An amazing experience! I loved visiting this property and, most of all, receiving Carla’s guidance from start to finish. Her knowledge and professionalism made all the difference. She recommended the perfect unit, and she was absolutely right, but unfortunately, someone else reserved it while I was taking my time to decide. However, Carla continues to provide exceptional support, ensuring we find the perfect space to live in this property. Truly the best service and attention!

WOW. My partner and I were leasing at another spot in Montrose and we were miserable. We went and did a self-guided tour and Jennifer was there to answer any and all questions. When we saw the floorplan we wanted, she made it SO easy to get taken care of with the leasing process. We moved in this last weekend and discovered a few issues. We put in a request for our sink, dryer, toilet and water heater on Saturday evening. This morning, maintenance came in, replaced the dryer, fixed the water heater and toilet and let us know that the sink will be replaced as well. Communication goes such a long way and they have been so awesome. I know we are only a few days into our lease, but if it all goes this smooth moving forward, I look forward to the remainder of the lease!Thank you Camden and Jennifer!

We moved in May 2024 and have had a great experience with the staff. Always very responsive and accommodating. In September there was another unit that became available that we wanted to move to and the staff was very helpful during the transition and made the process super easy. Happy to call Camden home.

Lived here for four years and had a good experience.Appreciate the enhancements in security they made for the parking garage - adding an arm that goes down after each car so no one can tailgate.Loved the style of my apartments, with polished concrete or light grey flooring, white cabinets, exposed pipes and large windows. I was in both a two bedroom and a studio throughout my time.Particularly enjoyed my studio - when you walked in the door or were in the kitchen, with the way it was configured, you could not see the bedroom area, which I liked. Made it seem larger.

My fiancé and I have been living here for about six months now, and we’ve had a pretty good experience overall. The maintenance staff is the best we’ve ever experienced at any complex—they’re responsive and really take care of things quickly. Our washer was broken when we moved in and they immediately replaced it the same day as the maintenance request. Of course, there are the usual hiccups that come with apartment living, but nothing out of the ordinary.One thing I’m lucky enough to avoid, since I work from home, is package theft—but I know it’s a big issue for some of our neighbors. It’s frustrating, but it’s more about a few people being inconsiderate than anything the management could fix by adding Amazon lockers or something similar for all carriers to use.Another issue we’ve noticed is that some dog owners don’t clean up after their pets, especially in the hallways and elevators. It’s annoying, but again, that’s on the residents who are poor dog owners, not on the complex. Unfortunately, the complex staff ends up cleaning up after these pets, which probably contributes to why people complain about rent being high.Overall, we’re happy here. Honestly, if FedEx could actually deliver packages correctly and people were more considerate, this place would be amazing!

I’ve been living here for about two years or so now and if I got to give 5 stars something it’s ONE: MAINTENANCE TEAM, they make me want to live in apartments forever for how amazing they are!! TWO: OUR ELECTRICITY stays working, during big storms, tornado and crazy rain and winds! It’s amazing and pray it stays that way. Thank you Camden for these two amazing things that keep all the small things inconvenient when their is such AN AMAZING team behind everything! Also I mean Camden City was cleaned up day after everything the storm took down, our pool is the most gorgeous one in town!!

Applied for Camden City Centre - initially my experience was amazing, however took a turn - however, with that turn being taken, Camden was still there for me after applying. Ive learned not to be too upset with policy and procedures, however, I do get upset when Im not sure which direction to go to fix an issue. I wont say that rep name who made me give 4 stars, however, the steps Camden took to get me taken care of was amazing! The property manager called me, explained to me what needs to be done, and explained the reasoning, and from there I got to work and completed the necessary requirements in order to complete my move in.When I moved in, they were super fun while I was completing the move in process in the office.The apartments are very nice, affordable, and the amenities are amazing!I appreciate you guys for such a great experience ! Will post a review in the coming months of my living experience here!

Karina was excellent!! I have been apartment shopping for a while now and she is one of the better leasing agents I have had the measure of meeting. She is very knowledgeable about property and places surrounding the area, she answered all of my questions and even followed up with me the same day. Although, I won’t be moving for a few months she has definitely swayed my decision to move into Camden City Centre!

Overall it has been a comfortable place to live since I have signed my lease two months ago. The biggest disappointment was the washer dryer not working as effectively. The washer caused dirt and grime to be deposited on my clothing items. Once reported they replaced it rather quickly but with another used washer. Outside of this the apartment was clean when I moved in, the neighborhood is quiet, there are many dogs in the community so it smells pretty bad and there is often a urine smell in the elevator even though the complex cleans it regularly. Another gripe you may have to deal with is parking. I typically use street parking and there are only available spaces during the day. When coming home after 6:30pm you will likely have to park far or park in the garage and walk over. I still would recommend to a friend if they are able to get a good price. For the rent Im paying I think it is a good value but often times the rent goes above $1600, at which point I would expect better amenities like newer washer/dryers, more frequent hallway cleaning, more frequent security patrol etc.

The area the apartments are located are very safe, parking on streets for guests was accessible and the amenities were really cool and there were a lot of them. This would be a very fun place to live. I especially enjoyed Melvin who gave us a tour of the location, he answered all of my questions and was very thorough with the entire tour.

Best experience ever! Ive been here for over 2 years. My apartment looks great, well kept property in general, love the location and amenities, but the biggest differentiator is the service of the staff. From leasing office to maintenance to back office, everyone is just so helpful and nice. 5 star service!

Camden City Centre staff is awesome, attentive, and always sharing details of building updates and asking for feedback. I like we have actual parking building with secruity. We are walking distance from so many restaurants, bars, Buffalo Bayou park, Midtown Park and it’s always safe in the area. My boyfriend and I walk to the metro to get to Astro games. The space is great size we live in a one bedroom, with office space and two walk in closet. The walls are pretty thick I don’t ever hear my neighbors. We live on first floor with we love but we are facing the street so sometimes we can hear people walking. My favorite thing is the maintenance team is on top of it! They are here that same day and get the job done perfectly. There is 2 gyms and awesome Equipmemt . The main pool area is like the best pool in Midtown. It’s worth every penny to live in such an awesome part of town with such great amenities. I am changing to three maybe four stars because we had an incident where we payed rent and I assume it bounced back on my boyfriends side and my half was payed and they did not tell him till 8 days later barley reaching out to him. The next day we came back from family emergency out of town and their was an eviction letter on our door on the 9th at 2:00pm . He had just spoken to front desk clearing everything that morning at 9am and making sure it was paid. It was highly inappropriate situation with miscommunication. I had one miscall the same day he had gotten a call. Lauren on the 24/7 line helped me so much clearing everything up at the day we received the eviction letter. We had no problems with late payments before or at any apartment place prior.

Beautiful property feels like a small mini town in a huge city. Rachel is GREAT she explained everything really well and made sure to follow up with us after the tour was over. Her service was amazing. We ended up not signing a lease due to an offer we got at our current apartment but will definitely be coming back after the lease ends.

The staff was very accommodating and lovely. Melvin was kind, answered all my questions and also offered me to come back for a 2nd tour because the unit I wanted to see wasn’t quite ready. Overall the property is nice. Despite it being close to both downtown and midtown it’s quiet. It’s also a walkable area which is a bonus for me.

Out of all the various apartment complexes I have lived in over the years, Camden City Centre is the only one I would really call a community. During my ~6 months here I have met and befriended many of my neighbors, attended some genuinely fun resident events (who doesnt love a tiki pool party??) and gotten to know the Midtown area like the back of my hand. With so many awesome bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, most weekends I dont even need to get in my car.Entertainment factor aside, Camden City Centre also has an incredible staff. My leasing consultant, Molly, has been endlessly helpful and the few maintenance requests Ive had were handled in less than 24 hours. Security is also pretty tight as you need a key fob to get into the parking garage, resident buildings and any amenities. I always feel safe, even coming home late and walking alone from the garage to my apartment. Last, but certainly not least, this place is super dog friendly. There is a huge dog park and doggy stations set up all over the community, and I have yet to walk outside without seeing someone walking a dog.All in all, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very happy I made the decision to move here. :)

This is my first apartment and I love everything about it! Its walking distance from a lot of places but not directly next to them so its quiet around the property. I love our perks discount card. We get discounts at a lot places that I frequent like Nekter and Belle Station. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kenya. She plans events monthly and I have actually met a lot of my neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and fast and the grounds are always clean. If you are looking for a place to live Camden definitely is the place to be.

My fiance and I moved into Camden City Centre about six months ago, so I believe were finally qualified to write a review. We LOVE this Camden location. We love being able to walk everywhere in Midtown, and we love our modern phase II apartment - even the older phases are up-to-date. Our kitchen is gorgeous, and perfect for entertaining.There are quite a few floor plans and styles to choose from - it is a bit overwhelming, but the staff is very approachable and knowledgeable. Some floor plans require a longer wait, but there are always seem to be quick move in options as well. The apartments on the first floor are perfect for dogs - the private balconies open to sidewalks or courtyards.Parking is a challenge at times, and and paid spots are required for guests while the top floors of the garage remain empty - perhaps they need the area for future expansion, but wed love to see some open guest levels (there are only four spots in our garage) and strictly enforced towing on the lower levels. Regardless, there is a lot of street parking in the area - just be safe, and hide your valuables. But thats the same for everywhere downtown.I walk to work, and every morning I see Camden staff tending to the grounds. I havent found issues with pet waste like I have at other properties. Our maintenance issues have all been fixed on the next (or same) business day. I cant wait for the summer to come so I can go down to enjoy the pools!

Having lived at Camden City Center for the past year, I have thoroughly enjoyed every day. From the helpful staff to the quick and hardworking maintenance workers, I can assure any prospective residents that their stay at Camden will be worry free. Any time something went wrong in my apartment, maintenance would be there within the hour and worked diligently to fix any issues. The Camden complex is beautiful and well maintained. I have used their spacious gym many times and have loved how clean it was.I highly recommend any of the Camden properties. Their leasing office will do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I have lived and dealt with other apartment complexes and none have come close to how friendly and helpful Camden has been.

She was even nice enough to tell me about all the entertainment around the area. I have heard nothing but great things about Camden properties, so Im glad I was able to experience that level of customer service from the jump. I will definitely be following up and hopefully signing a lease soon.

I am not a current resident but recently went through some of the process as a prospective resident. My first impression was mixed--I think the leasing agents were all busy, so we sort of got ignored until I walked up and asked someone who to speak with. Just felt a bit awkward--but we ended up getting wonderful guidance from one agent in particular. This was a very close second for us when choosing our next home!As for the apartments themselves, we toured 2bed/2bath models, and both the contemporary and modern layouts were nice. The space seemed well maintained, amenities all looked nice and the community itself was very walkable with lots of greenery. I cant give 5 stars having not lived there but for the area of town, this seems like a really reasonably priced luxury complex!Also, ask for Hailey when you tour. She answered all our questions, even the more picky ones, gave us the resources we needed for a self-guided tour and was great about not pressuring us to make any decisions. She followed up a reasonable number of times without being pushy, too.

While I have lived here, there have been numerous enhancements to the complex for added security and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to Houston!

I have been living here since March 2018 and truly enjoyed it. The apartment is very good and their staff are very responsive. All maintenance requests are handled within the next day. Very well maintained and organized. Its located in midtown so you should expect a lot of people during weekend and parking becomes a bit tricky but my guests never had problem finding one. The pools are nice and clean, I have to say the main pool becomes a bit crowded during weekends but if you are into meeting new people, shouldnt be a problem. There are TV and game rooms here if you want to have some chill times after work or during weekends. Gyms are also very well maintained. I have to add that the buildings on the west side are close to some shady neighborhoods. I heard about multiple break-ins or robberies during my stay here but personally faced no problem. Its in midtown and a lot of people come here so that is not totally unexpected. I recommend this place to anyone who want to enjoy the midtown life, as I did to some friends of mine.

I’ve been with Camden for over 10 years now and always feel like family no matter where I go. The staff is always welcoming and warm, they promise and deliver. Come check it out for yourselves, wonderful people to call and have as neighbors :) Ericka used to manage Camden Oak Crest 6 years ago, where I met her, and she is now managing Camden City Centre. It’s a great feeling to have constant employees remain with Camden and see them after so many years, it gives me peace of mind. You Rock Camden!!!

As a first time apartment renter in Houston I was very skeptical. Camden has made my adjustment to this city so much easier with their friendly staff, quick response to your needs, and clean surroundings. If I put in a maintenance request in the morning, I can expect it to be fixed when I get home from work (they even leave you a note that it is fixed!) The location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars and the pools are exceptional. I recommend Camden City Centre to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I moved in last month and have been pleased with Camden City Centre. The location is great. My roommate and I live in Phase II so everything is like new. Nice appliances, spacious living area with HUGE bathrooms and closets. The parking situation is great. Only residents can park inside the garage so theres always a spot. I would recommend anyone looking at a midtown apartment (or apartment in general) to check Camden City Centre out.

I signed my lease and moved into Camden City Centre in July 2018, and it was easily the most pleasant apartment experience Ive had, out of 15 years and 6 addresses. It is a large, mostly-self-contained Midtown complex that has a vague Brooklyn-like sensibility, and almost feels like its own little neighborhood. I have genuinely enjoyed every part of living here. While there are a few quirks that take some getting used to, like parking, and the sheer size of the community (it takes up more than 8 blocks!), if you are looking for a Midtown community with excellent service, thoroughly thought-out amenities and safety precautions, and a comfortable and highly-functional living space, Camden City Centre is an excellent option.

I had the pleasure of living at Camden City Centre from Oct 2018 until May 2022. I met some of my best friends here, and I really do thank Camden for my time there. There are so many pros to living here, which is why I stayed for almost 4 years. If I could have picked up this property and move it to a different part of town, I would.Pros:- The maintenance team!!!!! – CCC has so many maintenance personnel and they are all super kind. Any time I needed help, the maintenance team was there in probably 30 minutes during normal business hours. Even after hours, they were pretty responsive, if there was an emergency..- Value - I feel like this location is a good deal for the amount of square footage you get for how much you pay.- Location – driving anywhere from Midtown is so easy. I felt like I could access anything in the city that I needed in under 20 mins. Rush hour is bad, but it’s manageable.- Keyless Entry – they recently implemented the Chirp system. We no longer have to carry keys around, as all neighborhood entrances could be opened with our cell phones and our homes were opened with a keypad. It took some getting used to, but it’s awesomeCons: In short, the neighborhood.- I prefer the bar and restaurant scene in other parts of town compared to Midtown.- I feel like there are a lot of homeless people in Midtown. My final time going out to eat in Midtown, I went out for about 1 hour and was approached 5 times by homeless people.- There is a bar that is next door to the property that plays loud music. I felt like it put a huge damper on the pool experience, and it also made Sundays and weekend nights stressful for me. Also, ever since the bar has opened, my friends have really struggled to find parking in the neighborhood.Thanks CCC for a great few years.

Lived at Camden City Center for a year after moving to Houston. Just moved out after buying a house. Great place to live. Excellent location to get on the freeway to wherever you are going. Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants in Midtown. Nice amenities including the gym.Any time I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within one day.The office staff was always friendly and helpful.Great choice for an apartment in Midtown.

This is a great place to live. The location is great. I have been in Houston for a while now and Camden City Centre is by far one of the best communities to live in. Everything is very centric, walking distance, convenient and most of all safe. I always feel safe coming in and out of the community because I always see Security Officers driving around patrolling. The staff is very helpful and attentive when I need them. I will highly recommend living at Camden City Centre, such a beautiful property :)!!!

Great place to call home! Kirby is the best hands down. Since day one from signing my lease to move in he has made this process a smooth transition. Absolutely love the concierge level service the Camden City Centre staff delivers. Extremely responsive and efficient in resolving whatever matter you bring to their attention. Property is well kept and definitely delivers a certain level of exclusivity. I transferred from another Camden so there was a certain expectation I had for living within the Camden Family and they have definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premier living experience.

Camden City Centre has been everything I could have hoped for in an apartment! The location is great for a young, new professional working downtown as myself. Its close to work and the nightlife without out being too noisy. Jen Champion was amazing in making my move in as easy and smooth as possible. My only complaint would be the lack of visitor parking around the building but Ive managed to make due. Highly recommend this complex if youre looking to live in Midtown!

Staff at Camden City Centre have been extremely helpful and are always available to get their residents out of a bind. I have been Very impressed with my leasing agent (Maira) who has been available, eager and enthusiastic to take on and solve any problems that I have caused. This is especially helpful for someone like me who has a busy work schedule. The staff at Camden have gone above and beyond their work duties on numerous occasions, which includes a situation where a staff member named Molly stayed after hours to help me to get into my apartment. Give these people a raise already!

My husband and I have lived in Camden City Center since August of 2012. Camden has offered us the walk-ability to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and even our jobs. We loved that Camden offers us to have our pet and multiple gyms, business areas, and pools. Yes, there is a little downfall of living so close to the city that there are car break-ins, but if you are smart and just take your valuables into your home or hide them in your car, you will be fine. Overall, we absolutely love living where we do.

This place is AMAZING!! The staff is SO nice and willing to help with any issue you might have. They also continually go above and beyond what is required to make your time at the community a great experience. The security they have in place is really great. Any crime you see posted from other reviews is literally such a tiny percentage of people who live here. The vast majority of people will never, ever have to deal with any crime related issues while you are staying here and what does happen is handled flawlessly by the staff. They just got new package lockers which are great and the security gates keep any unwanted visitors out very well. Any issues related to packages are not a fault of the community, but are usually a fault of the carrier not doing what they are supposed to be doing. The apartments themselves are amazing quality with really high ceilings and doors, and great styles. I was amazed that they have over 50 floorplans, so if you cant find a floorplan you like, you are being too picky lol. They also just finished a newly renovated pool which is SO cool. Not only are the amenities nice, but the location within midtown is so perfect. Super close to all of the restaurants and bars, but far enough away where you wont hear any of the noise or other things. Plenty of parking in their garages, and they even offer several guest parking options. If you get towed, it is your own fault since they have signage posted all throughout the garage. Great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. No other community in the area compares to this place. I had to relocate for a new job, but I would have stayed if I could have!

Just want to give a shout out to one of my favorite Camden staff members, Alejandro. Hes more like a friendly, helpful neighbor than someone just doing a job, and its great. Recently he had to do some work in my apartment, and I happened to be on a meeting when he showed up, but told him to go ahead. He was so quiet I almost forgot he was there. I mean, he was moving around a ladder and everything lol. I appreciate his hard work and friendly attitude and just wanted to share!

Within a minute of walking in the office, I was 90% sure I wanted to live here. Beautifully maintained location right next to all the Midtown action, but set off about a block like a little oasis. I hadnt seen anything yet. Sabrina, the Assistant Manager, showed me around the complex, and a couple floor plans, and I was ready to sign. But she wasnt done. Based on our conversations, we headed back to the main office and she pulled up one more possibility. I thought it couldnt possibly get any better, but Im glad I listened to her--this last place was absolutely perfect (and the same price as the others). Sadly, it is rare for someone to exceed expectations these days, but she did exactly that. She could have had me sign and been done with it...I was there! But she really wanted me to have something I loved and took the extra steps to see if she could make it happen. And it did! Bonus note...we encountered several staff members as she showed me around, and they were all extremely friendly and professional. Well done Camden team!

Currently switching units and the transfer was absolutely smooth and it saved us a lot of money. We got a huge deal/discount thanks to the leasing agent RAENI DORO! She is very considerate and looks for the best deals for you with the apartment youll actually fall in love to live in. She listens and is very patient.If you are thinking of Camden City Centre, you couldnt beat the package they have that comes with the apartment, this includes: high speed internet with xfinity, in-unit wash and dry, great amenities (2 gyms and 3 pools) plus unlimited coffee, tea, and hot coco. On top of it all, they offer a lot of resident perks such as discounts at restaurants, dry cleaners, and any local businesses. So they actually support business owners! How cool is that. They also host brunch events every month! Residents are super pampered.As for safety, I never felt unsafe and never had a problem with my packages getting lost nor my car getting broken into. When you live in midtown, alot of these things happen. But they do a phenomenal job hiring a 24/7 police around the complex. Police is patrolling around the complex and is at the garage entrances too.You also get a complimentary garage parking. Unless you want reserved parking.So far, great experience.

I have lived at Camden City Center for several months now. My experience here has been great so far! All aspects of this community have met and exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance/service requests are always answered promptly, and the community is well-kept. I would definitely recommend Camden City Center to anyone wanting to move to Midtown!

Camden City Centre is an awesome complex in midtown! The manager Ericka really cares about her residents and goes above and beyond to ensure their taken care of. Kenya is in charge of all of the residents events and she plans the best apartment get togethers. Molly and Laura helped me with in my leasing process. They really made it easy. If youre looking for a overall 5 star complex, I would highly recommend City Centre.

This has to be the apartment with the best accessibility to all the freeways in Houston, which is a huge deal for someone like me in sales by going to multiple call points throughout the area. Its also one of the best prices.The true thing that sets it apart is the service from all the staff here. They have helped me beyond measure and their service is what generates the best part of the review from me. The community is amazing but the staff will make you feel like youve found home.

Ive lived here since 2011. Overall, its been a great experience. The management team has improved a lot since I first moved in and the entire office staff has always been very friendly.PROS: Great location! Walkable to downtown and most midtown bars/restaurants. The staff plans regular social events. Though Ive never been able to make it to one of these, I think its great that they offer them!CONS: It is very young adult and its in the middle of party central. They claim to enforce a curfew of 10PM on weeknights, but there are often neighbors not respecting that. Generally, theres noise form the highway and street, but you get used to that and dont hear it after a while. Its what you would expect from city living. However, I do feel like walls and windows are paper thin. I hear conversations from other buildings a little too easily.

We LOVE living at Camden City Centre. The location is perfect and offers easy access to I10, 45, and 59. Montrose is right around the corner, The Galleria is a short drive, and Midtown night life is a walk away.The office staff here is AMAZING too. Jennifer was our leasing consultant and was more than accommodating in helping us find the perfect place during our transition from the house we sold. The community managers, Tina and Heidi, have been AWESOME in communicating events that have happened in the area as well as addressing concerns that we had with some neighbors.My husband enjoys the weekly food trucks that stop by for dinner and we have really enjoyed the friendly community since our arrival. Our dog loves to play in the bark park and all of the other amenities are well maintained.Downsides, trying to transfer Comcast service into the bulk program was a huge challenge. AT&T service is not great inside the unit (fixed with a MicroCell from AT&T).Also, the gate in the garage broke last week and it was fixed in 2.5 days! I read some previous reviews about issues with that but it seems to be under control.We plan to stay here until we move out of Houston!

Though I have been here for only a week, Camden City Centre and their staff has been a dream! I moved from Charleston, SC, knowing no one, and they have been so helpful and welcoming. I could not ask for a better experience here. And to top it off, the complex is the best. My boyfriend and I went all over the city trying to find a place with all the amenities, great walk score, and fit within our budget. Camden gave us the biggest bang for our buck. Were lucky to have a home here!

The entire apartment complex is very well kept. Occasionally when maintenance is needed, the service is quick. In my cases, all service was completed within 24 hours. Furthermore, the employees do plenty to ensure all tenants are satisfied with the decision to live here. They have food trucks during the week, host get togethers, and deliver birthday cards among various other hospitable gestures.
