    I had such a great experience working with Shannon Brown! From start to finish, she made the entire leasing process so easy and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to my questions and really took the time to understand what I was looking for.What I appreciated most was how patient and approachable she was. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, which is rare these days.     I’ve lived here for a year and I’ve experienced a pleasant stay. The staff is nothing but nice they are always friendly. My dog loves going in the leasing office they have a station filled with toys and treats. They also have a lot of resident events and Jose, the leasing agent, is always there getting to know us residents and asks for our feedback on the events. The staff really cares about the property they have one of the best and most efficient maintenance team.

    I enjoyed touring this property! Wanted to shoutout Jose for being so patient and attentive. He showed consistency throughout my visit by being able to answer my questions and following up after my visit. He was personable and so was the rest of the office staff. This property has many floor plans to choose from and a great price range! The amenities are well taken care of and I love the option of 2 pools and 2 club rooms to pick from. Ideal location and centrally located. Perfect for someone that wants some space from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dallas, yet not too far from it all. 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Coming on here to commend Destiny. My husband and I scheduled viewings of the available units. She was very pleasant, courteous and professional from the start. She answered all of our questions and left us feeling well-informed. It’s clear that Destiny truly cares about the residents and the complex itself. She was smiling the entire time no matter how many questions we asked. Destiny is a real asset to Bluffs at Midway Hollow.

    Looking for a new apartment for me and my two kids near the north Dallas/Love field area and I recently came by and did a tour at the Bluffs at Midway Hollow. I was blown away by how nice the apartment , including the club house and pool area. Jose Miranda did our tour, he did an excellent job. Very nice and patience to answer all my questions. Will definitely consider moving here soon.

    Had a chance to view this property And 10/10, highly recommend! Be sure to ask for Jose, he is very patient and allows you to truly view the entire property. You can tell he’s super well knowledgeable about the property and cares about his job. Definitely plan to move in when my lease is up!

    Absolutely amazing with the best service! This has been my experience over the past year at Bluffs at Midway Hollow. As a customer you pay for a product and expect equal service. However the service here is exceptional. So much so, that I have decided to renew my lease and experience a new unit in the property. Destiny is professional, educated on the product and service, and a true person of connection. I highly recommend working with her. She has been here since I moved in and has played a pivotal role in my experiences. The entire team is phenomenal and quick to follow up on request, from lease inquiries to maintenance request. I do love that the team has been a stable team so they become familiar and truly enhance the experience. This is my favorite home to date. I highly recommend giving them a tour if you are looking for a wonderful team, with a great property, high end finishes and multiple amenities. Give it a try, I assure you they will not disappoint.

    I just wanted to stop by and say that this has been the best experience I’ve had living in an apartment complex. The property manager Johnny is very attentive, knowledgeable about his job and truly enjoys connecting with his tenants. The events him and his team throw are so fun and bring the entire community together.If you have any interest at all about Bluffs at Midway Hollow, definitely make it your first choice. It’s been my home for about two years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere!

    I did a lot of apartment searching before choosing Aura Bluffview. I like to be well informed on my options before picking a place. I went to easily 30 other places and nowhere that I went could knock Aura Bluffview off the #1 spot of my apartment list. Some amenities are still under construction but the Gym is open and the pool is very close to finished and they are both impressive.Upon moving in I had 2 minor requests and they were both handled with urgency and I am beyond satisfied with the professionalism I have received from the staff here. Jackie assisted me with my lease as well as McCartney. I was very needy my first 2 weeks here but they jumped to the task every time. Looking forward to whats in store.

    I have several months living here and I want to emphasize that the maintenance team does their job very well. I have no complaints about the property, I recommend it. On several occasions a boy named Miguel has gone to do several repairs in my house, and he is very satisfied with his work is very efficient. For me, the efficiency and speed of the problems presented by the apartments is very important.

    I highly recommend this apartment complex! After a visit with a friend who is currently apartment hunting this could be the one.Shannon’s customer service is second to none!     Negative aspects of the community:-numerous car break ins in the garage parking. Residents have requested cameras to be installed for >6 months. The apartment is not helpful if your car is broken into-trash room is near the entrance to the building from the garage. The residents of the complex do not do a good job helping maintain the public areas and keep them clean-fire alarms are faulty and keep going off (scary with a newborn in our home)-price of EV charging-mail room key was apparently stolen (residents did not get clear information on this)-parking is hard after 6 pm (no spots)-there is ALWAYS an elevator not working. This is massively inconvenient since there aren’t enough elevators servicing building 1 to begin with. When you tour the complex, think about the elevators in proximity to your unit because our physical move was really challenging. Our unit is very far from any elevator and the elevators are never reliablePositive aspects :-the maintenance crew has gone above and beyond. Shoutout to: Luis Supervisor, Miguel asst Supervisor, Antonio , Richard and Felix. All work orders are completed ASAP. My broken fridge was replaced within an hour of the issue being found. They work hard to keep the trash rooms clean on a weekly basis (not an easy feat)-good amenities (gym is quiet and clean)-reliable EV charging-the apartment unit is modern and well keptAll apartment complexes have issues, but this one has fit our needs for now

    Shannon & Keith are by far the sweetest and most helpful front office agents I’ve ever met!! My boyfriend and I have had the best experience so far and we haven’t even moved in yet lol! From the second we walked in to tour the property, Shannon guided us all around and let us know every thing there was to know about Bluffs. The good, bad and ugly and how far they’ve come since new management stepped in!! We immediately fell in love and found a unit that was perfect for us. She was incredibly honesty and we loved her kindness as well. She helped us get everything we needed before move in and even let us see our new unit before moving in on Tuesday!! We are so excited and just can’t thank the staff enough for a great experience thus far. The property is beautiful and clean and kept up every well.     I have lived in this complex since 2021 and my lease ends in June 2024. I have seen it gone through multiple ownerships, and with all the baggage those changes brought. I am writing this review because of the encouraging trend I have recently seen. Yesterday I met the new assistant manager in the gym inspecting those common areas. For the first time in a very long time have I seen this from the apartment leadership. The only time I have seen them in the gym is when they are showing potential residents.While she was there, she managed to make Keith fix all 3 TVs in the gym. Little issues, but they go a long way to establish a degree of standards. I complemented the manager for the job well done. I also showed her 5 light fixtures that were nonfunctional for at least a year. By the time I finished working out- two maintenance guys came and fixed them.This goes to show- while there are many issues beyond the control of the front office- but 80% of the reputation of a complex has to do with the leadership in the front office. A leader who can hold staff accountable. Ensure task are allocated and there is proper follow through when residents express concerns.So job well done to new manager (sorry I forgot your name). You might loose a few employees- but it’s because you are bringing a higher standard. And eventually the right people will come your way. And they will help you get this complex to the top rated in Dallas.

    The property is keep in a good condition, amenities are really enjoyable so far but what make the difference is the staffing.     I have lived here for 3 plus years now. I have enjoyed my apartment so much. There are issues that still go on here. The constant theft of cars. Residents not picking up behind their animals. All in all my stay has been enjoyable. The apartment is nice and modern. Kind of wish there were more amenities. But overall fully recommend this apartment complex.

    I absolutely LOVE this community, the only reason I am not moving in is because I took to long to make a decision and my apt was gone! I asked about the bad reviews when I toured and what happened was a lightning strike and they quickly fixed the issue. Shannon and the office team is just the best.     I was referred to this complex, and toured with Keith. Keith gave very much detailed information regarding the complex, amenities, move in process etc. The grounds were clean the apartment I toured was nothing but amazing. Bluffs at Midway Hollow are great and still pretty much a new community. I am thankful to Keith and his assistance he was beyond very helpful.

    NEGATIVES: Downside would be the size of the closets and bedrooms. The only Leasing Agent to avoid with a nasty abrupt demeanor is Chris. But in my experience the others in the office are more prompt in their jobs to assist residents and that he wouldn’t probably engage, unless everyone else is busy.POSITIVES: Ive waited since March to give an honest review. This community is really beautiful. We sold our home and wanted to move into the city so that paints the picture of how stressful things were from closing on our home to downsizing. Our Leasing Agent was Niki. Very helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable. We had some move in concerns and our Leasing Agent along with the Property Mgr. Tina assisted us to the best of their ability. The outcome wasnt perfect, but we could tell they put in great effort, which was very much appreciated. The maintenance team and Pablo are responsive and they do a great job of keeping it clean. I live in the elevator Bldg., so I dont know about the other buildings. Ive ran across a couple of wanna be entitled residents, but again a few out of the majority isnt bad. Trust me it is a friendly culture here. Residents are very kind and engaging. I have a HUGE patio. Amenities GREAT! If you dont believe me, come see for yourself. Plus, who can beat a NEW Upscale property at this price.

    Ive lived here since the property first opened and have experienced several management teams. Gigi is by far the best property team member Ive had the pleasure of interacting with. She recently helped resolve multiple issues in short order, and did it all with a great customer centric mindset. Gigi earned a 5 star rating. Overall rating of four because, in my opinion, there is room for improvement by the ownership group. Although its a fairly new construction, the property could benefit from better asset management and general cleanliness/curb appeal. These things will likely help maintain asset value, improve the resident experience, and ultimately retention.

    Can we talk about how excited I am for a minute??! I absolutely love Aura Bluffview and couldn’t be happier with our decision to call this home. My little family and I just moved in last week and so far it’s been amazing! I love everything about our apartment and the fact that it’s BRAND NEW really gave me that extra sense of comfort in knowing we’d be the first to ever occupy the unit. Omg and Sabrina is absolutely incredible in customer facing! She’s engaging, very knowledgeable, and was there every step of the way during the on boarding process! If you’re looking to move into a community that’s brand new with all the bells and whistles and with great leasing agents, this is the place! Oh and one more thing don’t let the construction fool you these units are brilliant and the amenities are going to blow you away once they are fully completed. ACT FAST!

    Good place to live! The (new) staff is really friendly in leasing and the apartments are clean and look great on the inside. I recently moved out and was thinking of giving this place a 3 star review because of the old staff. The old staff seemed to care only about money and making as much as they can off any resident.     I lived at this complex when it was called Aura Bluffview under Avenue5 Management, and I lived here for one year during COVID - May 2020 to June 2021. The management may have changed, but I will say this was one of my best apartment experiences to date. The apartments are beautiful, the furnishings were high-quality, and the apartments were silent. I loved the balconies facing inward, it felt a lot like a community during a particularly lonely year with all of us largely inside. I loved how they handled COVID with regards to amenities - we could reserve time there, and you would always know how many people were supposed to be there. Everyone who lived in the complex was friendly and kept to themselves. The utility team was great, very quick to respond to requests and had high-quality fixes. Parking situation was easy, I usually could find a spot outside my building easily. The pool was also lovely and less populated than most Dallas pools, which I really enjoyed because it felt a little more private and comfortable. I felt very safe living here, as well. The main qualm I ran into was package services, and this is more of a reflection of the postal service at the time than the complex because as a policy they did not get involved. I would have liked to have front desk package services, but the package lockers worked for the most part. However, towards the end of my stay, package lockers were becoming highly loaded, one of my food delivery packages was missing (never got it back), and two packages, both of which were gifts for a friend from another friend, got lost in the mail and the complex could not help BECAUSE they make it a policy to not get involved with packages. I also feared people might grab my package because they started putting all packages into one community locker towards the end of my stay there. Otherwise, it was a lovely apartment and a great place to be during the pandemic. I would have renewed for another year if my partner and I werent moving to a new city together.

    Very helpful staff! They made the application process so simple and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. They gave us a great tour of the entire property and showed us different units to help us decide on the perfect one. Since we’ve moved, they have communicated well with us regarding any current issues or events going on. We haven’t had any issues with our unit and love the design of it!

    Gigi and Eren are so helpful, funny, and a Joy to work with! They are assets to the team and Bellevue is lucky to have them! For medical reasons, I needed to sublease my apartment. Gigi and Eren were incredibly helpful in getting me the information needed to make a successful transition. There were complex aspects to the sublease and Gigi went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of properly. Any typical leasing agent would have cancelled the application and moved on, but because Gigi knew how desperately I needed to move, she spent the extra time trying to get all the right information from the other party. Despite the fact that this added significant extra work to her already heavy workload, she provided great communication with me and the other party. For such a stressful time in my life, that meant so much to me.Not every company is as lucky to have staff like Gigi and Eren that naturally go above and beyond in the ways they do!

    We had a great experience working with Alex and our apartment locator to find this place! Alex was very responsive and answered all of our questions before/during our move-in. The place is BEAUTIFUL! High ceilings, large balcony with our corner unit, valet trash, fast maintenance, and the amenities are great! They have an amenity pass system to make sure amenities can be enjoyed safely with COVID going on, but I have used the pass multiple times to go to the gym when the website says no other passes have been reserved only to find ~4 other people at the gym, so its not really enforced, unfortunately (thats why i gave 4 stars). Besides that, we have had a great experience here so far and would highly recommend working with Alex to find an apartment here!

    Great property! The staff was very helpful, Jessica was very dependable and lead me through the move in process even when others weren’t available to help. The amenities are what’s advertised the pet bath, gym, and more that skyline view in an amazing lounge. I’m really enjoying my stay!!!

    Austin, the assistant community manager, has been without reproach. He is a breeze to work with, very reasonable, and accommodating. I am a big fan.My only concerns are really outcomes of the resident behaviors, for example individuals littering on the property/having personal arguments in the hallways/not caring for their pets appropriately, which I understand to be difficult to manage.

    We have lived here for almost 5 months and we love it! The pools are so nice, we LOVE the huge gym with all the mirrors, equipment and free weights, and our golden doodle puppy loves the dog park. We’ve made friends with other residents and their dogs, and our little backyard is so good for Louie. I will say the closets are a little small but other than that we love the space, really modern and beautiful finishes, super high ceilings and big windows make the apartment feel large and open. Maintenance is also awesome, responsive and helpful and they taught us how to use our dishwasher better ! The location is also awesome, right on northwest highway close to a target, Walmart and Chikfila!!

    I’ve never had to wait on anything at this place. One call, or a visit to the office and it’s taken care of. The place is very convenient for me as I’m not there very much. I stopped in to lease another garage unit today and Ashley and Hannah had it done in less then five minutes. I really appreciate the service, politeness and professionalism of these ladies. It’s been a nice, quiet and convenient place to have an apartment.

    I’ve lived here for about 4 months and it’s a great place to live if you want to be in the middle of everything. I love how I am just 15 minutes from downtown, but can go another 10 minutes north for more dining and shopping. The property is well managed and kept very clean. If I put in a work order, maintenance is there maybe an hour after. Great experience so far!

    Moved this last weekend into a town home after an exhaustive search all around Dallas for the perfect place. Sabrina is an awesome leasing consultant and absolutely crushed it! The property is beautiful, yes, its under still construction but you know its going to be very high end with no corners cut, once completed. Get in on the ground floor before this place fills up, and it will.

    Aura Bluffview has gone above and beyond our expectations. After living in the complex for about a month now, we could not be more happy. Dallas apartments seem to be getting smaller and more expensive; however, Aura has provided us with a large and extremely cost effective home - thanks to Sabrinas help! The personal garages with enough room for storage are an added perk... not to mention the soon-to-be complete beautiful gym and pool. We are so thankful to call this our first home as a newly married couple! If you decide to take a look, tell them Lauren sent you their way!

    Great complex, neighbors, and even better mgmt team!One thing that isn’t cool is if you change anything regarding your lease, you have resign a gazillion pages using docusign. This is worth half a star, but also relative; don’t change your lease and I doubt you’ll have any complaints! ;)July 2022 update: please note, my 5 star review and owner response is from mid 2019. This place has had several name and mgmt changes since; I’d give a solid 2.5. Quality is down and crime is up. New mgmt team (Greystar) is trying, but beware. Think twice before moving in building 1. There aren’t elevators in bldg 2 and 3, but we also haven’t experienced nearly as many problems as bldg1. Look up the petition on change.org. You’ll see.
