    I recently toured the property with my sister & absolutely fell in love! We met with Paigelynn who was the sweetest & very informative. All of the amenities were amazing - the gym is a perfect size for when you don’t want to drive & the pool was beautiful, so relaxing. Overall great experience!

    I’ve been living here for 4 years and the experience has been awesome!!!! They really take good care of the property. The amenities is always nice and clean ; clubhouse and pool, when something breaks it’s immediately fix you don’t have to wait for days. The staff and maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. Very quiet and safe! Safety was one of my main concerns and I never had an incident the entire time that I’ve been living here . It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, banks and hospitals. There are several nearby parks in the area as well as schools. I would definitely recommend this as a place to live , whether you’re single or have a family!!!

    An absolutely wonderful apartment complex! We have lived here for a couple years now and have no complaints. The neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet with lots of walking paths throughout. The office staff has always been great meeting our needs/answering any questions we have, and the maintenance team is seriously outstanding! It’s a great area to live in if you’re looking to move into the area.

    Nov 2024 till date : The maintenance and the ease of signing lease, the safety at Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is really appreciated. Its a quiet space with great amenities. I liked my experience with apartment living so far. There have been no issues with pests of any kind. Everything here is neat and well maintained. I will change my rating to a 5 star if it continues to trend this way in the next few months. Will continue to update the review here :)

    We love it here. All the staff are really super nice. The amenities are greatNice big salt water pool, game room, a nice place to workout with free weights or machines. We made the decision to move back to Oklahoma to be with familyWe will miss our friends at the complex.

    My wife and I lived here for almost 4 years. This was the first home we shared together and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff are all amazing, especially John, Richard, and Vincent! They all went above and beyond. We are very thankful to everyone for making this such an amazing home to us.

    We are very pleased with our apartment because it really feels like a home not your average apartment. We love having the garage attached with the washer /dryer back entry. We are actually talking about looking into a 3 bedroom, we are currently in a 2 bedroom. LOVE IT HERE.

    I absolutely love living here! It’s super dog friendly, the fitness center is great, the grills are always clean, and the resident events are excellent! Management really seems to care about our quality of life here.I had to a come back and add a picture of the pool because it is absolutely gorgeous! This is my happy place! Tara came around and handed out water one day, which I thought was a a really nice touch.

    I enjoyed my stay here at Tuscan Lakes! I lived here for three years till I loved to North Carolina. The amenities were great they had everything I needed. The best part was the service anytime I needed something fixed, or anything taken care of it was handled in a promptly and timely manner and that is something I really appreciated. Also, the people in the office were so kind and very understanding with my concerns or questions I dealt with a gentlemen name Sean once and he took care of my every need. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live in League City, Texas.

    I lived here for 9 glorious years. Ive witnessed the staff change and grow; the professionalism continued to develop with each passing month.The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance Staff handles all requests in a timely manner. Quarterly routine inspections are carried out with little inconvenience and their pest control program ensures no pesky bugs are inside your home. The increase in lizard population in the area also handles pests on the outside as well.The salt water pool is such a treat and excellent for relaxing and meeting your fellow neighbor. Everyone Ive encountered here has been kind and friendly.Avenues staff also organizes events for all ages at specific times of year i.e. Halloween, Christmas or Starwars.Kemah Boardwalk is a short drive away and Galveston beaches are minutes awayI would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale laid back way of living.

    We moved here in July of the year 2019. Larissa from the office took us on a tour . We were so impressed and were made to feel at home. They have beautiful grounds and pool. Its dog friendly and they have so many amenities for our golden retriever. She loves it. Our apartment is just gorgeous. High ceilings and crown moldings. The appliances are nice. Thank you guys for the quick service with maintenance. They are the friendliest people and super efficient.

    Staff is wonderful! Beautiful grounds and pool. 3 bedroom apts designed well. Glad we picked Avenues!A YEAR LATER, we are still enjoying living here!! Avenues just had a Halloween party that was enjoyed by all !! Food, drinks and prizes. The staff goes all out for the community parties throughout the year.Staff is prompt when needing their help. The car wash station is very handy. Nice walking paths around complex.

    I recently moved in and can say that so far this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Paige and the rest of the staff in the front office were great when it came to answering my questions and showing me my options when I was making a decision on where to live. Since I’ve leased, they and the maintenance staff have been top notch and very quickly responsive. The community feels like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex which is a major plus. The apartment itself is the best I’ve lived in. It feels like a townhouse and not an apartment. My dog and I are very happy here.

    After selling our home, my family moved in The Avenues. It wasnt exactly my ideal choice, living in an apartment, but we decided to give it a try. The folks working in the office seemed sincere, and friendly, so we moved in! Our former home had space, and land, and my hot pink 1964 Chevrolet Impala could be parked in the yard, or anywhere really, without fear of an HOA and its loathsome restrictions stepping in. I was very comfortable there! Apartment life seemed like a risk, like I was going to have to deal with a bunch of noise, and crazy apartment Gestapo style restrictions preventing me from living my life! What if I cant bring my 1966 C 10? What if they tell me I cant grill? What if one of my neighbors is from California, or owns a Labra-doodle? There were a lot of What-ifs! This next sentence sums up our experience at The Avenues. My roommate and I just signed another lease! We had a home to move into, and opted to stay another year. It is a nice place! There is a strong sense of community, and the staff is always friendly. Last, I must mention their service! Our AC went out on a Friday evening, shortly after moving in. I called the emergency number around 7 PM. By 9 PM we were cool again! This a great place to live! If youre going to opt or prefer to live in an apartment, The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is a great choice! Kid and dog friendly too! Ask the front desk about Kids Zone! Paige, Sean, Tara, and Lisa are always accessible! Paige was extremely helpful in finding a living space appropriate for our little family! She gets a gold star, and a Labra-doodle!10/31/24Well, our time here is almost up. My opinion of The Avenues of Tuscan Lakes hasnt changed.Originally, we planned to live here for 9 months. That was nearly 3 years ago! The residents here are as easy to get along with as the folks who work here. The entire complex is always clean. A few residents do get a little lazy around the dumpster, but that has nothing to do with the management. Many of the names I mentioned in my original review are still here, and they are still great to work with. The staff is approachable and willing to address any issues sometimes sooner than youd like! The Avenues has been a great place to raise our little girl for this time, and has been an extremely enjoyable place to live for us as parents. As an added bonus, the only California resident I met here left shortly after we moved in. She went back to California. She was on a strict Vegan diet, and I think my grilling ribeye steaks right next to her apartment was too much for her fragile feelings to handle. I offered to throw a head of lettuce on the grill for her, but Im not sure she understood Southern Hospitality very well. Life is good, here at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes!

    Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is my forever home. Paige and Shawn made me feel like a family member and the floor plans are stunning. The grounds are well kept even in the winter cold months it is beautiful here, not to mention the great maintenance staff.I would recommend anyone this you stop in.

    I love this complex. just renewed my lease! The staff is great here and really makes a point to know their residents. I moved during a tough transition in my life, and the team here is wonderful. the pool is gorgeous and has allowed me to meet neighbors. the maintenance guys, Cody and Vincent, are attentive and always put a smile on my face whether its passing by on the golf cart or fulfilling a work order. Overall, the complex is a very welcoming place. You also cant beat the property value thats provided. Along with amazing service and a welcoming atmosphere, I really couldnt have chosen a better place to call home! Thank you to Tara, Cody and Vincent who have greatly contributed to my lease renewal!

    My family and I moved here about three weeks ago and we’re loving everything about this community. This community is the best community we’ve lived in while renting apartments. The property is well kept up. The area it’s quiet and very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and sociable. Our leasing consultant was Jackie Johnson and she went over and beyond expectations for us as future residents. She’s very attentive and care about the residents needs. As residents of this community I feel welcomed and for the first time in apartments I feel like a main priority. Thanks again Jackie !

    I lived here three years and have nothing but great things to say about it. The apartments are very modern and in excellent condition. The complex and shared amenities are great and always kept very clean. The attached garage (which I havent really seen anywhere else in the area) was really nice to have, especially during the summer. Probably the best perk is the attentive staff. The maintenance staff handled all of our requests quickly and capably. The office staff is professional and courteous. The property manager, Tara, is fantastic. She is always on top of things and cares about the residents. Definitely will miss this place.

    Great place to live! We moved in August right before Harvey and the staff was great taking care of any issues the hurricane had done. We love our manager, she takes the time to visit you in person if an issue hasn’t been solved within a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is very friendly and HELPFUL, and so are the maintenance guys: they will try to help you as fast as they can.A very clean and family friendly place, we have a toddler and are expecting baby #2 and are super comfortable living here. The complex is kept like new and very well maintained! I cannot say enough how clean this place is. We love it here :)

    Beautiful, luxury apartments located in League City. I currently am a resident at this property and my experience has been great! They are good about keeping up with the landscaping and maintaining a beautiful property. Office employees are helpful, they have fun events for residents, beautiful resort style pool, great gym, and maintenance is very quick at solving issues.

    Me and my wife have lived here for three years and hands down this has been the best apartment complex weve stayed at. Every time we put in a maintenance request somebody comes within hours. I have even locked myself out a few times by accident and they have come to let me in way after hours. The pool is always clean and for the most part our neighbors have been great. If youre looking for an apartment and youre questioning whether its worth the money trust me it is! 👌🏻

    I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful and well-kept. The pool is beautiful and a great place to take my kids. I love the staff here as well...they are friendly and kind and always call me by my first name. The only issue I have here is the garbage - I have never lived in an apartment without trash service and its absolutely awful with 2 little kiddos to have to drive to the dumpster every time we fill a diaper pail or a trash can - can you imagine how busy that Is? If they started offering trash service, that would greatly increase satisfaction for everyone here. Also a few more things for the kids....this is an incredibly pet-friendly facility with a dog park and a new dog washing station. But a little playground for the kids or a splash pad would have been nice too. ;) We are incredibly happy here, love the staff, love the amenities and beauty of the property. Would highly recommend to anyone!

    Over the years my wife and I have lived in several complexes. This by far is the most family friendly and well maintained. The staff are warm and welcoming. Jackie, found time to listen and made me feel heard when I had to talk through my lease. The first priority of the staff here is to build relationships. Make them your next home and you won’t be disappointed.

    I’ve lived at the Avenues for 3 years beginning March 2020 and just moved out beginning of July 2023 for starting a family, but will say that the Avenues is and has been an amazing place, the maintenance is super quick and awesome, the office personnel are an amazing help and know your name personally and always make an effort to help you out, the place is super clean and taken care of, the pool is immaculate, love the little bunnies running around too, and the place is really a great and fantastic apartment community in League City. Been to many other ones that friends live at and none really match up to the Avenues at Tuscan Lakes

    Great place to live with friendly staff! Maintenance is very quick to come and fix things! Pretty clean facility overall and pretty quiet in community. Cute dog park with dog wash station is perfect for pet lovers! Apartments them selves are high quality and I have yet to hear my neighbors make a single noise, very thick walls!     I was looking for a nice safe gated community for my mom who relocated to Texas. And based on a referral from another resident at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes, this is the community. The best features at The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes are the very large living spaces, attached garages, and home security system. In addition, the staff is awesome, especially Jackie, who has been extremely helpful with making sure my mom is comfortable in her new place and that everything in the apartment is functioning as it should. My mom is very happy with her home and we also highly recommend the Avenues at Tuscan Lakes.

    I have read some of the other comments and I have had no problems with the staff what so ever Brian, Tara, Nathalie have always been most helpful and the Alex and John get things fixed quick and are polite when they do. Ya the price is on the higher side but other apartments at this size and quality if have seen dont have granite counter tops or stand up showers.... which was a selling point for me. I have been very lucky and could not ask for better neighbors. If your looking for a safe place to call home this is the place.

    Moved into the Avenues in November. Ive lived in apartments before and hated it. This complex is awesome! I actually enjoy come home and relaxing. I have a huge attached garage and parking is never an issue. The dog park is a really nice adminitity. They even have a professional dog was station! The staff is extremely nice and helpful especially the assistant manager Natalie. She goes out of her way to help anytime I need assistance. Move here you will not be disappointed!

    I moved in here from out of state and the process from beginning to end was very easy and professional. The team in the leasing office made me feel at home right away and made moving in easy. The apartment is perfect for my needs and the amenities are resort like. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

    Hands down the best apartment complex to live in this area! We lived here from 2016-2018, moved out of state for a few years, and when we found out we were moving back to this area there was no question we wanted to come back to The Avenues. The apartments are spacious and open, the complex is centrally located to grocery stores and shopping, and Tara and her team keep this place functioning like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend The Avenues to anyone moving to the Houston/Galveston area!

    I love the Apartment homes, the only issue I have is the fact that the garbage compactor is ALWAYS over flowing with trash , mainly on weekends, and its kind of an eye sore because its right at the entrance/exit of the gate , maybe they need to add another compactor in the back of the apartments to alleviate this issue , but other than that The Avenues is a Great place to live !!
