This place is great for the price. If some of the occupants would take more pride in where they live and pick up there trash. Also be mindful of neighbors when playing music. Staff is great, Amanda does all she can for the residents, cant help the entitled ones though. Painters need to learn that paint only needs to be on the walls. Maintenance guy is helpful also.

We havent moved in yet but the assistant manager Cassie has been absolutely fantastic! She got our application through quickly and has just been such a sweet person to work with! Cassie gave my boys little toys to play with and coloring stuff to color pictures that she put on her wall. The Manager Amanda has also been great! She was so sweet to my boys, got them snacks and interacted with them. This whole process has been made so easy and not stressful at all. Thank you! We cant wait to move in!

We have been doing work there for Amanda and her staff for some time now. I have to say as a contractor it is rare when you see a property manager take pride in her property like Amanda does. Her genuine care for her residents set her apart from other managers.We have enjoyed giving AP a facelift and are excited to continue working with this staff in 2024.

I just moved in about a month ago and this place has been amazing it’s quite the office staff is amazing -Colton- has been amazing her helps with whatever u need the maintenance crew is awesome they are understanding and do a great job when needed I would recommend this place to any and everyone! And the prices are amazing and reasonable

I appreciate Amanda ! and Cassie ! although she is no longer a leasing manager with Anson Park Apartments . These ladies are professional friendly and understanding . thank you ladies and thank you Anson Park apartments for being a home not only to myself but to my family , also i would like to say thank you to the maintenance team as well ! I know and understand that Rome wasn’t built in a day and absolutely no one can be in more than one places at once , you guys are appreciated as well thank you all !!

My apartment is just absolutely amazing. My apartment is spacious, and well laid out. Two big rooms and a medium room perfect to fit two people in each, and two large bathrooms, washer and dryer connections , carpeted throughout, amazing balcony and a stairwell entry! The kitchen is nicely connected to the living room with a bar to separate them, giving it a real communal feel. The location is fantastic! My daughters Elementary school is 4 minutes away, By far the best component of the apartment’s however, is the management team. Amanda (Property Manager) & Cassie (Assistant Property Manager) are so accommodating and constantly kept me in the loop on updates and corrections! Management along with Maintance are quick to replace anything that may have been malfunctioning. This has been an amazing experience with Anson Park Apartments and I’m extremely happy about my choice to lease at this property!!! They are all truly kind souls. I would definitely recommend Anson Park Apartments!

The ladies in the office, Amanda and Cassy have been by far the best management team this property has seen. But I am mostly impressed with the new maintenance they hired Cody, he is respectful, fast, and efficient. The entire time I have been here, no one has cared like this crew. I am so thankful.

I moved in these apartments in October and viewed my apartment the day I was moving in. The place was awesome. Then later in the evening when moving stuff in I am doing my checklist and notice that the inside of the stove was disgusting. I take pictures to show the office when I turn in my checklist the next morning. I go to the office and speak with Cassie(Asst Mgr) and show her pics of the stove and she was very apologetic and said she will speak with manager and get back with me. Not long after my doorbell rings and it is Cassie with her gloves and cleaning supplies to clean my oven HERSELF. I told her she did NOT have to do that and she said what kind of a manager would I be If I didnt? So I abliged and she cleaned my oven!! That in itself speaks amazingly high of the Apartments and its staff. THANK YOU CASSIE!!

Great Management!! New Manager Amanda, team Cassie and Maintenance are very accommodating. When you enter you greeted with a smile. They explain do there best to make sure your living experience is warming. All maintenance issues are done as quick as possible with professionalism.

I have lived here for just about 6 years and it has been great! The office ladies (Amanda and Cassie) are always very friendly and helpful. If any problem comes up they are quick to fix it.

These apartments are amazing the front desk lady’s were very welcoming, helpful and courteous. They told me it will be a process which it was a short lengthy one however every time she needed me to come in for corrections I did and everything went well. The unit is amazing I love the location. I Definitely recommend this complex the best unit I’ve lived it so far!!!Keep doing great helping Abilene community.

I lived here for 2 years and I can say this year they have way better management. The apartments are nice and spacious. I had a 3 bedroom.They are very clean, no bugs and if you have that problem they treat your house as long as you report it.They do a lot of community stuff for the kids.I planned to move when my lease is up because we needed a yard but have to leave early due to flood damage in my home. They are fixing it but its just not safe to be in here now.

I will be living here going on 2 years my only issue is no drop box for rent... I love the fact that all the children that I know of get along and that we ingage in activities throughout the year within our gated community..
