Well I Love the women that work in the office they go out of their way help and their residents, I have had a great and professional time when Ive come by the office and asked for help or anything. And to the person who responded about the homeless. I personally havent seen one sleep in the hallways but bi could be mistaken, but who are you or me to judge.....Arent we all human or do you think your better than them. If so then you are maybe you should go read a Good Book. Try walking in their shoes. i love it here.

Love the apts. Amenities are nice and complex is kept up. The staff here are friendly and I will recommend to anyone looking for a place

I’ve had a great experience living here. For the people complaining about the application process, yes, it is lengthy and there are hoops to jump through. These apartments are considered affordable living though, so there are certain requirements and things have to be documented. It’s a process. Everything is brand new. You’ll likely be the first tenant of your unit if you get in sooner than later. Carol, Amber, and I forget the names of the other ladies in the office, but they’re all wonderful. They’ve always been honest with me, I’ve never felt like I got the run around but I also have realistic expectations. They’ve resolved every problem I’ve had.

ITS BRAND NEW . I had my warranty to my appliances right on my kitchen counter . it may feel like a run around because they always need something for like 3 months strait. But what you get is worth it. You can make this place a home . pool 24/7 gym and playground and trash service ... Real trash service ... It feels like a hassel but its brand new and it may seem like you ars given the run around and trying to get ahold of them sometimes is real annoying but one thing i can say is your getting peolls who will work their butt off to make sure everything is done .

Excellent customer service, very kind and polite people, very satisfied with the service provided by Rosalie Cutres and Nancy, their attention and kindness during my process was very excellent, speed in the process, quality care, happy to have arrived at the right place and with the right people, I recommend them 🙏☺️

I think the apartments are very good. Its a shame that many of the people who live there are very messy, very dirty, and theyd rather throw their trash anywhere. And the administration should put a heavy hand on that, so there are cameras to see who are the people who cause all that garbage.They are very good but admiration should be more attentive

It was a nice experience throughout the entire process, everything was normal in paperwork and good communication between the managers and the excellent client 👍🏻
