I’ve been living at MAA Park Point since last May, and I can honestly say this has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I signed my lease, I knew I made the right choice.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First, the office team—Marivel, Cieara, and Taylor—are amazing. They’re super friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. If you ever have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to talk to them—they truly care about the residents here.Maintenance is also top-notch. It’s super easy to put in a request through the resident portal, and the team responds fast. They’re always professional and take care of any issues right away.One of the things I appreciate most is how clean and well-maintained the entire community is. The public spaces are spotless, and the pool area is such a fun spot. Plus, pest control is really effective, which is a huge relief because I hate bugs!Also I feel completely secure living here!I have zero regrets about moving here from my last apartment—honestly, I still can’t believe I get to live in such a nice place for what I’m paying. If you’re looking for a great community with amazing staff, responsive maintenance, and a safe, comfortable environment, definitely check out MAA Park Point. You won’t regret it🤩

I have been living here for a few months now and I have had a great experience. The apartment complex is beautiful and stays clean. It’s not noisy and most importantly I feel safe and comfortable living here. Cieara, the leasing agent, has been nothing but amazing and supportive throughout my stay here. Since the beginning she has been responsive and helpful. The entire apartment staff and management team is courteous and goes above and beyond to help their tenants. This is the type of management you should look for when considering an apartment.

Well above average place and the staff have been especially superior before during and after signing/move in. I especially enjoyed working out a plan with Taylor Perkins. She was knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The rest of the staff were also top-notch. I looked at 4 other places and the staff there just didnt do it for me like MAA did. Its been a great first month. If you are looking, I reccomed MAA Park Point.

I enjoyed living here a lot. Maintenance team was the best, always getting things done the same or next day and explain what they’re doing when fixing things too. Great location, tons of amazing restaurants in the area. Only downside id say is walls are pretty thin, so your experience may vary based on your neighbors. Mine was wonderful for most of my lease, except for the last 2 months I had a neighbor with a big dog move in who would constantly bark nonstop like a broken record and you could EASILY hear it inside my apartment and from outside far away! Asides from that, no other issues to complain about.

Tre goes above and beyond to ensure that every maintenance request is resolved. Hey, Id like to give a shout out to Nicole and Taylor for a smooth and easy process in getting me in my new apartment. I recently moved in (barely :-)) so I cannot comment on anything else than the upstream process. Relocating to a new state is always stressful and I am lucky to have found MAA Park Point. Nicole has taken customer service to another level. Mind you that my interaction with her over the phone (yes, I did not physically tour my unit) was so great that I decided to give this community a chance. She took the time to send me a video and agreed to have a family member touring the place instead of me. Communication between her and I was great and timely. She and her team followed up on every action item and I did receive updates on timely manner. I was on a business trip and was not able to move in early, Taylor was a rockstar in working with Nicole to have the lease date pushed out a bit. On moving day, Taylor was awesome, very professional and took the time to give me a tour :-). Well, I hope my time there will be as smooth as the process of moving in was. Thanks to Nicole and Taylor for a great job!

Toured property with a friend and was absolutely blown away by the great customer service we both received. The ladies in the office didnt just show us a model apartment, but they showed us the vacant apartment we could potentially be getting. The apartments were clean and fresh, the vibe was great and everyone went over and beyond to make sure our tour went well. The other great thing was they have fresh ground Starbucks coffee.

Thank you again Jerrica, we appreciate your patience and accommodation to us!Weve been enjoying the apartment and love the smart home features. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly. The apartment is not noise-proof, but we dont find the normal day-to-day noises bothersome. Everyone is mostly considerate during normal quiet hours. Everyone also takes care to return packages that are wrongly delivered, and the package room feels secure. No bad things to say about living at MAA Park Point so far!

I’ve been living here for a while. I’ve had no problems staying here. I feel that’s it’s safe and quiet for Houston, that’s saying a lot. My apartment was brand new when I moved in and I could be anymore happier. The few issues I’ve had have been handled by Kim and Will (management) but all the staff have been accommodating. The maintenance team does a great job keeping up the property. Definitely a hidden gem of the Spring Branch area.

Ive been living here for two years and just renewed for my third. The amenities, office staff, & maintenance team are great! The units are clean and modern and affordably priced. The only complaints that Ive had over the years deal mainly with residents not picking up after themselves or their pets, however maintenance does a great job of doing that for them (even though they shouldnt have to). Overall the property is great and Nicole, Jerrica, and Fran are all awesome to work with!

My experience at MAA Park Point has been great so far. I always notice management walking around the property often which is a good sign. William was sure to be patient with me while assisting with my move-in. I had showed up a few moments after closing time and wasnt fully prepared but I also did not feel rushed. The manager, I believe her name was Toni even came out to help in making sure everything went smoothly. I just want them to know I appreciate them for being so kind during the process because I definitely understand they did not have to do such a thing. Highly recommend living here! The property is beautiful and the great office staff is a plus!

The price is what it is but the units and management are awesome. Some residents disrespect common spaces but the staff does a great job with upkeep. Leasing talked to the neighbors about noise and there havent been any issues since.

Im not used to that and Ive lived in many apartments in my lifetime. This property is beautiful and so far Im happy to call it home!

Right from the beginning when we made initially inquiries, William from the leasing office was super helpful and patient. The other team members have also been very helpful whenever we have had any questions or small concerns. The maintenance staff Mitch and Fidel are amazing too..always prompt to respond with any maintenance issues. Mitch even stopped by on a weekend for some AC trouble we had once.I would surely recommend this community for its updated features and the excellent staff.

I love living here in these luxury smart apartments. Nice staff, especially Kimberly the property manager. She genuinely cares about any questions or concerns, unlike most places Ive leased from. Highly recommend !

With my office moving to the energy corridor I need to find a place that will keep me both. Loose to the office and downtown, and that’s how I found MAA, Kimberly was awesome in convincing me to settle with this apartment. The management team and maintenance have been pretty responsive, I know other reviews talk about how noisy it could get but I believe those are just noisy neighbors, it’s been pretty quiet for me.

I recently relocated to TX. I have been in contact with Jerrica the entire time! She was very patient, kind, and understanding. Due to me living out of state, I did virtual tours of both the property as well as my unit. I was skeptical at first, I can admit. I have never moved into a place without physically seeing it, the virtual tours served no justice! My unit is absolutely stunning! I really like the property and amenities, everything is very high tech! Im not used to that, lol. But, I will be! Overall, so far so good.

One of THEE most efficient leasing teams I have ever experienced. I relocated into Houston for work with only 2 weeks to find a place. I had looked at so many places that everything was starting to look alike. I was officially overwhelmed and running out of time. William followed up on my inquiry saying all the right things. I toured that same day and applied by the next morning. Although William was off work, Isela followed up and continued the process along with Tonice, the Asst. PM. William moved me in the very next day. He even stayed late so I could pick up my keys as I arrived after business hours due to movers packing up late!!! Superb customer service. The entire process took 48 hours!! Relocating into another city is very delicate with ton$ of moving part$. Literally, William and the MAA Park Point team saved the day. I am forever grateful. The apartments are super nice with an app that controls your locks, lights, thermostat, etc. Sweet!!

Maa Park Point is such a beautiful brand new community. It’s in close proximity to many shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores etc . The staff is amazing! I spoke with Tonice over the phone in June and told her I wanted to do a virtual tour since I am moving from out of state . She was really nice and patient and answered every single question I had . Immediately after the tour she sent me an application to my email and I was approved right away. I had two packages delivered to my doorstep 2 days before move in so I called the office to see if someone could go by and hold them for me . Isela was so kind , she went to the apt put the packages inside and sent me a picture of them . She also told me to call again if another one is delivered early. I signed my lease (Sept 1) 3 months after my virtual tour and Tonice made move in day a breeze! By far the easiest move in I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for 10+ years and the staff here is by far the best . They really do care. I love my apartment , the community, and my neighbors and I’m glad to call Maa Park Point home .

I just relocated to Houston for a new job and only had a few weeks to find an apartment. I originally wasn’t interested in living at MAA Parkpoint due to the location, but I fell in love with the floor plan and brand new appliances. I decided to live here because the floor plan offered everything I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Isela really helped me through the entire process and has made my moving experience so easy. Every single member of the staff from leasing to maintenance is so nice and always willing to help. I’ve lived here for 3 weeks now and I love it! The location has actually proved to be very convenient for my new job as well. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Isela and management!

I love the location with easy access to freeways. The complex is still undergoing some construction as they are wrapping up the back section. The units are very modern and comes with all the bells and whistles equipped with smart features to adjust ac, lights, keyless entry, to package concierge. This is also a dog friendly complex with no breed restrictions and even has a small dog park with wash station. However with technology and new builds also comes with some faulty issues which can be frustrating at times. Overall the residents are nice but like the norm of living in a complex you will have some unpleasant ones who have zero respect. Other than that, I can hear the footsteps of my neighbors every move above me and sometimes conversations so the ceiling/floor isnt well constructed for sound proofing but its typical apartment living. Will update again later.
