I know each person’s experience is different, I have only lived here for 2 months but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The office personnel is always so nice, polite and so helpful. The maintenance is prompt to respond and very respectful of how one likes to live, I have a no shoe policy in my apartment and they already know and ask for the shoe covers I purchased for them to use when needed. Luisa and James are amazing, the events they prepared are always so nice and fun but also they achieve what they want, which is to make each one of us feel included and connected. So far I recommend this community.

I have nothing but good things to say about the management team and the kind of people who live here! Since moving in October to Auxo at Memorial I’ve had the privilege of hosting events in partnership with Auxo as an apartment coordinator. The people I have met in this community are one-of-a-kind and they are a huge part of why this community is so great. Auxo at Memorial is conveniently located in the memorial area with plenty of things to do! The management team continues to make upgrades to the community showing how much they really care for and how much they hear their residents! The maintenance team is quick to complete work orders and work extremely hard. If you’re looking for a place to call home, look no further!

Despite the low star reviews, I have a different experience! I have been living here for 5 months - moved out of state. I was definitely hesitant because I also looked at the reviews, however my experience has been awesome! The ladies in the front office (Heidy, Nicole, Monica, & Cindy) have been super informative, attentive, and consistent with anything that I bring to their attention. Maintenance has a quick turn around and they get the job done! There is never a question in doubt about their urgency. I am constantly in the front office asking questions and they always have an answer or get back to me in a timely manner with solutions.> I will say they just took over the complex last year and they are working on fixing things from previous management so giving them so grace is something to keep in mind. There are tons of tenants they are dealing with and they cannot control when companies decide to come out.> The app definitely does go in and out.> Security could be better.> Parking is hit or miss, but there are hundreds of tenants.> !!! Go to the front office face to face if you want urgency!!!

Beautiful complex and in great easy location. Clean and safe.Wide hallways make it easy to walk up and down. Elevators work. Management is OK.., its the typical apt manager team. Its a job. Pool is clean and nice in summer

A beautiful apartment complex, where the management is continuously trying to improve the living experience for the residents.Pros:1) Good landscaping, swimmming pool area, pool table, pickleball court2) Large apartments and bathrooms3) They have recently hired event managers who arrange wonderful community events! A huge shout out to them for making us know our neighbours a bit more and the environment friendlier. Both of them are wonderful people!4) The gates are locking now, which earlier werent so the security has improved.Cons: the only con is that the floors are thin and sometimes the people living below you can hear thumping noises when you walk.

We’ve been living here for almost 2 months and honestly Its been pretty good! It has more pros than cons in my opinion. Im new to Houston and location is perfect! Right on i10 and 15 minutes to downtown attractions. And lots of grocery stores, food places and were right in front of an awesome movie theater.We were hesitant due to security issues they were having but thankfully the gate now so Its been good. We have not had problems with security or parking.Move in was a breeze because were on the first floor. But there was a roach issue when we moved in Im guessing due to past tenants but once we did our own deep clean of our unit and spraying everything down with peppermint oil - roaches haven’t been an issue ever since. And they don’t really clean the units that well before move in.Maintenance is fast, they get to you on the day of or next day whenever you have a problem and sometimes come back to check if appliances are working well after they’ve been fixed. The maintenance guys are so kind, and give nice dad energy lol!Hallways arent cleaned regularly. I do recommend you get a ring camera because unfortunately things have gotten stolen of our front door. But ever since it hasnt been s problem and I love that things get delivered to our door,Pool & gym are good :) it gives resort vibes! And equipment is now fixed thankfully.I love our unit! Its a one bedroom and its a perfect size for two & a dog.Aside from all bad reviews I think theres no such thing as a “perfect” apartment. Its pretty peaceful here and I love that :) also very dog friendly! So yay for that.

This place (specifically Nicole) made it very simple and easy to lease. Nicole helped me get a lease processed very quickly and guaranteed my room was up to a good standard. For example, the washer and dryer was broken so she had a new one installed the first day I moved in. I only had 2 weeks to move in to a new place and she was able to help me go thru the process within that time. Highly recommend!

I moved in about three weeks ago. My leasing consultant was Sydney E. I spoke with her via phone that Friday and scheduled a live tour on Saturday. She walked me through and explained everything and even said she would follow up later that evening. Sydney kept her word and did a follow-up. She also handled my application from start to finish and it was very smooth. Thank you!

Moved here in November of 2023 and the place undoubtedly needed some attention. However, the new management team have been working diligently to improve all. Many updates since they arrived in December of 2023. A new pickle ball court, a new dog park, lots of cleaning, a new petition around the dumpster area, new lights in stairwells, a security officer in the evening to monitor the parking garage, and a new maintenance team. I have not noticed any turnover in staff which is a good sign. All appear happy to be here.I love the ladies in the office, they are kind and attentive to everyones needs. And the maintenance team are always working hard. This complex is moving in the right direction.

I was going to skip over this property because of the reviews but I gave it a chance and I am glad that I did! I had the pleasure of touring with Nicole and she took her time to answer all of my questions that I had and why I would love living here. She was patient and very personable. The property is nice and the apartment has a really good size to it. Long story short, Nicole got me to apply right after our tour and now I excited about moving in!

Went to tour the property. I was helped by Nicole. She was so nice and has been extremely helpful through this whole process (actually all the staff were really helpful. If I called and Nicole wasnt available. I believe her name is Sydney. She was really helpful as well.)The property is clean, pool, grill area, gym & common area in the lobby were all nice, spacious and inviting. I love that they have mixers for the residents every month. Cant wait to move in next week. I will post another review once I move in and get settled. Hopefully everything is still as pleasant as it has been thus far.Also ina busy area but a great area with lots of food, shopping, parks and close to the Marquee.

One thing that stood out to me about Monica was her willingness to listen to all my concerns. So after researching many Houston area apts we settled on this one. The building is a little older but the units are updated and have their own washer and dryer. The balcony is a nice touch. It is fairly quiet here and security locks on entry doors and gated community makes you feel a bit safer. The rent is reasonable and they have valet trash. The only issue noted was the double rent charge on month one. The girls in the front office quickly rectified the issue. Overall its centrally located to some quick shopping and food places.

**Update**Definitely bumping Auxo at Memorial, to a five star rating. Not only did they respond to my review but actually resolved my setback! I’ve noticed lately the odor lingering around hallways has improved. I see maintenance around mopping and sweeping floors as necessary and they have installed commercial scents around hallways, which help a lot. Thank you guys so much for your time and attention.During my tour, I was assisted by Heidy, who provided exceptional honesty and transparency. She personalized the experience by making me feel valued and understood. Her genuine approach added a refreshing touch to my overall tour. Aside from Heidy, I was also assisted by Nicole and Monica, who also offered excellent service with no hesitation. They answered all my questions and concerns, when Heidy was busy assisting other possible tenants.Auxo at Memorial offers a wide range of amenities, catering to different lifestyles and needs, from recreational facilities to communal spaces. Theres definitely something for everyone, including your furry babies. Not to mention , the propertys location adds another layer of appeal, offering convenience and accessibility. However, I am encountering a minor setback during my stay. The noticeable smell in the hallways detracts slightly from a positive impression. It doesn’t overshadow the overall experience, but its an aspect that can be improved. I understand that they offer valet trash services, but something can be done to control the trash odor lingering throughout the hallways.Overall, my experience here has been great. I’ve been here for a little over a month now and I’m glad I didn’t allow the bad reviews keep me from checking them out and see what they have to offer. They’re under new management, and so far, everything has fallen in place on my end.

Love this place! I just toured this property after living in the heights for a few years now and I enjoyed every party of it! I toured with Heidy and it was the best tour i’ve ever had apartment searching in this area. Finding the right apartment is always a stressful process, but she was really informative and made me feel so welcomed from the start. It’s hands down the best property in the memorial area! I definitely recommend stopping by asking for her and taking advantage of their great special! She’s extremely professional and it just made the process that much easy and stress-free by being the only spanish speaker available , definitely made it an easy decision to call this place my new home!

It’s my second years living here. It first management wasn’t great, but this new management is SURPRISING ME! I recently had some health issues and Christopher was able to guide me and help me make a few accommodation to get up to date with my rent, the was patient, kind and understanding. Also, they are remodeling EVERYTHING, painting, cleaning, and putting everything in place, I’m so glad I was able to renew my contract for an other year, and cant wait to see the next changes they’ll be making. It a safe and family friendly place, specially now GREAT LOCATION TOO. You wouldn’t regret it!

For the last past five years I have been renting from 7 Square Apartments and we have had our shares of ups & downs. I have considered moving several of times; because of my schedule I just couldnt find the time to move. This last transitional staff changes I made up in my mind that I would start the moving process until Christopher came along. I must say Christopher has made a major difference in our living community. Whom ever make the decisions PLEASE keep Christopher on staff!!! Since Christopher has come on broad I have received the BEST residential support services of my life! Christopher is very friendly and helpful. Since hes been here anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I go Christopher and I receive a prompt response and has ensured that we here at 7 Square have an optimal living environment. Things are looking up here at 7 Square and I intend to continue renting from 7 Square, and I strongly recommend this property to all that desire an excellent apartment home living experience! Keep up the GREAT work Christopher! I couldnt be happier!!!!

This rating is strictly based on my experiences with Christopher, the assistant manager at the newly named Auxo at Memorial. Since I’ve been a resident here, it’s been in constant transition, and I’ve been here for going on 4 years. The changes in management has been hard to keep up with, that along with all the inconsistencies of repairs, the maintenance of the property and units had made it very difficult in experiencing luxury living. I want to take this moment to shift and highlight that Christopher’s professionalism, and forward-thinking is beyond exceptional. He goes above a beyond in every situation. His presence here indicates that the community needs will be actioned in the order of priority. I now have hope that we are all one step closer to receiving the luxury living experience that we pay for. Because of him, I will renew my lease with full faith in his leadership role. He is the epitome of what hard work and dedication looks for his tenants, colleagues, and this community!

Been living here since September 2022, great apartments, actually moved in when the new management started working on things, definitely have seen the improvement even though I haven’t been here long. Mr CHRIS IS AMAZING. Best assistance property manager I’ve came across. He gets things taken care of and as quickly as possible. He works with me and always get things done. Glad to have someone like him working here and helping this community. 10 stars just for him alone !

Great place to live at! Location is so convenient and close to places and areas that I frequent. Reception is great in all areas of the apartments. NO pests, thank goodness. Friendly and unproblematic neighbors and even friendlier staff. Freddy is AWESOME! Ask for him if you’re trying to check the place out! He is very well informed, punctual, and just so accommodating overall. Thank you, Freddy!!! Traffic is not too bad unless it’s rush hour which is normal for anywhere along i10. It is a safe environment even during nighttime. Been really happy about the improvements over the past year.

Ive been living here for many years now and this is the best management compnay Ive seen so far: they remodeled almost the whole place! halls, swimming polls and gym, and the staff is much nicer such as Yara (leasing agent) who solve an issue that no one was able to solve before! I love my apartment! Thank you Freddy for helping me choose my perfect home. He was awesome because he listened to what I wanted and found the location that works for me. I’ve been here for almost six months now and realize that I truly love this location and am glad he was there. I’m on the first floor with really rad stained concrete floors and a beautiful pool view.

Kristin has been such a blessing to this apartment community. She has upgraded the care for tenants 10 fold. I would highly recommend taking a tour of the property! Its ease of access to i-10 and 610 is unreal. No traffic entering or exiting! Its also in the heart of a lot of activities in this area. We have lived here 3 years and will continue to do so. Thanks for the awesome service.

Weve been leaving here for three years, and have had a wonderful experience the entire time. Got married last year and considered moving just for a new start. Looked seriously at 20+ apartment complexes in Houston, ended up staying at 7 Square and just moving to a bigger unit. The price by square foot, the location (literally everything is 15 mins away or less), the amenities (beautiful pool and lobby), and the modern upgrades of bathroom/kitchen were just unbeatable. The new management is determined to make great things even better. We love, love, love it here, and you will too!

I’ve been living here for over a year. This community has had so much growth in the past 4ish months! It is safer, people know their neighbors better, the leasing agents are helpful and kind.Great location! Large spaces! Pet friendly (they do Yappy Hr Wkly)! Valet Trash! Garage parking! Pool! Plus the current staff is awesome at making you feel at home.Tracey has truly made the difference at 7 Square. I look forward to extending my lease here!

I love 7 Square apartments. Awesome have a very well manicured lawn and also bags and bins for whenever Fido has to number two. The units are spacious, have hardwood floors plus washer and dryers already installed. Awesomeness to the extreme. The swimming pool is also gorgeous, fell in love with this complex super quick.

I was a little skeptical about moving here because of the prior ownership and terrible reviews. But I was insured that the new management would turn this place around.I been living here three months now and Chris and the other office staff been keeping their word! Thanks Freddy!!!After reading some of the Reviews , I admit I was skeptical. However after using my own brain 🧠 I decided to come take a look ,and I was amazingly pleased from the property setup &style, the amenitiesoffered, &the feeling of safety i felt , Freddy C. In the office was more than accommodating! He was so efficient I was impressed instantly, I technically had my mind made up after meeting him and viewing the property.... The hardest decision was deciding on how big of a place I wanted ,but I was met with nothing more than understanding, patience, & professionalism ! This is a great community for those of all ages the neighbors are upbeat ,and kind from ages 25 to 65 glad I made the right choice 😀 dont always trust the Reviews some people are just hard to please &nothing ever makes them happy ..its sad but true. We were a walk-in at Auxo at Memorial hoping for an impromptu tour, and Gerald (hope I spelled your name right, man!) was absolutely wonderful. He was so engaged and kind, answered every question, and made sure we had the complete picture of moving and lease processes. He’s a rare find at a time where doing the minimum is all one can really expect, and he went above and beyond.

I am a new resident moving in and I was a little nervous about the apartment based on the reviews. I spoke with Lauren and Tracy in the office and they put my mind at ease. They addressed a lot of the negative concerns that were notes in the reviews. The units look great and the area is amazing. I have faith that this new team will be more than able to get keep this apartment at a 5 star rating. I will be sure to keep it updatedas the lease term progesses.

Ive only been here a month, but I have had nothing but a positive experience. The leasing office is a blast to work with, (I dont know why people feel they can be disrespectful to other humans and then have the audacity to get upset if something is said to them?!?!). Anyhow, my leasing agent, Ms.B. Ford was absolutely WONDERFUL in assisting me in obtaining my apartment, and I can be very difficult to work with, but she stayed patient, professional, and exceedingly polite, and then I got to know the rest of the staff so now Im down there every day just to say Hi cause theyre all so cool, so shout outs to Diana, Taylor, Elvis and Ms. Shay too. I would highly recommend 7 Square to friends and family, great location, easy access to the malls (Galleria, and Memorial City), conveniency, and atmosphere...the management hosted a Wine meet and greet!!! Great place. Maybe not perfect, but Ive lived in more expensive places with worse conditions.

I just signed my second year lease and I absolutely love it here. No problems. The service staff for any requests moves quickly. I threw a party upon move in in the clubhouse and everyone loved the space. Packaging is perfect as well. Keep up the good work

Love the complex and the staff. Maintenance and the front desk have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. Best feature is the complex is truly pet friendly. The amenities are wonderful. If you are looking for the added perks with out exceeding a crazy budget, this location is worth a shot to check out. I did have maintenance issues when I moved in. The front office made a turn around and got it right.

Me and my husband moved into seven square about 4 months ago. The assistant manager Diana has been wonderful. She has help us from the start. We initiated our lease with her. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed by her. Our unit had something going on with the AC and it went off. Message them after hours and she made sure to get it fix as soon as possible. I give the complex four starts , however , because the manager Vanessa seems to not now whats going. We reserved a parking spot through her , and gave us someone elses causing us to tow someones car. We always pay our rent on time and Ive had two notices deliver to my door from the manager saying we were late. Had to go and talk to her because it seems she can get simple numbers correct and they end up being a different unit. I think is irresponsible and a breach to someones else privacy as the notices contain somebody elses information. Diana has always help and step to the plate and fix the other managers mistakes . I wish everyone at the office could be as helpful as her . Anytime we need help Diana is there. Thank you for making our experience great at seven square.

I moved into 7 square in March. I was completely blown away by the beautiful property . But what made me apply right then and there was my experience with Jonteal. He was so efficient, professional and thorough with my tour. He made this feel like home and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. Though after moving in I am very disappointed with the upkeep of the property as far as ground keeping and overall apartment maintenance , there is a lot of work that needs to be done I would never diminish my experience with Jonteal because he was absolutely amazing !

Im in LOVE with this location. Customer service of course is AMAZING, but what server stood out to me the most. His name? JEREMY. Not sure about the last name, but I watched this young man clean the entire lobby on hid own, while still speaking to every guest that walked in his path. My table was dirty, and as I was about to sit down, he said, Hold on one second maam. Let me wipe this up for you. I was pressed for time but just seeing this young mans work ethic really made me re evaluate my entire life in that moment. Im the center manager at the European Wax Center San Felipe location, so this was the only time I had ever been here. I will definitely be returning for a grilled chicken Cobb salad with no tomatoes and avocado lime ranch. I ONLY want Jeremy to bring it to me. He needs A RAISE, or to be team Lead. His hard work should NOT go unnoticed.

Great apartment complex. New management Rocks. The staff on site is super accommodating and helpful. My brother and I had to terminate our due to a personal emergencies and the staff was there to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible. Ive lived in 8 different complexes in houston, pearland and college station over the last 6 years and can easily say this was my best living experience. unfortunately we could only stay through half of our lease but we enjoyed every day. I couldnt recommend this complex enough. The staff, location, ease of parking, etc, i could go on . I would highly recommend if you work in galleria, katy, washington area.
