You deserve more than five stars.Glen has been an absolutely amazing person. I moved here couple of months ago and I only 2 work orders done both smoke detector batteries and both time Glen came and changed my batteries and it took less than 5 minutes.Glen is very professional, friendly, outgoing, and very kind. He is an amazing human being. And he deserves more than five stars. ✨ 🌟 ⭐️

The staff at Ariza go above and beyond. Shay is very friendly and willing to answer any and every question you may have. Shay made the move from my home town of El Paso super easy and simple! And the maintenance man, Glen, was friendly, professional, and timely. I put in a work order for my smart lock and he came out first thing the next morning to fix it. The rest of the staff is just as friendly as well. I would recommend Ariza Plum Creek to all my friends, if I had any here yet!

I recently moved to Ariza and I can not express enough how amazing the experience has been from the application process to moving in and actually being a resident! Shaylyn from the front office made the application and move in process so fast and easy and I can not thank her enough for going out of her way to secure a specific move in day! Glen in maintenance has been wonderful and speedy in solving any issues I’ve had! Maintenance is so speedy in resolving any request put in! Overall living at Ariza has been wonderful and I can not recommend it enough!

We’re so excited about our move in to Ariza Plum Creek apartments! It Seems like an awesome community, the apartments are very nice! and in a convenient location next to every retail store and several restaurant’s down the road. We want to thank Jenni for all her help answering questions and patience with the lease process & Shay for finalizing our move in. We’re looking forward to a new year 2025 here at this apartment home , and God willing a few more years.We want to thank Glen and Alex for the great friendly maintenance service, to the clothes dryer. They had the parts needed on hand to complete the repair in one day and now the dryer is back in working condition.

Just recently joined the community and I have nothing but positive things to say about the Ariza! Shaylyn helped us through the entire application process, and was always there for any questions we had. Excellent communication from all staff members, they are all rockstars! Danielle was there to welcome us in on our move-in day taking the time to talk about all the amazing amenities the Ariza has to offer. Beautiful property that is very well maintained! Love the location as you can get gas, shop, and find restaurants all within 5 minutes of the complex.

This apartment complex is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen. The customer service that I have received since moving in has been amazing. Shay, Danielle, Traci and Cari are all so quick to help me with any questions I’ve had. They always have treats in hand for my pup and the maintenance turn around time is so quick. Shout out to Glenn, Britton and Dani for all their help.Every morning I stop into the office and make myself a delicious coffee with their new coffee machine!Definitely come tour this apartment community!

I recently moved into the Ariza Plum Creek and had a positive experience throughout the process. Although I couldn’t view the apartment in person due to my schedule, Shaylyn was incredibly helpful. She made sure to send videos and pictures, which made the move-in process easy.I submitted a maintenance request, and Glen arrived the same day to replace the capacitor in my AC unit, change the filters, and explain how my new thermostat works. Everyone here has been very kind. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and good schools, with plenty of green space for walking.

Great experience as always with the Ariza staff! The maintenance staff came and fixed our units A/C within an hour of the maintenance work order being placed. Glen and Alex were able to fix the thermostat issue and our A/C was back in business!

This apartment complex has the nicest leasing office of any apartments in which I’ve ever been a resident. I mean this in terms of staff and facility. From the managers to the leasing agents, I’ve never felt so well attended to. There is always someone available to help me with any issues or questions I have, and I am that tenant who will come in to the office about any little issue. There has been hardly any maintenance issues due to how well built the apartments are. In the rare instance that there is a maintenance issue, they usually have it fixed within that same day. They keep me informed of the status of whatever maintenance issue I might have. The maintenance staff here is also incredible and extremely polite. My girlfriend and I have decided to upgrade our single bedroom to a two bedroom and we look forward to many more years living at this complex. I would recommend these apartments to anybody living in the Kyle area. If you are searching for a new place to live, come to Ariza Plum Creek Apartments because your search will end here!

I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team at Ariza Plum Creek Apartments. I was having issues with my refrigerator and freezer running but not keeping anything cold. Glen and Alex came to see about it the same day that I notified the office. They are the best! They did what they could initially to try to reset the refrigerator but when that failed, they replaced it completely on one of the coldest days of the year without complaint and I’m sure it wasn’t fun since I live on the third floor. I’ve lived in 5 different apartment complexes in the past few years and the Ariza has by far been the best experience i’ve ever had. Both Shay and Danielle made the application super smooth. Move in was also so easy. They gave any and all information we might need and a whole welcome basket with a bunch of move in essentials upon getting our keys.The place was beautiful and in such great condition. After being there for over a month my favorite part is the trail that wraps all the way around the property. Evening walks with our beagle are so fun!!The overall experience so far has been amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the Kyle area!! :)

I did not visit Ariza before leasing an apartment and used their website / Google to determine where to find a place to call home. Everything on their website is accurate, and pictures portray what I have seen in person now that I have moved in!The property is well maintained and very little noise is heard from inside my apartment.Shay is absolutely the best!! She constantly kept me informed with what she was waiting for to proceed with getting me into an apartment and got everything taken care of in 1 day! Shay made it feel as if I was the only person she was dealing with, all on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I have lived in over 15 apartment complexes, and Shay has out done them all! Shay has also been following up with me after moving in to make sure everything is going smoothly. I am super happy in my choice to go with Ariza and very grateful to have had Shay help with everything!

I am new to the area and came in for a tour. Absolutely beautiful property and awesome staff. The property was clean and looks very “demure”. They were very professional and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Even the maintenance crew were very polite and professional. I’ve lived at Ariza for almost 2 years and just signed a new lease. Traci and Danielle are both amazing property management associates, extremely professional and you can tell they care about the property and residents. The property is well maintained and has great amenities, we love the large dog park and pool. Glen and the maintenance staff have helped me with even the smallest issues and are always friendly. The only con I’ve ever had is that “you can’t choose your neighbors”. But overall the beauty of living on the golf course and friendly staff keeps me living here!

Danielle & Jenni have been so much help today and even went above and beyond to send me detailed emails of everything I needed to complete my process. Overall a great place to live - well maintained, prompt and professional management, and efficient maintenance team.The point I’ve withheld is regarding visitor parking, in which a guest of mine was parked in visitor, forget to register online, and was towed to South Austin. They were charged $320 to get their car back and Reliant Towing informed them that they charge $100 extra to tow outside of the city. It begs the question why this towing company was selected for our complex when there are plenty of towing companies in the Kyle area.Like I said, not many complaints to note, but this is a big one

I’ve lived at Ariza for almost two years now and it has been the best experience. Traci and Danielle in the front office are both extremely kind and professional. You can tell they really care about residents. Through out the year the staff goes out of their way to throw events that help foster a safe and friendly environment. There is also a cold brew Friday that takes place every Friday for all residents. The property is well maintained and has great amenities. Glen and the maintenance staff have helped me with even the smallest issues and are always friendly. Maintenance requests are handled as quickly as possible & communication is top tier.The only issue I have ever had is with creepy neighbors when going to check my mailbox.However, my immediate neighbors are both kind and friendly.I encourage family and friends to lease here when ever they share that they are apartment hunting. I genuinely enjoy living here & have no plans on leaving Ariza anytime soon.

Hello all and Happy Holidays,If you like me, have been searching for the perfect home for you and your family this busy holiday season, then look no further than Ariza at Plum Creek Apartments!I found myself in a dire situation as my plans to move out of state had changed. My lease was up and I found myself with only days to find a new place to live! Yes, I was in a panic but my mind was set at ease once I walked into the leasing office at APC.I was greeted by Danielle. She prompted offered me a seat and a much needed bottle of water. She then began to explain to me the types of apartment models that were offered of which there were many.What really set her apart from any other agent I have worked with (and believe me there have been many), is that she took her time, and not only showed me one model but all of them without my even asking so that I was able to make a knowledgeable decision based on my family’s needs and my budget. Her patience and kindness was second to none. She answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation.Not only were the grounds of the complex impeccably kept, but the amenities offered for the price can’t be believed! They have everything from free coffee in the office to a fire pit and state of the art fitness facility to which I am excited to report will be getting a stair master very soon!Danielle worked a miracle with the speed at which she completed my application process which was very easy on my part to complete. She kept me posted every step of the way. She was able to get me through the whole process within twenty-four hours and before I knew it, I was in my new home!When I came back to get my keys, I was able to meet another wonderful person, Shay! She was also spectacular and although she was busy when I initially came in, she made it known that she would be with me as soon as possible. Even though she was doing a million things at once and there were other people waiting and other details to which she needed to attend, she still managed to communicate to me that I was a priority. I have never lived anywhere that took the time to explain my move-in final steps in such great detail!Both Danielle and Shay treated me with dignity and respect from moment one. If these two women are representative of the rest of the staff here, I know that I will be here for a long time! I’ve had the pleasure of living here for 3 years and it’s the best complex in Kyle! We looked at around 20 apartments in this area and none could compete with Ariza! Cari, Traci, Danielle and Shea are so helpful with any questions or concerns that we have had. There are events throughout every month that give us opportunities to get to know our neighbors. The gym and pool/pool house are always clean and welcoming. The apartments are spacious yet comforting. It’s really a great community that I’m lucky to be a part of!

My girlfriend and I absolutely love the property! The place is always super clean and well maintained. It’s a very friendly and peaceful community. I would definitely recommend investing in a carport to anyone on the fence about it, especially if you get home later in the afternoon/night. We’ve had nothing but a great experience so far and hope to join some of the community activities soon now that work/school aren’t as busy. We would highly suggest touring the property if you’re searching in the Kyle area. There are a ton of great things about living here:- The property is beautiful and fairly well kept. (Maintenance does tend to overlook things like exposed sprinkler pipes and the ant beds on the walking trail need to be addressed - fairly minor issues)- Maintenance responds quickly to issues and are very friendly- Pool area is lovely- Neighbors are quiet- The staff does a great job welcoming new residents with a well thought-out welcome package that give you everything you need those first couple of days of moving in- The office staff really does try to work with you on issues, even bumping things up to corporate. We had a small issue with needing an extra garage remote after an upgrade to the property. Traci was the consummate professional (despite me getting frustrated) and worked hard to find a solution that she could get corporate to approve. Bottom line - she made us feel welcomed and appreciated, as does the rest of the staff.

I have recently moved into Ariza Plum Creek and I will say, I’m very impressed. I’ve never been this satisfied with an apartment complex. Danielle, one of the leasing agents here, has been the most friendly and helpful in my rental experience overall. Made the moving process so much easier than expected. There whole team is friendly and there communication is 10/10. I had a fewmaintenance requests that I had put in and they showed up first thing the next day. One of the maintenance employees, Glen, was very friendly and efficient! So happy to be living in a place that truly cares about there workplace and tenants!

I’ve lived at Ariza for about 2ish years. It’s a great property. Maintenance team is on top of things even when short staffed. I had an issue with my fridge and Glen fixed it in no time. Glen also quickly tended to my issue with the AC.The Ariza property is cleaned and maintained. Office staff are always on top of things and keep up with the community. They’re always friendly and helpful.My only complaint is that they sometimes need to upgrade/update the locks/security system & quarterly maintenance visits so they stop by the apartment more than I’d prefer. I’d rather put my own filter but I understand the need for it & the security is a nice feature.THANKS GLEN!

I really enjoy living at these apartments. The grounds are the cleanest I have ever seen in an apartment complex. The maintenance stays on top mowing, trimming, and removal of debris. I also like the clubhouse when I have time to use it.However, the noise between the walls is ALOT more than I expected. So much so, it does not meet WFH requirements at my company. I was informed that the noise interiorly were minimal, I cannot say at least from my perspective that this is accurate. Hence the 4 star rating. One of the redeeming qualities about the apartment is there is a lot of community involvement, with a diverse mix of people who reside here.

Just renewed my lease, and I upgraded! I was in the smallest floor plan they offer and I had it made. Super affordable, plenty of space, and great neighbors. I got a carport and garage because I have 2 vehicles and it hails sometimes, Texas. They have awesome promotions and I was able to get the garage at a huge discount for the first few months.My lease was coming to an end last month and I knew I didnt want to leave, so I checked out some options and fell in love with a bigger apartment that was only a fraction more than what I was paying currently, so I got an upgrade!The leasing staff made the transfer so easy and I felt like they were taking care of me the whole time. I cant thank Natasha, Karlos, Alexa and Katelyn enough for always being on top of everything and making the customer feel like theyre top priority. You guys rock!But that view tho...

Danielle and Traci are both amazing help and have been especially great on my recent unit transfer. Natasha was amazing help on my initial move in over 3 years ago too. My only complaint still to this day is the extremely limited parking and how much of an inconvenience it can be, other than that I love it here!

They truly listen to residents’ concerns and adjust to benefit and give the residents a better living experience. I love their gym, pool, and the main office is beautiful and property is very calm. From the moment I submitted a request for more information, till the day I moved in, the staff at Ariza Plum Creek had great communication overall! I submitted a request late one evening and by the next morning I had a response from Traci. I scheduled a tour of the complex later that week and was assisted by Natasha. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was going to be place I called home. Natasha made my friend and I feel so welcomed and answered any questions we had. Natasha followed up afterwards via text and continued to provide support and answer any additional questions I may have had. If Natasha was not available, her team did an EXCELLENT job in responding and relaying the message.Traci helped me the day I moved in, and she too was very welcoming and kind! She explained everything I needed to know and took her time doing so. After I completed my resident quality inspection form, I did have a few maintenance requests that needed to be submitted. I met with Traci and discussed these issues and she assured me that the maintenance team does their best to complete a work order within 24 hours!One thing I look for is good communication and I found that here! From text messages to emails, the staff here does their best to ensure effective communication. I am looking forward to my stay here! 10/10 recommend!

I also love the location, so central, yet so calm (on the golf course). It is really safe and quiet. It has a great mix of residents singles couples and families, and everyone is very friendly. Every employee in the leasing department is extremely nice and helpful. Even the maintenance team is super nice. They fixed an issue I had literally within minutes they are very quick and knowledgeable. The pool area looks like you are on vacation and they have a nice trail for walking your pets. If I could give more than 5 stars I would they definitely deserve it.

I loved my time at Ariza. It was unfortunately cut short due to my job moving me 2 hours away for a project, but if I’m ever back in the area I will 100% look into moving in with Ariza again. The neighbors are wonderful, the grounds are always exquisite, and it’s soooo quiet. The resident areas and office space are fun and always seem to have something exciting going on. The apartment itself was beautiful and in fact, the only thing I can’t comment on is the maintenance- and that’s because I never needed it! Everything was so well taken care of.The only warning I can give is to do with parking, there aren’t a whole lot of spots. If you come home late, just be warned you might have to walk! I never felt unsafe, even as a girl living alone, so that’s not a huge deal. Just be sure to warn your visitors too as the visitor parking is strict and they have to register or they *will* be towed. Trust me 😅Overall, SO grateful for one of my first solo living adventures and hope to be back one day. Thanks Ariza! (Especially Traci helping me out so graciously with early move out!)

The view from my patio was very relaxing and enjoyable.The women in the office were always very responsive and attentive to any of my needs and concerns. They keep their residents informed via email of any updates going on in the complex. I always felt informed with what was going on at all times.If you live or park near the golf course, be prepared for a ding or two from golf balls. Its not the complexs fault, but it does happen!I have lived in apartments all of my life and Ariza Plum Creek Apartments was by far my favorite! I hope to be back some day!

Rene has come by a few times when we need some stuff fixed and is always very professional, quick, and clean wherever he works. recently had a few things that were adding up that we needed to fix, all minor things that were more headaches than problems. Rene showed up and within 15 minutes, fix our microwave, replaced a part that was broken in our bathroom, and even found a loose screw elsewhere we didnt even know about and fixed it right away. We moved here at the very last minute and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing Traci was.We moved from California and our home closing fell through the day before we were leaving to move across country to Texas. We got a response from the complex right away. Traci worked with us at lightning speed within two days so we could have somewhere to call home. She was an angel sent from above during a dark time where we thought we’d have nowhere to go. Traci is the best!We also love living here. The pool area is always pristine and looks incredibly inviting. They have food trucks and events often that make it so fun to be able to live here. Any maintenance concern I have is taken care of right away and we couldn’t have been any luckier with finding this apartment complex.

Awesome apartments to be living at! The buildings are very well build and all the appliances are top notch. We have lived here for the past 2 years and never had any problems And you can’t beat the location either,.... 2 minutes away from anywhere you need to be for example, HEB, Walmart, target, bars, restaurants and shopping centers. We have been Very Well Taken care by Natasha ( ask for her if she’s available) she’s been wonderful. Always a Pleasant experience when talking to her, she’s been able to answer and take care if any concerns we have come across at a timely manner. She makes living here so much better because she makes us feel welcome as if taking to a friend.

This apartment complex is such a fantastic place. I visit my friend here often. I love spending time with them at the amenities. What’s even better is that they allow us to register our cars as visitors which makes sure we have a place to park on-site. I had questions because I was considering possibly moving in. Natasha and Cari in the office were so helpful and nice. I’m still looking around but I wanted to give them a shoutout. My friend loves living there and hopefully when my lease expires I get the chance to move in here too!

Coming from a not so great apartment complex prior to this, I had my expectations set VERY high and so far Ariza has not let me down. Everything from the application process to move in was extremely smooth and very efficient. Samantha, the assistant manager, was so helpful and always fast to respond to my never ending list of questions, which is so appreciated. The other leasing staff I have spoken to have been all smiles. Not to mention the property is absolutely beautiful. Everything in my unit works flawlessly which is awesome considering it’s brand new and could’ve had some hiccups. I can’t say enough how awesome the entire experience has been so far. If I could give over 5 stars I would. I am so pleased.

I moved into the Arza Plum Creek apartments about 30 days ago. the staff are helpful and attentive. the other residents include professionals as well as some nice families. My maintenance requests are filled promptly and the property is clean and safe. You also cant beat the pool and public areas! I do recommend these apartments!

Let me start by saying I have lived here for a little over a year now. When I was originally looking I was a little hesitant because like everyone else these days, reviews play a big role on a decision to dine at a restaurant, visit a local park, or in my case move into my first apartment! Well, Ariza hasn’t disappointed! The staff and management are so welcoming and helpful! The property itself is gorgeous and honestly I can’t complain about anything. I have had a few minor issues with my apartment, and with the new system after the owners changed, but Karlos was so helpful in fixing my issues with maintenance and directing me with the new system set up. They always have fun entertaining things going on to really engage the community even though there has been a halt due to COVID, and the staff is always smiling! Really, they are! Parking has been a little bit of an issue but it has improved and they have towing. Needless to say, don’t let any of the few bad reviews deter you. The views are amazing and the property is peaceful. It’s expected to have little issues here and there when living in an apartment community but the staff as a whole has always been helpful and timely. Thanks Ariza!

We have been here since November and I love the apartment, the staff, and the community.Pros: Quiet, affordable, great staff, pet friendly, mostly friendly neighbors, nice amenities, and very nice apartments! Our leasing experience with Natasha was great she is absolutely wonderful. I was nervous about leasing sight unseen pretty much, but she made it easy and I don’t regret it the apartment has been great.Cons: Some neighbors won’t put their dogs on leashes. My dog has been nearly attacked several times. Parking is the biggest issue here. It’s nearly impossible to have guests. There’s very few “visitor” parking spaces and guests cannot park anywhere else. Also, be sure your guests register their car or they will be towed. My friend got towed for not registering her car even though she was parked in a visitor spot and she had to pay $300 to get it back. What was even more frustrating is that there were several guest cars parked in nonvisitor parking who were not towed on the very same night... including one of my other friends! They don’t tow it close either they tow it to austin.

I absolutely loved living here! The property is gorgeous and the units are so pretty & modern inside. They have great pricing for brand new apartments. You’re close enough to 35 that it’s convenient but tucked away enough that it’s peaceful. Natasha & Katelynn truly made my experience great. I ended up having to move out early because I relocated for work and the entire team was super helpful the whole way through. It’s only been two months & I already miss living there!

We have lived at Ariza for almost three years. We love everything about it. Cari, Natasha, Traci and Natalie are the front office team and are so friendly and always help us with anything we need, The maintenance group with Randy, David, Javi and Curtis are top notch and work hard to make sure everything is working as it should.(They even came to our rescue when our car wouldnt start.) I love the huge pool and the grill area. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live to make Ariza their home.

The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the amenities were super useful. I do wish there were heavier dumbbells in the gym, other than that absolutely loved it.

Going to renew my lease this year, this is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in & I really love it here, it’s Clean, beautiful apartments, 😍amazing management. Great pool. Oh and I like how the office is always giving us free stuff and having food trucks here. 😋. Would have been 5 star s but THE only thing I don’t like is people complain about everything and you can’t have more then 2 people at the pool. You pay A LOT of money to live here and can’t enjoy the pool without people harassing you for everything little thing. It’s not ok we had 4 people come up to everyone at the pool, even had someone watching us wow. And no one had at problem at the pool we weren’t causing trouble and we were all sharing the BBQ pit. Totally unessary for that.

I have lived here for over a year now. Arizas floor plans are excellent for the money, and the primary reason why I renewed my lease. There is a glaring issue with the complex that many other reviewers have pointed out: visitor parking.In our leases, it is a violation for a resident to park in a visitor spot when there are spots available for residents. I have brought this up numerous times because I understand it is difficult to have guests over when parking is sparse. I still see the same repeat offenders parking in visitor spots because they either cant read, or are too lazy to walk from one spot over. Its impossible to NOT see that you parked in a visitor spot; it has VISITOR PARKING on the curb, and at the start of the spot. My frustration is directed more towards the residents that continue to do this. I know this is difficult for the office to enforce because it involves overnight parking, and I dont expect them to be out all night looking at cars.There has been some issues with build quality as well. When I moved in, we had some parts of the ceiling unpainted, sealant all over the granite counters, glue coming up from the floorboards, some drawers had the laminate ruined, and warped cabinet doors. The deadbolt for the patio door also broke and was stuck locked. Other than that, appliances have worked well and there has been no issues with seals in my unit. Since new units are not being made, initial quality is not a reason for four stars.The golf course view is great. Be careful though; I guess covid has brought out some people with truly awful game, as they managed to break one of our windows. Other windows have been struck as well, and cars parked near the golf course have had their windows broken. Take caution when considering paying extra for the golf course.Office staff has been great. I am having issues with the new resident portal paying the full amount of rent. Its always leaving $15-17 left that I then have to pay another card fee on to process.Something needs to be done about visitor parking. I understand the reason for the policy, because parking for residents was a big issue when the complex was new and towing wasnt enforced. However there needs to be a better solution than what we have now. Residents, do your part: stop parking in visitor spots overnight.

I love living here. My apartment that overlooks the pool it is wonderful. The ladys are always really nice when i swing by. I do have problems with parking. The apartment tows non resident vehicles at night so people that pay to live here can have a place to park there cars. Sometimes when I have guests and I cant get to the leasing office to get a permit for them I will have them park at the HEB or in the parking lot by kholes and just go pick them up. Compared to all of the apartments I looked into while moving south this place is definitely the most bang for your buck!
