I have been looking at going back to Plano to live, and decided to give Avalon a look. Sebastian is the Assistant Manager, but he definitely knew his leasing stuff! He made me feel very welcomed and gave me all the info I needed plus some I didnt think to ask! Really nice renovations for the price, too. Its not time for me to settle quite yet, but Avalon is definitely my first pick when I do :-)

The experience with the staff here has been amazing. Luciana, Sebastian, Kayce, and everyone on the team here go above and beyond. The whole team have taken every opportunity to answer any questions and concerns that have came up in the process of helping our family get into the most comfortable apartment that has fit our needs. The maintenence on staff did an amazing job with having the apartment ready for move in and made it beautiful. The whole experience has been great I highly recommend coming to check out the property.

I went to Avalon at Chase Oaks on a whim while trying to find another complex. Being a gated community is what looked like a park setting was a big draw for me. I met with Luciana, and she was just terrific! She took me on a tour of the grounds and showed me an updated one-bedroom unit. I applied right away and had an approval 24-hours later.

Nic was a huge help. The entire process from application to signing the lease was extremely easy and smooth. All questions were answered. The renovations to the apartment are beautiful. The actual unit matches the model unit. The community is quiet and the landscaping is beautifully kept. The amenities are amazing, and best I’ve seen at an apartment complex. The view from our large patio is beautiful. The big open floor plan makes the apartment look and feel bigger and more spacious. If you’re looking for an apartment, The Avalon is a must see!

I have been living at Avalon at Chase Oaks for almost 10 years with my wife. It is a beautiful community with lots of trees and a great Golf Course view if you are lucky enough to get one of those apartments which I have. It has been a very safe and convenient place to live. Its not perfect, its an old community (30 years old?) and if you can handle some of the idiosyncrasies that come with living in an older community you will enjoy living here. It is a safe a quiet place. I have never had any kind of security issue and I do believe the Avalon staff is doing quite a bit to make it a better place to live.

I moved here as a leap of faith and have no regrets! Katrina made an amazing first impression! The 1st day I came, the office was packed to capacity & she was sure to greet me & provide the needed information. I returned the next day and ultimately signed a lease. Now that I am >50% into my lease, I can say she is still amazing to work with! I have now had the pleasure in meeting Deon & he is equally amazing! Recently had a personal hiccup & he helped me understand the policies & was kind enough to lend a listening ear. I truly appreciate all staff on this property but Katrina & Deon have definitely set the bar high! With that being said, I do plan to renew my lease and I will update my review accordingly! I hope this helps all that are interesting in moving here....its nice, quiet, & an EXCELLENT property team!

It has been an absolute pleasure living here so far. Amanda, Cici, Deon and the rest of the staff have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating since the first day we walked in to look at an apartment. Their knowledge of the property and amenities helped us to find the exact apartment we have been looking for. Like any business, they can be short staffed on certain days and things take longer to get fixed, like maintenance requests. It happens and it sucks, but Frank fixed everything on our list quickly. If he couldnt, he ordered whatever we needed to get it fixed. Our neighborhood is amazing and safe and our backyard view is a beautiful golf course! So, dont always believe negative reviews because every story has at least 2 sides...

I have been apartment hunting ever since January of this year. I have been to a lot of apartments, but these apartments I really like. The office managers that was there on Saturday June 17th were very nice, respectful, helpful, n knew exactly everything they talked about…very knowledgeable!! I like Mrs. Katrina Fellow. She studied me n took down my every need I wanted into an apartment. She was very courteous, fun to talk to n nice to be around!! I love how real n transparent she is n she is knowledgeable on whatever she speaks! She is helpful, fun to be around, and wonderful! She makes me and whom ever feel more at home before even moving in! I love the apartments there, but it makes a difference when the front of management is on point n at Avalon apartments she made n sold those apartments by the way she presented everything! I enjoyed going on a tour with her! She was honest, fair, fun to talk to, understanding, n just really loving n nice to be around! The way this world is her n her colleagues made me forget why I was there bc I got lost in the conversations!! They don’t know, but that helped me!! Thank you you guys!!

Ive been living here for 2 years, and going on a 3rd. Wonderful environment here, the office staff is attentive, respectful and urgent to address any issues that might come up. This complex is very safe for residents that value family growth.Breana, the office manager went above and beyond demonstrating that people matter, and performance counts to make this apartment stand out from all others. The view, proximity and high standards for customer services overall is the reason Ill be looking to stay here in the future years to come.

We are new tenants here at the avalon apartments and with the help of cicily(CC) we were able to get into a place right before Christmas. She was extremely helpful with the whole process. We walked in with no appointment to tour and she was super nice & also amazing to work with. With going around and looking at other apartment complex’s and meeting other team members at different offices she made us feel very comfortable and we decided to sign a lease within a couple days after touring our new home. She is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had or any hiccups in the process of our application. She was great to work with. So far it’s been a really great place to live. Everyone to themselves and peaceful. Another plus is that it’s in a great location and we would def recommend to any friends/ family that are looking. I’m just so happy to be settled in right before Christmas, thank you so much for all your help CC!

This group of wonderful women work extremely hard to keep this place going into the right direction. The property manager is very good at putting the residents first and taking care of everyone’s needs. The leasing agent is the nicest and most fun person you’ll meet in this industry. The assistant manager works her butt off while pregnant to take care of all the residents. I would lease here again. They make leasing an apartment easy and enjoyable experience!

But they do take care of us and make sure everything is working as designed. It is a beautiful community with great neighbors and great views of the golf course.

I haven’t moved in yet but will in about 4 weeks. I was at a neighboring property looking and by passed Avalon. The following weekend I went back and decided to stop at Avalon. Chandler was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating especially with my busy 3 year old. When I walked into the B3 floor plan I loved that it felt like a HOME! Chandler responded quickly with my approval information and has answered any follow up questions. I called in today to see about moving up my move in date and I spoke to another young lady who was equally friendly! I hope that Avalon will be my home for while!

Janay the property manager has done so much for this property. During the winter storm the staff has been working non stop day in and day out making sure our apartments are taken of- Sarah, kayce, and Janay have been providing updates 2-3 times a day. They are always with someone in the office, and the fact they give us time to talk to them while they are slammed is outstanding. they have gone above and beyond- when the maintenance fixed my leak in my home, they replaced my faucet which was on a service request I put in. Janay even called me late at night making sure to give me an update. Who does that when they have their own life?! They did that out of there busy schedule when I know it wasn’t an emergency. the team has a smile and has been so positive during this time. The maintenance was even shoveling out water themselves out of apartments since vendors couldn’t come out that night. The staff cares so much for us and it truly shows. Thank you for all you have done, this is being noticed and all they really need right now is compliments as they deserve because of their hard work.

I just moved in and I have to say I couldnt be more pleased with the office staff and response time. Tracie and Gorge in the office have been so pleasant and very accomodating. The apartment itself could have been a little cleaner at move in, but thats really no big deal, as I would clean myself when I move in anyway. I expect to live here for a long time. Location is great too, close to everything and yet still feels like an actual apartment HOME with trees and grass and all the ameninites you need. Overall a great place!

Hi everyone. I just want to put in my 2 cents worth. I have lived there for 4 years. Years 1 -2.5 were great. Good staff, and service. year 2.5 - 3 very bad. I think that was due to a bad manager I dont know why. But now, things are great. Great manager (Morgan) and the staff takes care of everything within a reasonable time. Yes these apartments are 30 years old. But my wife and I enjoy living here and just signed up for another year. We have great neighbors and its been a great experience for the most part. Nino Arzon.

*MIRACLIOUS IMPROVEMENT*The new manager Percy is nothing shy of AMAZING. He has incorporated such great things into the community this past month any other of the others in the past years! Back to school bash, donation drives, maintenance requests now take like maybe 2 days instead of 2 weeks, and he is extremely genuine to all people. Percy seeks & finds a solution to every unique situation. Jorge has the Best Customer Service ever heard of. He answers all questions while he has you on the phone without ever saying “I will have someone call you back”! Jorge values your time and his smile radiates through the phone every single time. The maintenance team Kelly, Juan, and Sergio are very hardworking and are such friendly people whom seem to work happier under the new manager, Percy.I renewed my lease for an entire year.Thanks Avalon!

I inquired about leasing an apartment from this property and was profoundly impressed with the overall appearance of the location. Reasonable prices for being backed up to a golf course. Very friendly staff that are very professional and knowledgeable. Grounds are well-kept and stay neat.

“Wow” is the best way to describe Avalon at Chase oaks. The customer service, the rooms and the feel of the place were beyond what I expected! Ms. Cooper was so helpful when it came to all my questions and picky searches! She found exactly what I loved and was so composed and professional. Great service.

Parking is very limited and vehicles are left in prime spots without being moved for extended periods of time causing us single women to have to park quite far from our apartments causing walking those far distances alone in the dark. These vehicles i’m referring to are the white van and black pick up as well as a small black car next to the handicap spot between buildings 1 and 2. This is my biggest problem with this complex. My daughters safety is my number one priority and with broken gates and not enough parking spots is a problem. Any vehicles that are not going to be used daily need to be moved out of the prime spots and parked in the back.Gates always seem to be broken which was one of the key reasons we moved to Avalon for the security of it being a gated community. Back gate was working for about 2 days and is now broken againApartments just changed out our toilets to save on water however they seem really cheap and are very small seat size wise.

I’ve recently moved to Plano Texas from Louisiana . I researched apartments FOREVER then I came across this gem . I love the location , spacious apartments ,friendliness of the staff (especially the manager ) and the residents . THe manager was so informative and kind . He even told me of a few hidden gems within the city . I’m glad I settled here☺️

I have lived in apartments in Dallas, Denton, Lewisville, and Carrollton - Avalon by FAR surpasses each of them in every aspect. I had so much going on during the course of this move.. I was all over the place and was so close to just giving up and staying where I was - but then I was put in touch with Jorge! Oh my gosh, yall he was amazing from day one. Honestly the whole staff is great. I can be a bit much (just keeping it real) and they never batted an eye. I was always made to feel important even AFTER I was sold on this place. They go above and beyond.I could not be happier with my decision to make Avalon my new Home. 😍😀🛀🛌🙌💝
