    My wife and I, after 24 years of homeownership, decided to sell our home. We planned to live the rest of our lives carefree without the concerns of home maintenance. we researched all the active 55 plus communities from Tomball to The Woodlands. We required our new home to have upscale features, to be resort inspired, spacious along with a magnificent Team of Employees who earnestly worked daily ensuring that the residents experienced and received what they are paying for. My wife and I decided on Cadence Creek at Gosling. We moved in March 29, 2024. It has and continues to be a wonderful experience. Thank you, Team Gosling: Isabella, Alma, Alyssa, Sandra, Eduardo, Michelle, Carol, Tania, Veneisha and Calvin !

They make us feel so comfortable .The staff here enjoys interacting with all of us, and we enjoy their willing to interact with all of us and having fun with us and making it a fun place to liveStaff rates a 5+ star. Cadence Creek rated 5star because of the incredible and loving staff.

    The staff goes above and beyond caring for all tenants.The office staff are constantly providing first class knowledge to tenants with their questions and concerns.Hats off to a great team:TaniaAlyssaVeneishaCalvinWhen the tornado warnings came on they calmly told us to take shelter and escorted us all to a safe area. Luckily we were safe and the storm passed.

    I found Cadence Creek a few months ago for my parents. They were living in a house, needing to downsize and find a community. I am so happy with how they have been treated here by the employees and other residents for the last 3 months. The community is so beautiful and quiet. My parents have always lived in houses and are unfamiliar with the community aspect, so they were very apprehensive. They now have so many friends here, every time I visit they are introducing me to someone new, and my mom loves the events. She specifically asked me to shout out employees Alyssa, Ricardo, and Sandra. These employees have been so good to my parents and have truly made their living experience an incredible one. I’m so thankful to each of them and for their care during their transition. From the beginning process of finding the apartment, to their move-in, and now residency— the experience has been nothing short of seamless and delightful. Thank you Cadence Creek!

    Cadence Creek at Gosling is a great place to live. It is clean, quiet and the staff is impeccable!One that I am quite fond of is Alyssa, she is our Lifestyle Coordinator. She keeps us busy with quit a few activities to choose from. Such as fun crafts, great Saturday brunches with awesome bites. Also from Functional Fitness to Pool Exercises. But my favorite is Bingo lead by Alyssa which is so much fun. Alyssa tries within her power to try and accommodate all residents. She is always open to suggestions and ideas. Thank you Alyssa for listening to our gripping and crying all the time, with only so much you can do. But you always do it with a smile and a pleasant tone.     This is a clean, quiet and secure location. I would highly recommend others to live here. Sandra Lopez is a delightful person who cares about the tenants and works hard to keep this unit clean and attractive.

    I toured this community for my grandmother and it was gorgeous! There are so many activities on their event calendar and the residents were so friendly, they even shared some of their favorite moments at Cadence Creek. Nour toured us and genuinely cared about my grandmother’s needs. We have toured several communities and no one treated us the way the Cadence Creek team did. She will be moving here this summer!

    Just moved in and it is fantastic . Great staff , the amenities are first class. Let be the fitness center and that pool table . Beautiful pool . Great location near many restaurants and very close to the Woodlands. Already attended a waffle breakfast they were great. Look forward to many fulfilling sunset days here.Thank you Caldwell and Graystar and Nora , she is a true professional.

    I’m very happy living in here @ Cadence Creek, everyone are nice, clean place because we have Sandra Lopez, are housekeeping, and Eduardo Gonzalez, he always on top on are maintenance needs, and tha management staff are so wonderful,,,, I ❤️ve this place!!
