    I have lived at Bar Harbor for several years now. The maintenance, grounds and staff have always been excellent. Over the last year, I have become visually impaired. I have to deal with many challenges on a daily basis. Jennifer, Lisa and Chris have been so gracious and willing to assist me at any given time. They have even offered to come to my apartment if I need it. They have taken customer service to a whole new level. Thank you so much!

    I would like to inform everyone works at Cafmanagement that two outstanding employees and leaders have distinguished & brought and delivered on character.As a West Point Alumni ; having been a army ranger recondo specialist : The property manager handled vital health concerns regarding my recent two heart major surgeries-Jennifer Pena is caring, detailed and knows at all times -her residents (her constant checking on me and reaching out that she is personal & compassionate -today it was life threatening . -she handled my situation privately and without hesitation. Additionally, her selection while management had a directive to remedy and communicated prior today another employee John Gonzalez( he is Superman to me that resolved the team technical and practical hands off that he resolved on the spot -project regarding repaired by finding the fireplace hole in floor as well as repairing and executing diligent work that no other employee could find. John is a man with impeccable and communication skills that always the right man in times of desperation....these two specific as well as their governmental service Director answered my critical call; Please highly commend these team CAF management outstanding employees in the highest commendation. These employees demonstrate character and dedication to CAF today and in the future .They engaged in their actions...Cafmanagement

    I’ve lived in Bar harbor for four years there are some issues with bugs, etc. Lisa and Angie are so nice and Lisa will get the maintenance team to try to work you in to their tight schedule. I had no idea the maintenance man is a one man show with some help on the side but no assistant . John is kind and helpful and when he’s able to get to your ticket he is thorough and nice! Thank you John for all you do. Hoping you find help!

    I like it here, all the staff is friendly and will get any issues resolved in a timely manner. It is an older complex, so expect a few minor issues here and there but maintenance is on point. The grounds are well maintained. I feel safe walking my dog at night. Rates are quite reasonable for the area.

    Bar Harbor. Weve lived here a very long time. We moved in back in 2013 and moved away at the beginning of 2018. We missed it so much we broke our lease and moved back, even though it meant driving further to work. We love it that much.The property is older, but well maintained. The maintenance staff is excellent, often showing up within minutes to take care of anything you need done with a smile on their faces. The grounds are well maintained and if something on the property isnt working, such as the hot tub or the gas grills, the staff has an answer on when it will be fixed and actually keeps that commitment. But more than anything else here, its the front office staff that really make this place feel like home. Whether its your first time here to tour an apartment or youre just stopping by to say hi, you can tell they really love what they do and legitimately care about their residents and the property. Unlike a lot of other properties Ive lived at, Bar Harbor doesnt have high turnover with their staff. Theyve only lost and acquired one office member since Ive lived here. You feel like you really know them.Beyond all of that, the people that live here are really great. Some people keep to themselves, but there is a social atmosphere that has been cultivated here and people say hi to each other and actually hang out and get to know one another.Im honored to call Bar Harbor my home, and not just my apartment.Kyle and Briggette

    I been living at this property for around 3 years and never had a single issue. The property is always clean. The community is peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are pretty friendly. Maintenance request are always on point and are never delayed. That goes for trash pick ups and pest control. The staff is always on schedule and are good at their jobs. Not to mention the front office management! Celinda and Jennifer have your back when you need something and go above and beyond for all your needs. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a clean, chill, and affordable place to live!!!

    This is the best apt complex management team I’ve ever met!     I just moved out but have resided at Bar Harbor for the past 3 years. The property manager, Nicole, has always been extremely nice and helpful with any problems Ive ever had. Megan and Haley were also always pleasant to deal with.The property is older in age but they do a good job keeping the apartments clean and pest free. In my time at Bar Harbor I never had any roach problems. My experience with the maintenance staff was nothing short of 5 stars. Only needed them a couple of times for odds and ends but they were always prompt and polite, which goes a long way.Theres always a nice crowd at the pool (during the warmer months) and it seems like a place that is family friendly. I have gone several times to the local Seabrook Kroger and left my door unlocked without any worry of someone breaking in to my apartment.If youre looking for a great place to live or just check out, look for Bar Harbor.And again, thanks to the staff for making my stay enjoyable.-John

    I have lived at Bar Harbor for 5 years now and have always been taken care of by the staff. Meghan, Nicole and Haley are all super sweet and helpful! The maintenance staff is the absolute best! My neighbors are very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I have always felt very safe and at home here. I have a few months to go before my lease ends and I move cities :( I have truly enjoyed living here and am super appreciate of the ladies at the front and all of maintenance!! Thank you all for everything!!!!

    Been here a couple months and have falling in love with my new apartment! The office staff is always amazing! The property is well maintained, plenty of parking, and a safe quiet place to call home! Special shoutout to the maintenance crew for taking care of any issues in a timely manner.     I dont even stay here yet, keyword yet, so I cant give any info about living here. From first impression, this place is really, really nice. They have a classic apartment which runs cheaper than a recently renovated apartment but both are very beautiful. From what I heard, the maintenance crew has been there for a while and are on top of things. The people in the front office are very professional and easy to talk to. I personally dealt with Amanda Butler, shes very informative, polite and very up front about what you are going to be paying for. I think I got a VIP tour of the place because I got a mud bath as we were walking around lol (that was an inside joke for Amanda if shes reading). I 100% recommend living here just based off first impressions. Next thing for me is to hopefully get my application accepted and be apart of this amazing looking community.

    I’ve lived at Bar Harbor for two (going on 3) years, and it’s the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. Nicole, Haley, and Megan in the office are always super sweet, helpful, and answer any questions I have. Plus, they give my dog treats any time I bring him in with me. I have NEVER had any bugs in my apartment, nor have I had to deal with a lot of loud noise. I know and talk to almost every single one of my neighbors, and we even hang out socially. Honestly it’s more of a neighborhood than an apartment complex.

    New to this property. Had some issues when I first moved in with the unit and I voiced my concerns and they heard me and took action to get things done. The ladies in the office are very nice and respectful to me in my girls, and they always have something going on for the residents and I truly appreciate that. The apartments are very nice and clean and quiet, I would recommend if you are looking for a nice property.

    The office and maintenance staff have been wonderful and just sooo super helpful. Living here has been such a breeze. Reading the negative reviews I feel like they’re talking about a completely different complex. My unit has been beautifully renovated and I haven’t had any bugs or water issues.

    We just moved in and absolutely love our new apartment. Amanda in the front office did a great job of getting us moved in. She was super helpful and patient with us! Also we have super quiet and friendly neighbors. And on our first day that we moved in they had an event for all the residents! They gave us margaritas and good food! This is definitely a place I want to be for awhile! :)

    I lived here back in 2018 by myself and I always felt safe! Me and my husband moved around for a couple of years and then boom. We landed right back here. This apartment complex is quiet, safe, affordable, and the staff are so sweet.     I recently toured several local Apt Complexes and of all that I visited this office was the most helpful and thorough tour I took. The ladies were very polite and patient with answering all my multiple questions. Jennifer personally took plenty of her time taking me through complex showing me all they had to offer. Very professional to say the least. I regret I didn’t choose this place as my new home. Only due to not being best location for me. I’m already regretting this decision. Thanks again ladies!!

    Absolutely beautiful! I visited this office was the most helpful and thoroughly. I went on a tour Jen she is very polite and patient with answering all my multiple questions. Very professional to say the least. I work 45 minutes away and I’m willing to take the travel this location is me. I’m already truly pleased with my decision. Thanks again ladies!!

    I think its a great idea to have the activities and I enjoy participating. But its too close to Christmas and no one came because its at night. I was disappointed because I truly wanted to play bingo.I think if you did it during the day. Possibly earlier in the holiday season more people would come thank you.

    Very friendly and compassionate staff. Andrea and Shannon are very knowledgable and upfront. They did such a good job that I am now a resident at Bay Harbor! Yay! I couldn’t of asked for a better community, new appliances, spacious apartments, lovely grounds and one of the best office staffs that I’ve ever met.

    Pretty good apartment complex, I always somehow find an excuse to visit the front office because they usually have some sort of candy in the office along with their coffee machine. Wish you could opt out of parcel packages and valet trash, but the services are nice enough that I enjoy them. Not the cheapest apartment complex (but priced fairly), but in a nice area and always has move-in deals on their website.

    I appreciate my home at Bar Harbor so much. Love the location and appreciate the staff so much. Ms. Selinda, Mr. Jeremy and the rest of the maintenance team are always so helpful and responsive to my requests.     I have been very happy living at Bar Harbor. Its absolutely beautiful and the community of neighbors are just amazing. The property is quite and everyone who knows one another checks in and make sure that if they need anything, someone will come and help. We have a beautiful pool area with gas grills to cook whatever your cusinie is. You wont be disappointed .

    Ive called Bar Harbor home for a decade and can vouch for the amazing office staff and maintenance crew, as well as the quiet complex which is pet friendly and well maintained. Its a little piece of heaven located conveniently close to Galveston Bay and the Kemah boardwalk with access to both Hwy 146 and Interstate 45 within just a few short miles. The staff is very nice, maintenance crew is phenomenal they are very hard working guys! The atmosphere is pretty good, school district rocks! Its like the BEST around!!

    So far so good. First and foremost, the Assistant Director Meghan is very professional, kind and curteous. It was my first time getting a apartment, and everything went smooth, and was able to move in right away. She explained everything thoroughly. I moved in a little over a week ago. The 2nd day i moved in my lightbulb in the dining room went out, and she got it replaced immediately. Also some of the paint ( I guess thats what you call it ) peeled in my bathtub, and she had it completely resurfaced within 3 days of letting her know about it. Its a nice peaceful area. I would definitely recommend living here, good maintnance and a caring staff is hard to come by. 👍

    Good place to live awesome management would recommend it’s a nice quiet place overall 10/10 this would be a good place to stop when apartment hunting I lived in building 6 and have met most of the people in my building and they were friendly and mostly positive glad to have had the experience here didn’t have a car for some time and would have to Uber and the Uber drivers would say “how much do you have to pay to live in a nice place like this” which shows they do take care of there property but overall good experience wouldn’t complain about anything but never getting to use the fire pit but that’s on me for never asking but if your looking for a nice quiet place with professional maintenance always getting things done in time proskilled and pro efficiently at what they do good management always willing to help and get things taken care of overall good experience but going back to the Marine corps but like I said if your looking for an apartment make sure to stop by and have a look
