    Went and visited Camden Cypress creek very last minute to move in. Mirna was there to help me through the process. She had a great attitude and took her time to work with me and all my questions about the apartments and the process of applying. She allowed me to see the apartment I was moving into which really made my decision easier. The newer apartments with updated appliances was what sold me, they have good apartment layouts and a nice community to be apart of. Thank you Mirna and Camden creek for helping me out!

    I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I just want to give a huge shoutout to David & the entire maintenance team. Theyre honestly the best. Anytime there’s an issue—big or small—David & his team are quick to respond and always ready to help. I’ve had questions about little things, , and they’re always super patient and happy to explain things without making you feel silly for asking. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about doing a good job and making sure you’re taken care of.What I really appreciate about the maintenance team is how fast they work. If you put in a request, it feels like they’re on it almost immediately, and they don’t just slap a quick fix on it—they do it right. Plus, they’re all really friendly and approachable. You never feel like you’re bothering them, and they always bring good energy, which honestly makes dealing with maintenance stuff way less stressful.It’s easy to take good service for granted, but having a maintenance team like this makes a huge difference in how you feel about where you live. They’re reliable, efficient, and genuinely care about the residents here.     Benny was awesome! He went above beyond was patient answered all of my questions. He made everything easier than anticipated as we toured and proceeded with the application process. Communication is key and Benny responded back in a timely matter. It’s very refreshing to come back to Texas and instantly be reminded that Southern hospitality is the best and not only did Benny showcase that, his fellow teammates did as well!

    I went and toured this apartment complex, my tour guide was Benny and let me tell you he was absolutely amazing, had great communication and was very up front with everything. He answers all questions in a very professional matter and if you forget any questions or have anything to talk to him about regarding an apartment/floor plan or even the tour itself he gets back to you as soon as he can. I recommend this place 100% !!!

    As a new resident of Camden Cypress Creek - I can honestly say that after touring/visiting dozens of complexes in the Houston Area - I could not be happier with my decision, I have absolutely zero regrets and my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing.To be clear, the property is amazing - it looks great, amenities are among the best Ive seen, great location (convenient and super safe) and everything is in tip-top shape. Its in a great area as well, and the actual apartment has been great so far.That said, this review is a personal and public thank you to Mirna and her team, who have all made this experience (I moved from a different state across the country) nothing short of incredible. From our first point of contact, all communication was incredibly clear and quick - she made our process seamless and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered. I cannot believe how easy & simple they made the moving and move-in process.Mirnas professionalism and warmth was ultimately the biggest reason I went with Camden Cypress Creek, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions Ive made. Ive lived in apartment complexes before, and this one is by far, the best. David assisted in adjusting the shelving for us, as Im quite short and needed the shelving moved lower in the kitchen. All of them were helpful, polite, cheerful and very professional.     Camden Cypress was my first apartment out of college and I’ll be honest I enjoyed it. The gym was amazing. Pool amazing. Staff was amazing. I love it here. Maintenance was amazing. Number 1 thing though was Ms. Mirna. She works in the office and might to be kindest lady I’ve met. 10/10 experience.

    About 4 months ago maintenance came out and quickly fixed what was needed to be fixed!Today, I saw maintenance outside and asked if they can look at our front door because the lock was jamming! Stephan asked for me to put in a request on their app and minutes later he was there! He fixed our door within seconds! The maintenance team is great!! 10/10!     Shante and Mirna are great! I love the community. All the ladies that works in their have great hospitality and are so professional. The office is always clean and smells really nice .     This is such an amazing apartment community! My son and his roommate needed an apartment at the last minute as their on campus accommodations fell through. Camden Creek was the first place I saw online, so I called and right away Mirna the leasing officer came right in to assist me. She is truly amazing and very professional. She helped my son and his roommate adult into their very first apartment. The staff and management are are so welcoming! So glad they made Camden their home.

    We moved to USA from India and camden was our first place to settle. Changing countries, we had our own apprehensions and fears but glad we made the right choice of moving in camden cypress creek apartments. The onboarding process was very smooth and we did that while being in India and had no issues. The apartment complex was nice with ample space for community gathering and kids to play. We made good friends there and camden surely helped us settle into US during those initial days. The apartment is conveniently located near good schools, all big stores like walmart, target, costco, lowes so it was very easy to move around. Management is cooperative and bring empathy in understanding your situation. I will highly recommend the apartment for any one considering to move to cypress area.

    Toured this community recently. What stood out is the wonderful location off of 290 & Fry road and the variety of layouts and options they have. I was not sure if I should tour based off of certain reviews but the staff there made it feel like home and they were honest about past experiences when i asked. When walking in to the leasing office i was greeted warmly. They were very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I leased my apartment in the office and it was a quick and easy process. During my tour, I was stopped by a nice resident who also toldme this was the place to be so it sealed the deal. My experience so far has been 10/10. It was a pleasure working with Shaunte!

    Maintenance Dude Stephen might be an Angel. He not only fixed multiple minor issues around the apartment, but was absolutely one of the most intelligent and compassionate people I have encountered in a long time.SECOND AWESOME REQUEST: Stephen arrived so fast, I barely left the office. Fixed the quirk with my garage door but more importantly some major plumbing issues in my bathroom that are no uncommon but very disruptive. As always, he was kind, efficient and effective at his job and is a pleasure to have have in your home even though sometimes it’s dirty work. He is beyond highly skilled, listens and fixes the problem.

    Ive lived here for over a year now and one of my favorite things about living here is how well the apartments are taken care of. The front office staff is great and helpful beyond move-in day, and the maintenance team responds quickly when issues pop up. Stephen in particular was incredibly helpful today, fixing the issue I had with the dryer within an hour of me putting in the request and kindly explaining what the problem was and what he had done to fix the issue.

    Stephen in maintenance took excellent care of us - our a/c hadn’t been cooling for 12 hours (since 1am) and we were BEYOND frustrated. But he showed up just as the rain hit and RISKED THE RAIN to try and fix our a/c and get the temp down in our apartment. Two parts later and we are finally cooling down. This was a very aggravating experience but Stephen made it right.

    Yesterday my AC went out I came home to a 95 degree temperature apartment! It was already late into the night but Stephen who works “On Call” for Emergencies was very active in responding to me, gave clear troubleshooting instructions. None of them worked so I had to sleep overnight in the heat. Luckily Stephen was prompt in contacting me the next morning, which is the 4th on July. Turns out that the issue with my outside unit needed a few parts replaced, so it was nothing that could’ve been done last night. I’m very grateful for his diligence, especially because he did it all with a smile. Never did I feel as if I inconvenienced him in anyway. I actually felt bad because I’m enjoying my day off while he has to work because of the issue with my AC Unit. Camden did a great job hiring Stephen, he’s a treasure. I’ll remember this feeling when I have to pay my rent lol

    Camden is hands down the best apt complex to live in. The office staff has been so friendly to me and helpful. You absolutely can not get any better than the maintenance men here at Cypress Creek and that is no exaggeration. The maintenance are top notch, just as the complex is. Stephen has thus far been the biggest/most/ best help for me with maintenance. He is always so so kind, smiling and a joyful spirit to have on property. He has always fixed any maintenance request that I have submitted super quickly with quality work. One of the most recent maintenance work that he did was my garage. It had a dent in it that I never complained about but it eventually would not close so I had to submit for a maintenance request on a Friday evening (super close to closing). He came right away and fixed it as fast as he could because we had a baseball game to get to and couldn’t be late. My garage looks brand new now after him simply just coming to fix it. It looked so good that I sent a before and after pic to one of my friends showing how NEW it looked. Another recent maintenance request was done by Nelson who brought me and installed a brand new washing machine when I wasn’t there. He left his card on my counter that he did that and I meant to tell him thank you but haven’t seen him around yet. It was so nice coming home to a brand new, very nice washing machine after the other having problems. Appreciate you both Stephen and Nelson as well as the sweet leasing agents here. 🖤

    This is our third day in apartment. Front staff has been super helpful especially with all the questions this being my first apartment. Mirna at the front is great. Last night our AC stopped working and I got a call from maintenance first thing this morning. An amazing maintenance man Stephen came and fixed it in less than 5minutes. He even went above and beyond and helped me with the trash compactor as I had a truck full of boxes from furniture and stuff. First week is going great.

    Shot out to Laura, she’s amazing!! She wasn’t the person that helped us initially with our transfer move from one unit to another due to our lease agreement being up for renewal. I met her by receiving a call from her about our move and from there Laura was hands on and made the moving day smooth. Great costumer service is hard to come by these days, so it was good to get that during this time. For the area, convenience and price these apartments this will do for now. Maintenance is always quick and helpful whenever there is a problem, which is nice. Overall, our experience with Camden Cypress Creek has been good.

Traffic can be busy during rush hour time periods on the Fry Road entrance, that tries my patience sometimes, but I simply take Mound Road to mitigate the issue.     I really like living here. The maintenance staff are quick to address your service request. David is always making sure they do a excellent job of service. I would say it’s the outside vendors that do not meet the same standards of excellence as the staff on campus. I enjoy the gym and the pool. This place is very clean and well maintained. The only thing I feel needs improvement is the outside vendors that help with the maintenance, not happy about the past service I have received regarding the rodent problem and the creaking floors.

    I love this apartment complex! I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been the best experience. Its a very clean and quiet complex with great amenities.     The new maintenance guy on the property, Steve is just as amazing as the rest of the maintenance guys!I came home around 5:15 on a Sunday afternoon and immediately realized my air conditioner was not cooling! I saw Steve at the maintenance building and ran down to see if he could take a look before he left for the weekend. He was very accommodating even though I am sure that was the last thing he felt like doing when he was probably rapping up the day.     Camden Cypress Creek has been a God send for our family. So close to everything and the customer service in the Office is wonderful! They are always helpful!! Even an apartment request is taken care of promptly. They have monthly events such as food trucks and make your own pizza night that has been so enjoyable for our family. I receive pertinent information in my email regarding office closings, special events, as well as weather alerts!! The pool is beautiful (I do wish it was heated), and the clubhouse is always well maintained and the fireplaces make it warm and welcoming. We use the office space and quite room for work and we have played pool and shuffleboard which is a nice amenity for the kids!We are thankful we have found an apartment that fits our needs and has so many advantages!!Thank you Camden

    The maintenance team at Camden Cypress Creek is the best. They always come quickly and make the necessary repairs. Most recently my AC was not working when I got home late on Labor Day holiday. I contacted Camden emergency line and they dispatched Steven who came immediately and quickly fixed the problem, he even already had the right tools with him to unclog the AC drain.

    This is our second Camden Community and we can honestly say we have never been disappointed with anything. We moved to Cypress for work and they were our only option because Camden was all we knew. The community is always clean and the staff making sure of this is always friendly. If you have a problem they fix it fast. They tend to have many events for the community and its sad to say that i havent been able to attend one but from the looks of it many in this community love them. The main office is very beautiful and the staff there are extremely nice and helpful. Sometimes they even talk to you when it isnt busy. They all work together and they are a great team. They recognize you by name and sometimes even apartment number which i find amazing. The whole staff makes Camden Cypress Creek feel like you are home.     Farides Chavarria has really went above and beyond since I have been a resident here at Camden Cypress Creek over a year now. Especially when I lost my job due to the pandemic, she instructed me on where I might find some assistance and that assistance really helped me out a lot and took some stress off of me until I was able to find another job. Not a lot of property managers will do that but she took the time and did. Shes human and thats what makes her not only a good manager, but also a good person. Whenever I have a concern about anything on the property, I can go to her in person, by phone, or email and always get a positive response and the detailed information that I need.     Where to begin about living at Camden Cypress Creek? The customer service we receive from the Office is remarkable. From the events they plan to the messages they send out regarding office closings, special events, freeze alerts; the list goes on. The ladies in the office make living at Camden Cypress Creek so much more pleasurable. They treat you like family and make you feel like your home is their #1 priority. We especially enjoy all the events the team puts on. There is a monthly birthday celebration for tenants, summer dive in movies, Food Truck nights, Breakfast Burritos and Take and Bake pizzas are just a few of the monthly specials. The maintenance team is always out and about the facility. Just the other morning I saw one of the workers cleaning and maintaining the area around each of the dumpsters. The parking areas, building facades, doors, patios, etc have all undergone facelifts and the landscaping is impeccable. We cannot wait for the warmer weather to start enjoying the pool area. Thank you for making this feel less apartment like and more like a home.

    We moved into Camden as our house got flooded in Harvey. The office had done an outstanding job compared to other local apartments in their prices and more. In the most difficult time of our lives, they had not only offered long term lease prices on short term lease but also waived the registration fees and other fees. We truly appreciate their kind gesture. The staff is very courteous and the community maintenance supervisor is so quick and professional in his response.     The location is great while your in suburbs you have straight access to freeway to be in the city within 39 mins. I found while the review about crime can be a take back looking at many other apartments they seemed to be equal it’s a city wide issue.     I am not a future/current resident but I spent a lot of time here visiting friends the last two years. This is a pretty complex and the apartments are very nice. I have been inside a one and a two bedroom layout and they were both great. The parking seems to be good for residents but can be scarce for visitors. There is trash service but some residents have a lot of trash and this can be an eye sore depending on when you visit, but don’t let it deter you. I believe trash is the only complaint I’ve heard about from my friends in the past two years but if I needed an apartment in that area I would select this option.

    I recently moved here from DFW and so far I love it. It feels like a vacation home. The staff is very welcoming. The environment is peaceful. The leasing agent Marissa was the reason I decided to go with this complex and not elsewhere. I honestly love it. So far so good

    Beautiful community with great features...I LOVE the wrap around balconies! The property was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I met the community manager, she was so nice and informative. She answered ALL of my questions with a smile! Very pleasant experience!

    Toured this complex today. VERY nice place, great facility. It’s clean, and well kept. I’ve been searching a long time, looking at dozens of different complexes, and this one by far, has the friendliest and most helpful staff! They made me feel like a current resident already, even though I’m still in the relocation process. It was so nice to feel wanted, instead of the treatment I’ve experienced at other properties, who acted like they could care less if I moved there or not. This place just went to my #1 rating of choices!!

    Im a flood victim and Camden Cypress Creek was so nice to even give me a 3 month rental while my house was being re built. I have to say that all the personnel in the office and the maintenance people were exceptional. Should I ever need an apartment again, I will definitely look for a Camden apartment.

    I have really enjoyed my stay here at Camden Cypress Creek but I must move on. I never had any issues here and whatever I needed fixed in the apartment maintenance was always on time and took care of the issue. Safe, clean environment and there is always something going on, not to mention the food trucks!! Im really going to miss living here!

    I’m really glad I moved here because the office staff is great and the location is amazing. The access into the apartment and community make me feel safe and I really love the amenities.     Camden apartments is the best of all. I havent been to any apartment better than this one.Everything about this apartment is just perfect.The leasing staff is super friendly. They organize many events every month. The maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful.The apartments are new, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.** giving 5 *s here but really wanted to rate more than this! Camden deserves it!

    Such a great experience touring these! Theyre so beautiful and I lOVE the pool. Hope (the lady who took us on the tour) was especially helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions and showed us around the entire property. She was very kind and made sure that we spent as much time as we wanted looking around. Great property and great staff!

    Camden Cypress Creek has been a great place to live the last 10 months. It would receive 5 stars but with them no longer accepting packages at the front office and locking up the trash bins near our apartment has resulted in a lower rating. The post office in Cypress is the worst and without them accepting packages has been the biggest headache.The gym and pool are a great way to relax and get fit. The front office staff is always friendly and ready to help whenever anything arises.

    Nice and clean community. The staff was very professional, and management does a fantastic job on keeping the community clean. School district is one of the best in the greater Houston area, and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Be sure to ask for Marissa, she is very helpful and can answer all your questions!

    Great pool and a really great staff! I am moving to Houston and have a friend that lives here and she invited me over to check it out. I’m so impressed and feel like my move to Houston is going to be much less stressful than I originally thought. I never really leave reviews but I was so impressed with the girl we talked to named Hope. She was so funny, and really made the whole expierence enjoyable. Even if I didn’t have a friend that lived here I would still choose this place based on that expierence alone. Seriously, she was great! As soon as I get my official transfer Camden I am all yours!

    I received my deposit back almost in full! (which was a different experience for my friend who lived in another Houston apartment). The maintenance staff is SO FRIENDLY and picks up a lot of the community to keep it clean. They are so good about keeping the trash and recycling area tidy even though some of the residents are reckless with their disposal. The front office even provided free recycling bags. The pool area was very nice and the workout center is great. I liked the online community portal to discuss things with other residents as well. I believe there is too much traffic in that area of cypress (Cypress as a whole tbh) but it is a very nice location near 290 (I traveled to College Station alot). That light (Fry and Hempstead) is always backed up and the railroad intersection can be blocked at times for no reason. Very close to restaurants and retail shopping (I miss La Maria, TJ Maxx and Target and Hobby Lobby). 40ish minutes to Houston without traffic (after 7pm before 5am). Rush hour could take 1.5 hours.Also there seems to be a lot of crime, but that could be because its Houston. I have a friend living in North Cypress that had their WHOLE car stolen. A lot of car break-ins here it seemed (I even witnessed one from my window because the car alarm went off at 2am). You see the police interviewing people with broken cars at least a few times a year. Despite this I ALWAYS felt safe. Although my car is not nice so I wasnt worried about being targeted (they smash windows). The big trucks always seem to be the target. Note: I lived in the back of the apartment (building 17) and they are now building another building behind that so this would create more traffic and less incentive for robbery. You can get a garage apartment also. They will email you about the break-ins so you are aware of any theft in the area.Its an apartment so expect barking neighbor dogs and loud wall-neighbors (shrieking laughing voices any hour of the night, ear plugs fix this). I imagine babies would be the same. The german roaches were bad one year but that was all over Houston (according to my friend). Also you can request special pest services if for whatever reason your apartment has a problem. Renters insurance was required when I signed a lease and they added a mandatory cable and internet package (I didn’t mind because it was affordable). I did have a few moldy looking growths around AC vents and behind my laundry. It was removed but I dont think mold was tested for or anything but Im not allergic thankfully. Overall I was impressed with the level of service, communication, and standard of living at Camden. I lived there for 2.5 years.

    Me and my wife have lived here for the last 1.5 years; maintenance does an amazing job keeping the place picked up and looking tidy and not to mention door-side trash service (living on the 3rd floor) is VERY nice!! The front desk staff have always been very helpful with any request and the location is great anything you could need is within just a ten minute drive. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move out to the Cypress area.

    Camden Cypress Creek is AMAZING! From my very first visit, Kelsey listened to what I was looking for, showed me around and then followed up with me as I tried to decide which floor plan I liked best. The entire application and move-in process was online, (except for picking up the keys on moving day!), so I was able to do it at my convenience - plus, it meant I didnt have a million papers to sign on moving day!And now that I live here I love it even more. The staff has gone above and beyond my expectations in every way, the apartment is perfect, the complex is beautiful with amenities I actually use and appreciate, my neighbors are nice and the location couldnt be more convenient. This will be my home for a LONG time to come.

    Biggest strength is friendly staff - I have had only one complaint since I moved here and they bent over backwards to make it right. Maintenance requests filled in less than a day every time so far. On a service visit to replace my air filter, one of my door knobs was a little loose, and the maintenance supervisor pulled out a screwdriver and fixed it on instinct. Sounds like a little thing, but it gives you an impression of how much they care.

    I have always had a great experience with Camden they are the absolute best when it comes to apartment quality and living. Temika was extremely helpful through the entire process ! If you want to be apart of a great company recognized for excellent customer service!I have been here since June 15th now and I still believe its a top of the line living experience....with that does come with a few small printed issues. Before I give the negative the positive are strong person to person customer service of you have a concern and voice that concern, Camden will make all efforts to fix it the right way. We had a issue where I tried to pay online and put in the wrong number for my account information. I found out maybe 24 hours before the system would pull from the account and I panicked.I thought I was going to get slammed with fees and deal with chaos at the office but no actually the words out of Mrs. Temika mouth was How are the babies?. We began to talk about family then she said Dominique mistakes happen, how can we fix it.Hands down and I mean it hands down best apartments!1 thing get you gate key fixed because if not you will have some issues getting inside CamdenI love the staffing and how personally connected they are to the people who stay here!My lease is almost up... Bitter sweet Ill be getting a house soon. Thats the sweet leaving these guys thats the bitter. Big shout out Camden

    Maintenance is extremely quick and responsive with repair! Hugo Murillo did a fantastic job replacing, yes replacing, the entire water reservoir of our toilet in less than 30 minutes! I placed the call to the office, and 5 minutes later he arrived, assessed, and 25 minutes later, was finished! Good things!
