My experience living here at south west blvd for a year & a half had been great, but with a few problems throughout my tenure here. My apartment was spacious & nice wood floors & carpet in the living room & bedroom. The unit appliances are white & not my taste, but they work and get the job done. The neighbors were nice & friendly, as they were gone most of the day & would return around the evening time. Noise level was nice & quiet during the night time, as there weren’t much going on during those times. My unit did had a pest control problem, as that lasted for about a year. The apartment manager was notified and was on top of it for months. Other long term tenants said they never had a pest problem, maybe I’ve just gotten a bad unit. I really didn’t have a problem with management as they were kind & friendly. The units do now have subsidized fiber internet now, which is better than the cable tv that was offered when I moved in. I would recommend living here again if the opportunity was given to me. Would recommend to tenants looking for a nice place to call home.

I have lived at southwest Blvd Apts for almost a year and its been a great experience. I recommend this complex to future tenants. Management is very understanding and extremely helpful.

I really enjoy living here. The manager and maintenance is always on top of there game. Always willing to work with you. Pet friendly! Would recommend this apartment complex. It’s in a central location as well.

I’ve been here a few months and I definitely enjoy this place. Great neighbors, Great apartment manager. If you have any problems, they take care of it as fast as possible. The complex itself is very quiet . Great place to be if you plan on living at an apartment

Just moved in a few weeks ago and Melanie is awesome. This is way better place than the Monterra apts that had plumbing problems and cold water to shower in at least four days of the week. New owners calling it, the landing apts. Should be the Crap apts..SW Blvd Apts has hot running water, great pressure and the Apt has color and fabulous 😍

Ive lived in many places. And even though these apartments dont look prestine, you can create a wonderful life here. The maintenance Ben is always smiling and will greet me everyday. Melanie has all of the patience in the world and is willing to work with anyone. She does everything she can to make this a wonderful community. I appreciate all the effort they put in everyday.

Martin Valdez, Melanie is always on top of her game and responds quickly to get issues resolved. I’ve lived in apartments for 9 years and she’s been the best manager I’ve ever had.
