    I want to take a moment to share my appreciation for the incredible service Ive received at my apartment complex, which is the main reason I’m renewing my lease. Jacqueline and the new manager, has been nothing short of outstanding—her professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness have truly made a difference in my experience here. The office ladies are always welcoming, and the maintenance team does an excellent job keeping everything in top shape. I feel happy, safe, and well-cared for in a clean environment, which makes this place truly feel like home. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impact on my living experience!

    I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to say the experience was absolutely seamless, thanks to Saundra and Violet. They were incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process with ease. Their professionalism and friendliness made my move so much less stressful!The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained landscaping and clean, inviting common areas. I really acknowledge and admire Jesse and his maintenance team for their outstanding service. Their dedication and efficiency in assisting with work orders have been exceptional. Overall, I’m so happy to call this place home!

    I resided here 2019-2020 and to this day regret extending my lease. I no longer reside in Houston— but out of all properties I’ve lived at in 7 cities/towns and states I have lived in, this is one of my top choices! Still have some friends who still reside on property— it’s that great! From management, maintenance, amenities and overall property. I even made a little video to share with friends from the time I lived there.

    My review is late, But I LOVED living here, It’s quiet, clean, and safe. We had to move due to change of job location but I wouldn’t mind coming back to Stella. Kimberley was awesome, but the office staff as a whole are great representation of Stella. I have not one complaint about this place. LOVE LOVE LOVE. And there’s a officer that stays in the complex so I felt safe.

    Ive had a fantastic experience since moving into my apartment in October 2021. The staff has been truly awesome, and the maintenance crew consistently resolves any issues promptly. Grateful for a positive living environment.

    Great community with the feel of a luxury resort. The office staff are very helpful. I like there is an area to take my dog to play, which he likes. A nice place to call home.

    We are renewing our lease for the third time. Stella offers everything we need. The fitness center and beautiful pool setting is just a two reasons why we want to stay. Our apartment truly feels like home. We’re looking forward to another year at Stella.

    Perfect size as far as apartment complex (not too big, not too small). Tends to be quiet. Have not had any noise disturbances. Apartments grounds are decently maintained. There is a dog wash station as well as a good size dog park. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, Eateries, small bars and kids activities as well as a wildlife trail.

    Just moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom within Stella At Riverstone. Decided to stay here even when I wanted a bigger space because I love this community and all its amenities. Its quiet, peaceful, safe and beautiful.

    I have really loved living at Stella. My 12 month lease is about to come to an end and I havent had a better experience! I will say the noise problems are true but I was fortunate to have great neighbors. Only things I can hear are my upstairs neighbors walking around but I dont really expect anything less when living on the 1st floor, and in the restroom/bedroom that are connected to my neighbors if we are in there at the same time, but again it was easy for me to look past. We were also lucky enough to live right by one of our maintenance guys! He’s always been so welcoming and nice even helped us fix our a/c within minutes of me telling them it was having some problems. The customer service has always been attentive and informative every time I come with a question/problem and everyone has been so nice. Ive always felt so safe and comfortable here especially with my dogs, overall the community is just great.

    Pros - Stella is a SAFE gated community. Its zoned for Elkins High School. The location is very convenient. The staffs and services are good. Stella has an amazing gym and pool. Its a beautiful and luxurious apartment.Cons - It is VERY EXPENSIVE.

    Im just a prospective resident but, from all locations Ive been searching for apartments Stella I liked the most. Im new to Houston and have never experienced apartment living.The property is beautiful and amenities awesome. I was satisfied with the upkeep and overall appearance of the community. Our Sales Associate Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful answering all questions and showed us around.

    My personal review of the Stella at Riverstone community is it is STELLAR!!!!From the moment the community was being built (earlier this year), I had an interest and once it’s doors opened, it hasn’t disappointed me.My first contact regarding the property was Rachel Pash. She is AWESOME!!!! Her knowledge, kindness and patience was fantastic. Once I moved in, I got the opportunity to meet the entire leasing office staff, each individual displayed a warm and inviting nature, making you really feel at home on the property.The amenities are mind-blowing: a beautiful community center, state of the art gym, a breath-taking pool area with cabana’s and my personal favorite a wine-chiller in my unit. I could not ask for anything more!!!If you are truly interested about living in a beautiful, quiet and upscale community, I implore you to visit Stella At Riverstone. YOU WONT BE DISSATISFIED!!!!Chris Jones

    We have moved into the apartments less than a week ago. So far it has been a wonderful experience, starting with lease managers Aurora and Tessa who helped us move in within basically 24 hours. Then, I had a few requests submitted online that were responded within one day. Great maintenance team! Looking forward to continue being part of the community.

    My husband and I have been staying here for almost 2 weeks now and love how quiet it is. We literally needed somewhere to live in less than 2 days due to the house we were building not finalizing and Leyna was so helpful to us and got us into our new apartment in 24 hours! Everyone has been friendly and respectful. There’s a dog park that is great for my little Yorkie and they also have a seperation for small dogs and big dogs. The apartments are modern and beautiful. You won’t regret staying here.

    We were able to apply for an apartment and get approved that day. We received a Welcome Letter & our lease through email so we didnt have to make multiple trips into the office. I needed to call twice and everyone was very friendly. We are looking forward to moving into our beautiful apartment!

    Great apartment and staffs! The staffs did whatever they could to help my business partner settle in Houston. My business partner is from other country and the staffs took extra efforts introducing to my business partner how to clear credit approval, get renter insurance, rent furniture, get utilities and internet services, etc. It only took us four days from the first visit and moving into a fully furnished apartment. A job well-done guys, applause!

    I just want to mention I never give ratings...never! That being said, I visited every apartment in the Sugarland area and nothing compared to Stella at Riverstone and my tour with Dominsha!! She did a great job showing me the amazing property. She gave me some great advice for my move, since I am moving from Irving, Texas. I am counting the days to being a member of the Stella at Riverstone family. Thank you again Stella at Riverstone and Dominsha!

    My search for an apt. is over. Stella at Riverstone is the place for contemporary & luxury living. There is no comparison with any other apt. I’ve lived in from the past. The entire staff here in the leasing office is very friendly & helpful. The maintenance are well knowledgeable & responded within a timely manner. Almost everything is at my finger tips outside within a short walking or driving distance whether for grocery shopping, restaurant dining, dry cleaners, ups, etc. I am so grateful & feel blessed that Stella at Riverstone is built.

    I am updating my review. first off i want to say thank you to Kimberly & Joanna they have been helping me for about two weeks as i stated in my previous review they are a VERY nice staff and very nice people i just had trouble with moving in and or approved with the company due to being a couple dollars off. my application was approved with just an additional deposit. i appreciate this entire team i called back this morning and spoke to Joanna and Kimberly and sorted things out thank you to this team again and as a first time renter i genuinely thank you !

    Great Amenities and friendly tenants they have two dog 🐶 parks they even have a car wash in the complex to use for free and a place to wash your dogs the gym is nice n the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️ is so cute the apartments are very spacious and nice cool place to live until u find your forever home the only thing is they need to keep up with the cleaning of the complex buildings and keeping the pool cool in the hot summer time when its hot 🥵 out u wanna jump into a nice refreshing cool pool not a warm/ hot pool

    Was introduced to this property from a friend. Timing couldn’t been better for me to find a new place and the moment I came here I knew it was the place to be. Krystal helped me from start to finish and made the whole process very easy. The complex is brand new, the amenities are A1 ( spacious huge club house, a giant pool, a legit dog park, your own car washing station, and a few cozy out door lounge areas to hangout at. ). The apartment units them selves are very modern and the designers really put some thought into creating such a cozy and welcoming place. I wish I would have found this place a lot sooner than I did.

    The apartments are beautiful and the admin staff are friendly and so helpful. Each time we’ve needed maintenance to come by, they’ve come day of or the next day.The only thing I can complain about is that after maintenance comes to the apartment, it is a little messy wherever they were working.

    The staff is amazing extremely helpful. The presentation and tour for the apartments was very delightful. This is EVERYTHING you see in pictures in person, not trying to brag but a lot better in person. This deserves more than 5stars rating! Thank you Stella we love it here!

    Great location in Riverstone community. Complex has nice amenities such as beautiful pool area, Starbucks coffee, onsite car wash, and great gym. Best part is the staff, in particular Krystal and Leyna. They both have been very helpful when we have had a few issues and have always been very nice to us. Overall nice place to live and pet friendly.

    Fabulous apartment complex with great facilities! I have been living here for the past seven months and its been an amazing experience. Very well maintained and safe for families with children. Definitely upscale living as adverstiad.Special mention : Leyna at the leasing office is very helpful and professional. Everytime I email her about something, she makes it a point to resolve my questions / issues immediately. The maintenance staff, AJ and the other person are extremely friendly and will always give helpful tips. Everyone at the leasing office Taylor, Traci and Crystal are very helpful as well.

    This place has an amazing state of the art gym and spacious apartments. The clubhouse is open 24/7 and the business center is open until 9pm! Additionally, Leyna Do is an exceptional sales associate. She gave me a full tour of the complex and provided exceptional specials upon application submission. I am so glad to have found my new home and can’t wait to move in.

    My husband and I have been living here for 4 months now and time flies when you’re staying in a comfortable and peaceful place. We love it here and love the amenities provided. We love all those who work in the leasing office but we especially love Leyna. She’s our favorite and if you are considering living here, I recommend asking for her!

    First and foremost big shoutout to Latessa the Assistant Community Manager. Thank you for your promptness, kindness & professionalism. You always go above and beyond. And Kimberly the Leasing Professional; she is relatively new but however her smile & joyful greeting will definitely bright up the ambiance to this establishment even more. Secondly, Jesse the Maintenance Coordinator and his maintenance assistant Ongi (please forgive me if I totally mess up your name) you guys rock!! Awesome quick turnaround every time I put in a maintenance request. Great staff members!!! So thank you and truly appreciate you all!!

    EDIT: Changed from 2-4 star. Management reached out, trash vallet has been coming on time AND they sent people in ASAP to do a all natural bug spray and it’s been two weeks since I’ve seen anything crawling. Very happy turn around!Only issues I have are the 10+ giant roaches I see in my apartment a week on the first floor which I’m sure are related to the trash removal system they have.I have to leave a trash bag on the floor for hours because the trash valet service that they force us to pay doesn’t come in consistently. I’ve had them miss my garbage a few times which means I have to bring it back inside for the night and take it in the morning. One bag in the container and another just laying on the floor.They need to give two containers so we don’t have to leave a dirty trash bag in our apartment every night for hours or the entire night when they miss it.They are quick to leave notices and threaten to fine you but not fix the actual problem which is their inconsistent trash valet service.Managagement should reaching out to the tenants first.

    For a month or two, at the time, my girlfriend and I were looking for a new space to live in. And even though we had our top 3, none of them had wowed us. That one day, we decided to drive down University as a detour and Stella caught our eyes. We spontaneously decided to get a tour and the complex definitely wowed us with the first impression. Ever since then, weve enjoyed and love what Stella had to offer.

    I manage many furnished and unfurnished apartments and condos in Sugar Land Texas and these are some of the nicest apartments in our area. They are new with lots of upscale amenities a full gym, large pool a gazebo with seating and TV, dog park, free car wash area and such an inviting lobby and conference area.

    Stella was recommended by a close friend. Moving from out of state was challenging enough. But working with Leyna made the transition great. She was helpful from start to finish and beyond.
