    Today I had the pleasure of touring an absolutely beautiful building and community. The Bexley offers all the comforts , amenities and luxuries , that lends itself to a high-end resort style living environment. There is real sense of community and inclusiveness. I will also add , we had an incredibly informed , solution based , forward thinking leasing agent named Bailey. She was sincere , went above and beyond trying to accommodate my every request , small and large. Made me feel like my needs mattered and were important. I never felt rushed or like I was just another quota that had to be met. She was the perfect complement to an outstanding property. Iā€™m looking forward to solidifying my deal with property, knowing sheā€™s part of their team and will be there to solve problems and support my move in and new home at the Bexley ā€¦

    This was my 9th move and this has easily been my favorite apartment Iā€™ve ever lived in. I was lucky enough to be one of the first in the new building and itā€™s a dream. Everyone is so kind, Abby in the front office has been so incredible and might be one of my dogā€™s favorite people because she threw his duck for him in the office.It genuinely has everything you need, 2 gyms, 24h store, 2 pools, golf simulator, right next to the trinity for walks and runs, a sky lounge, a coffee station, a Jumbotron, a podcast studio, working stationsā€¦I joke that I live in an influencerā€™s dream apartment haha. Itā€™s a perfect location, too. Target, Tom Thumb, nail salon, I mean you name it. I canā€™t even find something wrong to say because even the residents are incredibly kind.Thank you to Abby and the team for making my move so seamless and for making things so fun!10/10 recommend!

    I worked with Bailey R. on finding an apartment at the Bexley. She was so professional and literally knew all the answers to the million questions we had. Not only that but she dedicated hours to helping me find the most suitable apt for me. We are currently out of state so she even did personal virtual tours for us of the the future rental units. I literally looked at probably a 100 different apts in ft. worth and Bailey went above and beyond from her knowledge about the Bexley to her professionalism and positive attitude about the Bexley so much so that I signed my lease today! Way to go Bailey R. and thank you so much!!!

    I havenā€™t begun living on the property yet, but service in the leasing office has been exceptional! Bailey was amazing. So patient and extremely knowledgeable, helping us to find exactly what we wanted. Based on the incredible, detailed tour Bailey gave us, this property seems to have everything you could dream of. Definitely the nicest property Iā€™ve seen in Fort Worth during my search!! Get in while the prices are unbeatable!

The location is very good too.We worked with Bailey and gave her our list of priorities but after walking through she listened and found us a unit we wouldnt have considered but was exactly what we needed.     The facility is great and no complaints so far after moving in, but Im writing this review solely for the maintenance guy Victor who came to work on some things after the initial inspection. He was very thorough, honestly cared about things being done right and working for me, and still when I see him around, is very helpful and considerate in asking if everything is still going well.

    I moved to Fort Worth and my biggest concerns were location and price. After two years of residency I can confidently say that both of those continue to exceed expectations. Value and location remain unmatched. However as with all leasing properties there has been its fair share of issues. The garage door gets repaired often, vandalism, and noise plumbing issues have been known to occur.What makes the Bexley different is the manner in which they respond to these issues. They have been proactive about property repairs, and installed additional security cameras throughout the property. They give regular upates on building maintenance, and hired security and have a Fort Worth officer who patrols and lives onsite.The amenities are top tier and the addition of the south building is a welcomed asset to all residents in both buildings becuase access is permitted to all amenities. The Bexley team has maintained a level of professionalism and service to their residents while still managing an ongoing development and on the issues that go along with that.I would say that the best value for the property will come in the future years as the growing pains associated with new construction and maintenance issues will be far gone. The Bexley continues to improve and the best part remains the same. Value and Location.

    Abigail and Hailey were very helpful throughout the whole process answered all my questions and if I had any concerns in the new building.     Bexley at Left Bank is truly a 5 star community! Going on 5 years and it has always been easy to work with the office/maintenance staff. Residents are friendly and the majority care about the building. There have been issues, but always resolved quickly or work permitting.Recently I signed a transfer with Abby. She went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued resident. I look forward to continue calling Bexley at Left Bank home in Fort Worth.

    The location is UNBEATABLE, the amenities FIRE. BUT, as you know management/maintenance can make or break a property, and the MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE MAKE THIS PROPERTY A 5-STAR PROPERTY. LUIS the maintenance man is world-class. He is prompt, he calls before he visits your unit and calls you after to inform you of what he did. Ive never had such outstanding service before and he does it from the heart because thats just who he is. Every leasing agent is kind and courteous, Ive never had a leasing agent remember my unit before, so thank you Luis. Any concerns I have had have been addressed promptly and courteously. Plus, they answer their phones. I mean, that alone sets them apart from other communities. The community is so friendly, active, fun, and young and a great spot if you have pets. Ive really enjoyed living here and its somewhere you want to invite people over to also indulge and you can feel comfortable coming home to relax. Move here.

    Lived here 8 months and had a pleasant experience. At first glance it may seem overpriced for what it is. But no, itā€™s the safest community Iā€™ve ever lived in. Thick walls no sound travel. Extremely nice and trustworthy staff aka maintenance and office workers. Maintenance always completes requests super fast. The garage is bright on all levels and feels very safe. I highly recommend renting here.

    The staff at Bexley left bank couldnā€™t have been more helpful in making a decision on where to live, after meeting with Yocelyn the decision was a no brainer. The rooms are up to date and the amenities are amazing, especially the roof top pool and free coffee! Also the running trails are right in your back yard.

    I recommend living at Bexley. I have lived in at least 10 apartments and its about 50/50 whether it is a good experience or not.Bexley is one of the good ones for three main reasons:1) Management is friendly and responsive to any question you have and are easy to coordinate with2) Maintenance is responsive and is quick to fix any issues that come up3) The location is excellent, right next to the Trinity trails which are excellent for running, biking, and walking. Also easy access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance.I will say that some tenants in the building are not so good. Not much Bexley can do about irresponsible people. One example is that some people do not pick up after their dogs and are generally messy in public spaces. I have also noticed many people parking in front of no parking signs. Sometimes a neighbor will be blaring music. However, with many people living in one building, you are bound to get at least a few bad apples in every bunch.

    The maintenance team is awesome Luis and his crew got my keys from the elevator shaft and delivered them to my door first thing in the morning. And also called me to make sure I knew and that I wouldnā€™t stress. They are also super polite and always greet you in the hallways asking how you are. I also appreciate that they listen to residents regarding issues. Theyā€™ve been cleaning the hallways more and redid the dog park so it doesnā€™t get muddy. Also shout out to Garrett who is super helpful and patient with new residents. Also the apartment is beautiful with great amenities.

The Bexley Riverwalk in Flower mound & The Bexley at left bank in Downtown Fort worth.Clean, Friendly, no hidden fees, ton of amenities, perfect locations, Great communities.Comparing our current apartment and staff to what we had at Weinstein properties, we surely miss them.5 stars all the way.Huge Shoutout to Abby @ Bexley left bank, We will never forget your wonderful communication & kindness every step of the way!

    I canā€™t say enough good things about the maintenance staff here. Luis, Jesus, and the rest of the team are friendly, hard-working, and helpful. Theyā€™re always cheerfully greeting us (my pup and I) when they see us out. When I put a maintenance request in, they are prompt, polite, and take care of the issue right away. Iā€™m always seeing them out on the property too, ensuring the grounds are kept, checking the garage and hallways, even picking up dog poop (which shouldnā€™t be their job). They should know that all they do does not go unseen and as a resident here, I very much appreciate them.

    I recently moved here and have to say that Caitlyn and Luis from the office staff were nothing but helpful and nice to me from day one and they have continued being super friendly. Then Luis from maintenance is amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, efficient; he showed me how to used the washer, dishwasher and AC more efficiently.     Ive been at the Bexley for going on three months now and have loved every bit of it. One of the things that helped me settle on the Bexley (besides its great location/amenities) was my experience working with the staff. Caitlyn was super responsive and helpful with all my questions prior to signing and continued to be equally responsive through the whole process once I had settled on an apartment. Move-in day was quick and easy thanks to the front office team as well. Since moving in, Ive had nothing but positive (albeit infrequent) experiences with the maintenance team for routine maintenance items (air filters) so Im confident theyll be great should something come up. Coming from a house, I was nervous about going back to apartment living so thanks Bexley team for making it feel like home :)

    Maintenance has been crushing it here lately. Luis especially has gone above and beyond with every problem I have had. Every single one of them say hello in the halls, hold the door, and even ask how you have been. Itā€™s not the default hey or just a head nod.     Updated review: The apartment is under new management and I am looking forward to a better experience. Today I met Luis, who came to fulfill several maintenance requests I had submitted the night prior. I wasnā€™t expecting anyone to be here so soon, but he was great! He addressed every issue quickly and efficiently and it was great getting to know him. He had to fix issues that the previous maintenance staff had not improved. He is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and trustworthy. Five stars for Luis!The apartment is beautiful, modern, and spacious and the amenities are great. If only the staff - management/leasing office were as good as the apartments themselves. Before you sign the lease theyā€™re always available, but once youā€™ve signed the lease and/or move in theyā€™re very difficult to get ahold of. If they ever tell you ā€œweā€™ll get back to youā€ just know that actually means weā€™ll never call you back or respond to your emails. You have to constantly be on top of them to receive any help or reply from them and youā€™re always met with excuses and promises that it wonā€™t happen again. One day theyā€™ll tell you one thing and the next itā€™s something completely different. Weā€™ve already had four instances with the leasing office where communication has been lacking (to put it lightly). The rest of the staff are wonderful and maintain the apartment community very clean. Although the area seems safe, security is lacking as well and could improve.

    Thereā€™s been a few times that Iā€™ve called in work orders for maintenance and I wouldnā€™t be posting here if I was like, really impressed with how fast they would handle it. Louis has consistently come to fix whatever needed fixing and he was so fast and genuinely easy to talk to, even my cat likes him (and the cat runs away from my mom) and I was just like you know what let me say something because that was seriously good service and I was left smiling after laughing at how much my cat got along with Louis.

    I cannot emphasize enough the impressive work that this complex has had after the take over from Bexley. The prior owners while they had made a great complex and its amenities, it definitely lacked the support it needed and by this i mean the maintenance crew. It used to be a 1 man crew and after Bexley they have a whole staff of employees that have done a tremendous job at keeping this place up to date. Luis in maintenance goes above and beyond to help you in every which way he can. As soon as you submit a ticket his typically at your doorstep in minutes. He extremely courteous, respectful and a great person in general. His crew of men are constantly keeping up with the garbage (which used to be a MAJOR issue prior to Luis and his crew) constantly painting the place to ensure its kept up, vacuuming the hallway carpet (which was never done before) and in general making sure Bexley looks his best. It is because of Luis and his dedication that Bexley has shifted to look like the apartment complex that it was meant to be. Thank you Bexley for hiring Luis and additional maintenance staff. It was a request that many had been asking for a long time and we finally got it. Everything is looking great, clean. Thank you Luis too for everything you do! it is much appreciated. Highly recommend living in this place, you wont regret it!! thank you to the staff as well big change from the prior staff as well. all in all a wonderful experience living here.

    We recently moved here with my wife and are honestly so impressed by the staffs dedication to their residents. Luis, Caitlyn, Jesus, and Brandon have been super helpful since we moved in. Weve had to submit a few minor maintenance requests and the staff comes within a couple of hours, honestly super impressed by that. Everyone is really nice and we couldnt be more spoiled living here.

    I was the very first person to move into the Bexley building (basically, they finished up the last bit of construction, and then my moving truck parked), so Ive been through the many management iterations, the good, the bad, and the ugly. And I can say with absolute certainty that the management and maintenance team in place now is the best I have ever experienced in my life. Besides just making the building an extremely comfortable place to live, where any issues that arise (and there are really not many at all) are dealt with swiftly, they truly care and will go above and beyond to make sure you your living situation is the best that it can be. And on top of that, the fun events, such as food truck parties and catered mornings gatherings, create a true sense of community that is often lacking in buildings such as this. Shelby, our building manager, and Luis, our head of maintenance, perform their jobs exceptionally well. Ive truthfully never seen better. And they are the reason why the sense of caring is so prevalent here. On top of all of that, the product itself - our apartments, fun common spaces, rooftop pool, dog park, gym, etc - really is the best in the area (trust me....I toured all the buildings). What you are getting for the price here...the best, hands down!

    My wife and I have been living in this community for well over a year now and we absolutely love it. The staff is great, they are caring and understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of or handled if something were to happen. The location is perfect, the amenities are great, and the staff is amazing! We had an issue with our door and Luis and Jesus went above and beyond to help us get it fixed. They were even kind enough to check for other issues onsite throughout my apartment! We cant recommend this property enough!

    I just recently moved into Bexley and I have had a great experience thus far. The office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Garrett. The amenities are awesome from the infinity pool to the golf simulator. I would suggest having hand sanitizer by each amenity in order to keep staff and residents safe. The infinity pool is likely the best pool in Fort Worth but the one down fall is the apartments do not allow you to play your own music, which is a little absurd considering we each pay a pretty penny to live here and enjoy our amenities. I have contacted the office about this issue and I have not heard back yet. Every apartment Ive lived at allowed speakers and this may be a dealbreaker for me considering everyone Ive spoken to has mentioned the same issue. I have zero complaints about to maintenance staff they are fantastic and provide quality work in a quick manor. Luiz and Jesus are top notch and so friendly and respectful of my time and my home. I cannot say enough good things about those two guys they are FANTASTIC!!! Overall my experience has been good so far.

    No need to look any further... Trinity at Left Bank is pure perfection! If youā€™re looking to live in the downtown area, this is the spot! The numerous amenities are amazing, my favorite is the gorgeous rooftop pool. Last but definitely not least, all of the staff is beyond wonderful and very quick to help with your every need. Mandy in the leasing office was incredibly knowledgeable about the property/amenities and answered every single question I threw at her and more. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new home.

Tim has gone above and beyond to make sure the issue we had with our washing machine was resolved and we were happy.     The maintenance team here is awesome! They always address any repair requests immediately and are very friendly. Luis and Jesus are great, they went above and beyond expectations and made sure we had no down time with our appliances.

    UPDATE TO 5 STARS NEW MANAGEMENT.I received a phone call from Joe Mehl. He had seen my prior review and called to offer his condolences, apologize for my experience and see what he could do make it better. Joe said he would see what he could do to assist. He asked me to send all the emails between myself and the former management. He advised that he couldnt promise anything. But I ended the call feeling as though I had been heard and now had someone on my side.A couple of days or so later I received a lovely, kind email from Joe. In it he said that he had reviewed all the emails and was able to remove the reletting fee and the rent charges beyond my move out date.I cannot thank Joe for his response. I can wholeheartedly say that, under the new management, I would definitely recommend Bexley.FORMER REVIEWI moved into Bexley Left Bank (formerly Trinity Left Bank) around March 2021. All the usual issues of staff being less responsive once you are moved in, dirty communal areas, inadequate security. If you want food delivered then you will need to go out to the street to meet them. Else you will have to give them your door code. That door code doesnt change so you are essentially you have just given them access anytime for any reason.The access door has the capability to store names and/or apartment numbers. I asked if we could have just a name in the directory that they could choose from. I was told that they no longer do that.I moved in around March 2021 with an eight month lease. My lease was due to end in November 2021.My son, my only child passed away suddenly, aged 25 at the end of August. Iā€™m a dual national and funeral services where held abroad where my son was laid to rest. I stayed abroad until the end of January 2022.I knew that while I was abroad my tenancy would roll over to a month to month tenancy that was an additional $300/month. I paid this for an additional 2 to 3 months.While I was abroad I sent several emails back and forth with management, advising them of the death of my child. They were very sympathetic. I advised that I would be moving out on my return. I would need time to pack up as I would be moving closer to my sonā€™s two boys, my grandsons.December 2nd I responded to their email asking me about my plans for my tenancy going forward. My tenancy required a 60 day notice. At that time I asked if I could move out the last week of January which would be just shy of the 60 days. I didnā€™t receive a response.I returned from burying my child at the end of January. I followed up on January 27th to my email sent December 2nd . I had not received a response but that was okay as I would be using the full 60 days.I emailed saying I had not received a response. After several emails back and forth I was advised that my email, that they didnā€™t reply to, was not specific enough to be accepted as my notice to vacate. Their lack of response to me was of no consequence. My email in December would not be acceptable and so my follow up email with them when I returned would count as my notice to vacate. They would be charging me two months rent and a reletting fee.I received a bill totaling $3,615.12The pettiness didnā€™t end there. The invoice included a $50 charge for a broken vanity light when in fact there was a bulb that needed replacing and a $59.54 charge for carpet cleaning. The carpet cleaning is that usual charge they stick you with and hope you wonā€™t complain.I realize my situation is not usual. However, it does demonstrate the heartlessness of the management. They dropped the ball while I was burying my child after his sudden death and left me responsible.My advice to you is not to have a sudden life changing event, like losing your child, and expect management to keep you advised of any action they require from you until itā€™s too late. I feel as though they took advantage of my situation and knowingly chose not to respond while also knowing they were not going to accept my email as a notice to vacate, knowing that would result in a heavy financial burden on my return.

    The new management team threw an awesome party this weekend. They had free food, drinks and they even had a DJ at the pool! One of the office girls and the new assistant manager were passing out popsicles and took the time to introduce themselves and thank us all for coming which I thought was really great. We all had a good time and I cant wait until the next one!

    Amenities are incredible. The gym is professional quality and the outdoor fitness area is an apartment complex first that Ive ever seen. Everything is clean and well maintained. They didnt go cheap on the small things either, like pool table, indoor driving range, food delivery lockers, dry cleaning lockers, and rooftop terrace layout + rooftop pool w/ cabanas.

    Location, Location, Location! I looked at several apartments and condos all over Fort Worth and the Trinity at Left Bank checked off all of the boxes. Prime location, incredible views of downtown and the river, luxurious, unparalleled amenities, and numerous spacious and modern floorplans to choose from. The rooftop pool with stunning views of downtown is a MUST SEE! To top things off, the entire staff was welcoming and extremely informative. Vahida went over and beyond to show me several different floorplans and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and she made the entire process painless and enjoyable. Without question the best service and experience that I have ever encountered while renting an apartment!

    Great Floor plans that offer a wide verity of options. The amenities a really well thought out, with an amazing gym, rooftop pool, sky lounge, and game room. The views from the sky lounge over look Downtown Fort Wort.
