When I first moved here in Aug2024 I HATED IT but I needed a place to stay. my first visit I fell in love with the apartment, but there were things that needed to be fixed. I was promised they would be fixed before moving in. Move in day The office had a lot of people so I ask for the key to walk the apartment before signing my lease, but I was denied that so I just signed the lease and went to walk the apartment. It was in the same condition I had first seen it in. I reported it immediately. I even gave them pictures and nothing was done. They kept giving me the run around. Then I was told to do the work order on the portal. I didn’t have access to the portal till 3pm tat later. I was on the verge of just getting up and moving. But then we got NEW Management! 🙌🏾Marisol came and introduced herself to me a week or two ago, she walked my apartment and listened to my concerns and within a couple days The new maintenance guy Jairo came and fixed the major issues I had been dealing with for FOUR MONTHS . He just have a few small things to comeback and do. My appointment was a ugly mess.lol🥹 Thank Y’all soo much.

Thalia and Karen have been absolutely amazing with us they are always helping us out and being patient with me, they also finally started fixing our mailboxes which is amazing thank ladies I very happy we have our new mailboxes!!

Excellent Apt Home Living!! Our Community Staff here is reliable, always friendly and helpful!! The leasing process is smooth, service requests are answered promptly and performed correctly, resident parking is assigned, my apartment was renovated very nicely before movein, the grounds are kept beautiful and clean, friendly neighbors, and the rent is most reasonable!!! So very grateful I found a home here after relocating to Houston.. I highly recommend living here!!

I am so glad and pleased that I was able to get an apartment here. From the moment I was escorted around the premises I knew that I would love it. The grounds are always clean. Its very quiet and the neighbors are polite. The maintenance is great with efficient work and timing. All the necessary essentials are here on the property. The rent is very reasonable. The staff greet you with a welcome thats down to earth and their hospitality is unmatched. Remarkable and unbelievable to find a place with this kind of environment and quality fir the location and price. I highly recommend these apartments for singles and families alike.

Nice clean apartment living. Neighbors are very friendly. Quiet all of the time. Everyone minds their own business. Office staff are very professional, polite and courteous. They will go over and beyond to assist you in whatever it is needed. Very knowledgeable of their job positions. The maintenance guy prompt, efficient , and professional. There is never a long wait for maintenance services. I just renewed my lease.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and definitely recommend. It is a quiet, calm community. I never had any issues and maintenance takes care of whatever needs to get fixed super fast. Rosalinda is always super kind and helpful! Def recommend!!

I have lived here for 2 years now and I truly love it!! Management is awesome!! Diana is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is AWESOME!! (Roy) anytime I call and put in a work order it gets done that same day. Anytime Ive had an after hours emergency maintenance Roy always comes quick!! I truly love and appreciate Diana and Roy !!

I gave 4 Eighty five stars I’m a resident and I love it here. Catherine is one of the most helpful people that I’ve ever contacted with an apartment complex from us checking out the apartments to moving in. They always keep the grounds clean Swimming pool is always clean it’s a quiet environment that’s gated and protected I love it here for all that you have helped me with I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done and do. If I could rate over 5 stars I would most definitely would!!! Couldn’t be happier with my decision on moving here!! Living at 4 Eighty is pleasant. Any concerns we have, leasing office is on it immediately. Friendly neighbors and staff, and props to Rosalinda in the office dealing with everything by herself. She still manages to complete EVERYTHING with just her in the office! Easy to contact her and she knows the answer to everything. Thank you!!

It’s a very nice community to live in. I have met some pleasant neighbors from all over the property. The biggest plus to me is that the office staff members are so nice not only to myself but to my children as well. The property is also secured and that gives me a peace of mind. Also all the upgrades that are coming about is really making this a great place to live.

Being first time renting a apartment I admit I was nervous and had plenty of questions .Security was was one of many conerns as well as the right community . Mamagment at 480 Apartments was very professional and helpful which made my decision to choose 480 as my new home. The grounds are kept clean n nicely groomed security and lighting is great I did notice a dark area and when brought to Managements attention a light was place quicly enhancing my need to feel safe. Maintaince (Mr.Roy) is awesome and takes action quickly .His expertise and knowledge of fixing issues is stunning. Managements rapid respone to comply with CDC guidelines due to Covid19 all safety measures for safety of there residents.Let 480 Apartments be your next place you call HOME.

I have been living here for 5 months, I was about to break my contract and look for a place to leave, I was upside down in 5 months they couldnt solve anything for me because of so much mess I had, leak, broken doors, broken windows, cabinets without doors, bad bathrooms state and if I continue I wont finish.Well, they changed staff a week ago, yesterday I went to talk to the new manager Doña Marisol and I explained everything that was happening to me, between yesterday and today my apartment is 100% for the first time, new doors, new windows, complete cabinets, bathrooms and clear bathtubs have an excellent worker who gives encouragement and admiration to see how he works and fixes everything.
