I’ve been living at Bel Air Creekside for over 4 years, and I’m very appreciative of the on-site maintenance crew. They’re very quick on responding to any requests that I may have, and do their very best to take care of the issue. The most recent encounter I had was with a gentleman by the name of Ezekiel. I was having a leaking issue with my A/C unit in my bathroom, and requested it be looked at. By the next day, he showed up at my door and went right to work to fix the issue. He was very respectful, mindful of his surroundings and politely asking if he could move anything to make it easier for himself. He got the job done in no time, cleaned up the little mess he made, and thanked me for my time.All in all, the maintenance crew around the premises are outstanding, welcoming, and understanding people who are there with your best interest in mind. Should a problem arise, they’ll do their very best to be there and get it taken care of.

We have been living here for almost a year and a half now. We don’t have many maintenance issues, however, when we do, Ezekiel is normally the guy who stops by! He’s super sweet and respectful, and always loves on my dog while he’s here. The entire office staff is also super sweet, and understanding.The only complaint i would have about these apartments is that we were told originally on move in day that the apartment would have carpet and be upstairs. Unfortunately, we got neither, but it’s still a great place to live with not a lot of crime that i’ve seen.

We have been living at Bel Air Creekside for several months. Anyone looking for an apartment residence should be sure to look here? The staff have been really nice and interested n taking care of anything we have contacted them with. We have found all other residents to b friendly. Its been a really pleasant place to live. The grounds r very well kept. Our apartment was spotless when we moved n. Im amazed at how quickly any maintenance issues is addressed! I havent lived n an apartment for years. Was a little reluctant to decide on an apt. But am so happy we came here! Id like to mention one of the maintenance guys here, Ezekiel. Very informative with any questions Ive asked. He was here quickly and fixed our issue with expertise and a great attitude. He even noticed our front door knob could b replaced. He took the initiative to come right back and ... Its fixed! Really cant say how this decision to move here has turned from some uncertainty into total thankfulness! If ur looking for an apt Id say Come check these apartment. I believe u will b thankful u did!

When I lived there I had great services. When I would put in a request they where either there the same day or next day. The staff is amazing and easy to work with. Ezekiel does an amazing job make sure it is done right and he picks up after his self making sure he leaves it clean.

Update...love the apartment and everyone that weve worked with has been awesome. Cant wait to see the rest of the complex. Still have a bit more to move but almost done. Apartments themselves are ok at best, but the maintenance staff is top notch. Ezekiel is who always shows up for us with a great attitude and always does a little bit extra, which is more than other complexes in the area can boast.

In the middle of a family emergency, I made the decision to relocate to Abilene pretty quickly. After touring a handful of properties, I chose Bel Air Creekside due to the exceptional customer service I received. During the tour, I also noticed several details that, from my brief experience in property management, indicated excellent property maintenance. That attention to detail in the maintenance shows the management company has pride in their work. The staff was incredibly kind throughout the entire move-in process, making everything quick and easy. Although there were a couple of minor issues upon moving in, they were resolved immediately and without hesitation. They have been very communicative since my arrival, and I have not experienced any issues with noise or neighbors. My advice for anyone apartment hunting is to remember that issues will happen because we are all human, but the important thing is to pay attention to how the management responds and treats their team and residents. And remember there are always two sides to every review you see. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Bel Air Creekside.

Amazing complex! Love the 3 pools! Super quiet a very efficient after hours maintenance. They really do care about their residents. When my apartment flooded they moved me to a new unit immediately an I got bigger for the same price I was paying before. they also do little holiday things for the kids like candy apples on Halloween and meet Santa at Christmas. an the Dog park is always so clean. Definitely would recommend this place 100%. I would give more then 5 stars if that was an option. Thank you lady’s for all of the work you do for us residents keep up the amazing work!😊👏

Great staff and I have no complaints when it comes to the maintenance team! The only thing preventing me giving a 5 star rating is the pet feces. I have a young child who loves to be outdoors but we can never go for a walk within the complex or a trip to the laundry room without the danger of coming across decent-sized droppings to ruin a good shoe, and prevents any kind of safe play in the picnic area. Management does place out disposal bags and an allocated cannister for that waste but Im not sure if there isnt enough in quantity to cover the amount of animals living here or if they get stolen because there is a full roll one day for it all to be gone in a couple of days.

I love it here. Tiffani in the office made moving in a breeze. My apartment was so clean when I moved in and the staff are wonderful.After being here for seven months, I love it here even more. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very polite when they are here. I love my apartment so much! No bugs, and my view is the best. I love to watch the squirrels outside my window. The office staff are exceptional.

Love the price for a good quality home but TX277 is right next to my bedroom and it can get loud but over all I’m not disappointed with how they do their work. Great maintenance team and every few months we get a bug extermination just in case bugs develop in our home they handle problems here before they arrive.

If it weren’t for the complex being conveniently located to my job, nearby shops & easy access to the freeway to get where I want to go, I’d probably consider moving this year when my lease is up. Although office staff have always been helpful, kind & accommodating, I feel like the vibe has taken a serious nose dive since I’ve lived here the last 5 yrs. In my opinion, the reputation that this complex had many years ago has resurfaced as seen in the way people treat the property.The surroundings used to be pretty clean. Now, I’m seeing that people leave trash by the dumpsters, next to their cars or on the grass & many dog owners NEVER pick up their pet’s poop. It looks unsightly & sometimes smells from all the piles. There seems to be no consequences to the owners.Even though it’s apt living, some people don’t have respect for others by being too loud outside, moving furniture at all hours, & in the past year, I’ve heard several gunshots at least twice nearby, which was never an issue before.All of these kinds of situations force good people out & create havoc for the community.

The management here was amazing! Especially Philly, she was always extremely helpful. Any time I came into the front office everyone was very caring and professional. They try to make it a community to be apart of by having events like roller blading or wine night. The apartments themselves were very reasonably priced and all my neighbors were friendly. If you are considering moving here I would suggest touring their model apartment as that’s a pretty accurate representation of the apartments themselves. My only complaint is that their pest control was located out of town so if we needed to be retreated it would take a week or two. Overall for the price and how great the front office was I would recommend stopping by and getting a tour to see for yourself!

I moved in 2 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. Each building has a laundry room too. I dont know of any other apartment complex that does this. Come check them out. Bernice the Landlord is the BEST! ( :

The office staff here has been wonderful through the whole experience. From our first visit to finally going through with the lease they have answered any questions we had and addressed the concerns we had based on previous reviews. (It’s a shame most people don’t leave reviews based on good experiences.) I have been in the Abilene area for quite sometime and seeing the complete remodel and turn around of this complex is awesome. The new team is doing so much to bring this place back to its glory days. I will definitely recommend Bel Air in the future. Elaine and her team provided the best experience I’ve had looking for a new apartment and everyone knows how stressful that can be. Thank you ladies for helping lift this weight off my shoulders!

Being a resident here between the previous owners (elm creek ranch) and now the new owners (bel air creekside) I have seen major improvements with the staff and over all experience renting here! We recently experienced an unexpected fire within the complex and the owners turned around and got us in a new apartment within the end of the week following the fire and I can’t say that would have happened before! Not to mention they stayed in contact with all updates immediately! We love the office ladies and maintenance workers as we can tell they work their butts of to keep this a nice establishment! I highly recommend renting here they also allow little to big dogs which is isn’t very common in Abilene for the price range they offer! It is a Very affordable, safe and comfortable place to live for all sizes of families!

Here recently I hit a rough patch with many unexpected expenses coming out of nowhere and ended up having to pay my rent late the wonderful women up at the office however were extremely understanding and were so helpful through the entire ordeal. Two of the women did an outstanding job and were so patient with me it was amazing to be treated with respect and to have them understand that sometimes in life hard times happen. Amanda and Bernice were so helpful and did an amazing job helping me through this time they deserve to know just how great they are and how at home they made me feel even when I was having financial troubles. If you’re wanting to go somewhere where they understand that sometimes stuff can go wrong and still be there to help you through it and make you feel like you’re still welcome then come here.

I was on the phone dude knocked came in was a gentleman though out did his job checked it multiple times to make sure it was working properly showed me and told me what he did once he was done so just wanted to give him and the maintenance some props from getting my part order and get me straight as y’all always do.
