We just moved here two weeks ago. We moved from Georgia in the middle of all the Helene drama. It was a DOOZY getting here. But this property was like the silver lining to the storm! The property is very well built and kept. Spacious units, well decorated and clean common areas, secured property, etc. I appreciate that property management upholds its tenants to a standard of cleanliness. The front office staff is well-trained and very friendly! We look forward to continuing to enjoy all this property has to offer. I have to mention Kelly and Katherine, as they’ve made this a 5 ⭐️ experience !

We love living here. My young daughter thinks we live in a hotel. All of the amenities are amazing. We enjoy the pool, clubhouse, and dog park almost daily, and they even stock the dog park with fresh tennis balls! The front office team are very responsive and respectful and they are so great about updating tenants of important information about the premises and the area in general. We are very happy here!

I helped my clients found this wonderful brand new class A apt home complex located at Cross creek ranch in fulshear next to center of Katy 77494, here they have The luxury Amenity with all tenants need include pool, conference room, Gym, study area, great stunning lobby, the manager Kelli with her assistant Claudia and staffs are very warm, professional friendly and SUPER helpful, my clients finally found this place call home and they happily settled with their kids . By the way the grade A schools from elementary to high school are next to the block. Brand new library, all looks great and stunning . Thank you BroadStone CCR team ! Beth L

Thank you Megan for your professionalism and patience. It was just at 100 degrees today and Megan walked me around the entire property taking her time to point out and answer every questions I had. This is the first time that I have had a tour where the staff had all the answers. Finally customer service is still alive. The property is well laid out and a great place with tons of cute amenities. Thanks Megan for your time today. Not to mention that I filled out a request to have a tour and Katherine called me to schedule and make sure someone was available to assist me. Community Manager Kelli, I have to personally thank you for allowing me the time to come see you and express a concern. The kitchen was a standout with its top-notch appliances and ample storage. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering comfort and luxury. Overall, a fantastic glimpse into what could be a perfect living space. Both Megan and Kelli, the Property Manager, made me feel welcomed and answered my questions.

I did a look and lease a few months ago. The staff are so kind and accommodating. I was concerned at first about the pricing, but they were able to get me into an apartment that meets all of my needs at a price I can afford. Kelly the property manager and her staff especially Megan are absolutely amazing. I did make a few changes in between my look and lease and my move in day last week, but all the staff were very gracious and kind and understanding and helped to make the transition and move in as smooth as possible.This complex is close to my littles school so we didnt have change his school. They are also have easy access to shopping and eating, with close proximity to Katy Mills Mall as well as easy access to I10, 99 the Grand Pkwy, and West Park Toll.The amenities are also top notch. We love the pool and top of the line appliances. I especially love that all the units come with a full size washer and dryer, and the refrigerators come with a filtered water dispenser as well as an ice maker.I highly recommend this complex to anyone with a family if you want to be in am A+ rated district and close to everything. This complex is also great for singles as well. There is so much to do.

I never imagined I would have the option of having my own little yard that is perfect for me and my dogs! This is the best apartment complex around! We have loved every day here. The apartments themselves are very nice, and the facilities are awesome. We use the pool and gym basically every day. If you are wanting to live somewhere with the best management team this is it! Management is fantastic along with the common facilities and amenities - 5 stars.Rooms are spacious, but the apartment finishes for the price are just not quite there. The floors are terribly uneven, so everything slopes which is even more noticeable due to the fact that they don’t caulk the baseboards to the floor so you see big gaps in some spots. The countertops were left uncovered during construction so there are spots and scratches everywhere that won’t come off. Upon move in there were shards of glass in the mulch but they have since rectified this.A little more attention needs to be paid to keep the areas that are completed clean. We have already gotten a nail in one tire. There are a few other things, but management has been responsive. So to sum it up, the construction component is the biggest negative, but overall still feels like it will be a great place to live.
