I recently moved into Adaline at the station. Community is well maintained, peaceful, feeling safe and brand new. Home is loaded with modern amenities. Me and husband had tour this apartment on Saturday 11/23 and we were hooked when Jace said all buildings had elevators and were so happy that we ended up signing a lease for this place on 11/30 and cant wait to move in! Jace was such a great tour guide and helped us with getting signed and Melissa was also helpful! I would recommend this apartment to anyone! We are excited for move in date! 😁

I had an appointment to tour an apartment on November 19th as I was relocating to Texas from Illinois. I was late due to my flight being canceled and rebooked. Management was understanding of my delay. My rental locator sent me information about this apartment location and scheduled my appointment before I traveled down to view it. I toured with Jace that day. He was really nice, professional and informative. The apartment complex is beautiful. It is in a great location, and the amenities and apartment unit I toured looked exactly like the website photos. After touring 6 apartment locations on November 19th, this complex was part of my top 3 and ended up being where I chose to move because the bedroom square footage was larger than my other two choices. Jace was helpful in getting everything I needed to complete prior to my move from Illinois to Texas. So far it has been really great living here. I have plenty of room in my apartment, a view nice view of Heritage Park, and easy access to the expressway to travel downtown Dallas for work. Thank you Jace, for making my move go smoothly!

I toured this community recently and fell in love with it. The hallways are clean, the amenities are top tier and the leasing team were super friendly and patient with me while I tried to find the perfect home. Jace walked with me to 4 different apartments and was super patient with me while I mapped everything out. I would 100% recommend leasing here!

This is by far our best property management experience. The Adaline has been nothing short of amazing since we have moved in.Property: The property is well maintained, clean, and parking is no hassle for our guestStaff: The staff is courteous, helpful, and always cheerful. From the leasing team(Jace has been there whenever we need) to maintenance (prompt in handling work orders), and additional staff!Management: Ashley is exceptional. She makes us feel right at home here. Always willing to come out of her office, engage with our little ones, and tell us about the next event coming up that she is excited about!All of these small details go a long way! Adaline has been the best!

Genuinely love living at this apartment, the leasing office and manager are both very responsive. The only thing I would change is that the hallways outside the apartment aren’t well maintained.

First off, the staff are amazing! Jace and Ashley were very welcoming and answered all of my questions! The community is beautiful and close to everything you would want or need. Grocery, Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Shopping, Coffee Shops, etc. I am excited for my move to Adaline At The Station!

Adaline the station is in a great location. Close to shopping and George Bush. The best thing about our experience with Adaline was the leasing agent Jace Salinas. He was knowledgeable and very patient as we looked at several apartments, several different times. Each time he was pleasant and professional. He really listened to us. Everyone at Adaline has been great, but we spent the most time interacting with Jace Salinas. Thank you Jace for showing us a great home!

We visited the property today for a tour and can’t wait to be able to proceed with moving in! Our current lease doesn’t end until December and we are trying to avoid breaking the lease early jus to get can get into there ASAP! lol.We toured with Jace and I have nothing but great things to say about him! He made the process extremely welcoming, smooth, and fun! We were a little all over the place but he was super understanding, helpful, and friendly. He answered all the questions we had and we love that he allowed us to explore all the options in floor plans that we were looking for without being pushy or rushing.The property is still under construction so can’t speak much to the community as it’s still being built but super excited to hopefully join soon!

I’ve been a tenant here for almost a year and I’m renewing my lease for another year. I really love living here! The amenities are lovely, I enjoy all the events the leasing office puts on, and overall it’s a safe and nice place to live. Maintenance comes fairly quickly if I’ve had problems which I appreciate. I do think the carpeting in the halls needs to be removed and replaced with tile or something bc tenants will let their dogs use the bathroom on it and then they don’t clean it up🤢 but other than that living here is really nice! I also appreciate that my rent didn’t go up after a year. that’s pretty uncommon for most apartments now. for what you pay in rent you get a lot out of it! i’m excited to live another year at Adaline ☺️
