As a first time renter, and going to other apartments in the HWY90/1604 area, you cannot compare the hospitality you receive here at Artesia at Medina Valley. It’s enough to make you come back. Lydia and Erin are amazing!! Made us feel so welcomed and very helpful answering all my questions as well as amazing tour guides of the model and amenities. Anyone would be lucky to join this community. A community that feels like a resort but apartments that feel like home 🏡

Our experience with Artesia at Medina Valley has been nothing short of amazing! We’ve had the pleasure of working with Andrew, who has been incredibly helpful, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process. He’s always quick to answer any questions we’ve had, making everything so smooth and stress-free.Even though we haven’t moved in yet, we can already tell this is a special place. The community is warm, welcoming, and so friendly. It’s exactly the kind of environment we’ve been looking for. We’re beyond excited to officially become part of the Artesia at Medina Valley family soon!

Such a beautiful community at a prime location. The complex itself offers tons of great amenities and is very well maintained.The office staff is welcoming and always friendly. Maintenance is always quick and friendly if something goes into disrepair, we get great use out of the amenities, and the community seems friendly and growing fast. I had a wonderful tour of the Artesia of Medina. Our guide, Erin, was simply remarkable! Her knowledge of the area was extensive, which significantly enriched our experience. She enthusiastically shared information about every little detail regarding the floor plans, making us feel deeply connected to the place. The highlights of the layout were smart amenities.Although my words might not do justice to the tour, trust me, it was subtly informative and pleasantly enjoyable.Thank you, Erin!

Nice area and place. People running it are always helpful. Glad I found this place. Location is great.As its a new build issues do arise and they are always quick to address any problems. My bulldog found some fireants on property and next day they were taken care of. Andrew and the team have done a great job.

I have been a resident here at artesia for almost 2 months and no complaints on my end. The staff is great! any problems I run into they are there to make sure it gets fixed. I am Expecting a new baby here shortly and I know anything I need I can give a call to maintenance or the front office and they are on it, I don’t have to lift a finger. the homes are brand new, beautiful, affordable and the amenities are top tier I can’t wait for summer to use the pool and grilling area perfect for a summer day with a few friends or family to come over !! If I could give 10 stars I would 10/10! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new apartment, artesia has everything an apartment has to offer but townhome/cottage style is a huge plus.

I went with a friend to look at these apartments and Andrew Hodge showed us this beautiful apartment two bedroom two baths, I also loved the kitchen. It had so much storage plus the island and the Quartz top on the island was beautiful. It was gorgeous. I fell in love with it but I have a house. He was very professional knew what he was talking about. He explained everything about the apartment and what the amenities were, He explained regarding the electric, the water bill all of that. Everything was beautiful. Andrew knew what he was talking about. He didn’t leave anything out. He showed us the Alamo home beautiful Very spacious, I also liked the little back porch and they had storage in the back little yard, I really was impressed. Thank you very much, Andrew.
