Living at Ascent Victory Park has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and always quick to help with anything I need. The building itself is stunning—modern amenities, breathtaking city views, and a top-tier fitness center that makes working out convenient.The location is unbeatable, with restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment just steps away, yet the apartments are still quiet and comfortable. The units are spacious, well-designed, and feature high-end finishes that make it feel like a true luxury home.Maintenance is always prompt, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a great living experience. If you’re looking for a high-end, hassle-free place to live in Dallas, Ascent Victory Park is absolutely worth it! Highly recommend!

The staff here have been fabulous! Any concern I’ve had, they’ve addressed it. (Mostly neighbors not being neighborly which you will run into anywhere) They plan cute and fun events. The Christmas present wrapping room was above and beyond and saved my butt this year! The location and views are amazing. The traffic during events can be annoying but if you download the AA app, you can plan ahead and route around traffic so it’s not a big deal!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here! As empty nesters establishing our new lifestyle, it has everything we were looking for -- a walkable lively neighborhood, top notch security, fantastic amenities, and a building that doesnt feel like a frat house. The friendliness of the other residents and staff have been an added bonus. We have yet to have an occasion where weve doubted our decision to live here.

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Walking distance to American Airlines, the Katy Trail, and a variety of restaurants/bars.The staff (concierge / maintenance) were always very friendly. We had very few issues in our 14 month stay there, but we did also experience a car break in during our time there.

I recently moved into the Ascent. It has been a great experience so far. Madelynn in the leasing office has been amazing and made sure our move-in process was very stream lined! Laura the concierge, is also fantastic! She helped a lot on move-in day and has been a wonderful presence in the building!

I absolutely love living here. I have lived at the Ascent for 2 years and I have resigned till summer 2023 so far and will be resigning again after that.One of the managers, Sebastian, goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy and feeling valued. The team is very helpful and friendly!The apartment itself is well kept, has gorgeous units, and it in such a safe part of town. Having a concierge and all the amenities are AMAZING!

Ascent is the first apartment I would consider renewing - the complex, the units, the location everything is perfect. Madelynn is the best and really keeps this apartment going in check! She always kind and efficient if I ever have an issue - this apartment wouldn’t be the same without her! A lot of leasing agents in Dallas can be kinda snooty but Madelynn has always been so kind! 10/10 recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to the city!

The Ascent Victory Park Apartments have been absolute JOY to live at. I have lived here since May 21 moving across the country and cant imagine choosing anywhere else to stay. Despite the mixed reviews, I would encourage always checking out the complex for yourself. If youre looking for a warm community, local walking distance to everything (entertainment, grocery, city trail, restaurants) THIS is the place for you. Between the views in the TOP FLOOR gym, the infinity pool outlooking AA stadium, and the 2 floor business center (which I reserve to bring my team to for working events) The Ascent has everything and more.This review may come across cheesy, but this apartment building has helped me build community, host my work team, walk to Mav games, and truly see the best of what Dallas has to offer. Maintenance has never taken more than a day to resolve problems, Manny/Arath (concierge) has ensured all my packages, ubereats and guests were taken care of, and Madelynn, Rachel, Everett in leasing have ALWAYS picked up the phone, responded to emails, addressed me BY NAME, and asked for my thoughts and opinions when it comes to events, ideas to incorporate, and improving the Ascent. I have since had 3 friends move into the Ascent (and stopped to interact with folks touring the building).Check the Ascent out for yourself or ask the leasing office if its possible to speak to residents on your tour! (extremely cheesy but more than happy to take the time to leave this for a team thats been so helpful!)

The staff and concierge are great. Location is second to none. And views are amazing. The only thing left to want is some equipment upgrades in the gym (stair master, fully functional treadmills).Parking is surprisingly good for a downtown location. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a resident downtown to come check out the Ascent Victory Park!

Ascent Victory Park is beyond fantastic. Both property manager and assistant manager are diligent, respectful, and professional. They truly know how to provide exceptional customer care and most important make you feel at home. Front desk is always willing to assist with special request, resulting in happy tenants. From monthly private socials just for us, Ascent is rental perfection. At Ascent Victory Park residents are valued. The building is well appointed and location is superb. The views from the pool deck are incredible. The team is courteous and on-top of everything building related. Amenities spaces are top-notch, I love the private dinning area and apartment finishes. The building, residential floors, and dog areas are clean and well-maintained. Maintenance staff always get the job done in a timely manner. This building is a full-service building unlike any other in Dallas. There is an excellent tenant mix here providing wonderful friendships and great neighbors. I would recommend Ascent Victory Park as a new home or corporate lease.

Ascent Victory Park is one of the most amazing communities I have ever visited. Not only were the finishes absolutely gorgeous but the quality was absolutely amazing! I was honestly losing hope with quality in apartment now days but the quality at Ascent is like I have never seen before! On top of the apartment its self being incredible, the staff is more than friendly and overly welcome. I visited several time and with weeks between my visits, the manager, Jose always remembered my name. Its definitely more than a place to call home, you can tell everyone here is just family. I cant wait to move in!

I have loved to live in these apartments. I was one of the first residents and this place will always have a piece of my heart. The amenities are amazing and very high quality. The views are great and its the place to be. Everyone is so jealous that I live here. I wish the 2-bedroom upgrade i am looking for was a little bit more affordable. That is the reason i may move out. But really, the concierge, the leasing agents, everyone is great and helpful. I will always miss to live here and i will remember it as a great memory!

This place is fantastic. The amenities are great. The quality of the apartments are top notch and the residents are friendly. The staff takes great care of all your needs. I feel like I am living in a home instead of being in an apartment. If you are looking for a long term place in Victory Park, this is the place. Alan helped us with our lease and really took the time to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. Thanks Alan for all your hard work. My wife and I love living at the Ascent.

The location is perfect!Moving from Nebraska is no easy task but Delia and Alex are extremely knowledgeable of the community and answered all of my questions.The business manager, Phillip, went above expectations with my move in process. Making me feel welcome and walked the apartment home with my family and I.

Reception is amazing. Security is superb. Amenities are amazing. This is the apartment complex to live in if you are moving to Victory Park area. We love the rustic masculine features. The maintenance when it was needed was repaired 3 hours after submitting the request. VERY IMPRESSIVE! You cant go wrong with the location and the amenities at The Ascent.

I had such a great experience dealing with Jordin, one of the leasing agents there. I had a client that needed to moved within a week, not only did she find him an awesome unit with a great deal, but she was able to work through getting his application approved quickly. She was very responsive while friendly and really didnt mind me calling 20 times that day. Having an agent like her is such an asset to the company and it makes my job not only easy, but enjoyable.

9/18/20: I am not a current resident. This review if for Alex Ortiz, leasing agent, and my impressions of Ascent.Alex was extremely professional, friendly, and flexible. I have checked out the location about 3 times over the past two weeks. He was extremely accommodating and never felt like he was rushing me, letting me take my time to ask questions and get a great feel for the location. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Kudos again, Alex. 5 stars every time.Regarding the Ascent. I love the finishes in this place. I have checked out over 12 different locations, and this place definitely has its own style and character. The amenities are nice, with a rustic feel carried throughout the entire building. Great finishes in the apartments and some interesting layouts. Younger vibe for sure, but thats not an issue. I would highly recommend checking out this location as an option.Update: I did not end up choosing Ascent but I feel like I would have been happy here as well. Right before I signed my lease elsewhere, they changed their pricing structure and system to align with the local market fluctuations. I was very tempted to call an audible and sign here instead. Either way, this place is definitely worth checking out as an option in Victory Park

My husband and I current residents here and we cannot express how much we love it here! We looked at EVERY apartment building in the area and nothing compares to Ascent. The building itself is brand new, which is a plus, and the design is modern yet rustic, a perfect fit for us! First off, Kayla, the leasing agent was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came to see the building at least 4 times (we really wanted to make sure before moving in), each time, Kayla, was patient, answered all our questions & made it fun! Then came Yeiny, the concierge; shes been extremely friendly to us. We love seeing her smiling bright self everyday! She always has the best recommendations for places to go and eat. Now we all know no building is perfect, however, Denee (the building manager) addressed our concerns immediately and put us as ease anytime we had issues. Shes been super friendly and makes us feel at home. Ascent is truly our home and we love being here. The area is amazing and unbeatable. I highly recommend living here!

Moved to Ascent from LA in April, and for the last 6 months, this place is definitely one of the nicest places I have ever lived. When I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved right away, the other residents here are great, and the location across from American Airlines Arena is an added bonus for concerts, sporting events, and other cool happenings here in Victory Park. The area is walkable, the amenities are great, and the leasing office staff has been great so far!

Ive lived here for about a month now and it is everything I couldve possibly hoped for!The staff (especially Breanna, who was my leasing agent) is incredibly personable and professional. Much moreso than some other apartments I had looked at. This is a new building (and is still being finished) so there have been a couple maintenance and tenant issues (I had an issue with hot water like another reviewer, except my water was only hot!), but management has been prompt in addressing and fixing any problems that have come up in a fast and professional way.Its literally the closest it could possibly be to American Airlines center, and a great location overall, but they clearly spent quite a bit on soundproofing because when the windows and doors are closed its like all the nearby city life is completely gone.While it is somewhat expensive, you get the absolute top of the line in terms of quality and service, and I couldnt be happier living here.

Moved in here about 3 weeks ago and love this place. Toured it several times before deciding and this place was hands down the best. Jordin and Breanne were both great in leasing tours and Jordin kept us updated with everything needed prior to move in. The apartment is top notch....finishes are nice...the shower 😁...and closets and space are much larger than anticipated. The amenities have no rival. Can not wait to use the spaces. Staff has been super responsive to any needs. Denee the general manager was an absolute pleasure to talk and work with. Looking forward to being here and enjoying everything The Ascent has to offer.

Ive lived at Ascent Victory Park for 3 years... in various units/ floor plans. I just renewed for another year because Im still as impressed today as I was 3 years ago. The quality of the apartment units, the beautiful wood flooring and indescribable rainfall walkin shower is so elegant. The amenities are second to none... especially for the price. But what has made Ascent so special has been the amazing staff...Breanna is so accommodating and she remembers everything about you. Our concierges are exceptional and all maintenance issues are resolved within hours of me requesting. Its so refreshing to come home to a retreat oasis like Ascent. Thank you AVP Greystar team!! I lived next door at The Cirque for 3 years and had to move unexpectedly due to massive water damage in the building. I came to look at the Ascent in a moment of grief and panic because the Cirque only gave me 10 days to move (I was out of town for 5 of those 10 days). The General Manager, Denee, was soooo empathetic to my situation and immediately helped with what I was looking for. Since moving in on Sept 15th, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the staff, apartment, and amenities. I have never lived in a building where every attention to detail was so thought out. The finish out of the apartment (wine fridge, mud room, cabinetry, stone floor in the shower, reclaimed wood accents, etc) is high end and the amenities just make me giddy. 5 star Resort-style pool, large lounge with Tvs, darts, pool table, private dining room with kitchen, poker table, MAC and PC computers, 20th floor gym (floor to ceiling windows with a downtown view) with a golf simulator (who does that?!!) and dont get me started on the dog park!! Anytime I have needed maintenance for something, they are there in like 20 minutes, and with a smile--a genuine one! They also do a lot of fun events for the residents and so far everyone I have met in the building is very nice and professional! Im never moving again! ❤️

I had the pleasure of living at the Ascent for a year before I got my house. The staff especially Russe in the front office were so accommodating. They knew I would only be there for a year and still went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. They even let me keep my second car there for a month while I was out of town. Going to miss this place.

The leasing staff, management, location, amenities, all of it, are amazing. The residents are friendly, and it is shockingly quiet for how outgoing the residents are.Hello Alfred is awesome too by the way. I am getting spoiled and it is included in the rent. Which, by the way, is very reasonable given everything.I was tempted to put in less positive reviews so that you people reading this wouldnt compete with me for a lease, but that felt dishonest.
