, and Downtown.

Camden Farmers Market is overall a great place to live! The location and quality for the price is absolutely killer! The quality of the apartments are good, you can tell they aren’t cheap. The maintenance team and leasing staff are awesome! My oven blew a fuse on a Saturday night around 7:30 PM while I was cooking dinner. The oven was fixed by 8:30 PM that same day and I was able to finish cooking! The leasing staff is ALWAYS willing to help as much as possible.The amenities are awesome and pretty well kept up.Now the few things Camden could work on - cars often get broke into the parking garage, so don’t leave any valuables out and make sure to lock your car doors. The front office at one point accepted packages which they stopped doing due to Covid but the experience was terrible. People have missing packages way to often and USPS won’t deliver packages to your door resulting in you having to make a trip to their downtown office (pain the butt).I would still recommend Camden Farmers Market to anyone, my wife and I lived there for 3 enjoyable years.

I have been with Camden for almost 2 years and I can definitely say I LOVE Farmers Market! The property is absolutely gorgeous and I love that we have 2 fitness facilities and 3 pools. My neighbors are respectful and nice, creating a great sense of community. The maintenance staff, Smiley & Berto in particular, always go above and beyond when completing service requests and I never have to wait longer than 24 hours for them to be completed. Thank you so much gentlemen for your hard work and dedication to Camden. The office staff delivers nothing but the best of customer service. They truly care about their residents and Frank in particular, does a fantastic job of making me feel a part of the Camden family. I love living here and I highly recommend this property and this staff to everyone.

While not technically a moved-in tenant yet (less than a week away from move-in date), I am still thrilled to be sharing such a positive experience from my tour and initial introduction to Camden Farmers Market Apartments. Kelsie was the leasing agent helping, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park - incredible customer service, very thorough in sharing information, and was a joy to be around for the short time I was on site for the tour. I interacted with a few other office staff members, and each interaction was positive, friendly, and made me want to forget every other tour I had lined up and sign a lease that very day (I didnt, but nothing beat the CFM experience, hence why I just signed the lease and am ecstatic to be moving into the community). The community itself has a slew of amazing community amenities, very nice units with updated features, and safety measures that puts me at ease. All of this at a very reasonable price when comparing similar apartments in the area with in-unit and community amenities that are much the same. Cant wait to be a CFM resident!

They were both so attentive and kind even though we were drained from apartment searching all day.We had tons of questions and specific requests and they both were happy to answer each and every one of our questions. While on tour, Manny was so respectful of our time and was so patient throughout. He was very knowledgeable of the property and offered so many options that matched exactly what we were looking for. I lived at Camden Farmers Market a couple years ago and I enjoyed it while I was there. I had a studio/loft layout. It was a really great floorplan, really nice, good space and the apartment has great amenities. My friends always enjoyed coming over - and it was easy for them to park. The only reason I moved out was because I took a new job out of state.The Camden staff is also wonderful and helpful. They were very responsive to any requests or needs that I had while I lived there and their office was always welcoming. Their hospitality is great even after youre no longer a resident. I recently had an online shipment sent to my old address there and the office (Susan) was very helpful in making sure my package was re-sent to my current residence. Its certainly not a burden they should have to deal with, but they were very sweet and generous and it helped me out a lot.

Ive been living here for a few months now and I love it. My apartment is a loft so I can only speak for the quality of the loft buildings, but the apartment itself is very spacious with updated appliances. I love the covered parking in the garage, as well as the hot tub and pool area. This community is very dog friendly which is a plus - my pup and I are on the second floor but its only a short walk down to the dog area and other owners are (mostly) considerate and pick up after their dogs. I honestly have not had a single issue here and havent needed to contact maintenance so I cant speak on response times, but I will say the employees in the leasing office are incredibly kind and are willing to help you in any way possible. My favorite thing about living here is that it is downtown but still feels very residential; the sidewalks and streets are clean and I can safely walk my dog at night with no concern. My partner and I are already expecting to renew our lease or jump on the wait list for a townhouse because we love Camden and Deep Ellum so much. In our last apartment we could hear our noisy neighbors, the gate for the garage was always broken, and trash/dog poop was scattered everywhere... Needless to say we are VERY glad we moved here!! If you are planning on moving, take a tour here and see how great the community is for yourself!

We all know that things happen that are out of our control as a resident but the staff are always on top of it. I’m always satisfied with the active response that the office has with any situation that occurs. These are but not limited too service request, rent questions, amenity usage & security questions. I’ve always trusted the office to answer my questions to the best of their ability. They always follow up promptly to the best of their ability and come up with solutions to the questions and concerns. The maintenance team are always prompt and have fixed any issue I’ve had. The managers Meredith, Rachel and Lindsey whom I’ve dealt with in the past are always courteous, professional, and very prompt to help with issues and concerns. What stands out the most is that they always greet me with a smile and are always willing to help find the solutions to any question I might have. That makes my living here EXCELLENT! I moved to this complex in late May, and I have LOVED it! Jennifer Glenn was the agent that helped with my lease and she was so great. She was very helpful in guiding me to the right apartment for my needs! Camden Farmers Market has great amenities like three pools and two separate gyms - the main gym in the leasing center is the nicest apartment gym Ive personally seen in Dallas! It also is in a great location. Its walking distance to the Farmers Market and Deep Ellum, but is only a 5-10 minute drive to uptown. Overall, I love this complex and will be very happy to renew!

The office staff: Devyn, Alexis, India, Frank, and Bonnie are amazing!! They are always eager to help and work with you through any issues that may arise. The maintenance team is top notch and incredibly friendly. They’re responsive and I have never had any issues getting anything fixed in a timely manner. This place is home and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I began my living experience at Camden Farmers Market in 2009 and I really loved it because first of all, it was Culturally diverse and has great amenities and most of all I could walk to work and to my outside gym membership in minutes! The leasing Office staff is AWESOME, especially Alexis!! If you Want assistance as a tenant youll want to get her as she is awesome. They staff does what they are requested to do and I really appreciated that and I cant say enough about the Maintenance crew!! They are always on top of their game!!! When things go wrong the staff works to make sure things move expeditiously. The one bad thing, which forced me to want to move, are the tenants. They prop the gates open which opens everyone up to theft. They allow their animals to sh** in the hall and dont pick it up. Someone is always smoking trees and there is trash all over the parking lot. If you can ignore rude neighbors and have a good living experience, then this is the spot for you.

So far so good! I have been on the hunt for an apartment for a couple months now. This was the first spot that I have toured that caught my eye and brought excitement. The location is AMAZING! The price is the fairest in the neighboring area and the apartments are updated and nice. Alexis helped me out and has been so patient with me and all my questions. I move in, in a month and am really excited to live here.I will say I was almost swayed out of renting from here because of all the reviews about car break ins but knowing that I’m living in the city it is something that comes with the experience. Alexis also helped to reassure me that they have taken measures to add security.

She was patient, professional, kind, funny and cool! Shes the best Ive ever dealt with! Shes so good, I thought she was the manager. I have lived in Camden Farmers Market since 2005...when nothing was blocking our downtown view from the workout room. I really like the property and, although the staff has turned over through the years, the majority of the staff has always been nice and helpful. The location is convenient, the amenities are nice and up to date and I really have enjoyed encountering staff like Eloy and, back in the day, Janet who has since moved on. They are awesome and in many cases have gone the extra marathon to accommodate me. Mandy is great too. CFM offers great resident events too! Overall, my experience has been good, which is why I have stayed so long.I will say this, it is disheartening that I have lived at this property for 12 years and not once have I gotten a message saying thank you for your loyalty, heres a month free or $xx amount off. Just a rent increase every year while new renters get great move-in deals. Not to mention I have the listen to the ceiling fans rattle every time my upstairs neighbors take a step. When I renew my lease, with the required 60 days notice and the annual dollar increase, I get a note for a free carpet cleaning or to have my door cleaned. (thumbs down).Camden staff, I love living there mainly because its in the middle of the City but please make sure to keep a focus on the small community feel. Small things like I recently left my keys in an Uber car and needed a gate opener until I could get my keys back. I went to the office and, without checking my resident file to see that I had been there 12 years and likely wasnt going to disappear with the gate opener...the associate says I need to keep your license in exchange for the garage opener, thats our policy. That was an opportunity to take customer service to the next level and just give me a new one as Im sure Ive paid for it 10 times over.I dont know how much longer I will stay, but again, over all the experience has been pleasant.

In the last month or so I have viewed easily 15 places. Of all the properties I viewed NONE compared to the Camden properties. Im not sure where they find their staff but they are practically handpicked from heaven - dont take my word for it, find out for yourself!Skipping right to the point, yes every agent at any property wants to get you to sign a lease, but I do not exaggerate when I say these guys here go above and beyond to make sure you feel like family and to me, thats important. You want to go where you feel welcome.This particular Camden was packed with amenities and great downtown views and everything you could want in a close to downtown location. No complaints here. I believe they even do movie nights? I think thats great to have such a close community.During this process, I worked with Bobbi Salkeld and to this day she is the kindest woman Ive come across. And even though I didnt pick this particular spot (I still chose a Camden - just one where all of my friends were,) I would definitely consider transferring to this location in the future.Great price for the space and amenities - check them out!

While we had numerous issues with our unit since moving in, Salvador goes above and beyond to make sure he does everything in his power to get it fixed as soon as possible. He puts our safety first and takes time to explain what he is doing. I appreciate that he takes the time to do all of our repairs correctly and to our satisfaction the first time so we don’t run into additional problems. Salvador and his maintenance team are some of the fastest and best I’ve experienced at an apartment complex of this size. Thank you Salvador for all you do!

I had a great experience with Camden Farmers Market. I havent moved in yet, but as someone moving from a different city and who was apprehensive about living away from the suburbs in a smaller city compared to Houston, these apartments left a great impression on me. My leasing agent Tiana Amerson was truly great and was also key to my choice as I felt she represented the community and what I could expect communication wise. I had actually come to Dallas with my mind set on living in The Villages, but they were not nearly as welcoming as these apartments which really turned me off. Professional , enthusiastic, diverse, and knowledgeable service is what I received and influenced me to sign here. I will be sure to leave a review at the end of my lease as well.

I lived at Camden Farmers Market about a year ago and I loved it. The maintenance staff is excellent, completing any service requests quickly and with a smile. The grounds and pool areas are always clean and inviting. They are pet friendly and even have a large, off-leash dog park right across the street! There is a trash pickup service that is very convenient--all we have to do is set our trash outside our door and it is picked up for us five nights a week. The parking garages are conveniently located throughout the community and they even offer free guest parking. Packages are brought directly to my door, which makes my life a lot easier.The apartments here are completely upgraded with modern fixtures. We have stainless steel appliances and flat top stoves. Ceiling fans help keep the place cool in the summer months. Modern track lighting and pendant lighting also look great. They have a few different styles of apartments--some have concrete floors and others are more traditional. They really do have something for everyone.They have two huge fitness centers and even have a basketball court! There is an awesome movie room that residents can rent out or just go use during the day. There are also two business centers with printers for the residents. They have three swimming pools. Three! Each one is gorgeous and they are all perfect places to meet and mingle with your neighbors. They also have resident events like pool parties, happy hours, and events with local restaurants.The location is also unbeatable. It is within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and bars and right across the street from the farmers market. Public transportation is also close if you are a commuter.I would recommend Camden Farmers Market to anybody looking for a new home at a well-managed community.

With that being said, I’m giving Camden 5 stars, if anything, due to the maintenance team here! Salvador, Pedro, Betro to Rene, crazy that I know their names, are official certified ninjas. As soon as my request is received, maintenance comes within an hour.The leasing office staff are amazing as well, no cap. SN: Camden was the only apartment complex, to my knowledge, that actually gave back to its residents during the start of the pandemic! Only complaint would be the lack of cameras, especially in this area. When/if that is fixed, Camden would be the ideal place to live. Yet and still, the good outweighs the bad. If they keep it up, it looks like I’ll be renewing my lease!Thanks Camden

I absolutely love my apartment! I have a downtown view from my bedroom and living room area. I open up the blinds at night to catch a magnificent view of that beautiful Dallas skyline. The best part of living here is the convenience of having awesome gym and a steaming hot tub. The atmosphere is great and the cover parking is a huge plus, when you consider the Texas heat beating down on your dash. I have loved living at Camden and it will be hard for me to move any where else. The apartments are nice, prices are reasonable, amenities are great, and the costumer service is amazing!! Lindsay at the office and countless others are so sweet. Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and ready to help.. they have been especially understanding during this pandemic. However, it is in deep ellum and the location might not be the safest so you just have to be extra careful but i havent had any problems so far. Just be smart!! Im recommending all my friends to this place :)))

I have lived here for a little over 5 years & I could not be more pleased. The community is very pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. The convenience is unbeatable!!! You can walk everywhere. I do most of my grocery shopping at the farmers market, there are 3 dog parks within walking distance, & just a block away Deep Ellum has so much great food & nightlife. What has really kept me here for so long though is the incredibly responsive maintenance team (Josh, aka Smiley) & my main man Frank Jordan in the office. Although all the staff is great, Frank has always been my main point of contact & he goes above & beyond – he is AWESOME! Super responsive & friendly - I really feel like Frank genuinely cares about everyone being happy with where they live. Its a great place, but I must say Frank’s outstanding service has been the cherry on top!

Our tour at Camden was great. India answered all our questions and made us feel welcome in a new city. It was honestly one of the best apartment hunting experiences weve ever had. We loved being able to tour the unit alone and then meet up with India to ask questions. She was patient and gave us information on all the units we toured.

There are so many reasons why Camden Farmers Market is amazing- I loved living here!1.) PERFECT SPOT- I was initially attracted to the neighborhood and being in walking distance of literally everything from the Farmers Market to Deep Ellum (so many incredible music venues & new bars popping up) and the Central Bark Park...the neighborhood and location are thriving!2.) GORGEOUS INTERIORS- They just remodeled their apartments with white quartz & granite countertops and they look sharp! But check out their lofts too (especially the ones facing the downtown skyline 😍).3.) FRIENDLY STAFF- I haven’t lived at any other community where I felt like the staff truly cared for the residents. Their team is so friendly and consistently went above & above to show appreciation.4.) MAINTENANCE REQUESTS FASTER THAN JIMMY JOHNS DELIVERY- Whenever I needed any repairs, everything was fixed the same day I submitted ticket for the repairs. It also gave me peace-of-mind knowing I could call them at any hour with an emergency and that someone would be there ASAP. They even helped jump start my Jeep when the battery died...The maintenance team alone is a differentiator worth moving to this apartment. Thank you!5.) AMENITIES LIKE WOW- Three pools, three fitness centers, indoor sports court, movie theater, business & conference rooms, bark park, Starbucks coffee, package acceptance...all amazing!Loved everything about calling this place home. Thank you for everything! Needless to say, I’d absolutely recommend you check them out!!!

I lived here for 2 years and if I did not buy a new home I would of renewed my rent. Great place to live, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They even allowed me into my apt 2 days after my lease ended to grab my contact lens that I accidentally left behind. The area is is quickly accessible to Deep Ellum, Downton, M streets, and everything Dallas so take advantage of this! Plus you cant be the monthly rate and amenities that come with it (3 pools, 2 gyms, indoor basketball court, valet trash). Check them out!

The office staff here always goes above and beyond for their residents. They are professional, kind, and willing to lend a helping hand at any time. As an employee at a sister property, I know the things they that get thrown at them can become overwhelming, but they continue to handle everything so graciously. The maintenance staff is awesome too! One of the guys, Izzy, has even helped other residents out with car troubles when he didnt have to. CFM, thank you for everything you have done for us residents!! We appreciate you guys so much!!

Being an employee of Camden I was shopped a lot of apartments in the downtown but I am glad I made the choice to live at Farmers Market! Located near Deep Ellum there are so many fun things to do and great places to eat. The amenities at Farmers Market are top notch! And with the gyms (yes there are multiple gyms on site) being open 24 hours I was able to save money by cancelling my gym membership! The office staff is fantastic and the coffee machine has fresh Starbucks brews! Jon, Lisa and Jennifer turned me from a into a believer, they have a great community!

Where do I start? This is one of the best run operations Ive ever seen. There is no mistake about what you owe for rent, how to pay, They use technology to their advantage, every business process is convenient, they have so many options for layouts, everything they do is calculated and well planned. They greet you with a smile, are quick to resolve issues, and this is certainly the best price for the space and amenities in the area. I LOVE this property, and I really appreciate another smooth move in (this is my second time renting at this location). If you saw an open apartment that you like, RENT IT NOW. They dont usually stay open for more than 24 hours. :) LOVE my new home.
