I am writing again, but this time to show my appreciation to Carolina, the wonderful, friendly and HARD WORKING lady. When I come into the office on the weekend, she is always welcoming with a smile and greeting me by my name. This shows me respect and shows how much she cares for this community. I think I have mentioned before, and I would like to request, to get her someone else to help in the office on the weekends. She is managing it all without help. I, as a tenant, can see that. What kind of community lets it all fall on one person during the busiest time over the weekend? I am observing this myself at this moment. Hats off to Carolina. She deserves a raise for all that she does on a Saturday, solo, or get her another body in here for help! I applaud her! :-)

I’ve been living here for 3 months, and I’m very happy with my experience. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I want to highlight Carolina’s service—she is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever met. She is always there to help with a kind, attentive, and patient attitude. It’s amazing how she takes the time to get to know the residents and remembers their names, which makes you feel truly welcome. Aspire at Onion Creek The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the common areas are welcoming and modern, and the location is very convenient. My experience has been excellent, and a big part of that is thanks to Carolina Morales. In all my years living in Austin, I’ve never met someone so dedicated and professional. Carolina is amazing at her job; she’s always clear, kind, and available to help with any questions. She helped me so much throughout the process of getting my apartment and made sure to keep me updated on everything. She truly makes a difference and makes you feel at home. Thank you, Carolina, for everything!

I love living here! I love my apartment. I had a pretty major maintenance issue and was impressed with how fast Anthony and his staff were on it. On all my work orders they have had done in hours or the next day if I turned them at night. The property is kept up, dogs on a leash etc in the area I’m in. I’ve had minimal contact with the office since move in. During the app process there was some frustration with them. They are great the process is just tedious not their fault. No regrets!

Although the application process was stressful due to the former manager, I am very happy with my apartment and the property so far. The new manager, Taryn, is a rockstar and she went above and beyond to fix someone elses mistakes to get.me moved in on time. My apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and was thoughtfully designed. The walls are thick so you dont hear your neighbors, there are plenty of electrical outlets, the property and units are beautiful, and the location is great. I will say, t is very difficult to get ahold of anyone by phone, so if you cant show up in person for everything, this may not be the place for you.

I had called multiple times and was unable to get a hold of someone. I decided to get up and go to the apartment complex where I meant Tim. I was told that the office receives over 100 calls a day and the best way to contact the office was through email. Tim gave me a tour of the apartment I was looking into and I couldnt have been more happier. Extremely nice apartments well worth a thousands phone calls. If anyone is having trouble go to the website and send an email. I sent an email with my name and phone number and what I was looking for and I was sent an application within a few days. When I was on property staff was extremely nice, helpful, and personable to my needs to help me make the best decision. Dont give up just keep trying I promise its worth it.

My first time having my own apartment and every staff member in the leasing office has been helping me every step of the way. From the application process to moving in and signing my lease. The staff has showed me hospitality every time I enter the office. Everything was fast pace which was good especially if you need somewhere to move in immediately. Nice apartment definitely would recommend !

So this is my second review . My first one was not so great at all but my experience has gotten better with Aspire ! After going through a nightmare due to them being understaffed and catching up on applications causing me to wait until April to turn in my application even though I’ve been calling since February I finally was able to turn in my application recently , about almost 2 weeks ago. I was denied at first due to something coming up on my background that was not supposed to be there or held against me I was able to have the opportunity to dispute it and I finally got approved once they went back over application! I was also able to get an apt that accommodates my washer/dryer and I move in in July ! I’m so excited as they are new, beautiful and affordable apts ! Luckily my lease was not up until July so I had time for some of the mess but still made me anxious and doubtful . I would say don’t give up and try going up there or emailing but lately I have been getting someone to answer the phone . Good luck !

Although the application process and wait for completion was stressful I feel that some of that is to be expected with affordable housing AND new construction. I did have a hurdle or two to get over, but the staff has been helpful and accommodating. Much friendlier than the staff at my last complex! Julio especially goes above and beyond to get things done which I appreciate! I’m definitely enjoying my new home.

The entire staff has great customer service! The process took abt three weeks. Jackie, Crystal, and Angie all kept me informed on any updates. The best way to contact the office is by email or by phone early morning. Tim welcomed me aboard with my “Welcome home pack.” My overall move in experience was a 10/10

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews ? So I’ll be transparent because this is an highly affordable complex there is a wait list since there is a high demand so of course it’s going to take some time to get into the complex. Our wait time was a few weeks but it was a steady process Jorge, Tim, and Twee took very good care us and the place itself is great! I have no complaints and I’m so grateful to be in this complex. Those who are waiting to get in be patient and it will be worth the wait :)

The apartments are nice and have always been well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. However, since the management change, things havent been handled as efficiently. There have been issues with payments, communication is not as clear, and maintenance has declined, especially in the laundry area. Despite this, I appreciate that they kept Carolina in the office, as she has been a great help during this transition. Her kindness and willingness to assist have made the changes a bit easier for the residents.
