    I recently attended an open house at Avalon Frisco and had the opportunity to view several of the apartments. It is a nice community and walking distance from some nearby food places and a small tap room! I really enjoyed speaking with John and Ramaya about the possibility of moving here later in October; they were very informative, even though they don’t have availability for my ideal timeframe. I also learned that they have unique resident events - a Dog Capichino day event and pizza nights! Highly recommend!

    I recently did a self guided tour with John Burkart and I was thrilled with the service I received. The complex feels like home and is very clean and well kept up. The 24/7 fitness center and pool are also fantastic, and the apartments are well priced given the amenities provided. I’m starting a remote job in the area and am still deciding on where I’ll end up, but this property has earned five stars from me!

    Lue and Tyrone recognized my issue with my washing machine right off. They took out the old and replaced it with another in minutes. They ate a very friendly team and work well together. Loving these maintenance men. They know their jobs and very very professional. ❤️

    Lou & Tyrone are the best I have been here for couple years and I have been thru couple management teams,, I have been without a microwave for 7 months I try not to be too picky so I waited Tech Avila was the guy whom promised when the microwave comes in I will get one. Never happened. I mentioned my situation to the 2 guys Lou looked amazed & Tyrone was concerned. They both left came back in 10 minutes w/ microwave. Now that’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    We lived in Bell Frisco 6 months only.We really had wonderful time at Bell Frisco, there were no any unpleasant situations. Casey helped us with application process in distance and helped to rent apartment (we had some problems, because we were going to move in the USA first time and rented apartment directly from Belarus), she made the process as easy as it can be. When we moved in we really liked the apartment, it was clean and modern. The territory is amazing with big playground, resort style pool, resting zones with hammocks and a lot of other cool things. I really love management girls, both Casey and Brooklin, you helped us a lot with any issues we had. I also dont have any questions concerning maintenance, Peter was really helpful and gave me precious advises how to use all the appliances to avoid any problems in future. Your team is wonderful and Bell Frisco can really be proud of you.The only reason we decided to move is because of our school location. We moved to another city. Honestly I really shocked with negative reviews some people left. It is not true. Management is very professional, friendly and always try to do their best to help you! I really need help with one issue and Casey resolved my problem the same day I asked. I had maintenance requests and all of them were resolved the next day I tell the management. This place is definitely a good place to live, especially if you have small children.UPDATED: I received my deposit in full in a week after moving out and I didn’t pay anything extra because I cleaned apartment very well and we had no damages. So, people who wrote that they were charged on moving out, probably left a lot of damage and mess after themselves...

    Kayla Brown made my day! There was a discrepancy in the utilities at Avalon and they were retroactively trying to charge me four months in penalties for utilities not in my name. She was calm, cool and collected as she walked me through the steps to take the actions necessary on my end to reverse the charges. Very professional, I could not be happier that I didn’t need to ruin my day for an easy fix. Thanks again Kayla!

    I went to get information a few days ago to lease an apartment because Im new to Texas and have a job offer new Frisco, but I unfortunately did not have enough time to actually tour. There were two girls in the front office who were really sweet and understanding about my situation with needing to find a new home quickly. I did end up finding another place closer to where I work but I will definitely refer them to anyone looking to settle in Frisco!

    I just moved into the apartment complex. Matt and Cheryl helped set me up with a nice unit. I had an issue that John the maintenance guy fixed quickly. The new management company is making a real effort to make this a nice place to live. Cool dog parks and plenty of parking spaces! Very happy with my move!!

    Today at about 2:20 pm, I stopped in the Frisco at mains office and reported that my great great grandson had dropped his cell phone between the elevator and the building floor and that it had fallen down in the elevator shaft. I was told that they would see what they could do. I was concerned that it was irretrievable or that there would be some sort of exorbitant charge. To my surprise less than an hour later, I received a phone call from the office and was told that John, the lead maintenance Technician, was able to open and crawl through the elevator shaft and retrieve the phone. What dedication! What service! It is a rarity to find someone who takes pride in their work and service to other people. Especially these days where these qualities are missing and where many people are just at a job to get a pay check. I think John went above his responsibilities and showed kindness and concern for a fellow human. I was also told that there would not be a charge for this act of kindness and bravery. This applies to all the team members I encountered in that office today. I am glad to know that there are people such as John working at the Avalon Frisco at main.Thank you John.Regina Dutton

    Bell Frisco has it all!! Fantastic Location and amazing staff. The apartments are so clean and well maintained. It’s a quiet complex and I feel at home here. I had a great experience with the maintenance staff when I had a problem in the apartment. Safe space to take walks and bike rides when I need to escape. I highly recommend living here if you are young and current with the times. My family feels so comfortable here. Lots of great neighbors and new friends.

    *UPDATE*We absolutely LOVE it here! Our apartment is so nice, and it feels so big with the open floor plan! Neighbors are nice, its very quiet, and we have such an amazing view of the sunrise/sunset!! Everyone in the office is so kind and they set up fun things to do through the year! Had some wonderful family christmas pictures taken with our new baby! The package center has been very helpful as well since we have access to it 24/7. Cant wait to use the pool next summer!!Had a wonderful experience touring this complex with the leasing agent! They are all so sweet in there! The process was so easy and we got our keys today!! I know were gonna love it here! Cant wait to use the amenities!

India is the best hire that they have made so far - shes solution oriented, a great listener, and very approachable.     I enjoy the professionalism of all the staff. The front office staff is very welcoming. Any concerns that I bring to their attention is quickly taken care of. The issues may not be earth shattering or world stopping but to them it is. They immediately deliberately, focus on rectifying it. From maintenance to other staff it is obvious that they work as a team to make sure that the residents and residence are well taken care of. They demonstrate high standards of operation that makes Bell Frisco feel like a community.

    LOVE the staff at Bell Frisco! India (leasing agent) has been so friendly and attentive from the time I came to tour in person and throughout the entire application process. I experienced multiple glitches in the application system because of technical difficulties and she and her team have continuously worked around the clock to ensure this entire process was a smooth transition for me. This complex also has a very suburban feel so if you are a transplant resident who is moving from a different state and have lived in the suburbs of a major metropolitan city, I strongly encourage you to check out this complex for yourself!

    I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. The front office staff (Ohmira, Maggie and Andrea) are absolutely amazing! Theyve been really supportive and understanding no matter what the situation is. Theyre always friendly and willing to help the residents. The complex is extremely safe and filled with friendly people and pets. Highly recommend living here!!

    Bell Frisco at Main is an amazing, beautiful and peaceful place to live. My dad has been there for about a year and we have not complains. Inside and outside of the property is very well maintain. The staff are very sweet and helpful! The office staff handles things quickly and the maintenance is very efficient.There are lots of great families here. Great neighbors and children for yours to play with. A playground, pool and green zones!

    I moved in here about a month ago and I will say that I love the complex. The people here are friendly, the office staff here is great. Had Maggie help me when I moved in and she was amazing to deal with. I like the enclosed boxes on-site so when you order something from Amazon they leave it there and text you a code instead of at your door to magically walk off.The only thing I wish I had was someone other that the rugby team that lives above me. The loudest neighbors I have ever had in any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s ridiculous.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬but that’s not the apartment fault.Long story short, I highly suggest this complex if you want a great not to expensive place to live. It’s a good location, quiet (when my upstairs neighbors are not home) and lots of friendly people here.

    My wife and I have been here 3 months now and have been real happy with the unit. Enjoy the natural light coming thru every window in every room. Maggie has been very nice from when we signed the lease to anytime we have had any questions or issues. I appreciate the quick response she gave to a couple of items I called on for repairs. The maintenance man Pete was very friendly and professional and took care of the repairs in short order. I have found that everyone in the office is always friendly whenever I stop by or call and always willing to help. Thank You to everyone.

    I toured these apartments and these are definitely in my top 5! The reason why this place gets 5 stars is because of my experience with India.     Ive lived here for about a year and a half now and I really like it here. The area is very close to major attractions and the highway. Its relatively quiet. I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor, but its nothing terrible. Maintenance is pretty good. Pete the maintenance man is awesome! Hes come out to fix a couple things for my apartment and has always been so kind. I havent had to reach out to the front office staff much, but when I do they are kind.

    Ive been at my at Bell Frisco At Main for 2 yrs and just renewed my lease. I really like my apartment and I love being here cuz you feel safe. They also have an officer on property which is nice. Also Maggie Wiest one of the Leasing Agent is the best! She was the first person I spoke to when looking for an apartment. She has been so helpful to get me in my aptment and been help even once I been here. Shes always nice, kind and making sure you are living comfortably.     I looked at these apartments for almost 6 months before I actually moved in. Maggie was so kind through the whole experience, answering my questions over those months! I had a great experience with my move in a little over a month ago. Ive had a few issues since, but they have been very quick in their response to try and fix them/see what they can do about the problem! The people here are great and so respectful!

    Just before all the COVID, I received unexpected news of a move back to Texas during the Christmas holidays and found an opening at Bell Frisco. The apartments are nice and spacious. The surrounding community is developing and still quiet. Great location for easy access to the highway along with shopping centers nearby (and an awesome nail salon). The staff is always friendly and is quick to respond to any concerns I’ve voiced. They’ve also been fair and respectful in addressing any issues that have come up in our community collectively. Casey has been my go to for any questions or concerns that have come up and shes always willing to help.

    I moved in here Feb 2017. Ive had no issues with bugs, ants or getting things fixed. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Yes I do hear occasional noise but never late at night. Its an apartment, what do you expect? I just received upgrades in my apartment. Granite counters, stainless appliances, rain shower head. BEAUTIFUL!! I love my home. I feel very comfortable and safe here.

    I recently toured this property and I have to say it’s one of a kind; wether you have kids, dogs or You are by yourself... They seem to have a perfect place for You.All the apartment floor plans are quite different yet They are all mesmerizing. The vaulted ceilings and the walk in closets give You a feeling of freedom.Since the moment one steps inside the door, You can feel the design,style and the nice architecture in every room.The property seems extremely clean and well maintained...not to mention the two amazing dog parks for your furry friends , the beautiful pool for those summer days and the business center if you need a place to work in silence. As a business man I would highly recommend Bell Frisco and their staff. Special thanks to Andrea Torres and her team, she was very polite, professional and will give you a tour around the whole property with a huge smile. If you are looking for a place to call home, I’m sure You won’t have to look anywhere else.

    My family and I moved in about two weeks ago and I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations from the beginning! Prior to moving in they were more than happy to show me the apartments a total of three separate times and not once did they make me feel like I was bugging them. DNeesha and Isabel are absolutely the best! Always professional with a smile on their face I can honestly say this is what won me over to lease here versus other apartment options nearby. We did have a leak in our bathroom sink but the service tickets have all been answered within 24 hours each time, once in 15 minutes! Further these wonderful ladies upfront continue to provide support asking how everything is going and if there is anything we need when we run into them while on a walk around the office. They even gave my dog a treat when we came to visit and showered him with attention, which he loved of course :) The atmosphere is so peaceful, the apartments are absolutely beautiful and I LOVE coming home everyday to such a serene setting. Kudos to you for truly caring about your residents!

    Been a resident for 2 months. During my search, Ive dealt with many leasing agents; so Im stating that other than the location and floor plan/appliances, Maggie Wiest is a primary reason I decided on Bell Frisco at Main. She walked me through the process providing guidance with little extra effort on my part. Management is critical to retention, and Im big on customer service so her attentiveness was greatly appreciated.All the positives outweigh any negatives that may come along with apartment living. Community is gorgeous and the staff is very mindful of ensuring you have a wonderful community to be apart of!Update: I recently received an upgrade to my apartment (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances etc.) and the work was done quickly and professionally! I recommend getting an upgrade at Bell Frisco at Main and Im loving the new look!

    I have been with these apartments since June 2015 which is before the Bell company took over the property. I have to say that the transition was as smooth and as pleasant as possible. I have never lived somewhere where the entire staff seemed genuinely eager to help. When I have had any concerns in the past everyone from the manager to the part time leasing agent did what they could to make me happy. Dneesha especially has been my guardian angel here. When she noticed that my door light wasnt turning on while on a routine visit to my apartment she requested to have it repaired without me even asking. Service like that out ways any minor issues that I have had like having to pull the refrigerator door hardly or the mosquitos that seem to love it here just as much as I do. The beautiful buildings, the kid safe environment, the bunnies that hop around every morning, the modern layouts and the wonderful staff make Bell @ Main an ideal place to live.

    Oh my goodness. I love Bell Frisco so much! I’m fresh out of college and moved from Louisiana to here and honestly found this apartment and was not so sure. After touring the place I knew it was perfect for me, but what made it the best was the staff! Shoutout to my girl Casey Goff. She was so kind and answered every question we possibly had. I also had her phone number was I was able to text her every question after the tour while I was doing the application. Honestly don’t know how I would have done it without her! She made Bell Frisco my dream place! And I haven’t even moved in yet! I’m so so pumped! Updates later!

    Just moved into these apartments, and I can’t say that i’ve Had any problems. Casey helped me pick out the perfect one bedroom for a great price! Not to mention, the quality of living here has been prestine so far. From the neighbors being friendly, to the complex being clean, and having easy access to the dumpsters I am absolutely loving it!!! I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking:)

    My family and I decided to move forward with Bell Frisco because of the location and the fact that they offered short term leases. The staff is very helpful, especially DNeesha! From the moment, I met her she was very eager to assist us with paperwork and any questions we had, and more importantly all this with a smile! Great example of how amazing she was: I was having maintenance issues. I called and left messages with responses that was empty because I received no results. I called and left a message that clearly showed my frustration. DNeesha gave me a call and before I knew it I had 3 maintenance men at my door and they brought up packages I needed to pick up and looked at my issues. Then she called me to make sure I received everything I needed. She BLEW me away! Thanks DNeesha for everything! Great staff, great location and nice apartment interior.

    I love living at Bell Frisco at Main!!! The apartments are gorgeous and the people are friendly, plus the location is ideal. D’Neesha works for Bell Frisco at Main and she is AWESOME, to say the least!! She’s so friendly and has such a bubbly personality. I highly recommend this apartment complex to any and everyone!!!!

    HI folks, I have a great experience with the management , specially with BROOKLYN HOUSDON, I moved my parents in 3rd wk of Dec 2018, and Brooklyn has gone above & beyond to help us out through out till they have moved-in, she still fulfil my parents request as they need any assistance, she has super duper personality & very organized person we ever met @ any apartments, great location, ez excess to majority of necessities, clean, nice elevator, no parking issues & friendly atmosphere.Great job Brooklyn & keep up the good work .

    Ive lived here for 3 years and I love my apartment! I must say when I have an issue or questions the manager Omirah is always available to answer my questions whether its a weekday or weekend. I really appreciate her for making my stay here at Bell Frisco comfortable.I appreciate you Omirah!

    Having left a terrible review a couple of months ago, I would like to retract my comment and point out how beautiful the upgraded apartments are ; from the rainforest shower heads to the stainless steel appliances! Having moved from one of the older one bedroom units to a newly upgraded two bedroom unit, I can definitely say it was well worth the move! The Assistant Manager Mariah was awesome in helping me step by step with my move!

    I’ve went to ALOT of apartment communities and I can say by far this is one of my favorites. Anytime I pop into the office everyone is always smiling and have great energy! More importantly the Manager Omirah actually makes time to speak with me instead of hiding in the office like most do. All in all this is a great property with a great staff!!

    I am currently a resident at Bell Frisco at Main. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone at the complex. Peter, the gentleman who assisted me with my maintenance issues, was kind and professional. Omyra was understanding of my issues and took action quickly when I expressed my concerns. I am happy to be a resident of the complex!

    Great location, nice gym and big office space. The Manager Omirah is always very friendly and helpful and so is the rest of the staff. Extra points for the elevators in every building, so living on the 4th floor is not that bad.

    This is a great community to live in. Its clean and near to everything. Bell Frisco is children friendly with relaxing spots for the adults too!. The only downside of this place is that the downstairs occupants patio is not private.

    The location is perfect situated just off FM423 behind Calloways and centrally located to some of the best schools in FISD. The staff is always available and ready and willing to assist, they are attentive and professional. I am excited for the completion of the upgrades. Transitioning from a private apartment setting in NYC to a community apartment setting has been a teachable moment for my family.

    This time has improved tremendously. I am proud to be a resident in at this facility. With that being said, there is one concern I have . The inablility for others to have consideration for the improvments that are made and the inconsideation of others. Thank you for everything that is being done. The only reason I would consider leaving this complex is due to the fact of my age and income. a big KUDOS to Management and Corporate.

    Pricey, but nice. Disappointed that the dog park ended up not being built while we were living there (which we were never notified of by the complex, but by the vet down the street), as that was one of the main reasons we picked the place. Otherwise, no problems with the office or apartments.

    Im moving to the frisco area and drove through this apartment community hoping to be able to rent here but I could not find the garages, I stopped a maintenance man named Doug and he informed me they do not have garages and I was sad because the apartments look so clean and there was people walking their dogs which my dog would be very happy with so unfortunately well have to keep looking for a apartment community with a garages but I would recommend this place to my friends.

    In almost 1 year living in this condo I would really recommend it to any family group, since I have viewed other condos in the area and certainly one makes comparisons and could say that it is one of the best condos in the area. The level of maintenance that Bell Frisco at Main has, both in green areas, elevators and surroundings, deserves 5 stars, with qualified maintenance staff, especially Mr. Jose Lopez, who I always see doing hard work around the facilities and always with good attention to whoever requests it.
