I lived at Boulevard for 3 years between 2021 - 2024 before moving out of state. I really enjoyed my time at Boulevard and would recommend living here. The leasing office was always very accommodating and easy to work with. The maintenance crew was always quick to respond to and resolve any issues. The pool and gym were well maintained and very convenient. My favorite part about Boulevard was the location. The neighborhood is quiet with easy walking access to the river, hike and bike trail, many restaurants, and the HEB.

I am delighted to share my experience living in this amazing apartment community. It truly offers the best of both worlds, as we are surrounded by beautiful river and nature parks, perfect for those who love the outdoors. Living here has also made it easy for us to access the downtown area, where we can enjoy all of the exciting events and attractions the city has to offer. One of the things that we love most about this community is its proximity to an HEB, which has made grocery shopping a breeze. Additionally, a few excellent schools are nearby, ideal for families with children like us. And when it comes to dining out, plenty of restaurants in the area offer a variety of cuisines to satisfy any foodies cravings. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Its unbeatable location, top-notch amenities, and friendly staff make it an exceptional choice.

Great experience! Recently moved in, loving the pond and all the wild critters that congregate there in the early mornings. This place is easy on the eyes, I love the old Spanish style roofing. One thing I cant get over is how quiet the property is. The staff was really helpful and Brandon the manager took care of us promptly.

Great place to live at! Walking distance to my favorite spots, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to the loop and downtown. Brandon the property manager is really helpful and the new lead maintenance man seem to really care about helping residents.

Thank you for that!Only leaving a review because they sent me to collections for $15. Wow. I paid it just now but I dont know why they didnt call me to collect the payment. Its the low effort for me that left the bad taste in my mouth.

Went on a tour and absolutely loved the place. Kaylee went above and beyond answering all of our questions and made the process super smooth. If she was the only staff we had to contact or work with during our stay I would not be disappointed at all. A friendly face and positive attitude makes processes like these so much easier.

Great place to live. The location is really the best. Quick access to the hike and bike trail, stores and a beautiful neighborhood. Its like downtown living without being in downtown. The amenities are very nice and the pool is everybodys favorite. The staff does a good job with community events and taking care of service issues. The apartments are well built and landscaped. Great place!

Everything is kept pretty clean, and maintenance responds to calls quickly. Dog park is great, and sometimes the staff puts on cool events. The location is amazing! Its great to be right near the lake. Ive never had an issue with noisy neighbors. The new manager Santiego took the time to listen and handle some of my concerns, which I appreciate.

I must first begin by giving praise to Corey and Austin the leasing agents at The Boulevard @ Town Lake Apartments. These two gentlemen went above and beyond from the beginning of my process til the move was completely done. When they answered the phone (and I called a lot for various questions) they were genuine.There are some that speak overly nice but you can hear the sarcasm in their voice even when you are asking questions. I mention this because it happens more and more now days like its forced--they keep a smile yet their attitude through their responses in their voice tells another story almost like you are bothering them. So going back to these two agents. They will do everything in their power to make things right. Many will tell you what you want to hear and ignore you or the questions/issues later and not that I ever had major issues because I didnt.I truly hope if you are looking for somewhere to consider The Boulevard at Town Lake. It is very well kept up with and looks like it was just built because they have high standards. They treated my daughter and I with the most courteous manner and never once made us feel like we were a bother.I can see the stay at The Boulevard being a wonderful experience and cant say enough about this property and ESPECIALLY Corey and Austin. You two are a prime example of what every business that cares about their customers and in your case residents should uphold. I have lived here for almost 8 month now and love it! I am considering staying here after my lease is up to another unit. The office is super communicative and helpful with any needs. Abel with the maintenance team is simply the best & the sweetest!Only a few gripes with parking being almost a free-for-all, however, they have enforced parking stickers in 2021. What they really need are designated guest spots as this community has a lot of visitors and paying tenants are unable to find parking after 7pm.Also if you consider living anywhere but the top floor/townhome, you can hear your neighbors at all hours. Above & beside you...its something the office cannot fix. These walls are super thin. I can hear conversations in the apt next to me from my bedroom....its not like I can ask them to talk softer either. This is perhaps an issue I wouldnt be so hyper aware of if it werent for WFH with COVID.However, all-in-all the locations, safety, amenities, and price are well worth it!I hope to continue my stay here in the future with a top floor unit ;-)

Great location, very well kept community, updated units, excellent pool and they even have their own dog park. I mean.. what else can you ask for? Oh right, the staff... The friendliness and attentiveness of this management team is on a next level. I want to emphasize this because most apartments dont put enough thought into who they have running the show. The staff here is always professional, welcoming, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. I highly recommend this place!

Ian has been extremely helpful, kind, and efficient through the process of getting our new apartment from out of state. The manager, I believe Santiago, was also great. I highly recommend this complex. Great location, reasonable prices.

Great location, friendly office and maintenance staff, nice pool and grill area, and a nice big dog park. Literally across the street from town lake and deep eddy pool.The apartments themselves are nice and new looking with a recent renovation to my understanding. Love this Place!!

The location is great.Its so close to grocery and restaurants. The grounds of building is not that clean. Maintenence response can be quicker.
