I’ve lived at about 3 different Camden properties and this by far is the best one I’ve lived. The staff, the upkeep of the property, the friendliness of my neighbors. It’s in a great location close to interstate, restaurants, grocery stores etc. I heavily enjoyed my unit. If I did not relocate back home I would have stayed. Camden Cedar Hills is very well managed. The office staff is very responsive to residents’ needs. Overall, it is a beautiful, quiet facility. It is well maintained and safe. Fast internet is also a plus as I work remotely. After 4 years there, I am relocating to another state. I highly recommend it.

I just moved into Camden cedar hills and I love it so far. The staff is very responsive. Aliyyah and Amber assisted me with my application and move and they were so helpful and accommodating. The grounds are well maintained and I’m so glad I chose this community as my new home!

Having lived in Austin for over a decade across 10+ apartment complexes, this location is by far the best I’ve ever lived at.Office management? Literally no complaints. None. They answer when I call, follow up quickly, and make sure everything is up to snuff.Maintenance been a nightmare everywhere you lived before? You won’t find that here. Not only are they the fastest folks to respond I’ve ever seen, the fixes they implement last.When I needed a new washing machine they replaced it without question, same day. Seriously the nicest guys too.Selfishly I want to keep this place a secret, but this place deserves the praise other properties wish they could get.

Brooke Brown has been amazing to work with, she’s incredibly warm, responsive and thorough with all of my questions and concerns. She made my experience with Camden Cedar Brook an awesome experience!Also, shout out to their amazing maintenance guys! They have always made my space super cozy and been responsive with any needed repairs.

My aunt has lived here for over a year, and after seeing how different things are for her compared to what I put up with at my complex, I’m choosing to move to cedar hills when my lease is up. She never waits for maintenance issues to be solved, the office always picks up the phone, there are no predatory add-ons to rent for living there. What finally sold me was seeing how differently holidays and special events are celebrated. During Halloween, I took my kids to see aunt babydoll, and the office staff was touring the whole complex passing candy out! We all got to meet multiple Camden people, and I was impressed that my aunt and multiple staff members are on first-name-basis. I pay more for less about ten minutes away, and the schools near my apartment aren’t as well reviewed as those in this area. I also love that I feel safe leaving my children with family here, especially during the summer when the pool is such an attraction for them. I never considered Camden to be such a good option, maybe it’s this location and the community/staff.

The best part of Camden Cedar Hills, is the staff, primarily the maintenance staff out here in the elements making sure we stay cool and warm. Their timely responses are always met with a smile and they are very courteous of tenants especially in this day and age of WFH. Eric and Israel consistently go above and beyond for us, and always have a great attitude. Not to mention the friendly waves in passing.Molly and Aliyyah are always helpful and understanding as well. Christina Orta has also been fantastic in helping clarify any issues.

I’ve lived here for a year and love the attitude of the office and maintenance personnel. They are friendly, helpful, and truly make an effort to appreciate their residents. They even had my apartment steam cleaned for free when I renewed my lease! I’ve moved a lot and lived in multiple apartment complexes but Camden Cedar Hills has been the best experience. The apartment interior and residents are nice, the community is pet friendly, and Mopac is a short drive down W. Slaughter. I’m happy to call Camden Cedar Hills home!

I work for a vendor that visits this property five nights a week. I always enjoy how well-maintained it is, the residents are always kind and happy. In the instances where I deal with maintenance or leasing, it is always a pleasurable experience and they are kind and reasonable. This is a very nice, safe, and clean property, trust me, I see many properties all over western and southern Travis county. I also want to mention that I live in a house down the street, it’s a great area with good schools, and they do an excellent job of handling being across the street from a high school and part of my neighborhood.

We have lived in many apartment communities in Austin, and I can definitively say that Camden Cedar Hills has been our favorite. Not only is the complex well maintained, but its in a great area and the amenities are awesome perks. Our dog loves the large dog park, and the pool and fitness center are always clean and accessible. Candice is always so helpful in the office, and she and the rest of the folks in management have gone above and beyond to help make small improvements that have made huge differences.

The entire team has been fantastic! From my tour and then preparing for my move-in, Alexandra and Aliyyah have been very informative. They were thorough and helpful in making sure I had everything covered ahead of time. I also have to thank Christina, Molly and Ruben - who are wonderful leaders for this team and community. They have been communicative and so dedicated to making my experience as wonderful as possible. They’ve gone above and beyond, answered any of my questions, and made me feel important amidst a huge winter storm affecting all of Austin.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for about 1.25 years, and my experience has been great. Everything provided in your unit is high quality – expensive appliances, dense carpeting, beautiful countertops, and thick walls where you can’t hear your neighbors. Parking is free and plenty. The rent is pretty good considering it’s Austin, especially when there is a spacious dog park included. Maintenance always attends to service requests very quickly. The leasing office people are great, as they are always happy to help. My packages have never been stolen, so I feel safe with my neighbors. Overall, I have loved living here and in this area!

I cant say enough about my experience at Camden Cedar Hills. The community is quiet, protected, well-maintained, and well-managed overall. Tenants arent just that, they are neighbors and it truly feels that way. Camdens maintenance staff is top class, and so is the leasing/management team. Special shout out to Elizabeth and Brittney for the assistance provided in setting up a transfer that will extend my lease through 2021. Im happy to call Camden Cedar Hills home, and hope you have a similar experience.

Without a doubt the best apartment I have ever lived at. The quality of care and customer service from Day 1 were unmatched by the staff at Camden Cedar Hills. Elon Harris was absolutely exceptional throughout the leasing process and beyond. Meanwhile Assistant Manager Britney Welch was always responsive and treated residents as if they were family. My time at Camden Cedar Hills was sadly cut short due to a job transfer to Dallas. However, Britney helped make the process of transferring and moving out a breeze. I live at a new Camden property in Dallas now and I wish my new complex had half the quality of customer service that Camden Cedar Hills provided. If you want to live in a quality apartment home with wonderful service provided by both the leasing and maintenance staff, Camden Cedar Hills is where you want to be.

Maybe 3 1/2 stars. The grounds are nice and the pool is nice as well. Maintenance requests are answered quickly. The big negative, though, is the trash valet service which is a mandatory extra fee: youre supposed to put your trash can in a certain area every night at a very certain time, but the trash people miss mine about half the time. I send in emails and management never responds -- so you wind up with a wet and/or hot bag of trash on your doorstep, and have to take it to the dumpster anyway. So much for valet. Its disappointing.

I am not typically one to write a review about anything but Camden apartments have been so great I thought everyone should know. When I put in a work order, later that same day they are out to fix whatever it was. Our neighbors are quite and respectful. They recently painted the complex and it has a really nice appearance both inside and out. Great complex overall - definitely one of the best I have ever lived at.

I lived at Camden Cedar Hills from 2011 to 2019. The staff was always wonderful, from the friendly faces in the office to the prompt assistance from the maintenance team (most of my requests were handled within 24 hours). The pool is great and there were usually plenty of loungers. If I didnt have to move to a different city, Im sure Id still be at Camden Cedar Hills!

I keep coming back to Camden Cedar Hills.I have lived at other properties, two others (non Camden). This will by my 4 year total that I have been coming back to Cedar Hills, and this is why:I am absolutely grateful the staff made my move in and transfer (to another unit) easy and non painful, they talk to me as a family member and not some schmuck and easy to work with. Thanks to the team there, maintenance guys, and leasing team! You guys ARE AWESOME!

I enjoy living here and I can honestly say this is the best Camden property and apartment complex in Austin. I toured lots of places and have lived in other Camden and non Camden properties and I’m so happy I chose Camden Cedar Hills. Special shoutout to Ruben the Maintenance Supervisor and his team for always being on top of things. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly and efficiently which makes living here enjoyable. I found this community based on amenities, location, and price. I am ecstatic! The apartments are clean, spacious, affordable, and luxurious. The community amenities are extensive & top-notch. The location is ideal - close to good schools, hospital, daycares, food and shopping, as well as banks, dentists, & mechanics, etc. The community is gated, non-smoking, & pet/people friendly. Finally, the leasing and management team has been stellar so far - theyve been upfront and transparent with pricing and policies, extremely helpful throughout the application process, and supportive whenever my tech-illiterate self needs a little extra attention. Thank you Aliyyah and the team!!!

Great place to live. We were moving from out of the mainland (Guam/Hawaii) and did the whole process online. Aliyyah was super friendly on the video tour and the approval/signing process was smooth. We had a super long flight out to Austin and were exhausted with 8+ luggages, and got to the apartment right after close. Aliyyah was leaving for the day but saw us and offered to show us to our unit and help us carry bags.The unit was the same as the pictures, everything was clean and looked new. The community is in a safe area with everything you need nearby (grocery, restaurants, gas, etc.) and is only a 20ish minute drive out of the city.Overall I’d say the best thing about this place is the helpfulness of their team. Things weren’t perfect when we moved in, a couple lights weren’t working, we had some issues with the oven, and with the garbage disposal as well, but everything we put in a service request for was handled in a timely and friendly manner. This is definitely a good place to stay, and we can see ourselves being here for a while. Especially considering the rent is on the lower-middle end of apartments in Austin.

The leasing staff Brittney, and Elizabeth, are always going out of their way to help residents out if there are issues. Even in the Covid-19 times, they still manage to take care of the needs of the community. The maintenance staff is just as awesome Ruben, Ines, and Cande are true professionals. If an appliance stops working, they fix it right so that you wont have any more problems. They also keep the grounds immaculate. Camden Cedar Hills, in my opinion, is the best place to live in Austin.

Im so lucky to have found this complex. The property, units, and dog park are all wonderful. Moreover, the leasing office and maintenance staff are top notch. Ive had nothing but 5-star experiences with them, in the leasing, move-in, and occasional maintenance request that Ive put in.Ezequiel, the leasing agent that showed me the property and helped me with the application, is beyond great. He is not just enthusiastic, he is really knowledgeable about the complex on both the leasing and maintenance sides, which removes a lot of the disconnect you see between front office and maintenance staff in many other properties.Im planning on making this complex my home for the foreseeable future!

This review is for the Maintenance Staff and all the help they provided us in our first 3+ weeks. We casually moved in and for each service request they were handled timely and in some cases they went above and beyond.Before moving in it was noticed the HVAC was leaking and Guillermo took care of it no time. He also helped in replacing the shower fixtures as we both noticed it was leaking when in use.Overall, our new apartment experience has been a position one. After living in a nearly 2800 sq. ft. house, I was skeptical that I would enjoy apartment living. But I LOVE MY APARTMENT! It feels spacious (lots of windows) and has tall ceilings and plenty of storage. The Cedar Hills complex is small and quiet and really well-maintained. I even have valet trash service! Im very happy with my choice.

Working with Elizabeth and the staff has been such a great experience so far! Elizabeth is always able to answer our questions and is very kind. We did a FaceTime tour of new apartment and Elizabeth brought a tape measure to measure different areas of our space so we could plan what furniture we’d need. We’re really excited to move in!

I still use the whitenoise maker the office sent me last year when I was dealing with a loud neighbor issue (thanks Elizabeth!). It was one of the nicest things a community has ever done for us. My experience with Camden Stoneliegh has been absolutely effortless. I must explain a few of my circumstances for you to truly understand the enormous compliment I am paying Camden, and Valerie in particular. I was moving with short notice, my son returned from Iraq with a broken back and he and his wife had recently had a new baby. I was also moving from Seattle, WA. You can imagine my dismay at finding an apartment from 2,000+ miles away. Valerie, upon hearing my situation, jumped into action and went to the apartment I wanted and measured and photographed each room for me. Walked me through the application process and was waiting upon my arrival, after 28 hours of driving, with my welcome package, all the information I needed. Camden in a beautiful community and if living there is half as wonderful as the process I will be happy and content for a long time!

I absolutely love this place. The photos are real, the apartment are light and nice. And staff is friendly and helpful. When my ceiling fan has broken they changed it in a few hours.You would have a valet trash service and internet/TV cable included to your apartment rent price. And yeah you couldnt change your internet provider.The only minus is commute to downtown, but you probably realized it if you decided to rent apartment in this part of Austin:)

Excellent place to live, my family is super happy to have moved here, a pleasant environment with the environment, the pool is spectacular and the amenities they offer for us are great, and the best thing is the staff that works here, they are all very kind!!!
