I toured Alta end of last year, and it was a finalist on my list. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Looking back, Alta shouldve been the winner but I was wanting something with a yard so a cottage-style vs. hotel-style apartment was my choice. When my current lease is up, I will definitely be looking here again. I know they are adding new sections, so will be excited to see them. I also want to thank Sammi, the Community Manager, who took time to introduce herself, chat and let me know to reach out with any questions....THIS is how an apartment community should be. And another plus, for me, is how pet friendly the facility and everyone is.

LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is beautiful. The staff even more so! Rebecca has been one of the most accommodating, friendly, hospitable, and professional agents in my search for a new place to call home since living in Texas. From the time I walked inside, until the time I walked out, I knew this was a place I could easily call home. If anyone is looking for a new place to live, the ambiance, amenities, and staff that this place has to offer should certainly be something to consider. It won’t compare. Let’s just say from the moment I walked in for a tour I was greeted with such high energy from the property manager. She was very helpful and informative. Brittany guided me around the facility making it very easy for me to feel as comfortable as possible in the neighborhood. The area is beautiful and quiet, there hasn’t been any issues since I’ve been here. Brittany and the front office have been great answering any questions or concerns of mines. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to live great environment and great access to nearby venues!

I was visiting my mom and we had such a great experience with Richaud! Not only was he super helpful and efficient in fixing the issue, but he also had a great sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. I recently visited a friend at Alta at the Farm in Allen, Texas, and had the pleasure of meeting Charles, the maintenance technician. He was incredibly professional and helpful when addressing a maintenance issue in my friends apartment. Charles was quick to respond, explained the situation clearly, and made sure everything was fixed efficiently. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and its clear he takes pride in his work. Its rare to come across such excellent service, and I was really impressed by his professionalism. Great job, Charles!

I have lived at Alta for almost a year. Brittany stepped in and assisted me in getting my application done and get my apartment in 48 hours.I’ll admit that things breakdown but that’s to be expected. However, the staff here are on top of it. They communicative about the issues, what’s being done and when to expect a resolution.I LOVE living here. Beyond, the beauty and amenities of Alta, it is the people. The leading staff always have a smile for you and always helpful, the maintenance crew are just awesome and my neighbors are so friendly. I have never had this experience where I feel like my neighbors look out for me.If you value community, you should check this place out.

Maintenance does a good job at completing my work orders in a timely manner. I never have to wait too long. Kudos to Richaud.. This past summer, my a/c was out and he assisted me by providing me with 2 window units.. they were almost bigger than him (LOL) but he got the job done!

Initially, I wasn’t planning on writing a review about my tour, but I feel compelled to highlight the most memorable aspect of my visit. Lauren, the leasing agent, greeted me warmly when I arrived for a walk-in tour. She offered me water and coffee and showed genuine kindness from the moment I walked in. Lauren patiently allowed me to take my time during the tour, letting me take notes and ask countless questions, all of which she answered confidently. And the moment I put in a maintenance request for a minor issue in my bathroom I get a knock on my door from the maintenance tech Richaud (interesting spelling) within two hours! Im used to small things taking a week for maintenance to get to at other apartment complexes. Richauds a pretty cool guy, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. This is was a game-changing experience for me. Its nice to love where you live.

Edit/update: the neighbors and the staffing here are great. Also the location of the community is very convenient for an active lifestyle. It took me some months to see how things go but I have decided to up my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Granted I have an apartment with a superb location, south facing, top floor, direct access to elevator and garage otherwise groceries and daily access would be a toll. I still wish they would explain the layout and do better walk-thrus . Just found a hidden mini gym in one of the hallways on my floor 😅✌️ like whhhhatt? Haha---‐----------------------------------------------------[Original post:]Id like to preface that no matter what goes wrong with an apartment complex/ company be it the process, the literal mechanics or something to do with the 3rd parties that service it the impression left with the people who spend their hard earned money to live their is what should matter.We choose to live in a place. I WANT to pay money to get good CUSTOMER service and amenities. Is it really too much to ask to atleast have a positive experience even if it was a difficult one?So now that Ive said my introRespectfully,Dont move here until they complete the management company buyout.Youll get official emails that dont accurately reflect pricing quotes for move in (hey I paid less so that was a win atleast)You can only have 1 vehicle registered if youre the sole occupant so if you have any life event where you switch out vehicles and still only have one on property your still S.O.L. You will have to pay for a parking spot for a vehicle that might not even be on site that month)I know not to expect PhD level diplomacy from the leasing office but dont expect them to go the extra mile either. Left driving in circles (literally) to finish moving. just let people know do x,y,z and if that fails please come back to the office for assistance and/orlet them know there are some issues but there is a solution they just need to go through step 1 first. *sigh*So long story short, there were some issues on the office front end but more importantly this brand new building has some interesting maintenance issues. Within one week I had the bathtub faucet head fall off because it was only caulked on. After the repair it doesnt even fit the hole in the shower tiles and has 0 caulking. Im really not in the mood for mold or water damage. I might have to run to home depot myself to make sure it is sealed correctly.Also, The pipes under the sink incorrectly align up. Water ruined some of my items.So with those at home issues it worries me when leaving apartment that I also dont notice any elevator inspection sticker.Think long and hard before moving into this new building.

Alta at the Farm is a beautiful apartment complex. My daughter will be moving there and I have visited the complex with her several times. Without a doubt, the leasing office has been phenomenal. Both Chasity and Lauren have gone above and beyond to work with my daughter through a challenging situation. They are personable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have no doubt that it will be a very positive living situation for my daughter. For those giving a 1 star review because the apartment was no ready in time, that is what happens all the time when apartments are under construction. This is NOT the fault of the leasing office or the personnel that works there. Go to Alta at the farm and check it out for yourself. Moved in here about a month ago, and love it. As with any new construction, whether apartment rentals or single family homes, there are always things to iron out and the management here encourages residents to put in maintenance requests. I’ve put in several, and the response is immediate and excellent. I have a two bedroom unit, and the doors to the bedrooms weren’t quite aligned properly and the locks couldn’t latch shut or lock. I thought this was a more difficult structural issue, and would take more time to resolve. I needed to make sure that my Chiweenie Rita wouldn’t head-butt her way into the bedrooms when I was away. In way less than a day I got an email about the request asking if all was ok with the request. I went to the doors and they worked! I was amazed. Richaud did the work, and it was perfection in every way.

WOW! This property is insanely beautiful! We toured with Chasity and she is such a joy to work with. She was super informative and let us visit every home we wanted to see to make sure we made the best decision for our new home. The apartments are so beautiful with brand new appliances, spacious closets, vanity mirrors in the bathroom, and great window views! We were in awe of how pretty the location is too. My daughter and I did a tour of Alta at the Farm in Allen TX.Our Leasing Agent, Yasmine was pleasant, professional and informative. She was a joy to work with.My daughter has been excited about the farm long before we ever got there. I was not. All I saw was a lot going on all over the place.We were able to see a model of the exact apartment my daughter wanted. It was breathtakingly beautiful. Very glamorous in a stylish contemporary fashion. Every aspect, every room seemed to be well thought out for gracious, elegant living. The wall of kitchen cabinets and drawers, the huge island that can seat 4-5, the fabulous 14 ceilings are all just the beginning.Huge closets, beautiful bathrooms, and the sense of living in luxury accommodations make Alta a very desirable place to call home. Several onsite amenities are a plus as well.The shops and restaurants in close proximity are a wonderful treat to start or end the day. I love this place and I am over the top excited for my daughter and granddaughter to be moving there soon.

Alta at the farm is a brand new property in Allen. The apartments are amazing. I moved in a few days ago. All appliances are top notch and brand new. The property is very secure and protected with state of the art security systems. The sky deck looks amazing and has a breathtaking view of the area near by. The entire process right from application to move in was extremely smooth. A special thanks to Lauren for making this process very smooth and awesome for me.Also a big thanks to Chasity for answering any additional questions that I had.Everybody that is looking for an apartment go to Alta at the farm and lease now now now !!

This property is BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING, and BRAND NEW! You could literally walk 30 feet away from the complex and have access to all the new restaurants and entertainment area they have there at The HUB. The apartments are wired with smart features (my favorite is the built in speakers they have). I looked at 10 properties prior to this one and when I came for a tour here, I stopped looking. This was a no brainer!But it gets better. Both Chasity (the property manager) and Lauren (leasing agent I believe) have been a pleasure to work with! They are both upbeat and positive and have worked with me from start to finish! Thank you both! My fiancé and I are both excited to call Alta at the Farm our next home!

I may be one of those PITA people who is super excited to move into these gorgeous apartments, but I went to look, then brought my daughter back, then my parents! 😬 And through it all Yazmine has not only been patient, but welcoming, kind and so open to my 1,000 questions. All the staff has been amazing, but Yazmine was lucky enough to be the first to talk to me. Shes great! The building is amazing, location is perfect and amenities are (and look like will continue to be) spectacular. Im beyond excited to be a resident.

These apartment homes are absolutely perfect. Beautiful property with tons of amenities. They thought of everything when they built these smart apartments. Everything from a water dispenser on the refrigerator to laundry washer and dryer inside the closet. The location is perfect to hop on 121 and there are many restaurants and an entertainment venue right outside the front door. Don’t miss out on these homes!
