I recently signed a lease here and I love it! I have absolutely zero complaints, this place is clean and the residents/staff are super friendly. Riley was the leasing professional who helped me and she was super helpful and walked me through every step of the way. As a renter who has dealt with issues at other properties, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. I would recommend the Cadence at Frisco Station to anyone looking to move to the Frisco area.

I cant express enough how happy I am with my decision to move to The Cadence at Frisco Station. From the very beginning, the experience has been outstanding, and I feel truly at home here.The amenities are fantastic. The pool area is always clean and inviting, perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The gym is well-stocked with modern equipment, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine. One feature I particularly appreciate is the dog wash station. It’s been a game-changer for me, making it super convenient to wash my dog without messing up my own shower.Victoria has been an absolute gem from the start. She’s always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure I’m satisfied with my stay. Her promptness and dedication have really stood out and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.The apartment rates are very reasonable for this area, especially considering how new and well-maintained the buildings are. Plus, the location couldnt be better. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and having a grocery store less than a mile away is incredibly convenient. With plenty of sidewalks and green spaces, my dog and I have enjoyed countless walks around the community.Maintenance has also been a breeze. On the rare occasions when I’ve had an issue, the maintenance team has been quick to respond, often showing up the same day. They’re always friendly and efficient, which I really appreciate.One thing that really surprised me is how well the apartments are insulated for noise. In my experience, apartment living usually comes with a fair amount of noise, but here its been minimal. I occasionally hear footsteps from above, but the side walls are impressively soundproof, making my home a peaceful retreat.Ive noticed a few negative reviews regarding issues like electricity outages and smoke alarms. Its important to understand that these situations were entirely beyond the apartments control. During my time here, the two instances of electricity going out were due to extreme weather and nearby construction, both of which would have affected any apartment in the area. If avoiding power outages is a priority, living in Texas might not be the best option, as these occurrences are fairly common statewide.When the smoke alarms went off, the management was quick to communicate and address the situation. The alarms were triggered by the power outages, but I’d rather have them reset and ensure they work properly in a real fire. The safety measures in place give me peace of mind.Its also worth mentioning that many complaints about fees or lease terms stem from not fully reading the lease. All the implications and terms are clearly stated. For those seeking lower prices, youll likely need to consider older apartments or different areas of Frisco. When I toured other apartments like SkyHouse, Bexley, and The Casey, The Cadence offered the best value and experience.Most of the negative reviews highlight issues that are common in apartment living and can be managed with a bit of understanding and flexibility. If you’re truly unhappy, renting a house might be a better option. For me, The Cadence has been a wonderful place to live, and I’m looking forward to many more happy years here.Thanks to everyone at The Cadence for making it such a great place to live!

I had an amazing tour thanks to Jordan in the office. The property was also very clean and the team was friendly and amazing! After my tour, I even spoke to the other members in the office, Jennifer and Victoria, who also made sure that all my questions were answered afterwards! This community is definitely a place where you can call home!

I recently moved from Cadence and overall I would say my experience was great! Loved my studio apartment (I actually kind of miss it), it was the perfect size for me! When I first moved in I had an issue with my washing machine and they were so accommodating and when maintenance was having trouble fixing it and had to call in the actual vendor they allowed me to utilize a vacant apartment to do laundry. I rarely heard my neighbors. My apartment faced the pool so I would sometimes hear people down there but it wasnt too bad! I loved the community space because I work from home and it was nice to be able to go down and change up my scenery and also have other people working as well so it felt like a co-working space. Everything was generally clean and neighbors were friendly.My only issue is the lack of complete clarity and signage about where exactly visitors can park even with a visitor parking permit. My ex was towed after parking and registering beyond the gate which he had been doing for months whenever he would visit and one random Friday his car was towed, ended up having to pay almost $500. I feel like there should be a sign at the gate that says Resident Permit Parking Only Beyond This Point or something along those lines!Oh, right before I moved they finally added mirrors in the parking structure which was helpful because I would also be nervous creeping around the corners when I couldnt see if someone else was coming.Overall, if youre looking for a chill place to live with things to do right around the corner at The Star I would recommend!

Ive lived here for a month now, and I am continuously surprised how much I love living here. The location is great - super dog-friendly, with a ton of trails and places to walk, given the proximity near The Star.The floorplans are fantastic, and I had a hard time choosing because there were so many great options. Love the bullt in desk in every floorplan - working from home, its so nice thats already factored into the design and your desk isnt taking up additional space. TONS of storage, I love the 13 foot ceilings on the first floor units, as well as quality finishes and thoughtful design.The staff is incredible - super responsive and helpful. Maintenace is there same day to resolve any work orders. The office staff is so friendly and they are always excited to greet my dog. They have hosted multiple resident events since I moved in, and you genuinely see people happy that they live here.The apartment amenities are fantastic, I cant wait for the summer to enjoy the pool area. The two-story, state-of-the-art gym is incredible, with everything you could possibly want to work out. Ive already used the pet wash room when my dog unexpectedly decided to jump in the pond to chase some ducks while we were out on a walk. Having a high velocity dryer is essential for a doodle, and it was so nice not making my bathroom a disaster while trying to give my dog a bath.Seriously, I cannot rave enough about this community. Theres a lot of development happening in Frisco, so theres even more awesome things coming in the near future!

Cadence was my first apartment on my own and I couldnt have asked for a better home! My studio was the perfect size for my dog and I, the finishes were beautiful, and my neighbors were amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and showed compassion constantly. Resident events are top notch, amenities are beautiful, location is 10/10. All around, the most incredible apartment, Id still be there if it werent for needing to relocate!

Being here was a great experience! So sad that I have to get back on the road as a travel nurse. I didn’t have any issues with management and really enjoyed the surrounding area! If I come back I’ll definitely be coming back here. Bree was awesome and I’ll probably miss her the most!

I renewed my lease for another 12 months.(initial review from 2022)I moved to Addison about a year ago; after settling into the Dallas area, I found that Frisco would be the best fit. I explored multiple apartments in the area and Cadence was the best apartment viewed for a few reasons. First, its quiet up in this area. I visited the area multiple times during the weekend and it gave a very calm vibe. Second, Victoria who works at the leasing office answered every single question I had and was very proactive in providing information on the apartment. With so many choices in the area, client service goes a long way and Cadence exceeded by expectations. Will everything be 110% perfect during my lease? I dont expect so, however given the onsite management at Cadence; it will be close to it.In closing, if you are looking for a solid apartment to move into, give this location a walk through.

Management staff is extremely friendly and professional. I just moved in June 2022 from Florida and I was not able to come out and view the property and units beforehand and the staff was incredible in answering my emails and phone calls. It was before the interactive complex map was on the website, so they sent me an entire list of available units based on my preferences and needed dates, and they sent me videos of all the available units so I could view them remotely.The complex itself is new and beautiful. Yes there are standard small scuffs and scratches on some cabinets and corners in the unit, but that’s par for the course for a rental property. Lighting in the unit is bright and beautiful and the AC cools Down quickly in the hot summer! The amenities are some of the best - 2-story gym, the pool, the work area, the valet trash, the smart home technology, the included washer and dryer in my unit. There is plenty of parking in the a garage.The people/other residents have been so welcoming as well!The move In process was very smooth for an out of state resident like myself. Jarron,Victoria, and Tara, thank you so much for a very pleasant experience!

Had a loved one stay here for a year (one of the very first tenants when it newly opened). And then helped with thier search for another apartment in the same county (Frisco, Plano, Allen and McKinney) when they had to get a bigger space.The search was an opportunity to compare amenities, quality, layout, staff, neatness, sound proofing, insulation, smart features, security and location.Overall, Cadence is a very good place with regards to all the aforementioned.Having said that, there was a change of ownership with a resultant change of staff. Unfortunately, the new staff didnt match the high friendly and professional standards the previous team had set. There was also a rent increase of about 20% impacting its value for money.

Cadence didn’t disappoint me, my patience paid off. Yes there was a delay moving in but it’s understandable due to construction delays ..but I planned out my move way ahead of time so at the end it didn’t affect my movin in day…Chris and the staff are super friendly …kept me updated at all times …the amenities are superb and the apartment itself didn’t disappoint me ..it’s a studio but still got lots of modern features …just hoping now that the rental market will become stable soon ..cuz i would hate to leave this place ..thanks again Cadence for providing me a great place 😊😊😊

I lived here for a year and had the best experience I’ve ever had an apartment!! Victoria, Jordan and Jennifer were exceptional and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, SAFE, and clean. Great parking as well for residents. Most importantly, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Victoria. From day one, she was so incredibly kind. Any issues that ever came up were always resolved in a timely manner. I became very close with the staff here and they were always so understanding with my circumstances. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking to live somewhere that actually cares about the well being of their residents. The location is super close to golf ranges, the star, nearby farmers market, easy to walk anywhere, easy access to Dallas from the tollway, plenty of fun things to do, plenty of grocery stores and as a bonus, an entire team that is ready to take care of you and give you a great experience!! If I hadn’t moved away, I would still be living here!!! Thank you guys for making me feel at home during my lease. Just moved in and couldn’t be happier! I felt like I searched and toured almost every complex in Frisco and Uptown Dallas and was constantly disappointed. The Cadence at Frisco Station has surpassed my expectations with incredible customer service from the leasing staff team Jordan and Riley.Jordan helped us find the right floor plan, gave my husband and I several tours, was prompt in responding to all of our emails even after signing our lease he didn’t just forget about us.The amenities are outstanding (my husband is so excited for the gym) the property and units are so beautiful, price is great especially for the unbeatable location. Making this our new home was one of the best decisions and will be for you if you do too!
