I love living there. Manager is awesomeVery helpful, resourceful and caring. Neighbors are friendly. I love that we have a 24 hour Fitness center. I recommend anyone to live there .

Cynthia and Crystal go all the way to help tenants..best place to live..I understand that alot of things are not ready, BUT She was nice enough to keep us informed..I moved in March 2024 but.i understand that its not ready yet..they both reminded us that it will be ready soon..PATIENCE WITH THESE LADIES AND THE CONTRACTORS.THEY WERE NICE ENOUGH TO GET ME IN AND ALL WHO MOVED IN ❤️

Cynthia Tijerina is a great person, kind, respectful. She was very supportive of the Avanti Esmerald Point community and cared a lot about those of us who lived there. At any time: like at night or in the early morning, she helped us if we had a problem in the apartments. He will be missed. She worked more than necessary. Even being a manager. She began to clean the office and around the departments as well as in the hallways.I just hope that the owners appreciate that Cynthia Tijerina is a super hard-working woman with charisma as she served us renters.[Cynthia Tijerina is a great person, kind, respectful. The manager Cynthia Tijerina is super kind, respectful, and helps me with anything or keeping my apartment and the community orderly and clean. Cynthia Tijerina, has been super helpful and her kindness goes beyond words. She is very attentive and her work ethic is above and beyond. The management is incredible!!!
