Heidi is so kind and helpful, and the new management seems like they are already making moves to fix this place up. She made the moving out process so smooth, and explained everything thoroughly. I wish she would have been apart of the office since day 1!I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the previous office/management. -

Crystal was great! She took us on a tour last minute and was very transparent. We didnt feel rushed and she genuinely wanted to help us find an apartment. Cant wait to come back and see the 2 bedroom! :) -

I just moved in a few days ago and so far its been a very pleasant experience, i havent had many complaints other than a few communication hiccups during the move in process but once I did move in, everything has been very consistent. So long as I communicate with the staff things seem to be well taken care of, I had a leaky kitchen and needed my shower head replaced and all that got taken care of almost as soon as I voiced my concerns to the staff. I had a couple issues with my parking pass not activating the gate but they programed me a new pass very quickly and i was able to have that situation resolved in the same day and have had no issues sense. My apartment was very clean when i moved in (a parking garage is never going to be spotless especially with a dumpster system functioning within it). My girlfriend visits often with no issues and weve never had any issues with her finding a parking spot. I would definitely recommend this place especially since its within the heart of Plano and theres plenty to do within walking distance. -

I loved my time at Bel Air Downtown! I stayed here for 3 months while completing an internship in Plano with Bank of America. Being from out of town and it my first time in Texas, I was nervous. All of those fears were stomped out when I got there. Everyone at the apartment was so helpful and attentive! They made my stay so much more comfortable! I only stayed for the month of August for 11 days and my rent was waived for only 11 days. I only have good things to say about Bel Air Downtown! -

This is my 14th year here at Bel Air Downtown Plano, and have renewed my lease for another year. I wouldve signed for longer, but a 12 month lease was the longest option.Even though located in quaint Downtown Plano, where my apartment is located in my building, its extremely quiet, and serene. But is so nice to have easy access to the Urban shops and restaurants. The office staff here at Bel Air Downtown Plano is always so efficient, and maintenance, as well.Theres more to say, but this is all for now.Love it here. -
Review 18 (2024-03-05 - Rating: 5)
BelAir Downtown apartments is a nice place to stay in Plano. It is surrounded by downtown restaurants. Parking is good. Manager Lyndsey was very nice and courteous and helped with any concerns. She got couple of minor things immediately fixed. Good pleasant experience.. Not much of pest problems since the pest control works on it every week and hope they continue to do that. -

I LOVE living here! I have lived here for over eight years. I moved here after not having lived in an apartment for over twenty years.I was super nervous about being back in an apartment complex.I intended to only live here one year but have stayed due to my experience and the neighborhood. The apartments feel very safe and are quiet. The location is amazing. Our current manager is highly communicative and quick to respond. I highly recommend these apartments. -
Review 23 (2023-08-04 - Rating: 5)
So far so good. Miriam in the front office is super sweet, she helped me through the application process and I was able to tour the apartment I ended up moving into. When a weirdo in the building left an anonymous threatening note on my car while I was moving in, she listened to my concerns and made me feel much better about the situation. (I will say parking is really annoying, thereās way too many compact spots & the first floor is public parking)Package delivery is weird, usps doesnāt deliver packages to your door, if they donāt fit in your mailbox youāll have to go pick them up at the nearby post office (Iād be more upset but the post office is a 3 min drive so itās really not that bad)My apartments really cute. Itās relatively updated, although the appliances look like theyāre older than me. I wasnāt surprised when my fridge stopped working, but Trey in maintenance swiftly responded to my work order request and was able to get me a new fridge pretty quickly. He even fixed my deadbolt while he was delivering the new fridge. Thank you Trey! The location is great, walking distance to so many bars, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and super close to the police station. Thereās a dart station nearby too.Overall, Iām very pleased with my new apartment, and Iām happy thereās employees like Trey & Miriam who go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. -

Crystal was beyond amazing! She made the tour and application process easy! Will definitely recommend her to friends! -
Review 25 (2023-02-04 - Rating: 4)
Excellent maintenance staff! Speedy and knowledgeable. Rooms are great. No pest issues ever. Nice location. Office staff is hard to catch but that is pretty common at most apartment complexes. Cant hear neighbors speaking, but can hear the upstairs neighbors moving around above me at night. The gym is very basic but better than nothing. The gym wipes, TP, and paper towels are often empty so bring your own! -
Review 26 (2022-07-18 - Rating: 5)
My son moved in about a week ago and theres pros and cons but overall he likes it. The manager, Mary has been great! Jamal that takes care maintenance is very helpful and a top notch guy. The apartment is quiet! The area is nice and walkable. The cons I see are that the up keep of the hallways, elevator and stairways need improvement, Jamal cant do it all and the parking garage is nice to have but the spaces are small. -

Trey working with the facilities/maintenance managment of the apartment is amazing. Great guy, super knowledgeable, hard working individual. Always responds promptly to issues whenever they occur and works very quickly and efficiently. Always remembers my name/face and takes the time out to say hello. Continuously has a positive attitude and very professional. 10/10 to Trey. -

I was having issues with the AC system in my apartment. I put in a maintenance request and was fortunate enough to get Jamal. On the day he was going to arrive he sent me a text message and gave me a call. He was punctual and super easy to reach via text. Once he was here he was extremely respectful and went up into the attic to do some preventative work on the AC system. Not only that but he double-checked the filter which was FILTHY and he installed a brand new one. Literally the best experience Ive ever had, and I know I can count on Jamal. -
Review 32 (2020-03-18 - Rating: 5)
I love this apartment complex! I have been here about a year & I have had no issues. The leasing office staff is so helpful & so kind. They have taken the time to get to know me & my dog. I like be that they host events to get residents to know each other. Usually dogs are invited to the events, so itās really nice that my dog gets to socialize. You can tell that they care about the wellbeing of their residents. The maintenance staff is so helpful. They usually come within 24 hours of a request. They are also very kind & very hard working. The facilities are always clean & well kept. I would hands down recommend this apartment to anyone. -
Review 33 (2023-07-24 - Rating: 5)

Review 34 (2022-07-05 - Rating: 4)
Weāve loved our time living here. Maintenance fixed things fast and any time we had a concern it was addressed quickly. Walls are pretty thick because we never heard our neighbors! The location is awesome and we loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants! Christina in the leasing office is awesome! We would definitely recommend! -
Review 35 (2019-09-06 - Rating: 5)
Lisa in the office was amazing to work with.I have lived here for about a year and recently renewed my lease for another year. I have not experienced any major issues.I did however experience a major issue today with my refrigerator, things were not staying cold or freezing. I called the leasing office expecting it to be about a week before anything could be done but within 2 hours a brand new refrigerator was installed by a member of the maintenance team. The responsiveness of the staff is impeccable, and they are wonderful at keeping the residents in the loop whether it be local events, issues we are experiencing, or tips on how to save on energy. -
Review 36 (2019-11-13 - Rating: 5)
This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review for any apartment Ive lived in-- and I wish i could give higher than five-stars for Bel Air Downtown. The move-in process was smooth-- although coming out-of--state, the staff was competent and able to secure a two-bedroom apartment for me and my roommate.Upon arrival, I found the living conditions to be as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and walking distance to restaurants and public transport. In terms of the apartment itself, there have been few complaints since moving in-- I didnt have a washer/ unit included, but there are washer/dryer connections and the Staff made recommendations for companies willing to rent new /used units. This is a luxury apartment, so the amenities are what you would expect-- 24 hour fitness, clubhouse with WiFi, Pool, Etc. What makes Bel Air stand out above the crowd is the professionalism of the staff. They are prompt and courteous with all my requests (slight fixes, unusually-large packages, etc). Finally, safety and security are never a concern at this apartment-- the gate-controlled access is very secure, key fobs are necessary to enter the building, and police presence is visible. If youre looking for a luxury apartment in Plano, do yourself a favor and check out Bel Air Downtown. -
Review 37 (2020-04-25 - Rating: 5)
Before my review, Id just like to say that while its true there are a huge number of 1-star reviews for this property, based on reading them and when they were posted, it seems that the management underwent a massive shift very recently, and I truly believe they deserve much better than 2.7... now they do, at least. The agent helping me when I was moving in, Laura, has been nothing but wonderful since the moment I met her, and she has genuinely been the most pleasant, friendly, and down to earth leasing agent Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with. When I moved in, I had a few minor issues, but nothing that wasnt reasonable for a not-brand-new building, and the only issue that was a little more serious (the turntable in my microwave didnt work) as soon as I brought it up, the same day the maintenance arrived, and within an hour the microwave was replaced. But those of you reading this, keep in mind that only issues like that can be addressed now for safety reasons.Overall, despite a few small issues that I am happy to excuse because of COVID affecting all service personnel, my experience moving in was absolutely lovely, and the staff are extremely helpful and equally lovely. -
Review 38 (2012-09-07 - Rating: 5)
I didnt have problems with living here for the almost year that I did. I actually found the management very friendly, Paula and Chase were awesome and even Jim warmed up, great people. There were no issues or confusion first getting the apartment and I knew months ahead of time which unit I would be in and thats the exact one I got. Any maintenance requests were immediately addressed. Internet was tricky. I ended up using Clear which is unfortunately $50 a month. Netflix would slow down sometimes but I rarely ever had issues with online gaming. Some unusual events took place but by no fault of the management, some neighbors can be odd. Some people dont clean up after their dogs which is super gross but again, cant fault the apartment for that. Some parking spaces are very narrow and are often overlapped by larger vehicles so you may have to park on a different floor than yours sometimes but I was extremely glad that its all covered because I never had to worry about the hail or storms. I found my apartment in phase II to be comfortable and quiet. Its an incredible location that you really cant beat if you want to walk down to the train station or to hang out and just walk back home after youve had a few. Im a pretty modest utility user but for a one bedroom my water, trash and pest would average $40; electric, through Green Mountain, would average $40-50 in winter (it was a warm winter) but go to just over $100 in hottest summer months. When I moved out I had no issues, got my deposit back less my final utility bill (I never had pets though), there were new people in the office and just as friendly as could be. Overall I had a really great experience and would recommend these apartments. I felt comfortable and safe, a stones throw from the police station, any needs I brought up were addressed, neighbors were really nice people, a pretty painless experience overall. I had only ever rented houses in my Denton college days from individuals and was worried about going to a big apartment complex but I honestly really enjoyed my stay and would suggest anyone interested consider these. -

Review 42 (2017-12-31 - Rating: 5)
Ive lived here since Nov. 2016 and havent had any of the problems listed in the other reviews. Management is friendly and available and the online portal makes it easy to pay rent or make maintenance requests. All my maintenance requests so far have been fixed within about 3 days. The gym is really nice and they are adding a second. The pools are nice as well. Its also really great to be so close to the DART. I take it into Dallas when I know Ill have a few drinks, and its much, much cheaper than an Uber. -
Review 43 (2020-03-17 - Rating: 5)
This place has turned things around! When I moved in May 1st, 2019, there was a manager who did not take resident concerns seriously and did not deliver. Truthfully, I was looking at other places for when my lease finished. HOWEVER, the new management team (Laura, Lisa, and Tony) has been phenomenal! They have made any concerns that I have addressed a priority, have found alternative solutions, and have delivered. Some examples: (1) When the office coffee machine was not working, Tony spent 15 minutes trying to fix it. Since the repair man was coming later that day, Tony gave me a coupon for 1418 Coffeehouse (great coffee shop next door) for a free coffee!, (2) The elevator for my building went out, but it was fixed immediately! With the previous management, it took almost 2 months! Im active and have a big dog that I often take out, but going up 5 flights of stairs or having to find a different elevator was a pain that I was fed up with, (3) The callbox that gets called for deliveries did not have my apartment programmed in the system, so I would have to take my car down to pick up my packages. I called the office today to ask on how the repairs were coming along with my apartments callbox number and Tony assured he would make my apartment a priority with getting into the system. With previous management, she would sweep it under the rug or dodge my emails with a flat response, (4) This new team is putting in an effort to bring the residents together by having Yappy Hours and social gatherings (like pizza parties where ZaLats catered [best pizza in Plano!]). The last manager did not care.Given the bad impression I had of the previous management, these guys really stepped it up and had a big job of changing my thoughts.. but Im so glad they did.In all, my dog and I feel like we are taken care of here and are happy to call this place home. Instead of my initial plan to leave, I will see about renewing my lease. I am delighted Laura, Lisa, and Tony have been consistent with making us feel like family. If you had a bad experience here before, hopefully this review will put those worries at ease. We are happy here (plus this Downtown Plano is so pedestrian friendly and cozy - I love it!) Thankfully, these guys care. Thank you guys for all that you do. BestInfo for fellow Dog Moms and Dads:1) The office always has dog treats2) We have a dog spa! Great for even big dogs, like my golden retriever3) The neighborhood is also dog friendly and Haggard Park is walking distance from Bel Air Downtown (though I wish D-town Plano would have more doggy stations) -
Review 44 (2019-01-10 - Rating: 5)
I cant really agree with a lot of these reviews on here but from a resident who has been here for a few years, no complaints. The area is safe and cool to look at. Management is nice and helpful, along with the gym and parking is above decent.Definitely have recommended several people here and will continue to! I usually work with Justine and Ashley, did met Sara today who was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed first conversation with her. -
Review 45 (2019-10-03 - Rating: 5)
Sara and her staff are truly great people. They always treat you with the up most respect, and are very responsive to your needs. If they cant fix your issue immediately they get it fixed just as soon as possible. After each maintenance request submitted I get a phone call from the office following up to make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. I truly feel that I am valued as a resident, and this past week when I had a major issue with a local company Sara went to bat on my behalf. -
Review 46 (2022-06-01 - Rating: 5)
Management makes this place amazing. Already the location and the fundamental amenities are worth the price, however the people in the main office are the X-factor. I have had trust issues with apartment management my whole life but bel-air downtowns current management is tops. Specifically, Christina Rascon works so hard to make sure the tenants are happy, and her work doesnt go unnoticed. Stop by one of the events sometime!- Lauren and Nick ft. Zeusy -
Review 47 (2020-03-04 - Rating: 5)
Since the day I moved in, Lisa has been wonderful!! She made the move in process easy and also the move out process. The location is amazing but Lisa made it worth living at these apartments. Whenever I had an issue, she took care of me. Thanks for all you do to keep Bel Air Downtown the best place to live -
Review 48 (2015-11-07 - Rating: 4)
Ive lived here for about a month and so far Eastside Village has met expectations.Reading the other reviews, it sounds like they are describing some other complex, since this has not been my experience. Maintenance was quick to respond to the request we noted upon move-in, and the office staff has always been helpful.Pros:Literally right next to the DART railWalking distance to bars, restaurants, and some shoppingGreat amount of space for the $Covered ParkingSecured access building with interior corridorsPool and courtyardFitness CenterBike Storage and cheap individual storage units available for rentCons:Internet is DSL only, but is adequate for Netflix and browsing. Would like faster, but its livable.Appliances and furnishings are a bit dated but functional. -
Review 49 (2019-12-17 - Rating: 5)
Lisa and Laura were so great. This was my first apartment and they made the whole process seamless. They were both so helpful and quick to respond to every question! The apartment is beautiful and there are no complaints thus far! I am very confident I made the right choice with Bel Air Downtown! -

We have lived at Bel Air downtown for 6 months, and were very happy we made this choice. The location is amazing...right in the heart of downtown Plano with walking distance to everything! Daena helped us out so much! She truly made sure that everything went smoothly, from the initial walk through tour down to our move in...and she continues to go above and beyond anytime that we have need anything. The staff is so friendly and also very helpful. -

I came in this week looking for a studio apartment. Rachel Schobert was super helpful. She was able to show me the floorplan I was interested in during my first visit, and answered all my questions about amenities, additional fees, pet restrictions, etc. I ended up staying in my current apartment because my renewal rate was good, but Ill definitely keep this place in mind if I need to move in the future! :-) -
Review 52 (2022-07-12 - Rating: 5)
Jamal on the maintenance team is great! He is very knowledgeable and figured out why our ac wasnāt functioning properly. Getting the ac back on is essential in this Texas summer heat! He even went the extra mile to follow up the next day to make sure that everything was working well with the ac. Great work, we appreciate you! -
Review 53 (2017-10-24 - Rating: 5)
Moving here from another state, Ashton has been amazing with everything from making notes about what we were looking for and personally calling me when a rent special hit. She even went to the unit measured the rooms for me. After signing I had a question about the ceilings and Preston went and measured them for me. Ashton even spent about an hour to show me around and help me get all the paperwork right. She even went so far as to find us a unit close to the dog area (We have dogs) They always answer the phones or promptly return my calls. When we toured the property it was clean, no bugs in the hallways. The apartment was very clean, new floors new paint. If I could have I would have moved in right then and just slept on the floor. Everyone we met was really friendly, I honestly dont know what all the bad reviews are about. -
Review 54 (2016-04-22 - Rating: 5)
Great location! 5 min walk from the rail station. Several eateries literally across the parking lot. Also, best advice for you is to talk to Chase, assistant manager, at the front office. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Cant ask for a better office staff member. I mostly credit him for these 5 stars Im giving! I lived in a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool, from 2015 to April 2016. Its not a typical unit like you see in the apartments in the suburbs. You have to look for and like these layouts to appreciate it. Theyre more of a downtown-style. -
Review 55 (2014-06-27 - Rating: 4)
Overall this is a decent complex. The location is perfect. It is across the street from Lone Star State Cigars, by a few bars, and of course the downtown area is fun and has activities. The apartments have a tenant couple that organizes activities at least once a month, so that is a plus. There is a gym and a pool. There is gated and secured access and an elevator. The garage typically has parking by a door close to your apartment. Those are all good things, now the bad:We were promised new washer and dryer, we still cant dry our clothes without running the dryer three times. This leads to the 2nd and 3rd item: The staff is in no hurry to accommodate issues and maintenance is one person for both phases. So this results in typically slow response time.Overall no real issues, just have to have some patience and follow up with any issues you may have. Is it top of the line? NO. Is it the ghetto? NO. Do we like it? Ya pretty much. The staff knows us and our dogs and most of the tenants are cool and we talk. So I would say come on in. the rent isnt too expensive and overall experience of living downtown Plano makes it worth some of the other invonveniences. -

Moved back here for the second time and cant say enough about the maintenance lead Jamal Williams. I put in requests last night, and this morning I got a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was attentive, respectful, and task-oriented. All work was done in an efficient, timely manner. I couldnt be more pleased! Jamals 100% amazing! -
Review 57 (2016-06-24 - Rating: 5)
Ive lived at Eastside Village for almost two years now. The property is clean, the residents are friendly (most of them, anyway) and the amenities are fantastic! My favorite is the parking garage. I live on the third floor and I can actually park on the floor I live on. This is a welcome convenience for those of us who have lived in older apartment buildings where the stairs are steep and there is no elevator. Getting groceries up stairs every week makes any fitness center redundant on properties like that. And by the way, there is an elevator in case you cannot get a parking spot on your floor - or you need to move some heavy furniture. And another favorite thing: Many highly rated bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. And the DART station is right outside (or around the corner - depending which building youre in).Only cons - and theyre not really worth docking stars for, are:- Windows are cheap and tend to leak (not managements fault - builders fault)- Not all apartments come with balconies (City of Plano building code)- No option for high speed internet (But that may change very soon)- Recently management started a pet rent policy. Previous policy had no weight or breed restrictions and no monthly pet rent. But these are meh compared to problems and inconveniences Ive dealt with at other properties Ive lived at before.New management (as of August 2015) did a fantastic job painting and repairing the property. They also repaired and upgraded both pools (which are amazing, btw). I highly recommend this property for their amenities, and the quality of the apartments. Seriously, if youre looking the best product, at the best price and in a fantastic neighborhood, then Eastside Village should be one of the first places you tour. -
Review 58 (2012-07-03 - Rating: 4)
Nearly every apartment complex in America gets mostly negative reviews. Why? Because its mostly angry people who bother who write reviews. Ive lived at Eastside Village for about two years. I have never had any problems with management - they are always friendly and attentive. However, I only deal with them when I need to pick up a package from the office. Paula, Jim, and Chase are all seem like good people. The apartment itself is fine. Nothing special - older carpets, countertops, and appliances, but youre paying for location here, which is great - walking distance to many bars and restaurants, and of course the DART station right next door. The few maintenance requests Ive made have been fixed within 24 hours, with a note left on the counter. Parking is easy - you have access to a nearby parking garage, but I prefer to park on the street because its more convenient. The area is safe (if you dont agree, come on, its Plano, TX - one of the wealthiest suburbs in the US. Ive lived in several other major US cities and this place is as safe as it gets). The bad things about Eastside Village really arent THAT bad: the shared hallways and stairs are sometimes dirty, and the internet providers kinda suck (Ygnition and AT&T DSL - DO NOT GET YGNITION unless you miss the days of 56k modems, because thats what it feels like. AT&T DSL gets me about 3 MB/s, which is fine for most things except streaming HD video - it can do DVD quality video just fine). Yes, you should live here. It is much better than the cookie cutter, not walkable to anything apartment complexes that cover Plano, Allen, and Richardson. -

Iām so grateful for his help! Heās extremely friendly, professional, efficient and I love how he gets things done. Heās definitely an asset to the company. So thankful heās here for us. -

There are three leasing reps that will go the extra mile to make your experience with Eastside the best it can be. Ashton, Jake and Chase helped to close the loop on securing an apartment when the website experienced a glitch in the system. They patiently hand input the information so that we could move forward with leasing the apartment. Looking forward to calling this place home! -

There are solid aspects of the complex, but as with all apartment living in the city you pay much more than what you get. They just added fees for guest parking, so now its an $8 fee everytime you want to have a guest over. We already over pay for what we get, just disappointed to nickel and dimed over nonsense fees. Most complex have free visitor parking.Edit: they have now provided free guest parking again. Thank you for responding to the residents desires. -

My Wife and I love living here. You cant beat being able to walk to all the different restaurants in downtown Plano and the DART all within a blocks distance. After new management took over last year, they have really improved the living arrangements and surrounding facilities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is high speed internet now so just ignore all the negative internet comments that you read. -

WOW! Im considering relocating to the DFW area and heard some great things about this location in DTPlano. I scheduled a tour - the guy who I met there, Matt, was GREAT. Excellent customer service and he was a wealth of information about the neighborhood, the facilities and other interesting info so helpful to a potential newbie. He also introduced me to his managers Dana and Micheala (hope I spelled those right!). They were just as warm and friendly as Matt and again, so helpful. Downtown Plano seems fantastic and will be a perfect fit for my lifestyle, and the apartments are impressive - large, new appliances, lots of light and amenities. And the location is PERFECT - surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than half a mile from I-75, which is perfect for a potential commuter like me. LOVE this place and hope to be calling it home SOON. -

I am new to the area and Matt was great about helping me with my apartment search. He was knowledgeable about the area and just an overall great guy. He gave myself and my roommate(who is still living out of town), a great experience! I would not hesitate to recommend BelAir Downtown! -

Walking distance to so many restaurants and activities that really adds pleasantly to my daily life.Justina was very helpful getting me into this apartment back in October, she was very calm and not super pushy like other complexes were when I was looking for an apartment.I would highly recommend this place! -

I am leaving this review specifically about Darius on the Maintanence team. He not only is prompt in his responses to Maintanence calls but he is undeniably detail oriented, explains everything he is doing, and even gives you tips to prevent future issues! Darius has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are taken care of. With a constant heavy turn over in the leasing office , Darius has been the only consistency residents have had. The Maintanence staff alone makes living here so wonderful! -

Im surprised by all the bad reviews. Maybe people looking for a W experience for 800 a month haha.. But I lived here for 4 years and really enjoyed it nice location with all the places to eat and drink in walking distance. Nice pool and rarely crowded. I had a 1 bedroom and it was relatively spacious and mgmt was very responsive to repairs. No security concerns either -

First off, Kelly and Chase, you guys rock. youre really cool and are very helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. (They work in the office for phase 2) i live in phase two and i have had a wonderful experience so far. i am placed in a very convenient location, was given my key fob thingy and toll tag immediately on move in, both which worked. my toll tag was programmed and works just as well as the one i was given. my apartment is comfortable and was exactly what i was looking for. eastside village is very conveniently located in downtown plano near haggard park, the dart station, tons of antique shops, bars, and the FOURTEEN EIGHTEEN coffee house which i suggest to anyone who like a comfortable place to relax and have a cup of joe. i would suggest eastside village to anyone looking for a convenient location and a fun living experience, btdubs, tom thumb is right down the street at jupiter and 14th for anyone who needs to know where the grocery store is! -

Beautifully situated in what feels like a small, rural Texas town, if youāre going to experience Plano, this is the place for you. Downtown has the feel of Bricktown, OK. Shopping, restaurants, and pubs are all within a fingertipās reach. The welcomed addition of Tony and Laura, the new management team, have consistently been exceptional with everything I could ask for, or need. I recommend walking in simply to say hello, as they are the type of professionals who genuinely do care and are never too busy to go out of their way for others. CNK -

Came in yesterday to look around and it was super cute! Lea was really helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions I had, super sweet. Great location too. The only issue I had was that they only allow 2 people for a 1 bedroom and I have 2 young kids. :( which is a shame because I absolutely loved the place. -

Apartments are great, but internet and cable is horrible. ATT DSL is all thats offered for internet. It barely works and expect to be charged outrageously to have it. I was told it would cost $50 when I signed up and the bill has been between 110 and 250 since Ive had it. **EDIT: Apartments have since updated internet and cable and Im very happy so far! -
