    I recently had the pleasure of working with the assistant manager Kaila and Alanna as my leasing agent, and I couldnt be more impressed. Both Kaila and Alanna were amazing and answered every question we had. While we didn’t get to see the unit prior to moving in they both went out of their way to describe in detail the unit and the best way to move bigger furniture in. Both Kaila and Alannas knowledge and enthusiasm truly set them apart, making the entire experience informative and enjoyable. The maintenance personnel have been amazing as well. From fixing sink drains to helping move bigger items I couldn’t move myself. The whole community has been amazing as a whole. From the holiday festivities to letting us decorate for Christmas to the community get togethers we love being here!

    The leasing office is outstanding. Kaila and Alanna were such a huge help in finding the right apartment. Spacious rooms for my kids and i. The customer service was on point. I absolutely love the gym, plenty of machines for the residents. I had a small leak under my sink and maintenance came same day too fix it. Just needed a little tightening and its good as new. The community is kept clean and up to date on any outside maintenance which is a huge plus when i have kids running around outside. Best move i could have made.

    I absolutely love living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it feel so welcoming. The kitchen is beautifully updated with high end appliances, which makes cooking enjoyable.The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to address any questions or concerns and helpful. Plus, the neighbors are warm and respectful, creating a great sense of community.The location is unbeatable! It’s close to everything I need, from grocery stores and restaurants to parks and public transit. I genuinely look forward to coming home every day. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The property management team has been proactive in maintaining and improving the community, ensuring everything stays in great condition. I’ve noticed several updates and upgrades around the property that really enhance the living experience, from the well-kept grounds to the modernized amenities. Its clear they’re committed to making the property better for residents, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a comfortable, welcoming environment.     Where should I start? Having lived here for five years, I have experienced both highs and lows. And this complexs different property managers! I firmly believe that the new property management business has selected the ideal management group.They did really arrive, take charge, and pay close attention to the residents who were present while also paying attention to our needs and worries. I can talk from experience here! You can clearly see the improvements they have done to the property and how they have helped me with my apartments needs.     Our family has lived here 3 years. It is a quiet, clean complex. We have had several different property owners since we have been here. The most recent team has been a nice change. They listen and always try to resolve issues in a timely manner. Apartment living always comes with issues in one way or another, what makes the difference is the staff and their responsiveness and compassion.

    I’ve been living here for several months now and i love it. It is very nice and quiet. The mgr Kaycee is awesome . Shes always making sure everything is running smoothly . I love the way they keep the property manicured and clean and I’ve never had any problems . After the hurricane, they were on top of the cleanup and stayed on top of Centerpoint to get our power restored. Thanks to all Kaycee, Kayla and Ali! You girls rock!!!!

    The new management team took over in November. They are improving the complex steadily, after years of previous poor management. Most noticeably is the improvement in drainage and a much faster repair time to the units. New lighting has been installed, and previously darkened areas are now illuminated.This complex is located near many shopping centers, having an array of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There is also a car repair shop adjacent to the property, with a car wash next to it. Additionally there is also a church adjacently.I have been here since June 2017, and I dont think Ill ever want to move, as this place feels like a home to me now.

    The office team that’s at clear lake now it’s the best I’ve seen in the past couple weeks since the company changed in November. I’ve noticed the changes right away the changes outside and also the response on the work orders have been improving it used to take weeks to get something fixed now it just takes a day or two. Kaysie the new manager it’s such an upgrade she actually makes the residents welcomed and also listens to us not ignore us like the last one.

    My family and I have lived at this complex since 2012. Ive always loved the location.The last few years this place really went downhill. The management very obviously did not care about the property or the tenants, every issue we had was either ignored or marked as completed and nobody ever came to fix them.Very recently, a new property manager took over and has done a complete turn around for this complex.Jeremy, the maintenence manager (I think?), came in and had new floors installs as well as resurfacing our counter tops. Our apartment looks brand new.Better yet, I know that if I have an issue now, they will do something about it. We were really trying to get our of here before the new management came, but we dont feel the need to anymore.

    My friend moved to clear lake this month, the leasing process was easy and the staff are very friendly especially Mr. Jereme Morris. He was really cool and made sure my friend has a clean renovated house. He also referred her for the electricity and other stuff. Overall it’s a really good experience and everything was made easy cause of jereme and we loved his funky spikes😜🤭 and the talking🤪

    I had some trouble getting ahold of someone during a change in personnel but as soon as I got ahold of Jereme he made my first experience with renting an apartment much less stressful. He is very on top of it and made sure I was taken care of. Annie also was super helpful making sure I had everything I needed for my move. I’m only a few days into my lease so I hope the good customer service continues but so far it looks awesome.

    The management staff has been so helpful with meeting all of our needs and has made our transition having to leave the property and get into our new home a very pleasant experience. We have lived here going on two years and there has been nothing but vast improvement with this new management team! Especially Jeremy he has been our got to from the get go!

    I lived there for 2 years and overall it was nice. The roach problem is real but I found that if I kept the kitchen super clean like no dirty dishes in the sink and no crumbs left anywhere that they quit showing up. I don’t understand the negative reviews about the maintenance staff on here. They were always friendly and would fix what needed to be fixed shortly after I would put in a work order and I put in a lot of work orders lol. The maintenance staff and management were nothing but great to me. (I dealt with Brenda and Shawntee)

    The maintenance crew was very prompt in handling my request the same day, thank you. Alex, all other issues were taken care of immediately, including my daughters bedroom door, my mailbox, and my sick. I have lived at clear lake apartment homes for 4 years, and I love my home, Jereme and his team are very prompt of taken care of any issues that I encounter, thank you, guys.

    Since moving in this past month I have worked with Kurt and Jeremy and it has been smooth sailing and overall a pleasant experience. I love the layout, community, and the office staff has been such an amazing help with my moving process! I couldn’t be happier

    Most of the complaints arent very true since Ive lived there more than 4 years. First of, about the pest control, its not entirely their fault that they cant terminate the roaches completely if the tenants dont keep things clean; too much pest control chemical is also a hazard for tenants health. My apt did have roaches initially but after scheduled routines pest control and keeping things neat in the apt, roaches were reduced in number very significantly. Secondly, maintenance team did response to ALL of our order requested in a very timely manner. There was a time that I had to call them 3 times consecutively for 3 different matters and they showed up right away. Theyve changed management a few times as well as maintenance staffs; but none showed up to my apt looking heartless/slow/lack of courtesy; most of them were old, but they did their job and left. Next is the tenant community complaints; its not the offices fault that there are many Indian tenants; its the markets demand - the school is right around the corner, of course they picked the closest options to rent out (I dont support the fact that these students just stopped in the middle of the parking lot talking to each other, however). Security concerns: though there is no gate for this apt, they do have police patrolling at night, a few times per week. Flooding issue, its not just this apt, MANY places in Clear Lake City are flood-easy. Its not their fault you chose to live here; everybody got the option to choose where to park and to pick a 2nd floor instead. If you are on the 1st floor, you have the right to transfer to another room up-stair when it is available, just talk to the manager and pay the transferring fee.If you complained so much, pick yourself up and do some research to see where would be the next best location to move to that doesnt cost much more. Ive done my research and I couldnt find anything around the same price range; other ones also have pretty bad reviews about office not responding to work-order, flood, raising rent, roaches, dog poops...etc. Yet, they had 2 to 3 stars for the same complaints I see here. So I do not believe that this rating score reflecting correctly of what Ive seen all these years that Id lived here. Id say it should be at a 3. Since too many people with negative things to say put time on reviews while the satisfied ones didnt write anything, this rating is just skewed.To offset that, Id put down a 5 stars, just so it can bump the rating up closer to a 3 stars which is what I think it should be worth. I dont think its too much because my family members bothered the manager lady, Nicole, most of the time; yet she was still very patient and polite all the way till my last day there.My room was M2086.

    After living here through at least 6 Management changes - I must say yes, the property went downhill and weve been living in an utter hell.However - with the new team - I feel optimistic that we have a winning team watching out for our best interest. Jereme has been a godsend to us all here as he actually gets sh*t done!! I had to complain for years about my vinyl flooring peeling and having mildew - within a week of me saying something - he wanted a date, then he acted on his words and got it replaced.Theyre coming this weekend to re-do our countertops.. the old management wouldnt have done this at all.Jereme and Kurt seem to have us dialed-in! 5-stars!

    I moved here new to Houston and was very skeptical after reading the reviews. I had an emergency and was very nervous about my new move and didn’t know much about the area, at all. The office staff worked with me and Evelyn was the assistant manager at the time. She eased me through the process and even stayed late to ensure that any questions or concerns that I had were answered. She’s the office manager now with a great team and things have improved even more over time. Since moving in I feel I couldn’t have picked a better complex in this area. I looked at almost all of them going to 15 in one day! The residents are nice and I feel safe in this complex. Any complaint that I have is always taken care of on time and I feel comfortable with expressing my concerns with the office staff when they arise. It concerns me that that people only write reviews when they’re angry or after their lease is up. Why not write a review when things are going well during your stay? I guess everyone’s experience is different. I love it here. *shrugs*

    Jeremy fought tooth and nail to get me approved when their system automatically rejected my application due to an unpaid bill I didnt even know I had. He went so far as to get his boss and his regional manager on my side against corporates decision. Thanks to him, I got my rejection reversed and now have a lovely apartment to call my own.

    This apartment complex isnt new by any means, however, in my own experience I dont feel like the reviews left for this complex are fair. You get what you pay for. Stephanie in the front office has always been very helpful and kind. The maintenance men on the property are out picking up residents trash/dog poop daily.. Maybe if the Ivy community would work together to keep THEIR complex clean, you wouldnt be dealing with the trash and poop issues. Maintenance has been timely with any issue we have had and we have never seen bugs in our unit. All in all, I love our home and Im glad we chose the Ivy.

    We moved in August 28th 2022 ,in the middle of bad management walking out.     My experience while at the The Ivy complex was pleasant.     So I must say, and we have to take in consideration of and due to the pandemic that we have lost alot, yet have gained and learned from this. These apts to me are cozy. The staff as well as maintenance try their best to make the residents happy which is what matters the most. I know consistency when I see it, and I know when someone is trying to go above and beyond to finish something they started. Patience is the key here ppl. Keep that in mind. Maintenance are human ppl too, not superheroes lol..I gave it a good rating because Im happy, and as long as they deliver so will i.

    I am living here from one and half year I would be really happy they work far better than other apartmentsI dont understand why ppl gonna say that they have roaches problem. If u ppl keep the apartment clean why would the roaches show up u ppl left things unclean and blame them...I would surely recommended them its near by to college and lot better than other apartments..

    Overall, the experience had been pleasant. You get what you pay for. Every time I’ve had any issue come up, the staff has been very accommodating and ensure that things get fixed quick. Staff is very approachable and are always ensuring that people are having their needs met.
