    Great property. Very beautiful and new. And importantly, reasonably priced in a great school district. I am new to Texas, but people just move a little slower here. Especially in summer. If you expect 5 star vip service, look elsewhere. For what it is, I am appreciative. This is hill country and still a frontier. Deal with it.

    Lived an Anthem for about a year and a half. Beautiful property. Loved the pool and gym. I had a personal safety issue arise/continue to escalate, during which the staff was so incredibly professional, empathetic, and helpful. (With that being said, the area itself is VERY safe/quiet. I never had safety concerns before this matter, or otherwise.) I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes in my adult life, and it was so refreshing to be treated as a fellow human rather than a number on a page with this situation. Big thanks to y’all, specifically to Eddie, Trae, and Maria!

    I just toured here yesterday, it was great! Eddie was so nice and helpful, he answered all questions honestly and really showed us around. Everything was clean and well kept, beautiful location for apartments and so close to lots of food and some shopping. Loved it, loved Eddie, will definitely consider this complex when I move soon.

    My experience with the Anthem management has been great! Lou and Tre have been so helpful and welcoming and everyone i have met has been bery friendly. They explained everything in detail and gave me a welcome packet with everything i needed to know. The apartment was in perfect move in condition and the property is very clean and maintained. Happy to be here!

    I wish I could comment on Google reviews.. Miss Jody, I’m sorry, what we would call a “Karen” these days.. I come from 60’s apartment builds. My last apartment(s) were prior insect / rodent infested and only $300 cheaper. Location location.. But I dealt, and I worked with my office by fallowing up. Be the squeaky wheel. I hope you never have to deal with that in your next bougie home. I give Anthem five stars because it’s tough to build a newer community. Especially with your expectations. I’ve been here 2-1/2 years and I’m just now leaving because I’m burnt out on my 30-50min commute to and from work. But I’d stay in a heartbeat if that wasn’t the case.. Yes, sometimes the office can lack response, but that’s because they’re probably dealing with Karen’s, sorry, Jody’s like you. Get a grip. It’s a Very nice place to live.

    I am not in the habit of writing reviews; however, I felt after living at Anthem for 2 years I have been so happy with their team that I have to show my appreciation. From the office women (Alejandra, Jacqueline, and Madison) that work so cheerfully to the maintenance crew (Josh, Miguel, Maria, and Daniel) who are so competent. I appreciate the special events that they organize and present for the residents. I am appreciative of all they do for my real home. Thank you.

    Had a great experience from touring all the way to signing for an apartment here! Lou showed me around the complex and the different units. Helped me all the way through signing. Its a beautiful little community with great people, facilities, amenities, and views!

    Wonderful community and staff! I am active duty military, and I felt at ease knowing my wife and daughter were safe and cared for. The staff here are the upper echelon of service in my opinion. The community is engaging, and you really feel part of the family. If you are a hermit that wishes absolute solitude and dont care to respect others around you...an apartment complex is probably not for you. Maybe a cabin in the woods, or an institution, or maybe a cemetery. Most of the community here would give the shirt off their backs, and I dont know why anyone of good will wouldnt love to stay here.

    Everyone we met during our experience of renting an apartment here was nothing short of AMAZING. Yoly our leasing consultant was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to find what we were looking for in our budget. Sherry the manager was sweet as can be. Randy the maintenance manager is always happy to help. Simply the best renting experience my husband and I have ever had. The apartments are gorgeous and the views are even better.

    I truly enjoy living at this apartment complex. Ive only lived here for a short while and Ive already gone to to pool parties. I was actually surprised at how many people showed up. Recently it was guacamole day. Everyone was invited to the office to pick up a guacamole and Margarita kit. Both turned out super well. Cant wait for the next pool party.

    Jose is the best maintenance guy Ive had at any apartment Ive lived in. Takes care of things as quickly as he can and is good on communicating.

    Great apartment! Leasing office is very responsive, great amenities, frequent community activities. Just outside Travis county but still Austin city limits. Peaceful atmosphere.

    Quite place to call home. The apartments are amazing, newly built with unique features not commonly available in rental properties. Love staying here. The management is very responsive to queries and requests. Hardly any to begin with.
