My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, this is our first apartment together and we have no complaints! Our dogs absolutely love watching the ducks and playing with their new friends when they come to the fence. We’ve never had any issues, if a concern comes up Carlos and Valeria are quick to jump into action to handle it. I feel safe and secure and know that we are taken care of here!

Ive lived here for a few years. They keep the landscape clean and always make improvements. Maintenance always comes out within a timely manner and solve the issues!!! I really love the manager Carlos he is awesome and helps out so much. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex! The property is well-maintained, safe, and has everything I need for a comfortable living environment. A huge shoutout to Carlos, the manager, who goes above and beyond for all residents. He’s always attentive to everyone’s needs and ensures that everything is taken care of promptly. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple question, Carlos makes you feel heard and valued. His professionalism and dedication truly set this place apart. I recommend living here is affordable and they fixed everything on the apartment when I requested. Carlos and Valeria are really good landlords. I was lucky to had the lake view and me and my cat will love to wake up to that and loved the cozy apartment. The bad things I experienced was that you need have security camaras because they tend to be burglers roaming around and you always hear like random gun shots at night, also when I was there they found 2 dead bodies in the lake out of nowhere, it was scary to witness that. Some other tenants expirence a lot of car break in and robbery lucky that never happend to me. Last thing, you need to be very clean specially in the kitchen if you dont want the roaches to be everywhere in your apartment. Overall, is a nice place to live.

My management here is great. They get back to you so fast. I love my in unit washer and dryer. Also, the lake view is nice. Overall, it was a great fine. Very blessed to have found it. A YEAR LATER THIS REVEIW IS FAKE THEY SAID THEY WOILD TAKE MONEY OFF MY RENT AMD THEY DID NOT !!! Also roaches

We have lived here for several years off and on and we always come back because we really enjoy the property and apartments themselves. The apartments are spacious and updated and many have fenced in yards that really add to the home feeling. Carlos and Valery are the current management team and they have been really great from the start. They are always so receptive to any concerns we may have and are really quick to find a resolution. They truly make the renting experience so much better.

Great place to call home! Been leaving here for 3yrs+ just renewed my lease. Wonderful office staff , Carlos and Valeria are Amazing and willing to work with you on any issues. The property is very well maintained, very peaceful and quiet.

My boyfriend and I have been renting here since October of 2019. We are absolutely in love with our apartment here. To begin with, the staff here is amazing. That was a big reason why we decided to move here. We are always greeted and when anything needs to be fixed, the staff is right on it. This will be a big reason why we will continue to rent here. Thank you to the manager Sara and her wonderful team!

I love living here for them to be apartments at almeda they are so peaceful, the way the apartment complex is set up is great. the office is in the middle of the apartment complex so it divides the apartment units therefore there’s not a big parking lot like other apartments, you learn to know you’re neighbors cars and who should be there if something is off you will notice because of the parking lot not being big. One big thing for me is the maintenance here if you need something done in your apartment like your light bulb going out or your ac broke they will come right away, Cecil is one of the guys that works there and he is so hard working and cares for the residents. Also Sara the manager knows what she is doing she is very professional and gets things done. I highly recommend living here

A great place with an amazing lake view for people to share with nature. The gym has all the item I need to excercise. I love to walk with my dog next to the lake.

Customer service and maintenance is good. Parking is becoming better. Grounds are kept as clean as possible - unfortunately you have your “slobs”.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now and I love it. A year ago I wouldve given 3 stars bc of the office staff wasnt all that great they were rude and unprofessional but since Sarah H has become the manager it has really improven she gets stuff done. She does what she says and tries to help you however she can. She is an excellent manager. The maintenance is fast and friendly, the property is well kept and beautiful, the rent is high lol but you get what you pay for. The lake view is beautiful and I love feeding the ducks.

I have lived here twice, and I wouldnt mind coming back. Great apartments, nice views, and very quiet. I have had literally no issues here at all. Sara is the BEST, very helpful. If I didnt have a home, I would definitely move back... Just wish they had garages...

Office staff is very nice and courteous as well as the maintenance. The couple of service orders I had was completed promptly. Property is small and quiet. Love the lake view and the walking trail. My neighbors are nice and friendly. No complaints!!

I love living here. They are super responsive and very friendly. Everything gets fixed within a 24 hour period and they know everyone by name. They are pet friendly as well as long as its under 40 pounds and not a band breed. When I moved in they gave me a basket of little things like dish soap and chocolates along with other things which was really sweet. Noise can be heard through walls like any place if too loud but great views. Also only con is if you sign the lease you cannot give the 60 day notice and pay for three months to get out of it like some places. You have to pay for full lease term which stinks if you get transfered like I am about to.

For the most part my experience is great. Would love it if the neighbors took more pride in where they lived though. Would like it if the leasing office returned calls or messages quicker or even answered the phones.

Great place to live from the leasing agent, to the apartment manager to maintenance. Im really pleased with the location, environment and service Ive received since day one. I havent had any issues really but the things that I had needed assistance with the staff and maintenance was more than happy to assist me in a prompt matter of time. Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. My A/C went out Sunday and within less than an hour maintenance was calling to let me know they were on their way and got my A/C back up and running and also had preparations for me in the event they couldn’t fix it that night. Every staff member here is valuable from Christina and Sara in the office to maintenance. However, maintenance, Ceicilllllll and Steve are really an asset to this complex and I’m grateful. Ceicil, I’ve dealt with you the most and you ALWAYS go above and beyond to ensure my request are taken care of with a smile. Thank you!

We have been here for about two months and so far so good. Paying rent is a pain and costs $20+ to make an online payment so we just pay in check. I find that ridiculous. You also hear the planes from Hobby at this locale. Other than that it is a quiet space with a nice lake view.

I been staying here for almost a year i love it here !!! Cristina Turcios is amazing !!! The place is lovely quite my first place since I moved to Houston I will be here for about a couple more hours . Also we had an amazing !!!!!! Maintenance guy I wish the future residents or the ones that did not meet him would have !!! It will never be the same without him MAY YOU REST IN PEACE MY SWEET FRIEND !!! Until we meet again !!! Updates review the new management team is really nice and professional everyone in the office works with the residents unfortunately they have to come in and clean up mess from previous managers but overall it’s a a good place to live right by walmart sonic and chick fil a and my area doesn’t flood at all when the weather gets bad
