Great apartments located in a convenient spot. Not too far from everything you need. Brand new pool area and they have happy hour events on Fridays for their residents. The staff Robin and Lauren are awesome!

I’ve lived at Caliza for a few months now and it has been the best community I’ve ever lived at. Robin and Lauren are absolutely fantastic and are a huge reason the community is like a tight knit family. Every Friday is Happy Hour at the club house and it provides an atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other and form new friendships. The floor plans are all so spacious and it really feels like luxury townhome living. The townhomes are extremely safe and comfortable, and your neighbors always look out for you and your stuff. This is the first place I’ve lived that I have genuinely made friends with other residents and feel 100% comfortable.

**Exceptional Team at Caliza at the Loop**I just want to express how fantastic the team at Caliza at the Loop is! From the very beginning, Robin has been incredibly helpful, always taking the time to address our needs and truly understanding what we were looking for in a home. Lauren has also been amazing, consistently resolving any issues that come up and making sure the community continues to thrive.A special shoutout to Melvin from maintenance—he is truly a difference maker! Not only is he always polite and respectful, but he also ensures any maintenance issues are fixed promptly and gives updates along the way. I’ve never had to follow up or worry about things being done right the first time.We truly appreciate the wonderful team here at Caliza at the Loop and the care they put into making this a great place to live!

One of my absolute favorite communities! The townhomes are spacious and modern. Robin and Lauren are top tier managers who are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate you. The community events are a total blast too!

The quality and amenities of this community are top tier. The new construction is clean and functional with upscale features. I’m happy to be in a clean and well thought out community for my tour in San Antonio! Robbin is an absolute gem and deserves a raise pronto!

I had the pleasure of touring Caliza last week when I was visiting TX. Beautiful townhomes that are in a convenient location and the staff is AMAZING!!!! Robin is the absolute best! I am relocating from another state and she has been so helpful during my transition. I toured quite a few properties but none of them compare to Caliza and the craftsmanship. They thought of all the details! Excited to be part of the Caliza community.

Lauren is the best! Not only did she listen to my wants, she was able to accommodate exactly what I wanted. She even sent me a video of the unit she knew I would like. Signed my lease and my unit will be ready just in time for my move. Beautiful property!

We have had a very positive experience since moving in. Lauren was very helpful with resolving an issue with our application and has been great ever since. We love how nice and sincere both Lauren and Robin are. We enjoy that it’s a smaller community and the friendliness of our neighbors. Happy to call Caliza home while in San Antonio.

Toured Caliza at the Loop earlier this week. The units were GORGEOUS and the staff was absolutely incredible. The amenities were still under construction but Lauren was able to paint a picture of exactly what everything will look like when it’s complete. The company spared no expense on this high end, upscale community with all the trappings of luxury living. Can’t wait to see it all come together! Thank you for the exceptional service!

Let me tell you how amazing Robin is! I’m relocating selling my home moving my kid to college….all at the same time. I stopped by in May while town home shopping she was patient kind and felt like I had a new BFF! Fast forward to July I was still looking but Caliza was still on my mind but I couldn’t find anything else to compare in size or amenities. I reached out to Robin she was like girl what are you waiting on…..she walked the property FaceTime’d went over cabinet colors all the things to help me out because I am 2 hrs away… she’s awesome..👏
