Mrs Lisa Victoria helped me get into a great apartment after I was denied by two other Apartments for two misdemeanors from 1997 I have recently went through a separation with my wife and my daughter and I were left to pick up the pieces and at one point I thought I wasnt going to be able to find a place I could afford and then I referred to Mrs Victoria she is up front and she got to work for me even though she was going through some personal issues so if anyone needs help contact her be honest and she will really help you get a place a nice decent place.

A very great company really caring people really do their best to accommodate you the best way they could Yeah, my apartment located name was Kelley journey. She was amazing and very caring. I will recommend her 100%. I had a broken lease and a criminal history and she talked to the apartment manager and got me a second chance. I did my application and got approved the same day. I recommend Kelley at best as well as Rebecca. The company itself is very amazing and caring they would do everything in their power To make sure You get approved and find you something that would deal with whatever situation you may be going through. I got with Apartments Here! and started with Kelly Allen in the Summer of 2016 and could not find exactly what I wanted with my price range. Austin is expensive and she suggested that I wait until the winter when prices drop so thats what I did. In November, she called me and followed up and we made an appointment in December. She found exactly what I wanted at what I could afford. I just signed a lease! I am highly impressed with her service as she was always kind, courteous and patient but most importantly very positive and understanding. I am thankful she kept up with me and found what I wanted. I recommend her to anyone that needs an apartment (or a new home as I heard they do that, too).

Lisa is heaven sent!! My boyfriend and I ran into some issues while applying at an apartment complex and were denied! The apartment locator we were with before Lisa completely just gave up on us once we found we had something impeding is from applying just anywhere. I have a felony conviction,( Burglary To A Building) from almost ten years ago and I couldnt find any apartments that would rent to me. I make good money and wanted to move into a nice place. I filled out the forms, online, and explained my situation. The next day I received a call from David York and he, immediately, started to search. By the end of my work day, he had already found a place. This apartment wasnt, quite, what I wanted and the next day David found a nice place in Round Rock for me. We both went in for an interview and I got the apartment, one day before I was set to move out. Very professional and will continue to search and stays in contact with you. Liked the location of one but no pictures of apartments on the web site. No problem. She went and got the key, took photos and sent them to my phone. Perfect. Brian on the other hand, can I just say AMAZING!! He not only found me a place that was UNDER my ridiculously low budget of $1100, he found me a 2bdrm, 2bath 1077 sqft apartment in NW Austin!! The apartment was even on a look and lease, so no deposit, no app or admin fee!! Talk about amazing! I was not even going to try another locator but by gosh I am glad I did!! I looked and went around to places on my own and did not find the deal in the price range that I wanted. I literally went into the office, he took my info, called around and found me a place within an hour!! I did this on my lunch break!! This was just an amazing experience and I want to just say thank you to Apartments Here and a special thanks to Brian!!

I want to start off by saying REBECCA PINKARD is an amazing woman.. Most locators only care about getting paid but, she’s loves her job and take pride in what she does and it shows.. She’s been dealing with me for 3+ years. Everytime my lease is up I run straight to her and she’s always here for me.. I gave her short notice this time around because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to move or not and she’s was still able to EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS..
