Tania was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is very approachable, by far a bright spot in the company. Very pleased with her in every way, she is always smiling and seems genuinely to care for the tenants needs . I would highly recommend her as a leasing consultant that will be helpful in every step of the application process. I am very happy with the apartment and amenities. I would also recommend the complex as a great place to live.

As a tenant here I really disagree with some of the other reviews regarding management and their handling of their tenants..I have had nothing but good interactions with the staff and employees. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance regarding my tenancy, the management has been very helpful in getting a resolution. I didnt get the apartment I had wanted but I am still grateful that the apartment I did get was so much better than being in a tent or couch surfing. They are rigid with their rules because they want a safe environment for their clients and those who disagree probably didnt read their lease agreement through enough and like to make up their own regulationsBeing given an apartment to start life over again after homelessness is a step up, not a handout. Having this apartment has afforded me improvements in all aspects of my life..... Thank you to the people of BATC, and HACA, for being a part of my life starting to come together. I am blessed.

I love this apartment complex folks are very friendly… They have great amenities workout gym… Awesome location on S. 1st St.… And a very helpful staf they are very involved and always answer the phone.Everyone in the leasing office is very nice.And a shout out to Tania, who is so cheerful when I go into pay my rent… And always make sure that I remember to get a receipt. :-)I love this place and I recommend checking it out.

The application process is strenuous, remember to stay patient. However, the pricing, location, and overall state of the apartments make up for it. Like any other apartment complex, there are the usual culprits of individuals who dont put up their fair share of care for the property. I had the luck to have Amaya one of the leasing agents take care of me and put me in an apartment I wanted. The complex is relatively nice, there could be some improvements but thats up to the individuals opinion.Overall rating 4.5/5

The leasing team is amazing and so kind, I told them I needed to move as soon as possible and my leasing agent got everything in order as quickly as she could to make that happen. The unit was perfect and way bigger than you would think from looking just online, I recommend stopping in for an in-person tour! For personal reasons I ended up having to cancel my application, but if I ever need a place in Austin again this is for sure my first choice! Everyone is so nice and the property is awesome, 10/10 recommend

My only complaints about living here would be found at most apartment complexes. Some residents lack common courtesy and leave their trash in inappropriate places. Parking is tight. These things are an unfortunate but almost expected part of apartment living, and cannot be placed on management to fix beyond removing the trash, which they always do.Overall, this is a nice new community with well designed, efficient units. It is in a great location, near downtown and many restaurants and stores. This is a wonderful income restricted housing option.

Honestly, all these negative reviews had me questioning the property at first but, Im so happy that I went with my gut and decided to create my own experience with them because it was nothing but positives. Brittany has been nothing short of incredible in helping me apply and secure one of these apartments. This will be my first apartment ever. Im moving to Austin from Houston and she has made my transition way more seamless. I noticed that a knock against the community was slow response times. They are understaffed right now so, its understandable that they might not be able to get back to you in a timely manner. When my call was unanswered, I drove from Houston to Austin and went into the office to sort everything out. Brittany was there with a couple of other people helping them. They all left the office with smiles on their faces and were clearly grateful to her for assisting them. I patiently waited until it was my turn to talk to her and she answered every question, resolved every problem I had, and helped me submit my application in office. Brittany is a very hard worker, very kind, and very knowledgeable. I used to be a leasing agent so, Im familiar with the apartment leasing industry. I can understand how hectic it can be when your property is understaffed. Stressful is an understatement but, theyre handling it with grace. If you have the patience, it is most definitely worth the wait. The property is brand new and very nice, its in a pretty nice part of town, it has an in-building parking structure, it has great amenities, its like a 10 minute drive from downtown Austin, and it is very affordable. I recommend doing what I did and creating your own experience with this property. If I had listened to these comments, I wouldve lost out on the opportunity to live at this property. After comparing multiple other properties, it became evident very fast that I would not find a better place to live at. If you qualify to live here, you should contact them today.

Seems like a great place. My friend lives here and her apartment is beautiful although she was expecting to get the floorplan they told her she would and ended up in a handicap equipped apartment which she does not need. Otherwise just super fantastic place and location is a+.

When I first came in was greeted with kindness , once I came in to fill out my application Inez was quick to help with the process and letting me know what I needed to bring in order to get the process going , she kept up w/me via phone and email ! Process was less than expected time thank you Inez ! You made my move smooth and quick, I am loving my apartment , every day I look forward to coming home after work 🤗❤️

Didnt have a single problem with them, outside the fact that I wasnt approved. But thats on me, not them. Inez and Brittany were fantastic to work with, and the complex just seemed absolutely perfect for me - and I dont need much. The quality was there, the fact that its new is a plus, and the community feel was like a cherry-on-top. Highly recommend for someone looking to get a leg up in Austin TX.

Diana, Ines, and Britney all assisted with my move in and it was a great experience. I have the A1 floor plan. Its pretty gorgeous. Requires barstools, which I like, I dont think there would be room for a table and couch. Balcony doors, only 1 door opens. New safety blinds with no cords. I opted to rent washer and dryer but they are on back order. I have a shower and its huge.Also a fan of the built in shelves in the closet and living area. Spectrum came and setup internet in 30 mins. Very minimal discrepancies at move in. I had to run the hot water for an hour because it smelled (its new piping) and its completely fine now.
