Just toured Art House Apartments, and I was blown away! The community is stunning, with a modern design and incredible amenities. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight—such a perfect spot to relax and take in the views! Daniel gave me the tour, and he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and feel like home. If you’re looking for luxury living with amazing amenities, Art House is definitely worth checking out!

Living at art house has been great. Apartment is spacious with lots of natural light. Any minor issues with appliances have been fixed immediately with no issues. The staff are super friendly and help with anything needed. There are always weekly events open to the residents which has been great for days I don’t have to work!

I moved into Art House at the end of July and my experience has been great! The leasing team helped make my move easy and they are very responsive. They also put on a lot of events for the residents which have been so fun!The building is stunning and all the amenities are very well-kept. The Sky Lounge pool view is seriously unbeatable (see attached picture). I have felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood, which was a huge deal to me! Most of the residents Ive met are young professionals and all super nice and welcoming.I can hear my upstairs neighbors sometimes as well as the passing trains but that is expected living in an apartment building so it doesnt bother me. If you are easily bothered by noise I would suggest a unit on the top floor or look into a townhouse :)Overall, I have loved living here so far and have no complaints!!

Living at Art House for the past two months has been amazing! Management has been very supportive, approachable, and are honestly a joy talking to. The leasing agents, Danny and Gianni, host multiple fun resident events each month that make it easy to meet your neighbors. Our most recent event was a cycle & sip at CycleBar across the street. I got a good sweat in and celebrated with a glass of Prosecco afterwards, and even met two new friends!For dog owners, this place is a dream. The large dog park is fantastic and has plenty of space for my dog to run around and socialize with his fur-friends (picture below). There’s even two dog washing stations, which is an added bonus! The property manager, Vivian, is super sweet and LOVES dogs and will hand out treats in the lobby every day. This property is truly one of the most dog-friendly communities in Houston, and we love living here!And let’s not forget about the top-notch maintenance team! Every time I’ve had a request, they’ve responded quickly and took care of the issue without delay. Also, the pictures online speak for themselves. Very rustic, modern interiors with lots of great amenities. Art House Sawyer Yards is a vibrant, welcoming community that I love being a part of!

I moved into my apartment complex in mid-July 2024 after touring the property in early June, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The entire experience has been wonderful, from the beautiful amenities to the incredibly helpful leasing staff.The pool is a standout feature—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The amenities offered, including the fitness center and communal areas, are top-notch and well-maintained, making it easy to feel at home. What really sets this place apart, though, is the leasing staff. They were extremely helpful in coordinating a smooth move-in process, ensuring that my movers could easily access the parking deck. When I noticed an issue after moving in, the staff promptly addressed my concerns and assisted me in filing a claim with the moving company. Their responsiveness and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent amenities and a supportive team behind it.

Living here is so amazing, I had to leave a second review.Please read my initial review for an overview of my entire experience. As an update, I renewed my lease with zero hesitation. As I continue to live here, the sense of community, security, maintenance, unit construction and design, and leasing office continue to exceed my highest expectations. Recently a neighbor of mine contacted the office regarding a noise of water running for a prolonged amount of time from my unit. I was out of town. Turns out it was no big deal, but the quick action from Danny at the leasing office and the caring action of my neighbor ensured my home was safe when I was not there. This is something money simply cannot buy. Unbelievably reassuring. If you are the neighbor possibly reading this, sincerely, thank you.Additionally, the maintenance department maintains the property and every aspect of my home immaculately with great attention to detail, exemplary friendliness, and extremely fast service. I enjoy running into maintenance team members on my way to work, always brightening my morning with a smile and a hello. Very professional, and very kind.The security here is outstanding. I have not once ever felt unsafe. I practically earned my degree from the office pods in the lobby and the indoor and outdoor lounge on the roof, frequently studying in the lobby until early morning hours, sometimes until the sunrise. Whether it is a Monday afternoon or a Friday at 3:00AM, the security standards are the same. Given the proximity to downtown (a 3 minute drive...with traffic) this observation says everything. I enjoyed making conversation with security team members in the middle of the night, which was also an excellent excuse for a study break!To reiterate my original review, the leasing office team members are unparalleled. From the very first phone call I made to tour (Hi Jianni) to every interaction I have ever had since then, I have been blown away. The most friendly, efficient, professional team ever. It is obvious that they care greatly about their community beyond it being their work. Not only that, Danny, Jianni, and Vivian (the property manager herself) have individually each gone above and beyond to me personally while I have lived here regarding any and all problems I have ever had- from packages I forgot to pick up, to forgetting to close my windows before going out of town and it started raining, to providing touch-up paint for my failed decor attempts, and way, way more, it honestly feels like I have family that look over my apartment with me! Again, this is just not something that your money can buy.Tour the property yourself- from the rooftop pool with a panoramic downtown view, the for-purchase art gallery on property, and the entertainment space alone will have you sold. My hobbies, work, and education surround architecture and design, and the extremely fine details such as the unit paint finishes, unit construction quality, unit cabinetry quality, unique floor plans, and even high end GE appliances (kitchen and laundry) elevate the living experience indefinitely. I have seen every apartment in this price range in the Heights and downtown- save your time, no other complex has this combination of high-end elements in the design of their actual units. Sophisticated, durable, and non-builder grade homes.I am so excited to continue to live at the property for another lease term. It is awesome to know that I decided to choose Art House within a 24-hour time frame upon touring almost two years ago and I could not have imagined a better living experience in Houston. Thank you so much, Art House team!

Beautiful place! The aesthetic throughout the property is beautiful. Customer service needs a little help, I called a several occasions to get information regarding one of their apartments and I never received a call nor email back. I communicated via phone and their messaging service/chat on their site, each time I was told, a leasing agent would contact me, unfortunately, it never happened. However, in-spite of that, 3 weeks later, I made my way across the country to see the property. Thankfully, the leasing agent, Jianni, kinda made up for it, she was very informative, welcoming, and upbeat. But overall, no regrets on my visit.

The amenities are clean and beautiful, the staff is really lively and helpful, and I’ve been lucky to have quiet, respectful neighbors. Only complaint is you can get stuck at either train rail along Sawyer when you go out but it is what it is. Looking forward to renewing!

GIVE JIANNI A PAY RAISE.I have been a resident for exactly 12 months at Art House Sawyer Yards. To start, I am writing this to give praise to Jianni from the leasing office. She exceeds the expectations of anyones dream leasing professional. From the very first phone call I made to tour the property, finding me the PERFECT unit I had been searching 9 months to find, to needing assistance with maintenance concerns, above and beyond assistance for my unit when I was in the hospital, and continuous efficient and genuinely kind service, she will make your experience at any apartment complex in the Houston area that much better. I could not imagine living anywhere else simply because my life is made easier by a reliable person in my leasing office. This review is long overdue, and this associate deserves every ounce of appreciation and insurmountable praise she could endlessly receive. If you lease from Art House, definitely seek out Jianni.Being a young female, this property feels extremely safe. Off-duty police, security officers, and cameras are used. I got a reserved parking spot close to the door for safety upon moving in, but after a few weeks of living here I realized it was convenient but not necessary for safety in my opinion. Kasey from security is absolutely outstanding at his job, too.The quality of the units and amenities are simply unparalleled. I can confidently say between myself, friends, and family living in apartments in the Heights, I have toured over 50 properties in the $1,500-$2,500 price range. This was the last apartment I toured because I realized there was not going to be one better. When friends come over, they are in awe and cannot close the camera on their phones. The unit finishes, floorplans, details like blinds and flooring, and the amenity furniture and layouts are absolutely stunning.The maintenance staff is the kindest, most professional team the residents could ever ask for. Jose deserves recognition of his professionalism, curtesy, and hard work.Art House is safe and clean with insane amenities and apartments. The leasing office and maintenance are excellent at communication, and more importantly work extremely quickly and efficiently. They constantly hold events for residents with alcohol and food and have different activities, such as buying plants, wrapping Christmas presents, and even playing with dogs for adoption. The cleaning crew ensures everything is aesthetically pleasing and sanitary. The pools are immaculately kept, unlike most apartments, and the gym has a good amount of standard equipment.Could not reccomend moving to Art House more. I could not possibly live in any other apartment in Houston due to the insanely positive experience I have had at this property.

The maintenance staff is very professional I feel like I live in a hotel. I even hired her for my apt cleaning service. This place is home and the team is family. I’m so happy I struck gold moving here.

I have been living at Art House since May. Folks in the leasing office are friendly and professional. The apartment is beautiful and clean (did I mention the downtown view from the rooftop?). They also have fun events very often. The location is excellent and close to a lot of stuffs and most importantly, close to downtown, which is where I work now.They deserve a big kudos on their hospitality. I moved often and had lived in many different apartments in Houston as well as in different cities because of my job. I can say Art House is one of the best. 👍🏼

I recently moved into Arthouse Apartments, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into this community, it was evident that Arthouse takes pride in not just providing living spaces but in fostering a true sense of community among its residents.The community-building efforts at Arthouse are outstanding. The management organizes regular events and activities that bring neighbors together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether its an art-show, gift wrapping sessions, or community building events, theres always something happening that encourages residents to connect and build relationships. These events have not only allowed me to meet my neighbors but have also made Arthouse feel like more than just a place to live – it feels like home.Moreover, the attention to detail in maintaining the property is commendable. The landscaping is always well-kept, and the common areas are clean and inviting. Its clear that Arthouse invests in the upkeep of the property, ensuring that residents can take pride in where they live. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, addressing any issues promptly. I am not the type of person to write reviews which therefore speaks volumes on the property.

Ive been here going on a year now, and I dont plan on moving any time soon. The staff is an absolute blessing and they were prompt with both fixing my AC unit and a shelf that I had accidentally broke off its hinges. And were completely nice about it the entire time. Although at first I was confused by the lady sitting in a spot by our entrance (I work late and often come home between 12 or 1 at night) so I thought it odd that a car was parked almost in the middle of foot traffic, so I asked her. Turns out she is a security the staff hired after a uhual broke the gate and shes here when most people are in bed and leaves by the morning. So now I say hi most every night to Maria. The leasing office, maintenance, and security all carry over this welcoming hospitality. I could post about the amenities that make getting through the days a little easier, or the theme they have going with historical art figures through the gym, pool, and sky lounge, but my absolute 2 favorite parts about living here is that, it is pet friendly, and there are propane grills set up that dont need a tank cause they are connected directly to the buildings gas line. So at the push of a button I can grill dinner and then go back up to my apartment and call it a night.

Art House is a beautiful community. Great location for those seeking entertainment within walking distance - be sure to ask questions about what’s nearby! More specifically, what’s close to the area of the building you’re interested in as this is a good-sized community. Art House has great amenities and the finishes throughout the apartments are some of the best. I wish I could have completed my stay, but had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the leasing team was awesome and very helpful. They do all they can to ensure residents have a good experience at their community.

I recently toured this complex and I was amazed by how beautiful the complex is. Tamera was such a bright and sweet person, and showed me around. The view from the 8th floor facing downtown is breathtaking. You can tell the apartment was built well and the security features like remote only access to pretty much every angle of the building is assuring.

The Art House property is beautiful and I absolutely love living here! Located in the heart of Art District.. it is surrounded by everything that fits my lifestyle (HEB, Target, local shops, different gyms (rock climbing, CrossFit, orange theory), restaurants and neighborhood bars). The staff is always professional and very attentive to anything I need. Besides the apartments having the best layouts.. property has everything you can ask for.. meeting/study rooms , a spacious gym, pools and an enclosed dog park.I’ve lived here for almost 4 months and have had the best experience.

Honestly I’ve loved living here. Destin has been the best from the minute I signed my lease! I had a few minor issues with my apartment but they were attentive and fixed it within maybe two weeks at the most. Like some people may have stated it is a little tough to get in contact with the main office, but they are extremely busy due to the influx of tours and the newness of the property. Many of the new properties are experiencing the same influx so I empathize. Email is usually your best route to verify any questions! But a lot of the info is online :)The property is gorgeous and Aileen gave such an amazing tour! I was a walk-in (no appointment prior) trying to knock out touring apartments in one day and she went above and beyond to help me and followed up with me afterwards too. Their team is so friendly and helpful!

You are close to everything, quiet, great neighbors, lots amenities, excellent gym and perks. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to The Heights.

*This review is based only on my recent experience with them, as we are not yet living here*Despite other recent reviews, I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. I was told they’ve been incredibly busy with high demand tours + leasing, so I understand that may be the reason why communication may have a bit of a lag.During our visit, Rachel was sweet + accommodating, and scheduled us in for a tour even though they were busy with back to back appointments. Although the amenities are still a working progress and projected to be done soon, we were able to see the room and floor plan we desired, and we can truly say that the building was made and designed with much thought to honor local artists within Houston! We are excited to see the starry night lounge come to life!Rachel emailed us back day of to answer any questions we had. We are excited to call this place home in the near future.

I have been a resident for about 3 months now and I love this place. The location is prime and the complex is beautiful. The staff has been very helpful and really make you feel at home. During valentine day they had a great spread of chocolate covered strawberrys along with several other deserts and drinks . The only bad part is I gained a few pounds from these gathering but they do have a Gym . Thanks staff and keep up the Great work.

If you are looking for luxury living in a prime location, Art House Sawyer Yards is the place for you. From the moment I toured, my leasing consultant, Destin, was phenomenal. During our tour, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, detailed with his explanation of community amenities and procedures and most importantly, made me feel like I was at home. Additionally, the community features gas stoves, very high quality/tech washer and dryer’s and beautifully designed stand up showered with a built in seating area. I can also say, Destin is primarily the reason I decided to lease here, so I have to give him a kudos!#veryexcitedtomovein!
