The Camden community is made up of very decent people and families. The staff make an effort to keep the place clean, modernized, and accessible as much as possible. The apartments are spacious and good quality. The amenities are great!As for the staff, Maria is one of the best people I have ever worked with. She made our move seamless, and is very professional and personable with my wife and kids. James is very attentive and works hard. If ever there is an issue (uncommon) he is on top of it.Last, the location of the complex is spectacular. Very close toShopping centers, Lakeline mall, the domain cap metro and freeways, it’s a great neighborhood to live in!!

Living in this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed with open arms by front office.What sets this complex apart is the top-notch maintenance service. Anytime there’s a need for repairs or assistance, the maintenance team is quick, professional, and thorough. They keep the grounds and common areas in pristine condition and ensure that everything in the apartment is functioning perfectly. I moved to Camden a little less than a month ago and it’s already night and day compared to my last apartment. I’d like to shout out Kevin in the leasing office - he worked with me from my initial inquiry of this complex and when I decided to switch apartments a few days before my move in date which I appreciate so much. I’d also like to shout out James, Israel in maintenance for their quick response and careful work. I’m looking forward to experiencing all aspects of this complex over the course of my lease. We have been living here at Camden Amber Oaks since May of 2024. It has been a great experience so far. Everyone is professional yet very friendly and approachable in the office. The maintenance team is awesome! I have not had to request much. Today I stopped in the office to pick up some recycling bags and mentioned a minor issue with my door and they put the work order in and had it fixed the same evening. James came to resolve the issue and was very professional, efficient, quick and friendly. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Our pets were even comfortable. We appreciate the great service! This community has a great maintenance team and staff overall. I’m happy to call Camden Amber Oaks our home.

I lived there for 3.5 years and had a good time. I had no problems with the neighbors. Its a quiet place and I just came home and relaxed. The pool and gym were always clean. I Absolutely LOVE living at Camden Amber Oaks! My apartment is spacious, bright, feels luxurious, also has a very good size balcony. Theres an incredibly beautiful bike/hike/run/walk park with trails nearby, plenty of swimming pools. The Camden community even has 2 ChargePoint EV changers, so if you happened to own an EV its super convenient!!

Your sales associates did an outstanding job guiding us through the registration process. Our primary agent, Madison Herman alerted us to critical dates and tasks that were required and showed a great deal of patience with Ed who has a severe hearing loss Maria interceded and solved an issue when your computer system made an error with the wrong unit. Ken stepped forward and helped when Madison was busy with other customers. We love the apartment Madison picked out for us. All and all your entire team performed superbly.

Very beautiful gated community in North Austin Texas. There are two club housesEach of the club houses has gym, reading room and Swimming pool. Also there is facility for barbeque, but one need to manage the coal.

Ive been at Camden for a long time, but just upgraded to a new apartment. Jarri and Gina have been exceptionally helpful, patient, and understanding as I battled an injury and had difficulties with my initial movers. But that is why I have stayed at Camden for so long as they are friendlyand considerate people and manage the property so well.In addition, James, the maintenance technician I was just introduced to has been very kind and helpful as well. It has been much appreciated from me for his timely response and handling of needed repairs.Im thoroughly enjoying my new space and glad for new and old friends here at Camden. ☺️

Camden Amber Oaks is such a beautiful place to live! The apartment layouts are fantastic, including two very nice pools and the grounds are very well cared for! The flowers throughout the complex are amazing! The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is top notch and my appliances are new! Its such a pleasure to talk with the office staff, they make you feel like family! Jerry, Gina, Anita and Maria are all incredible people! The location cant be beat, close to shopping and the gym! I would recommend Camden to anyone looking for a safe and friendly apartment complex!!

Lived here for about 2.5 years and never had a complaint, either about the property or the staff who work here. The property was kept relatively clean, my maintenance requests were responded to on a timely basis, and I always felt heard and taken care of by everyone from the the front desk staff to the maintenance workers who politely entered my unit when needed. The only reason Im moving now is that I had to relocate closer to my work office on the other side of town, but Id recommend Camden Amber Oaks to anyone looking for a decent, peaceful, and affordable apartment in the north Austin area.

Love this place really! There is only one major flaw that might or might not affect you. First of all - all of the staff are magnificent, Steven at the leasing office handled my application, approval and move in all in almost less than a day, hes really the best at what he does. Second, everyone on the maintenance team goes above and beyond to fix any issues almost instantly. I had 2 minor issues when I first moved in and they were handled in less than 10 minutes and impeccably. They are wonderful! The apartments are quality, clean and with good appliances. Amenities are also great - 2 gyms with more than enough equipment. The one major flaw that makes this place not perfect for me (but might not affect you) is the fact that the local mailman and USPS Post Office is AWFUL. Misdelivered packages, late deliveries, refusal to do package pickups (I am disabled and rely on this for a living). They will also refuse to deliver any package bigger than 6 inches wide and will force you to pick it up from the post office. Most residents report incidents almost daily of packages not being delivered by USPS or being delivered to the wrong unit and marked as delivered. This might be the sole flaw of living in Amber Oaks and it might not affect you as much if you do not order packages or can drive to the post office to pick up packages they refuse to deliver, however for me it is a major flaw as I cannot drive and cannot go to the post office to argue over misdelivered packages.

I stayed with Camden for over a year and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property is well kept, beautiful pools, gyms, business lounge, maintenance effectively responds to service requests at a blink of an eye, literally sometimes within less than an hour, and the leasing office is super helpful and professional. Special thanks to Maria, Gina, Amanda from leasing, Chad from the maintenance team, and all the professional staff who make the leasing experience as good as it is! The location is also great, close to shopping centers, HEB, Starbucks and within short driving distance to the Domain and downtown Austin. Without diminishing from the well deserved 5 star review, the only minor recommendation for improvement Id make, is to have more community socials like the weekly game night and Taco truck visits. Those are always fun and more of them would be great!

The community is well lit at night, amazing maintenance team, infrastructure is very good and its economical. The service requests are addressed within a day or two. If given a chance I would move back to Camden in future. Will definitely recommend this community

The best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The service from all around was top notch. Gina is the best! She treats the residents like family. Management make sure everything gets handled in a timely manner. I didn’t have problems with my neighbors. It was awesome to have access to two pools and gyms. All my maintenance request were handled in 24 hours. Complex is in a great area; near so much but far enough. I really don’t think any complex can beat the experience I had living here for 5 years.I guess the only con I can think of is the issues you might have getting food or Uber to your door. The complex is so big most people go through 8901 instead of 9001 and get lost. (Depends on the phase you live in) I put detailed instructions and still most drivers never followed correctly.

Camden Amber Oaks was my home for the last 7 years. My entire living experience was amazing. My apartment was beautiful, spacious, and quiet. Neighbors and residents are friendly and courteous, and the Camden staff is wonderful. Gina and her entire team are communicative and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are completed quickly - Angel is the best! He handled most of my maintenance requests (normal issues over the course of 7 years, nothing major), and was always so kind and respectful. I’ve had friends at other complexes tell me they had to wait weeks for maintenance requests to be fulfilled, and this was never something I had to worry about. I highly recommend living here - It’s a fantastic location managed by caring people.

We had a tour today with Gina and it was the best apartment experience so far! When we first arrived we were a little early and Maria greeted us, and sat with us to talk about our needs while we waited for our appointment. She was so nice,inviting and helpful! We then met with Gina who was so friendly, and welcoming. She was super prepared (having already sent us a quote what we were looking for), she was very genuine and caring and always had our needs and thoughts in consideration throughout the tour. She even remembered our name throughout the appointment and was very receptive to all of our questions! We absolutely loved meeting both of them and will definitely be back hopefully for our future home and if not for sure to visit. 10/10 recommend!

His service was wonderful. I dont anticipate many issues in the future, but if they do happen at least I know we have a good one on the team to help! So far, I really am loving this community and all the staff, and now our maintenance team 😊

So the true colors of Camden came out during our past “Texas blizzard” and WOW I must say they took great care of us here at Camden Amber Oaks. I was very impressed with how the staff handled the whole situation, they truly made us feel cared for and any issue you had they did whatever necessary to fix it or comfort you. Not only the staff...the community is amazing too! Never have I seen neighbors care for other neighbors they have never met before, it was so awesome seeing that. My next goal is a house but for the remainder of my apartment life I will definitely be comfortable at Camden. Special thanks to Gina, Amanda and Bryanna up front and the entire maintenance team running the complex. Honestly wish I could give 6 out of 5, Thanks Camden!!

Great place to live, was there for 2 years. Staff is excellent and the neighborhood is so comfy. Had some internet issues, but that was more of Spectrum’s fault than anyone else. In fact the folks at Camden were so helpful and kind throughout - they even helped facilitate my move to a new Camden location with fiber as my lease ran out! 5/5 definitely recommend living here.

The grounds are always clean and the leasing office was amazing to work with when I found my apartment. I found myself leasing an apartment here before I started working here, and it was the interactions with Brittney Garcia and Jarri Russell that made the decision to live here that much easier. After touring and speaking with them, I just knew I had to apply! Sadly, I’m moving to another Camden property, but am very happy I found Amber Oaks to live at!

The apartment complex is well cared for by a great maintenance staff, and the office staff have always been extremely helpful in every aspect of their job. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.In comparison to our last apartment back north, the construction of the apartments is very solid as well. In the last two to three months I had plenty of issues in the apartment where I had to rely heavily on the maintenance team for help. So Ive been updating this review comment with my experience.In summary, the maintenance service was once impeccable in the past as far as I could tell. But during this summer it is going through a very rough period for whatever reason; either high demand, low supply or bad planning. But they are most probably still above average when compared to other apartment complexes. As I think there is still much room to improve, Im giving 4 stars.=========== Sept/04/2023 ===========AC Broke (was given portable AC): Sept/01Extra portable AC provided: Sept/05Promised fix date: Sept/06AC fixed: Sept/06When the AC broke, it took them 5 hours for them to show up. They werent able to fix the problem, so they supplied a portable AC. But this AC is only enough to keep the apartment at 89. I was told that it will take 5 days for them to fix it for a lack of labor ... So I passed my holiday (labor day) in the dark, hot, with rotting food and allergies due to mold.On Sept/05, after complaining more about the issue, I was gladly provided with a second portable AC. This helped cool the apartment to around 84.=========== August/2023 ===========It took 10 days for them to show up for duct cleaning. When they showed up I already had given up on the idea that they would come. They should have at least sent me a message.=========== July/2023 ===========-- Comment made in July --This apartment complex earned my trust and admiration throughout the almost 4 years Ive lived here. Regardless of the mishaps along the way, it is not perfection that I expect, but to see that everything is being done for the best of the renter within the limitations of each person and of reality. What matters for me is that they really do care about the renter and are doing their best.This is one of those reviews that are rare these days... They didnt ask me to give them a positive review nor offered me something for it. Im just sharing this out of gratitude and content.Thank you for your hard work!

I recently moved to Camden Amber Oaks in August this year. I was looking for an apartment that was conveniently located, that was nice and was up-to-date with all the modern amenities and not listed at ridiculous prices. Camden Amber Oaks met all my requirements. We chose a 2 bedroom with a great layout and plenty of natural light. The staff has been exceptionally wonderful! They were awsome at going out of their way to provide me with plenty of information and answering all my questions about the area, schools and various nearby attractions. Since my move-in, I have had a few minor maintenance issues that I requested be serviced and the team was quick and very attentive to helping resolve my concerns and issues. The community seems to be very friendly and quiet. By far the best apartment complex that I have chosen.

It all went smoothly right from start- touring the place to move-in to promptly responding to maintenance works. All the staff at this place are very friendly and easily approachable. Particularly, Emil who helped us in every step from filling the application to moving. It was so nice of him to leave us a welcome note and goodies. The hospitality at Camden is really great and made us feel like we are at the right place to call it as home.I hope we have this same kind of experience throughout our stay and i definitely recommend this place.

I got a leak in my faucet bathroom. I put in a maintenance request in a little after 8am and Blake came a few hours later. Great guy with an awesome upbeat personality! The staff is the best Ive ever experienced in apartment living. They take care of any request promptly and completely. Everyone is extremely friendly and eager to help. There was even a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I moved in. I love space: high ceilings, nice counters, nice floors. But I highly recommend Camden most of all based on the staff.

My husband and I just moved in at the beginning of the month and so far from the process to complete the transfer (from one Camden Property to the other) everyone esp Stephanie who we worked with, was so helpful and made the transition so easy. We last minute made a decision to switch to a bigger unit which was going for a similar price to the one bedroom we initially signed up for and even then everyone seemed to be so open to help and it didnt take much of anything outside of completing paperwork again. The area is quiet, well kept, and maintenance is quickly responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this to anyone looking to move to the North Austin area :)

We just moved into our apartment last month and we absolutely love living here. Ive lived in several apartments in Northwest Austin and this has been the best experience so far. Amber Oaks is a large complex, but it doesnt feel like it. The units are well built and comfortable with many options for layouts. The application fees seemed expensive, but they made the entire process easy with online application and credit checks instead of having to bring in paystubs and paperwork. The front office staff are the friendliest people Ive ever met when it comes to apartments, and honestly was one of the biggest factors in living here. We have a dog, and they always love having us bring her in for treats. When we were taking the tour, there were several people who stopped in with their dogs to say hello. The unit was spotless when we moved in and maintenance took care of a minor piece of loose trim around the counter same-day. All around, we love living here!

Also if you are new to Austin I would recommend the area highly, nice quite part of the town with everything you need close by. Amanda at the front office was a pleasure to work with and made the move-in process delightful! The amazing service from the staff did not stop with the move-in but actually continued through our time at the apartment.It’s unfortunate that we had to move out because of an exceptionally noisy upstairs neighbor but they have an industry leading 30-day satisfaction guarantee that helped us break our lease without penalties. I would have loved to continue living here, otherwise.One star off because of what I felt like our general issues with construction which resulted in poor sound insulation.

And with the hopes of getting a new place that was not too old and falling apart and I did not have to wait till eternity before my work requests get done, management was not changing every month and I did not have to deal with pests, especially roaches (I know bed bugs can even be more horrible :)).Camden Amber Oaks came to the rescue. I knew I was going to a good place because the ratings were good and the cost for a one bed room at that time was a good value for money.Gina a very affable, personable staff from leasing office helped me all the way to getting settled in my apartment. Thanks Gina, you are awesome.The facilities and amenities in the apartment complex are well kept; the gym, pool, leasing office etc. What I appreciate the most is the fact that work requests get done asap. Once the work request gets submitted they are on it the next day (that would have been a miracle in my previous apartment).

This is my first time leaving a Google review because I sincerely felt like the staff at Camden Amber Oaks deserve the recognition. I also relied on Google reviews to help find and decide on an apartment, so I figured Id contribute my experience.I stopped looking for apartments after I visited the leasing office at Camden Amber Oaks. Sara is awesome and was really helpful in providing me all the options that were available for my apartment search criteria. It was great to see the actual move-in ready units that I could lease so I can get a feel for the condition, location, and amenities. The apartments are in great condition, almost feels brand new, and its nice to have two gyms and pools to choose from.One of the reasons I decided to live here was Saras enthusiasm for me to move in. She followed up with a nice email right after I left the leasing office to thank me for stopping by and for making Ginas day (shes a very sweet lady at the leasing office who is a huge Pat Summitt fan!). When I had questions, Sara responded quickly and kept me in the loop on the apartment availabilities as someone beat me to my first floorplan choice. Once I made a decision to live here, Sara and Gina got me all the paperwork (most of it was online!) and I had the keys in less than 24 hours.I got to experience the quick response of the Maintenance team during the first week of living here. They are freaky fast to respond by apartment standards and amazing at getting issues fixed in a short amount of time. I submitted a maintenance request in the evening and it was all fixed the very next morning. The MyCamden online portal was super easy to use. I really appreciated being kept in the loop of what was going by email. I was really picky with the move-in condition inspection. Sara put in maintenance tickets for me (isnt she awesome??). Maintenance addressed it all the same day, and even took care of a few cosmetic things.Im really glad to have found a place to call home. The entire Camden staff has been a pleasure to work with, even the staff at the Brushy Creek location (shout out to Tricia for recommending me to check out Amber Oaks!).

After living at Camden Amber Oaks Apartments for over a year now, I can assure you there is no better deal for upscale living in North Austin. Your monthly payment includes Wi-Fi, digital cable, Valet Waste trash service, and hands down the best maintenance crew on the planet. They literally change your burned out light bulbs for you! The landscaping and pool areas are easily comparable to an upscale hotel. Each apartment includes top of the line stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a spacious balcony with storage! The walk-in closets with custom organization are wonderful. The office staff is always friendly and professional no matter what the situation. I have of course had the occasional run-in with a rude neighbor, but honestly you could have that at any complex or even residential neighborhood. My previous neighbors were extremely rude and obnoxious, but thankfully they have moved. The security gates, keycard entries, and security systems help me know that my family is always safe and secure. The management provides resident events like potlucks and holiday parties year round. I have made so many wonderful friends here at Camden Amber Oaks Apartments. Im so thankful to have found such a beautiful apartment community that is safe and affordable for my family. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a beautiful and safe community with excellent staff!

The staff is great. I have just moved in and any questions I have the staff is helpful and friendly. The on line leasing process tour, and all things leading up to move in have been great never had such a wonderful and positive experience. Cheers to a new place, new starts and nice place. I dont have enough room to put all the good stuff but clean place with lots of good move in ready things done has been fantastic. I liked the welcome bag at my place when I got there. It wasnt a big flash thing but thoughtful and came with a very personalized hand written welcome letter. I would recommend moving here sue to nice property, staff, amenities and nice features in apartments. I felt like it was where I was to move right from the start of looking at it. I had peace inside, and comfort staff is helpful and real and cares. I had a conversation with the manager today, 7-3 and Jarri , listens and is open to helping residents! UPDATE-- Camden Amber Oaks has gone well above and beyond t help residents thru this snow/ ice event. I called the office while I was stuck else where due to roads icy and a staff member checked on my place and called me back to let me know there is not visable water damage at this time. It is reassuring as I have been away for days. I had left on heater and opened cabinets but wanted to be sure for the community and myself all was ok. Staff rocks at Amber Oaks!!!!!

Next week will mark my two months living here. Already Im so much happier than I was in my last place (The Hendrix Apartment Homes at 183 & Hymeadow-- AVOID!!)!! I moved out of there on January 19th, and February 19th received a move-out statement with a charge for an apartment that wasnt even my own. Its still not resolved and has been sent to collections... anyways, onto Camden. The community is quiet, while parking isnt the BEST its leagues beyond my last place, the amenities are all clean and never crowded with screaming children, disrespectful adults, loud teenagers... and the staff! Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience so consistently, and had so much ease moving in. Id like to thank Ms. Gina Cox specifically as well. She was in constant communication during the move in and lease signing process, we decided on here in November and moved in January. She was never pushy but gave good reminders. And when we unlocked the door for the first time, she had a couple cans of wet food and a pair of bowls for our cats! The attention to detail is amazing. I feel so at home here, and I can see myself living here until I move into a house or move out of state. Im very very excited for my years to come with Camden!

I moved out from Amber Oaks back in May but promised the management there I would leave a review. I lived in Camden from October 2012 to May 2018. I was the first renter of a Phase II apartment. One of the things that really attracted me to the place was the spacious floorplan and the brand-new appliances. However, the property management is also very friendly and they have a great pool (though it could be a bit deeper).Management was always kind to me and my dog, Cooper. I would drop by the leasing office at times and they were always very welcoming there. Living anywhere for over 5 years has its share of issues: a small pest issue here, a noisy neighbor there. Management consistently did what it could to help in these situations. My only real gripe is that when I moved in, I was told that a leash-free dog park would be built on the property and that never came to fruition.The neighbors were great, and Cooper made many furry friends around the complex. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There were an increasing number of fire ants around my building that would be kind-of pesky at times. That being said, pest problems IN the apartment were rare. In the over 5 years I lived there, I had one ant issue but pest control handled that quickly.Renewal time was always an interesting process because there would be increases each year in rent, which is common in the industry (and especially in Austin). However, management heard me out when I made requests and were reasonable in their responses.There were a couple of things that contributed to my desire to move. First, my commute on Parmer was increasingly difficult due to traffic from the Apple complex and other new businesses in the area. Second, the beautiful woodsy area outside of my apartment was stripped away (by loud bulldozers that are since long gone), and that seemed to be my message that it was time to leave. I ended up moving closer to town; I looked into under properties from the same management, but nothing was within my price range further into the city.Overall, the property is great for families. There are many families in the complex, and the facilities are family-friendly. Its also great for people who are new to Austin who desire peace and quiet. Overall, I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in Austin but not IN Austin.I appreciate all of the property management, especially Gina, who took care of me over the years I lived there.Thank yall for 5 and a half wonderful years.Michael Allen

And the park in our block (behind our apt #3102) is not very well maintained compared to the other blocks in the community. We don’t feel like stepping into our patio because of the same reason. We try to keep the door closed most of the time.Other than those everything else is much appreciated.👍

We toured this community yesterday and the staff immediately made us feel like we were at home. We were actually set to move into a different apartment community, but toured Amber Oaks on a hunch. We didn’t even care about not getting any money back from cancelling our previous application. Amber Oaks feels right to us and we can’t wait to move in.Everyone in this team was awesome, but we’d like to take a moment to appreciate Sara. I actually really loved living here. I lived in a one bedroom in phase one with my boyfriend. We loved the unit, though the living room was oddly shaped. We loved walking around the complex. We used the phase two gym all the time. The staff was friendly. The only reason why I wouldnt give this place 5 stars is 1. The prices were high to begin with, but when we went to renew, the prices were raised the max they could legally. 2. There is no dog park, even though there are areas that could be easily fenced off. 3. There are a lot of areas that really needed sidewalks - it is hard to walk around certain areas due to lack of sidewalk.

My family (wife, two month old and 2 yr old daughters) and I moved from Houston this past weekend. We noticed a foul odor as soon as we walked in and it became stronger in the master bedroom (the second bedroom had the same smell but not as strong). We notified Jerri the complex manager right away. She personally came to the apartment with her staff. She explained how she would have her carpet guy look into it the next day. We were not very happy with this response but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. The next morning, Jerri informed us that she had spoken with her DM and corporate and decided to go ahead and replace the carpet and padding in both bedrooms that day.....the maintenance crew even helped move our things out! Needless to say we were very happy and pleased with this news and outcome. I wanted to write this review to let those looking for an apartment to look no further....this is where you want to live...period! And to inform Jerris DM and corporate office that you can always find someone and a team to run your business. But, when you have a leader like Jerri and her team that take care of your business and interests, you should take excellent care of them. I will be extremely disappointed if Jerri does not tell me soon that her and her team received, were rewarded or awarded with something. Thank you Jerri, Nathan, Cody and all the staff here at Camden, you fully understand and go above and beyond in customer service!

I dont think I can say enough wonderful things about this community! I have signed 3, 15 month leases here, have lived in phase I and phase II, am currently living here, and dont plan on leaving anytime soon.To start off your experience, the community is beautiful, if you have a pet, like myself, there are plenty of paths to walk throughout the community surrounded by trees and grass. If you see any of the front office of maintenance staff they will always greet you with a smile and hello from day one. Most know my dog by now and will stop to give him a quick belly rub! The only down side is there is no dog park, but with the great location there are so many local dog attractions around, most of which I have learned by talking to other residence while they are out walking their dogs as well.If you ever have any concerns or questions you are always met with the staffs guinuine concern and urgency to resolve anything you need. With that being said, maintenance requests are almost always completed within 24 hours.If it is something a little more serious or after hours there is an amazing curtousy officer who is on call 24/7 and will come out and handle noise complaints and/or other concerns, though the community is very quiet and respectful.The last thing I have go brag about are my 2 favorite staff members. Candice, who is the assistant manager, she is the get it done girl. I adore her. She has been nothing but amazing. Also Angel, he is one of the maintenance men, he is always so respectful and friendly. If you are looking in the area for an apartment, you really cant beat Camden Amber Oaks they truly are as they say luxury apartment living.

Considering I moved here sight unseen I feel I got lucky. Alex in the office always recognized me and was very helpful. The maintenance staff is extremely dedicated to both the individual work orders as well as the overall appearance of the apartments. There are a few businesses near the complex so getting in and out predictable times of the day got a little complicated but I loved the overall neighborhood.All of my issues were with other residents. People drive faster than they should in the parking lot. I was almost rear-ended/hit on several occasions trying to park. In the summers there is foot traffic going to the pool and people turn blind corners with no care for whatever they may encounter. My apartment deck was near the pool which made things extra loud. There was a party crowd that would take over everything at the pool. It was hard to enjoy being there or sitting on my deck because they were obnoxious. I know that comes with living in an apartment but it made we wish I picked a unit farther from the pool. Residents are also disrespectful while walking their dogs. I keep my dog away from other dogs on purpose but there were several people who went out of their way to try and get near us even though I asked them not to. They also dont care if you are trying to walk (with groceries or whatever) and will stop in the middle of the sidewalk or the road without any regard to their surroundings. However, all of my resident complaints are limited to less than 10 people who were repeatedly disrespectful and considering the size of the complex that is not too bad.

We lived here for 18 months and really enjoyed it. The pool was nice and always kept clean and neat. Maintenance was always fast to repair; we only had to call twice. Once for AC not working properly and a wasp nest on balcony. Cons: their trash policies and the amount of bugs. Id find spiders almost daily in my room, ceiling etc.We also received our full deposit back! That seriously never happens with apartment complexes. I absolutely recommend.

Super professional, and got back to us super quickly. So far loving the community. We love how there is more than one person in the office so there is always someone in-office incase one is giving a tour.Never an issue with finding parking. Valet trash is a huge plus. Elementary and Middle Schools zoned for this apartment are good just not the best in town. Definitely recommend anyone looking for nice place to stay.

We stayed there for 4 years, overall we love this place, they have nice apartment, great maintainence service, pool are maintained properly and they have strict policy on noise. Its quiet place and recommended for family with kids. I wish they add some kids play area in apartment complex but nevertheless its not something which is provided by other apartments. Price for rent keep changing weekly so keep an eye on their website for good deal, also go for building 2 apartment if you can as they are newly build then other building. Afterlease experience was not bad either, like any other apartment they will charge you for break and fix but it was not out of proportion. I would suggest they start adding more fun activity like yoga classes and some health programs.

I have lived here for four years and have never been happier. The people who work here have always gone above and beyond to help me when I needed it. Just this afternoon I had a car full of heavy boxes I needed help moving to my apartment. It was a little after 5p. First I looked for someone from maintenance, but they were already gone. Next I called the office—but it was after 5p—so I wasn’t sure if the office had already closed too. To my surprise Emil answered. I explained that I wanted to hire someone to help me, after they were off work. Everyone was gone, but Emil said, “I’ll come help you.” And he did. I tried to pay him for his time and trouble yet he refused the $20. I am once again grateful for this great community.

I have been a Camden resident almost 15 years. This is the best Camden in Austin. This staff should train all the other communities how to treat their tenants.

Great staff, clean apartments, quiet community. Close to the domain, a little further from downtown but the price/location dynamic is excellent. Right next to a huge lifetime fitness. Would recommend for anyone looking to live in north Austin.

Moved out last week & just turned in my keys today. I already miss this place & will definitely miss management & maintenance! I’ve been so spoiled here that I missed them as I was setting up my new place. Crazy huh? But it’s true, they’ve done such a tremendously awesome job in every facet of my living here for 1.5 years. They’re always kind and responsive to any and all inquiries or complaints! 10/10

Amber Oaks is seriously amazing. We toured with Michaela and she was so gracious. Everything I looked at was amazing and I knew right away that I would love it. I wasn’t able to move in right away, but everyone at the office was so accommodating and made me feel at home immediately.

Excellent apartments in a very nice residential complex, especially the newer apartments that were recently built. The communal areas are very useful such as the barbecue and the pool area and in convenient locations. The gardens around the apartments are well maintained. The apartments have comfortable rooms. , large living rooms and nice kitchens. The only negative is that there is no public transportation within walking distance.
