Great place to live! It is a great location next to downtown, the trails, and many restaurants. They also have monthly resident events. My unit is also well insulated and it is quiet just outside the madness of central Austin. The initial leasing process was seamless and straightforward. Alexandra and Cassie are tremendous assets to the community. Extremely helpful from leasing to assisting after move-in. Highly recommend taking a look if youre trying to be downtown.

Overall, Id say this apartment complex is fairly good (average amenities, sometimes noisy, but great location), but Im always impressed by maintenance in particular. Requests are always taken care of quickly and Brandon (the main person) is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at the commons. The location is excellent, the staff is very prompt whenever we submit a maintenance request (we havent had to submit many) and community members are very friendly! We moved from Iowa without seeing the apartment in-person and let out a sigh of relief when we walked into the apartment, it looked EXACTLY like the way it was advertised. The apartment itself (we have a 1 bdrm) has a LOT of storage space and we have lived very comfortably. We wont be moving any time soon!

I just moved into 5th Street Commons and I was absolutely impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the complex, and amenities. Big shout-out to Shelby who was extremely helpful during the entire leasing and move-in process!The location itself is terrific and within walking distance to downtown, which for me is a big plus. The apartment itself (two-bedroom/bath) is spacious and rooms have large windows that allow plenty of natural light in. The community is pet-friendly! If you have guests over, there is also plenty of parking available.The rent is fairly pricey, but youre ultimately paying for the location/amenities. There isnt anything around that is cheaper for the same quality. I would highly recommend 5th Street Commons!

Amazing front end staff. Emily gave me a great tour of the property during my first visit and she and Carla went above and beyond to make my move-in process easy and comfortable. The community is in a super ideal location, its right next to the freeway, downtown area and near a great restaurants and bar scene. Up to this point, very friendly people, well maintained and quality building, and warm atmosphere.

Great experience living at 5th Street Commons! The staff is friendly and the apartment is great value for the price. The building is quiet and there is plenty of parking. Close to downtown and Mopac, which is super convenient for getting around Austin.

Ive lived at 5th St Commons for 3+ years and through any extended period of time living somewhere issues are going to arise (hot water heater issues, a mold scare, a freeze, you name it) the staff and team here has done everything to fix any issue as quickly as possible, been extremely communicative, and overall just been kind and pleasant to work with.

Loud noise from cars both facing towards and away from 5th Street. Car noise emanates from the highway facing South or from 5th street facing North so theres no avoiding it at all in this building. Cars honking at eachother aggressively and the neverending drone of car noise will wear you down. I wish they would have more noise resistant windows. Double paned windows would be a godsend here in this community.Four stars for great maintenance staff.

This is the best place to stay at Austin. Prices are affordable, apartments are clean and cosy, and neighbors are so kind. Many kudos to Georgia and Reale for being so patient with me and my administrative details. If you want a calm and comfortable place to live 5th Street Commons is the place for you!

I love living here. I lived here when it was brand new and then moved to a few other DT apartments and I moved back 3 years ago. Here you can live DT but without having to deal with the middle of downtown traffic since Im just a couple of blocks off Mopac I can easily take it north or south. Its particularly surprising in the mornings when everyone else is coming into town I can go either way and not deal with gridlock. Its a newer DT apartment so of course the units and area are really nice. Even the garage was designed in a cleaver way so that you dont have to pass every single parking space on the way up to your floor.

5th Street Commons has been a great place to call home! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle and noise of downtown, but its close enough to walk and enjoy anything happening. The staff is amazing, and the apartments are perfect!

The maintenance team here is great! They are quickly responsive to work orders, and in my experience they went out of their way to notice my air filter needed replacing and fixed that too.

Walking distance from downtown restaurants and offices - clean new property with gated parking - workout facility included. This appartment property in Clarksville Austin is more expensive than most.

Absolutely love this apartment complex! The location is perfect on the edge of downtown, great walkable neighborhood full of cute restaurants and bars & the office and maintenance staff are friendly are attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or community !!
