    We have called Archer home for over 2 years and love it! The valet trash, free community events & responsive maintenance are all highlights of being here. Floor plans are large & affordable for being adjacent to downtown. Management is personable & quick to find solutions.

    Pros:1. Well equipped gym2. Garage parking3. Quick response AC fixes. They prioritize AC issues above other maintenance items.4. Frequent events to keep tenants engaged.5. Lounge area with private sections and WiFi.6. Pool area with grills.7. Location if you work in the medical district.8. Soundproof walls. I rarely hear my neighbors.Cons:1. Lack of enforcement of rules regarding dogs. For example, tenants leave dog poop in the hallways leading to the apartments. No one wants dog poop in their front door step.2. The dumpster is almost always full. Garbage is always overflowing. Its very unsightly.3. The surrounding area is a little sketchy. I wouldnt feel comfortable walking in the area at night.4. People drive very fast in the garage. You have to be careful. They seem to think its Indy 500.5. Kitchen sink size is extremely small. You can barely fit a medium size pan in it. Theres a full size fridge and a stove. Why not a sink?

    Iā€™ve called Archer Medical District home for nearly four years, and from day one, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The property management team truly feels like family. Mā€™Lise, the Property Manager, and Jessie, the Assistant Property Manager, go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive community.I went through a tough time in life, and the entire office rallied behind me, offering encouragement when I needed it most. The least of my worries was how I was going to pay rent, which alleviated so much stress. They reassured me that everything would work outā€”and it did!Beyond the incredible team, the amenities are top-tierā€”two luxurious pools, a fully updated gym thatā€™s šŸ”„, and well-organized community events that bring residents together. This isnā€™t just an apartment complex; itā€™s a community that genuinely cares. If youā€™re looking for a place that feels like home, Archer Medical District is it!

    I donā€™t like to right reviews but I have to give Asheville @ Spring Branch kudos for their hospitality, their entire staff and the application process. They made me feel welcomed even before I was approved. My leasing agent, Claudia Galvan, was very responsive to my emails and phone calls, always keeping me updated on my application process. She explained the features of each unit clearly and answered all my questions about the neighborhood and amenities. Claudia took the time to understand my needs and showed me units that were a great fit for me. The entire leasing process was smooth and professional. Claudia was polite and respectful throughout. All my paperwork was prepared quickly and explained in detail, making my move-in process easy. After living here for a few months now, I have to say I made the right decision and couldnā€™t be more pleased.Thank you Asheville at Spring Branch for making me feel right at home!!

    Awesome place! I toured Archer Medical District looking for a 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment, and I was helped by Lonzo, who was incredibly helpful and super friendly. When I explained what I was looking for, he also took my needs into account and offered up other suggestions as far as floor plans go. We looked at the exact units I was interested in seeing and a few extras and found some great options. On top of that the fitness center was better than most Iā€™ve seen, the pool was nice, and the business center looked like a real office floor (great for all you wfh peeps). If you go to Archer, you wonā€™t be disappointed with Lonzo OR the apartment complex.

    I am moving to Dallas from Houston and was a bit nervous for the process but as soon as I toured Archer my worries went away. Lonzo was so great and the property was super nice. I toured 4 other places afterwards and all were dull in comparison to my tour with Lonzo ā€” his vibe alone made the apartment hunting experience that much better! Needless to say I applied the next day. My application process went smooth and I was approved. I am excited to be a part of the archer community and grateful for Lonzo making the who process seamless and feel like home!

    Lonzo my man, he is such a hard worker. Went out of his way to get our apartment approved. I recommend Mr Lonzo be your leasing agent if you are searching for for an apartment. Better yet I recommend Archer Medical Distrct. All the staff is awesome!

    Upon walking in for a tour I spoke with Lismar and she was beyond helpful and understanding with my situation. I needed to move in fairly soon and she was absolutely phenomenal in showing me an available space within my price range. Iā€™ve had some bad experiences with apartment hunting in the DFW region but Lismar was quite the contrary. Her communication throughout the application and move in process relieved so much stress and was truly a relief. The experience with Lismar made me feel comfortable with this big move to Dallas.

    Just moved into my new apartment and couldnā€™t be happier with the experience. Miguel helped me pick an apartment that made sense for me as I donā€™t care to be by the pool and like to be in a quieter area since I worked from home.     I am currently living here moved in Jan 16 2024 and honestly one of the chillest most amazing place to stay at near a hospital and Kroger and all the places I first I was skeptical with how the outside of the area looked with homeless people and etc but honestly itā€™s been chill no issues nothing. Walking at night for me I feel safe as I have a dog. Lonzo really helped me get everything situated and the conversation I had with him while I was touring made me feel like I was apart of this apartment which convinced me even more! The inside of the apartments are brand new with marble kitchen top and spacious as well. This is a great and quiet place to stay at!

    I instantly fell in love with the property! The finishes in my unit (i.e., kitchen backsplash, bathroom tiling, etc.) add nice personality to the space while maintaining a modern feel; the amenities are great (i.e., pools, common areas), and the leasing staff has been very helpful.     Moved here Nov 2022 and itā€™s been a nice experience. Community notifications are helpful and they have several resident events throughout the year. I wish elevator maintenance was a bit better. 3 elevators, one of them has been down for at least 2 months at this point. The other 2 randomly stop working at least once a month. Other than that, Iā€™m content living here.

    I have been living here for a bit more than a month, and I couldnt have made a better choice. The location of the apartment is perfect. I love all of the amenities, especially the gym. Shout-out to Lonzo Porchia, who was the person that gave me the property tour. Believe me, if youre lucky enough to have him as your leasing specialist, youll want to move into these apartments the next day. He helped me with all my paperwork (which wasnt easy) and was always attentive. Archer is a great place to live!

    Lonzo showed me and my daughter an apartment today. He was so professional. When we walked in the door he stood up and greeted us with a hand shake while introducing himself, well dressed with a 100 watt smile.     I had an outstanding experience touring an apartment complex virtually, thanks to the exceptional assistance of leasing agent Lismar. Being out of the country could have made the apartment hunting process challenging, but Lismar made it seamless and efficient. She was incredibly accommodating, arranging a comprehensive virtual tour that allowed me to explore the apartment in detail from afar. The apartment complex itself seemed well-maintained and exactly what I was looking for.     Our Company BTS Maintenance Service works along side these great apartments for all their maintenance needs. The staff especially Patricia and Ofelia are amazing 10/10! They are very respectful of my workers time and always are engaged on what has to get done as they have a lot to do. The apartment complex looks beautiful and has had many renovations recently. The property has great security and protection with those gates and elevators requiring a pass. Some new grills were installed in the main pool by the office , I recommend checking them out !

    City Life! If you like/love a fast paced environment, well these apartments are right in the midst of it all! Uptown, Downtown, all the finest restaurants, and the community events held via Apartment Life, Im not in any rush to move.Got to do my first Sip n paint right in the apt clubhouse/lounge area! Talk about residential activities! Its here!My lease is up in November and I really dont have too many cons except for the garage two-way drive. Its treacherous because of the lack of concern for others when flying around blindspots in the garage. It can give you anxiety! You experience alot of hard brake stops in the garage trying to avoid speed demons. Thats my only con. They need STOP signs in the garage, clearly, but other than that, Im renewing my lease here. Happy to stay!

    I would think the staff at the vibe for such a wonderful experience. My husband was working there in Dallas and his company put him up for 3 months there and I went with him and its a beautiful beautiful place wonderful staff and the one bedroom apartment. I did only have one issue with the washing machine leaking and maintenance came up in a timely prompt fashion and was very professional and had it replaced right away. I recommend this apartment complex to anybody in the Dallas area. I also would like to say I love the resort style pool..

    Lived over here for 3 years from 2019 through 2022 and it was an absolutely amazing experience.The thing that stands out was the amazing staff in their leasing office. Ofelia is a GEM - excellent at what she does and also so accommodating and approachable. Always goes up and beyond to help, and responds in a timely manner. Infact everyone downstairs are always smiling and welcoming - my one year would love going to meet everyone daily and they would shower her with so much attention regardless of how busy they were!Secondly, loved the convenience of the location. Walking distance to Parkland was very important given training hours at the hospital.The maintainance team was always on top of their orders, and if for any reason there was a delay they would make sure to communicate.We loved our time here, and hope you do too!

    I lived at Vibe Medical District for three years and overall it was a positive experience. Here are some highlights.The apartments themselves are nice and an excellent price for the area. Friends of mine live 5 minutes away and pay more for the same floor plan. Theres lots of parking available, though people go way too fast in the garage. Kroger is on the other end of the block and youre a $10 uber from downtown or Deep Ellum.The staff is absolutely wonderful. During the blizzard we never lost power, but we did lose water for a few days. We received email updates each morning and evening letting us know the status. They even brought in someone to make free omlettes at the clubhouse!The very first night I moved in, I was doing laundry when I found my dryer wouldnt turn on. Rather than let me suffer with wet clothes, they escorted me to an empty apartment/showroom and let me use that dryer while mine was being fixed.Sometimes things happen that are out of anyones control, but the staff have always done everything they can to help. That said, sometimes theres just nothing they can do.The Parcel Pending lockers are awesome but sometimes they do fill up, and your package will get delivered to your door, where it will probably get stolen if youre not quick.There are 4 gates and it always seems one of them is broken and stuck open. Itll get fixed and then a different one has a problem.The elevator nearest my apartment seemed to always be broken, or have dog pee in it, or some other gross something that made it unpleasant to use. Of course maintenance would correct the issue, but it wasnt long until it happened again.Ultimately, I moved because my boyfriend and I are combining homes and we wanted something a little further out from the city. Youll run into issues anywhere you live, its just whether the good outweighs the bad. And Vibe Medical District Apartments are good.

    We are really enjoying our stay here at the Vibe. The staff is real friendly and the apartment is very nice and modern. My only issue is that the grounds upkeep could be better. Some pet owners are not taking responsibility for their pets as far as cleaning up behind them and it makes it hard for other residents to enjoy the outdoors, hallways, and elevators. Overall, enjoy living here and we even referred a friend who is also currently living here.

    I have been at this property for about 6 months now and personally, I think that the management team is great. They have always been nice and helpful from the initial tour with Alex. They put on events for the residents and overall I think the property is nice. They are quick to respond, fix, and even follow up on maintenance requests. My only real complaint is that lazy dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs, but this happens at all communities. I didnt read the reviews before moving into my apt, and some of them seem quite bad, but think about it for a minute. Some lazy resident not cleaning up after their dog, or leaving a mess in the halls, is NOT to blame on the management, but the individual.

    I have been here for a month and I am totally happy with my new home. The staff is very helpful and answered all my questions. The apartment was clean and ready to move into. I found one item that needed to be repaired and it was done the next day. It is quite too. I have not heard my neighbors on either side of me. The price is very reasonable and for me the location is great! Just a few minutes to places on Lemon ave, Cedar Springs and Oak Lawn. Easy access to the Toll road and I-35.

    If youā€™re looking for a luxury apartment close to downtown with an amazing staff, rent here. Sarah was by far the best leasing consultant we had come into contact within our over 15 apartment tours. She made the relocation process super easy and went over and above when delivering keys, initiating application process, and finalizing paperwork.     Lived here for 6 months and I love it. I like the parcel pending thing, I get a lot of packages and am not home when the office is open except weekends, so its great being able to get my items on my schedule.Shout out to the maintenance team!!! My issues are always resolved very quickly. Once they came over to fix my food processor and changed a burnt out light bulb that I hadnt mentioned, I loved that. Another time, my batteries were dying in my smoke alarm and the thing kept beeping in the middle of the night and the emergency maintenance guy drove over from his house to change out my batteries since the alarm was too high for me to reach.Also, the walls are really thick. I can hear my neighbors dogs barking in the hallway but once Im in my apartment I cant hear anything, even though we share a wall.

    Nice location, easily accessible from the freeway and if youā€™re blessed to get a downtown view, itā€™s breathtaking.The management is trying to implement some changes it appears.Building needs to be cleaned, like the walls and hallways... just a bit dusty. Could be from the construction of the Law office, near by. Nonetheless, it hasnā€™t been a bad 3 month experience, thus far.Maintenance men... I could pass on the way they handle things. But the view so far has made up for it.

    This is going to be a lengthy honest review! I LOVED my apartment. The floor plan was spacious (2bdrm 2bth), centrally located to all downtown activities. Nice finishes and updates, wrap around balcony! First apt moving to dallas and I was very pleased. However the apt I stayed in was right across from the dart train, as are many of their apts and so the noise is LOUD, playing a movie from my laptop was virtually impossible to hear from all the street/dart noise. Some of the pros to this complex is the garage parking (however idiots would run into the gates with their cars so it was broken down several times over my 11 month stay here), pool is very nice and the new management made it even better with updated furniture, gym is very nice, neighbors are quiet, very pet friendly! Also when it came time to renew our lease the rent did not raise at all which was shocking, especially with new management. Some cons were that pet owners frequently do NOT pick up their dogs poop! Literally poop everywhere! In transition of management some of our maintence requests were looked over but eventually fixed after we called and complained, no further issues there. Packages can some times be a hassle...on several occasions the leasing office said they didnā€™t have my package only to find it when I asked them to continue looking as I have a delivery confirmation. Now some might say this was not an issue because you can opt to pay the initial costs to get your packages in the little mail storage box service which bypasses the office and you can access any time but I didnā€™t so there were some issues for me. All in all, aside from the dart noise and dog poop which were my highest annoyances, this was a great place to live! I didnā€™t renew my lease simply because my husband works in Plano and wanted to be closer to work and I was actually quite sad to see that hadnā€™t raised rent as I thought for sure it was going to sky rocket and that thought made me feel alittle better about leaving. I almost want to stay...this was a great place to live, with any apartments youā€™re going to have some issues and I even saw someone say ā€œthey are letting anyone live here nowā€ as if a ā€œcertain typeā€ of people arenā€™t welcome, I mean this is a pricey place to live to OBVIOUSLY if they can afford it they are some type of business professional, but the issues I had were minor and many of them werenā€™t the apartment companies fault. Listen to my review! Now I hope I donā€™t have to come back and revise this if they try to rape me with move out costs of non-existent damages. However, you can schedule a move out tour with one of the leasing agents so they can confirm the condition you left the apartment in, which I have never been offered before! GREAT!

    This apartment is the best choice for UTSW medical students and residents. Both of my kids lived in this apartment. The location is very convenient when they did rotation in Parkland Hospital. It is just across the street from Parkland, and the Childrens Hospital is about one block away. The staff in the leasing office are very nice and helpful, especially the manager Melissa, the assistant manager Ofelia, and the staff Sara. They are all very considerate, and anytime we had any issue, they helped to solve as soon as possible. The maintenance guy was also very helpful; after we put the ticket online the night before, he came next day and fixed the problem. In addition, Kroger and CVS is just around the corner (walking distance).

I especially appreciated how Sara was able to resolve my curiosities with a positive and friendly attitude. She really made me comfortable and stood out from my previous visits to other communities.

    Living at Vibe is very pleasant. The apartments have been all renovated and the amenities are very good. The leasing office is always friendly and communicate very well with our community. Vibe is next to the DART, Kroger, CVS pharmacy and UTSW and Parkland Hospital. For me its very good location to live.

    Vibe is really well run. I can see the staff are always hard at work. Corvez is very knowledgeable about the property. The amenities are really cool and everyone seems to enjoy them!Vibe is positioned really well with plenty of transportation access. I love using the dart to go to American Airlines!

    Lived there for a year after a buddy recommended it. Super conveniently located especially now that the 35 to 114/183 Express lane is done. Management is very helpful and reasonable. Great pool and neighbors. Would have renewed if I wasnt moving out of town. Shout out to the office team that makes it all happen!!!

    Well I have lived in many different apartment communities but I must say their is no comparison to the level of service that Sara provides. So not only was the move in process seamless but even after being a resident for months Sara still is always wanting to assist my needs as a resident; whether its needing to fax a document, pick-up a package, make a maintenance request, or just chat about life. Sara is definitely your go to for an out of this world leasing experience. And the icing on the cake is the amenities the apartment offers free coffee, wow , not mediocre coffee like I have had at other apartment communities, I mean pristine coffee. Pool tables, Golden Tee, A great pool, breathtaking views, trash pickup services, dry cleaning, by far my best apartment living experience. You can call this home anytime. Pleasure awaits you.

    I lived here for a year and I LOVED it. Any problems I had was addrssed in a timely manner. Location is great - close to everywhere and walking distance to CVS, Kroger and Family Dollar. I love the business center and coffee/tea available 24/7. Only moving due to needing cheaper rent
