I’ve been living at Yaupon by Windsor for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is one of the best things about this property. They are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to address any issues. A special shoutout to Rodney—he’s amazing! Rodney is not only quick to resolve maintenance requests but also genuinely cares about the residents and their comfort.The apartments themselves are beautiful, with modern finishes and a luxurious feel. The amenities are top-notch, including the pool, fitness center, and communal spaces.That said, parking can be a nightmare. There’s very limited guest parking, and residents often struggle to find spots. The ongoing construction has also been a bit frustrating at times, but it seems like it’s all part of future improvements.If you’re looking for a place with a stellar maintenance team and a beautiful living space, Yaupon is definitely worth considering!

We needed a replacement key made for our apartment while we were out of town and the leasing office was closed on a day that they’re usually suppose to be open so we had to pay an extra fee because they were closed so that was a little frustrated. On the other hand the maintenance team, Jeff I believe was his name, was very quick to take care of this for us. Hannah was responsive and helpful in ensuring this got taken care of as well.

My roommate and I moved here last year and it has been nothing but great, minus the construction on 290. We’ve had minimal issues. Maintenance has always been quick to help. The amenities are perfect too. Sadly we are moving to different cities, otherwise we would’ve resigned our lease! 10/10 recommend moving here. Also, a huge thank you to Katie for helping us figure out our lease and moving out requirements.

Yaupon is very lucky to have Katie in the office. I can truly say that I have not experienced better communication from a property manager. Every time I had an issue, she fixed it within 24 hours and has even gone to my door to get a package for me when I was at work. The other employees do a great job as well. They are the reason for the 5 stars

I am happy to adjust my recent negative review. JD and Rodney addressed my concerns and my washing machine is now in working condition. JD’s communication has resolved my prior frustration. My only wish is that the office team would proactively assist in relaying concerns presented to them. Thankful for the positive costumer service JD and Rodney continue to provide.

Wonderful Apartments. I was on a tour with Sequoia about two months ago. She was really nice and kind. She was very knowledgeable. I think she would make a great property Manager. The setup was Lovely. It felt like heaven being there for the short period of time that I have toured. This property definitely deserves five stars.

I and my wife moved into Yaupon in 2021 - buildings were brand new and we were the first occupants. Management changed from Greystar to Windsor that year but it was a very smooth experience.Wonderful complex in the outskirts of Austin - only a 15 minute drive or so to downtown. Management (Katie, Sequoia, JD) are all very friendly and professional and have helped us out a lot. The amenities are also great! Highly recommend this community to anyone moving to Austin. Have fond memories and will miss the place.

Lived here about three years now and have throughly enjoyed it. The amenities are the best part! Clean and large pool, sky deck is awesome (especially to host an event) and Sequoia and Daisha have been extremely helpful with my requests or any needs.

Katie, Myriah, and the team at Yaupon are fantastic! They are always so helpful, kind, and incredibly professional. Its a winning combination and sometimes hard to find, we appreciate them very much. We wholeheartedly recommend living at Yaupon by Windsor.***Update April 2024 - We have been living at Yaupon since 2021 and we have really enjoyed living here. The front office team is always friendly and helpful. The neighbors are also very friendly. We have lived in two apartments while living here...about to make it a third and Katie and the team have made it incredibly easy for us. We work from home and the amenities and location work very well for us. The HEB across the street makes grabbing groceries a breeze, we love the gym and pool, the putting green is amazing, and the sky lounge with the views of downtown is always a lovely space to reset.

Absolutely amazing experience! Management is wonderful and maintenance is incredible. They have personally helped us out on multiple occasions even after hours. The property is well maintained and facilities are always a pleasure to use. We couldn’t have been sadder to leave, but work took us to a new state! Would strongly recommend to anyone.

The amenities are great and I am happy to call Yaupon home.

I’ve been living at Yaupon for about a month now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. My dishwasher went out shortly after move in, but maintenance had it fixed in no time. The property is very well kept, mail and packages are easy to receive, and the pool is a life saver on these hot Austin days. The leasing staff is always keeping us up to date on community events & any maintenance going on.

I had a minor electrical issue moving in and JD was quick and efficient to resolve it. The staff is very professional and go above and beyond. The pool and amenities are amazing. I am very glad to call this place my home!

I’ll start by saying the entire staff here at Yaupon, front office and maintenance, is outstanding. Moving into a new apartment that was recently constructed, having never been lived in, is exciting and rewarding in its own way. Regardless, nothing is ever perfect. Sometimes, we find ourselves in unfortunate situations, and no one is at fault. What sets the staff at Yaupon apart from other properties is the exceptional level of customer service, and the fact that they genuinely care about their residents. Sam, Alexis, Meredith, and Will have been so kind and helpful since the day I first walked into the office. JD and his boys on the maintenance crew have been so prompt and professional with addressing any issues with the apartment. Like I said before, nothing is perfect. What sets us apart is how we respond and the staff has done such a great job!

After looking at dozens of apartments for a new place to live, I made the decision to go with Yaupon. The apartments are brand new, very clean, elegant, and have amazing amenities. Just what I was looking for. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the amazing staff. Since the time I stepped in, I felt right at home. Their friendliness and willingness to work with you is extraordinary. They made me feel at home.Unfortunately, I had to cancel my lease before it started due to an opportunity in Washington State. I was very saddened that I would not be living at these beautiful apartments. Alexis and Sam where very understanding of my situation and let me go without any penalties. If by any chance I’m ever back in Austin, TX I would 100% come back and live here. Totally recommend this place to anyone. One month into living here and so far, everything has been near perfect!Working with Cory for the tour, application, and lease signing was an ideal experience. We had to do the whole thing virtually, and it really felt like he was willing to take extra time to make sure we had all of our questions answered and concerns addressed. They’ve got a great team, Cory and Alexis are both helpful and pleasant.Maintenance really seems to be on top of things too. There aren’t many issues, but I had one (self inflicted) in the first week, and JD was over within a few hours to take care of it. Really can’t ask for more than that!I would gladly recommend this complex to anyone who’s looking for a nice, brand new, modern apartment in a quiet, but still lively part of town. The experience has been exactly what I’d hoped for.

By the time it got down to the questions, I barely had any because she made sure to hit all of the important ones throughout the tour. As I applied, Meredith was even helpful in creating a list of interesting things to do in the area, since I am from Dallas. Overall I felt very welcomed, at home and I am excited to move in this beautiful property!
