    Faith G and Jay J. Customer service was stellar 👌🏾 I am a Customer Professional consultant. I will say, I am not for sure about the comments that was provided prior, because I only experienced great customer service upon visiting Ascent in search for a new apartment. Beautiful property. The only thing is my quote changed. But I really appreciated the tour.

    I did a tour with the property manager Jay a few days ago, when I called to schedule she did a great job explaining the criteria need to become a resident. I initially toured with Jay by myself and she explained everything I needed to know in a professional and timely manner. When I told my husband how amazed I was with the property, he wanted to tour as well, so I called back to see if Jay would be available to tour again less than twenty minutes later, and she still provided him with all of the details despite already telling me, which I greatly appreciated. The property is gorgeous and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The fitness room was stocked with useful equipment, the outside area is clean, the pool is blue and clean. Not only is this a great apartment community, the staff was hospitable, pleasant, patient and helpful!

    I just want to take a moment to recognize Alberto for his exceptional work as a maintenance worker at our apartment complex. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude.Whether it’s a minor repair or a more urgent issue, Alberto always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is fixed properly. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and takes the time to explain what’s being done, which I really appreciate. On top of that, he’s friendly and courteous, making interactions pleasant every time.It’s clear that Alberto takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. The complex is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking maintenance professional. Thank you, Alberto, for all that you do!

    After almost settling for another apartment complex I happened upon Ascent at Mountain Creek. I toured the community with Jay who was very nice and professional. Before the tour was over I knew this was where I wanted to be. They have affordable rent prices. They keep the complex clean and looking nice. The inside of the units are very nice with all stainless steel appliances. I’ve only been here a few months and they have had several free events for the residents to participate and enjoy in. I’m glad I made the decision to live here.

    I’ve been living here for about 4 months and I love it! Huge thanks to Miss Jay ! She was so helpful throughout or application process and getting us moved in. The amenities are all so nice & cozy, I love how they do community resident events! The complex is pretty quiet for the most part and the apartments truly give a homey feeling. I’m so glad we made the decision to live here!

    Saturday I stopped by to tour with Faith Garcia she gave me a fantastic tour of the apartments, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She was super professional, friendly, and really knew her stuff. The way she answered all my questions and showed me around made me feel really comfortable about coming back and leasing I’m bringing my finance to tour with her again this weekend ! 10/10 thank you Faith!

    The customer service is impeccable. The leasing agent made the moving process smooth and easy for me. Torvell is an excellent maintenance worker he made sure everything was fixed and done correctly he also took his time while doing it.     Had a great experience meeting Mario Lopez very helpful and knowledgeable with his work very fast and responsive with the work needed in the apartment! Took his time explaining the answers to every question I had with the maintenance I needed. I’ve had very bad experiences in other apartment complexes but I have to say this is by far the best interactions with the maintenance crew, Thank you Mario for going above and beyond helping me out I really appreciate it.

    I recently toured this amazing apartment complex, and I cant stop thinking about it! Im so excited to start the paperwork! The new apartments are spacious which is great for having kids! The brand new apartments are spacious and modern, with top-of-the-line finishes that make them feel both luxurious and comfortable. The open floor plans and large windows really make the space feel bright and airy.The location is also a standout feature — the neighborhood has a lovely hilly terrain that provides fantastic views and a peaceful, elevated feel. For anyone who enjoys staying active, the on-site fitness center is a huge bonus, especially with a treadmill available for use.Hannah was incredibly helpful and friendly.     I called in to inquire about the availability at Ascent MC. Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable about the community, and its amenities. Jay was patient and answered all of my questions. The staff was amazing I had a tour with Lourenzo who showed me in to two units I might be interested in ,he was very professional and nice had no problems explaining every detail out I had absolutely no complaints to this property I think I might have found the One.

    I stopped by for a tour with Faith Garcia even though I’m not looking to move until another year Faith still got up and gave me a presentation of the property as if I was inquiring for a ASAP move in , honestly it’s hard to find that professionalism and mannerism and urgency anymore in the property management industry especially in that area ask for Faith Garcia when you enter that office !     I recently toured Ascent at Mountain Creek apartments last weekend with Faith and found the apartment to be nice and spacious, and well-located. However, I did deduct a star because of my experience with the leasing office staff. When I walked in, they didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly, which was a bit off-putting. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or if that’s typical, but it made me hesitant to ask questions or fully engage. I’ve visited other communities where the staff created a much more inviting atmosphere, even did second tours to ensure comfort and confidence in the decision. Based on other reviews, I’m hoping this was just an off day. I may visit again before making my final decision.

    This place is absolutely amazing so far. Legitimately looking for things that are wrong at this point. Faith was very helpful and responsive in the move in process to help move it along smoothly, Tee and maintance crews have been very quick to solve any issues with a newly built apartment complex. Truly happy and lucky that I found this place for an out of state move.
